Andy Cohen is firing back at Leah McSweeney after she claimed in a lawsuit that he encouraged cocaine use and created a toxic work environment on the "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" set.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer for the movie "Rust," was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in connection to the death of Halyna Hutchins.

Paula Abdul fired back at "American Idol" executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, bringing up receipts of text messages showing sexual harassment. This comes after Lythgoe's legal response included emails from Paula in which Nigel says gave off a friendly and loving vibe between the two.

Plus ... Jake Paul is set to fight boxing legend Mike Tyson in a match that will air on Netflix in July! Paul, 27, says the boxing match with Tyson, 57, will be the "biggest fight in history."

Señalan que no hay detalles incluidos respecto a este alegato, lo que sugeriría que no sabe nada concreto porque simplemente no es cierto. Sus abogados creen que esta imprudente demanda de Leah contra Andy solo busca obtener titulares y potencialmente dinero.

Los abogados de Andy terminan diciendo: "La verdad importa. Los litigios no pueden ser utilizados para crear noticias falsas. Y no puede ser utilizado como un vehículo para difundir mentiras falsas y maliciosas, en apoyo de un chantaje. Exigimos que emita una retractación pública inmediata y pida disculpas al Sr. Cohen. Cada día sin hacerlo no hace sino aumentar los daños sufridos por el Sr. Cohen".

En cuanto a cómo Leah está reaccionando a esta carta, una fuente cercana a ella le dice a TMZ que está atónita de que él quiera seguir llamando la atención sobre esto en la prensa, en lugar de simplemente dejar que se desarrolle en los tribunales.

Andy Cohen is firing back at Leah McSweeney's claims about him -- but one specific allegation has got him and his lawyers fired up ... and they're threatening a lawsuit.

The Bravo honcho -- who was, along with the network, sued by McSweeney in an explosive lawsuit last week -- fired off a letter to Leah through his attorneys ... and they make it crystal clear that they believe her allegation of cocaine use against Andy is false and defamatory.

His lawyers don't mince words, saying virtually everything she said about Cohen in the lawsuit is baseless and false, but on the cocaine claim specifically they write ... "[W]e demand that you immediately retract and withdraw all allegations relating to Mr. Cohen’s purported 'cocaine use.'" If she doesn't, they say they're taking her to court.

Andy's legal team continues ... "To be clear: these allegations are categorically false. Mr. Cohen never used cocaine with any cast member on any Real Housewives show or with any other Bravo employee. The absence of any reasonable basis to make such allegations is confirmed by your pleading itself."

They point out there are no details included in her allegation here, which they think points to her not knowing anything concrete ... because it's simply not true. Her attorneys say they believe Leah levied this salacious claim against Andy recklessly just to get headlines and potentially a quick payday.

Andy's lawyers end by saying ... "The truth matters. Litigation cannot be used to create fake news. And it cannot be used as a vehicle to spread false and malicious lies, in furtherance of a shakedown. We demand that you issue an immediate public retraction and apologize to Mr. Cohen. Every day you fail to do so only increases the damages suffered by Mr. Cohen."

McSweeney’s attorney, Sarah M. Matz tells TMZ ... "That Andy Cohen had his counsel and PR agents write a threatening letter to give to the press is hardly surprising.  Mr. Cohen is accustomed to using his power in the media to scare and intimidate people like Ms. McSweeney so that they will not speak out. Mr. Cohen’s attempt to discredit and intimidate Ms. McSweeney to deter her from engaging in legally protected activity in Court is exactly the type of retaliation that this lawsuit was brought to address and only is further evidence for Ms. McSweeney. We do not intend to litigate this matter in the press, and if Mr. Cohen wants to address Ms. McSweeney’s claims, we suggest he do so in Court, not in a letter for the press."

A source close to Leah tells TMZ that she's flabbergasted that he wants to keep bringing attention to this in the press, rather than just letting it play out in court.

Bianca Censori's father, Leo Censori, believes Kanye West is tearing her away from her family and wants to confront him about her "trashy" nudity.

Hailey Bieber is reportedly "pissed" at her dad Stephen Baldwin for asking the public for prayer over her and Justin Bieber's marriage. Speaking of Hailey ... her sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, was arrested for assault and battery after she allegedly threw a used tampon at staff in a Georgia bar.

Rachel Leviss has filed a lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, alleging a number of accusations, including revenge porn.

Plus, Geri Halliwell flew in to Bahrain reunite with her husband Christian Horner amid the leaked texts scandal.

Tish Cyrus is being accused of stealing her daughter's boyfriend and then turning him into her own husband -- and amid all the noise ... the man himself is heading out to sea.

Dominic Purcell -- the former 'Prison Break' star, who's now married to Tish -- went surfing Thursday out in Malibu, CA ... where it was just him and his board as he caught some waves and enjoyed a little solo time out in the ocean during a gloomy day.

The pics are pretty cool ... Dom seems to know what he's doing out there, looking like a fairly seasoned surfer and not a kook (beginner) -- at least that's what we can glean.

More importantly though ... the overcast environment and choppy waves also seem to telegraph the situation he and his wife are now in -- namely, squarely against her daughter, Noah, who is reported to have been dating Dominic before Mama Bear swooped in.

Based on how studly DP looks here, we suppose we can understand the appeal -- but if what's being reported about how his and Tish's relationship came about is in any way true ... well, it's a little unsavory to say the least.

Remember ... the claim that's been floated here is that Noah was actually with Dominic first -- and that Tish eventually came along and started hollering at him over social media DMs.

The timeline that's been reported is a little fuzzy, but it seems like some overlap may have possibly occurred -- which might be able to explain why Tish and Noah are now estranged.

