Wendy Williams ha sido diagnosticada con afasia y demencia, el mismo trastorno que tiene Bruce Willis, y la información se ha dado a conocer justo antes del lanzamiento de un nuevo documental sobre sus recientes problemas.

La noticia llegó el miércoles de parte de su equipo de cuidado, quienes lanzaron el comunicado de prensa que calificaron como una actualización muy personal en un esfuerzo por acabar con los rumores y especulaciones sobre su salud.

Su equipo dice que ya todos saben que Wendy está lidiando con la enfermedad de Graves y linfedema, pero dicen que otros comenzaron a preguntarse por qué perdía el hilo de sus pensamientos y actuaba de forma errática. Ahora dicen que se debe a esta condición.

Escriben: "En 2023, después de someterse a una serie de pruebas médicas, Wendy fue diagnosticada oficialmente con afasia progresiva primaria y demencia frontotemporal (FTD)."

Su equipo también dice esto: "Wendy no habría recibido la confirmación de estos diagnósticos si no fuera por la diligencia de su equipo de atención actual, que ella eligió y el extraordinario trabajo de los especialistas de Weill Cornell Medicine".

Añaden: "Recibir un diagnóstico ha permitido que Wendy reciba la atención médica que requiere".

Wendy Williams has been diagnosed with aphasia and dementia -- the same disorder Bruce Willis has -- and the news comes ahead of a new doc chronicling her recent troubles.

The news came down Wednesday from her care team, who blasted out a press release with what they characterized as a very personal update ... which they say is an effort to bat down rumors and speculation about her health.

Her team says everyone already knows she struggles with Graves' Disease and Lymphedema -- but they say others started to wonder what was going on in moments when Wendy would lose her train of thought or act erratically ... and now, they say it's because of this condition.

They write, "In 2023, after undergoing a battery of medical tests, Wendy was officially diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD)."

Her team here also says this ... "Wendy would not have received confirmation of these diagnoses were it not for the diligence of her current care team, who she chose, and the extraordinary work of the specialists at Weill Cornell Medicine."

They add, "Receiving a diagnosis has enabled Wendy to receive the medical care she requires."

Wendy's team goes on to say that they're revealing this about Wendy in hopes of raising awareness of these conditions she's been afflicted with -- but to also protect her from fervent gossip that's sure to kick up anew this weekend with the release of this new Lifetime doc.

The team finishes with this update on WW herself ... "Wendy is still able to do many things for herself. Most importantly she maintains her trademark sense of humor and is receiving the care she requires to make sure she is protected and that her needs are addressed. She is appreciative of the many kind thoughts and good wishes being sent her way."

Machine Gun Kelly's new blackout tattoo has really done it for Joe Exotic ... 'cause the 'Tiger King' star is apparently pretty into it ... and pretty into him too.

The Netflix star openly pined for MGK on X Wednesday -- from his account, no less -- by sharing a snap of the rapper showing off his upper torso inking along with the flirtatious message ... "A tiger and a bit of meth, I can make MGK gay."

In the pic's caption, Joe wrote: "Anyone remember that line from Tiger King? @machinegunkelly." As if his head-over-heels infatuation wasn't obvious, he shared another MGK snap meme, adding ... "Once you go Tiger King you'll forget about the Fox."

Yup, looks like Joe might have a bit of a crush here.

Joe -- who's currently behind bars -- already appeared to manifest their relationship and personally pleaded with the "Bad Things" hitmaker to help him get the hell outta prison.

He added an extra text caption over one of the memes, writing ... "Now that we're practically a new item. Help me get the hell out of here."

So ... he's kinda begging Kelly for prison help too now, something he's been throwing out there lately with certain celebs.

Unfortunately for Joe, MGK most likely won't be down to explore anything romantic -- as we all know, he's in a pretty committed relationship with Megan Fox.

Also, MGK explained on IG that his new tat was for spiritual purposes, and he wanted to steer clear of chaos from his life -- which probably won't mesh well with Joe's colorful and wild ways.

Joe might have to keep looking for his partner in crime ... MGK probably ain't interested.

The morning news host told ET Wednesday that despite the disappointment of having Kelly bail ... she's willing to give it another shot ... explaining that she's been texting with Kelly since Thursday to get her to come back for a future hosting date.

