Luke Combs, Eric Church and more country stars teamed up for a good cause ... and, they raised a ton of money for people affected by Hurricane Helene.

Twelve country music stars pulled up to Bank of America Stadium Saturday night for the largest concert in the venue's nearly 30-year history -- bringing out a crowd of 82,193.

The Panthers play in BoA Stadium ... and, the team's owner David Tepper and his wife Nicole allowed the stars to use it, free of charge, so all the money raised could go directly to the people who need it most.

Shohei Ohtani's injury stunned fans into silence at Dodger Stadium Saturday night ... but, it seems to excite some Yankees fans -- who broke into raucous applause while watching the injury on TV.

Video apparently taken inside a Bronx bar from right after the Dodgers slugger partially dislocated his shoulder during the team's 4-2 win over their rival to take a two-game lead in the seven-game set shows the gleeful atmosphere.

Tragic news for the Cleveland Browns -- beloved play-by-play announcer Jim Donovan has passed away at 68 years old after a battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

The team announced the loss on Saturday ... with owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam saying it is an "incredibly difficult day" for the organization.

Donovan became the "Voice of the Cleveland Browns" upon the team's return to the NFL in 1999 ... and held the role for 25 seasons. Despite the team's overall lack of success during his tenure, the Boston native famously maintained an optimistic approach to each game day.