There are still a lot of unanswered questions about this ... but in any case, Tish and Dom were both spotted out Wednesday on the heels of this big news breaking -- and neither of them seemed ready to talk to paps about it.

Tisha and Dom were rolling in separate vehicles for their lunch outing in L.A. -- and as Tish pulled away, she kept her windows rolled up ... ignoring questions from the photogs.

As for Noah, she hasn't said much about this publicly just yet -- but the fact she skipped Tish's wedding with Dominic last April is telling ... especially in light of this alleged development.

It goes without saying ... the Cyrus family is seriously fractured at the moment, as it seems some of the kids have taken sides in this whole thing -- not to mention the somewhat fresh divorce between Tish and Billy Ray. Miley appears to be anti-Bill ... Noah's anti-Tish.

There was already bad blood in their brood as it was ... but now, this is yet another divide that's being thrown into the mix -- and it doesn't sound like things are gonna simmer down.

Kanye West's wife Bianca Censori is once again letting it all hang out -- and now, everything's on the table ... from top to bottom, she's showing the world what she's made of.

Bianca and Ye hit up a restaurant over in Paris Wednesday night -- and she wasn't shy about her body, not that she really ever is. She was wearing a VERY see-through top, which showed off her bare breasts. Yes, it's pretty easy to see her nipples here.

Not just that ... but you can also see her vagina, and butt -- depending on the angle.

The couple also shared some tender PDA moments inside the eatery, snuggling up along a wall ... and afterward, Ye followed her out to a waiting van as she put all her assets on display.

No shame in Bianca's game -- that much has been made quite clear.

Once they got in their ride, Kanye and Bianca took a few moments to chill ... sitting in the back seat as photogs snapped away. She didn't shy away from the attention -- neither did he.

The moment of reflection seemingly came right around the time of Kanye's latest public demand of Kim Kardashian ... when he posted a statement on IG calling on his ex-wife to take their kids out of the ritzy private school they all attend in California.

It's interesting ... Bianca was covered up earlier in the day when she went out in long coat ... but by nightfall she was in the mood to go nude. She's been doing this all week, BTW.

Remember, we saw Bianca showing off her bare butt and vagina earlier this week in Paris, where fashion week is in full swing, and now she's adding her nipples to the mix.

Her outfits last week in Italy were just as eye-popping -- although, here in France ... she's upped the ante and gotten even more risque than perhaps any other outfit she's rocked.

She's definitely looking like a typical Kanye muse -- and she appears to be loving every minute of it.

Kanye West continues to gripe about where his kids go to school -- publicly demanding his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, take them out ASAP ... and he's dog-whistling again.

The rapper/producer threw up a new IG post Wednesday night and he name-dropped Kim explicitly with a strong request ... namely, calling her out and telling her to take their 4 children out of the ritzy private school they all go to.

The image he posted read, "KIM TAKE MY KIDS OUT OF SIERRA CANYON NOW IT'S A FAKE SCHOOL FOR CELEBRITIES THAT ARE USED BY 'THE SYSTEM."

His caption was just as telling -- with Ye adding, "At this point everybody knows what "the system" is code word for 👀 I was removed from my dad by the system and the system removed me from my children."

KW continued ... "When the system drafts athletes they avoid working with those who have their father in their life because they are harder to manipulate. My two oldest know they daddy is."

Kanye sounded firm in his stance here, but like we said ... he quickly yanked this down -- probably after a call from Kim and her lawyers, we presume. Still, it's pretty obvious this is 100% how he feels ... and yes, he again seems to be leaning into antisemitism.

We know for a fact that Kanye has railed against "Jewish indoctrinated" schools... and we also know he's griped about his kids going to an institution he considers to be exactly this.

So, yeah -- his not-to-subtle reference to what he considers "the system" is beyond just coded language ... it's basically a bullhorn, and he's wearing his sentiments on his sleeve.

What's interesting here, though, is the fact that Ye is pinpointing two of his kids specifically and suggesting they love their dad ... namely, North West and Saint West. We've been seeing North hang out with her dad a lot lately -- and Saint pops up here and there too.

We don't normally see the 2 youngest children, Chicago and Psalm, with their dad these days -- and he's already admitted that Kim has their kids about 80% of the time regarding custody.

Sounds like Ye's grumbling about that, and perhaps feeling not as in control as he'd like.

Diddy was accused of sharing a sex tape that allegedly showed Stevie J with another man -- but a gay porn star is coming forward to say it's actually him seen in the now-viral image.

The photos that have been circulating online -- which show a Black man apparently having sex with another guy, and who was purported to be Stevie -- were included in Rodney Jones' lawsuit against Diddy that he filed Monday ... but adult film star Knockout is taking credit.

Knockout hopped on Twitter -- this amid mass sharing of the image and a lot of gossip/speculation about Stevie's name being invoked -- and he cleared the air definitively.

He wrote, "This is not him it's me yall really be trying it." Knockout has also been reposting/retweeting people responding to the images ... all of whom are pointing out this is from a well-known porno he was in from years ago, and which has been around for a while.

Knockout has also clarified that he was NOT at any of Diddy's parties -- as described in the lawsuit -- and he also adds that he doesn't appreciate Rodney using his image to make a salacious claim. He also retweeted someone who claims this image of Knockout has often been used to try and smear Stevie's name ... something Knockout appears to acknowledge.

Remember ... Rodney claimed in his suit that Diddy had shared this video with him and allegedly said it depicted Stevie -- with the whole point of this allegedly being Diddy attempting to "groom" Rodney ... something Diddy has come out and vehemently denied.

Stevie J, for his part, has also denied Rodney's allegations ... calling them false. He also seemed to allude to future legal action against him for roping him into this whole mess.