Hoda seems to know Kelly on a personal level ... adding she's one of the NBC show's all-time favorites, and that there's no one more gracious or graceful than her. So, it definitely sounds like Hoda's not holding this against Kelly whatsoever.

So far, no word on whether KR will give the "Today" show another go ... but if she does, they're clearly gonna have to touch up all their dressing rooms and give her their best one.

In Kelly's defense ... HK's other cohosts -- Jenna Bush Hager and Savannah Guthrie -- also admitted their dressing rooms suck, and need to be worked on. They also explained that they're in an old, historic building ... and that it shows.

In fact, JBH joked in this ET interview that she's gonna be doing all the re-wallpapering 'cause she loves a bit of interior design. Unclear if it's actually gonna happen or not though.

We broke the story ... sources told us Kelly and her team weren't feeling her dressing room's vibe from the jump during last week's appearance ... and that they ended up bolting from the studio after a game of musical dressing rooms, as none of them were up Kelly's standards.

There were other reports she left over a Beyoncé grilling by Savannah -- but we know that just wasn't the case.

Mischa Barton claims she dated her one-time 'O.C.' costar Ben McKenzie -- and it's troubling since she says she was underage at the time ... a window she calls "complicated."

The actress shared her story on "Call Her Daddy" this week, saying that the onscreen relationship she shared with Ben actually took hold in real life as well -- something she alleges happened right from the jump when she first joined the show.

Check it out ... MB says she was 17 at the time, and that Ben was a few years older in his mid-20s -- and notes she was very new to all of it, as she hadn't dated much before him.

Safe to say ... the age difference came onto the radar of producers who were apparently concerned about it -- at least according to Mischa, anyway. She says showrunners were hitting up her parents ... and it was a "whole ordeal," as she puts it.

Mischa goes on to say she and Ben only dated for a bit before breaking things off -- and it sounds like she might've dated other costars as well ... explaining that a lot of people on "The O.C." back then were hooking up with each other.

Long story short, Mischa says she had to grow up fast while working on the series -- although, it doesn't sound like all of it was exactly smooth. The 2000s were a different time, indeed.

Danny Masterson is settling into his third prison in two months ... and TMZ has learned why he's been on the move so much.

Despite reports claiming concerns for Danny's "well-being" were behind his recent transfer from one of California's worst prisons to a more humane facility, we're told that's not quite the reason for the move.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... there was no attack on Danny at Corcoran State Prison, nor were there any credible threats against the ex-"That '70s Show" star. There've been a lot of rumors/speculation that something might've happened to him -- but it's all BS.

As we reported ... Danny started the year at North Kern State Prison, a medium security detention facility in Delano, before being transferred at the end of January to the maximum security CSP, the same penitentiary that once housed the late Charles Manson.

After a couple weeks at Corcoran, Danny was transferred to the California Men's Colony in San Luis Obispo, a medium to minimum-security prison.

Like we said ... all the shuffling around he's been doing between different prisons lately had some folks wondering why Masterson was being moved around ... and now we know.

As it turns out ... we're told North Kern is just a reception center where inmates are processed into the California prison system ... so it's literally a starting point, and wasn't ever going to be his permanent facility.

Our sources tell us Masterson had a primary prison and a secondary prison designating where he would be sent after being processed at North Kern ... the primary prison was California Men's Colony, and the secondary was Corcoran.

But, when it was time for Masterson to leave North Kern, we're told there was no space for him at CMC ... so he was sent to the backup option -- the infamous CSP. Unclear if these were prisons Masterson himself chose, or if it's just where officials put him down on paper.

His latest move was explained to us this way -- after a couple months at maximum-security Corcoran, we're told there was an opening at California Men's Colony ... so the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation sent Masterson there, since that's where he was supposed to be all along.

So there you have it -- he's been getting moved around because of logistics ... not for any other reason.

There was some debate on whether she was right or wrong ... strong feelings on this one.

Finally on 'TMZ Sports,' Mojo, Edward and Lucas talked about Marshawn Lynch's DUI deal.

New reports suggest the real reason Kelly Rowland walked off the set of "Today" was because of being peppered with Beyoncé questions -- but that's BS ... so say well-placed sources.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kelly arrived last Friday just before 8 AM -- already in full glam -- and she and her team began complaining about her dressing room from the jump. We're told "Today" staffers explained their dressing rooms were notoriously "dumpy, glorified closets."

The sources go on to say Kelly and her team were "quite upset," and asked who had the dressing room upstairs. They were told that room was taken by J Lo, but they were then offered a few options. We're told Kelly and her team liked none of them, and 7 minutes before air, they said, "We're gonna leave," and they booked it.

The sources say there's no truth to the notion Kelly's breaking point was Savannah Guthrie repeatedly asked KR about Beyoncé during her sit-down in the second hour of the show.

These reports claim Kelly has a stipulation for interviews that Beyoncé and Destiny's Child questions were off limits. Whether that's true or not ... we've been told squarely that's not why Kelly left.

That jibes with what the main characters have said over the last couple of days ... including Hoda herself, who explicitly mentioned dressing rooms Monday while extending an olive branch to Kelly.

Also ... Sherri Shepherd leaned into the dressing room dust-up while welcoming Kelly on her own show ... and they played it up further with BTS footage, showing the dressing room Kelly got -- and telegraphing it was way better than what "Today" offered.

Now, on the issue of Kelly being peeved about questions regarding Beyoncé/DC -- there may actually be some truth to that ... as she did come across as a bit annoyed with Savannah, and she proved to be annoyed in other interviews this week too.

With that said ... that's not why she left "Today" on Friday. It was, indeed, dressing room problems. Now, that's not to say Kelly isn't welcomed back to "Today" -- 'cause she is.

Zachery Ty Bryan still seems to be boozing after his recent DUI arrest -- hitting a couple bars this week ... although, it looks like he learned his lesson on getting behind the wheel.

The former "Home Improvement" star was spotted Tuesday for the first time since his Saturday morning bust in La Quinta, CA for allegedly driving under the influence ... and he stopped by two different watering holes in the same desert resort town, back to back.

First, Zachery went to the Amigos bar there around 3 PM yesterday ... plopping down at the bar for happy hour. There aren't any photos that explicitly show him sucking down drinks -- but it's a good bet that he probably might've been.

Now, we're told he stuck around for about an hour at Amigos before moving on to the next joint ... but he didn't drive on over -- he actually caught a rideshare this time.

Luckily, Zach played it safe on Tuesday ... responsibly grabbing an Uber to take him over to a local Applebee's, where he popped in and once again grabbed a chair at their bar.

Zachery again sat down ... and here, he was seen with a cold draft beer in front of him. He got to Applebee's around 4:15 PM, still prime time for happy hour by anyone's clock.

Obviously, him in this kind of setting is somewhat alarming -- especially when we know he was literally behind bars just a few days ago for allegedly drinking and driving. Yes, it's good that he's trying to be responsible by using Uber, but the fact he's in a boozy environment like this at all is troubling. Ya gotta wonder if everything's alright with him these days.

TMZ broke the story ... Bryan was arrested by La Quinta Police early Saturday morning for driving under the influence. He was also booked for misdemeanor contempt of court.

Cops say they conducted a traffic stop just past 2 AM after they saw a vehicle they suspected of being involved in a traffic collision. Police say they spoke with the driver -- later identified as Bryan -- who allegedly showed signs of impairment, leading to his arrest.

The comedian/talk show host spoke with the L.A. Times about his upcoming role as Oscars host next month ... and while discussing that, he touched on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" -- his hit show that's graced ABC for over 20 years.

Kimmel said he's considering what comes next in his career -- and added he thinks, at least right now, his current contract to host the show will be his last. He didn't definitively say he was leaving his late-night seat ... but that's certainly the feeling here.

Jimmy joked he hates to keep saying he's going to retire ... 'cause he keeps on signing up for the next go-around. This time though, he's got more than two years left on his deal -- and Jimmy says that's "enough."

This isn't the first time Kimmel's mentioned retirement ... in August on "Strike Force Five" -- the podcast he hosted with several fellow late-night hosts -- Jimmy said he was "intent on retiring" before the writers' strike began, but the time off convinced him to stay on.

On the podcast, Jimmy said whenever he's not working he starts to miss it ... and he reiterated that point to the L.A. Times saying he sees himself pursuing a bunch of hobbies in retirement rather than taking it easy post-'Kimmel Live!'

Looks like Jimmy's got a whole bunch planned for his future without his show ... an easier move for him to make since he claims he's never wanted to be a star. Instead, Kimmel maintains he likes taking part in other people's projects, making hosting ideal for him.
