Travis Barker's using Kourtney Kardashian as his sunblock ... snuggling up with his GF for some serious PDA in the sand.

Kourtney and Travis have been hitting up a beautiful section of Laguna Beach the past 2 days, and they've been all over each other ... literally.

As you can see, Kourtney was rocking a bikini top and shorts as she laid on top of the shirtless Blink-182 drummer. Y'know where that leads ... lots of hugging, holding hands and rubbing noses. He also makes sure to get a handful of booty. It's like UV rays and chill.

The lovebirds first ventured down to the sand of Laguna's famous Treasure Island beach Sunday afternoon, seemingly as part of Kourtney's 42nd birthday celebration.

As we reported ... Travis showed off his romantic side with an intricate piece of hanging art hovering over a huge flower arrangement to start off Kourtney's big day, and it looks like they kept the party going down on the shore.

They're clearly loving the location, they were back on the same beach Monday afternoon and snuggling up for more beach action. Hey, if it ain't broke ...

Kanye West filed his answer to Kim Kardashian's divorce petition, and it's basically a mirror image of his estranged wife's legal docs.

Kanye is also asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 4 kids, just like Kim. FYI ... joint custody doesn't automatically mean a 50/50 split, and it's likely Kim will have the kids the lion's share of the time. They will almost certainly work out an arrangement between themselves and have it approved by the court. They have both committed to co-parenting.

Kanye -- as well as Kim -- wants to shut the door on spousal support. Well, they can afford to fend on their own.

He also says they should also pay their own legal fees.

As we already reported, Kim and Kanye have a prenup, so there shouldn't be a big issue with dividing assets. It's interesting ... Ye's answer comes on the heels of Forbes reporting Kim has now reached billionaire status.

Kim filed for divorce on February 19 ... so Kanye's a little late in filing his answer, although it doesn't really matter because it won't trigger any sort of problem.

Kim did not list a date of separation on her divorce docs. As for Kanye ... he also did not list a date of separation.

Our sources say Kim and Kanye hardly spoke in the months preceding the divorce petition, but it seems things are calmer now.

Shanna Moakler says her ex-husband's new tattoo displaying his famous girlfriend's name is beautiful and encourages her to return the gesture ... despite telling a cautionary tale.

It's hard to know how sincere Travis Barker's ex-wife is about his latest relationship-related ink, but her message to Kourtney Kardashian is, "welcome to the club."

Okay, sarcasm levels definitely detected.

Shanna points out "Kourtney" is not the only flame Travis inked on his body, but regardless ... she suggests it's now KK's turn to get his name permanently emblazoned on her.

Move over, Kylie Jenner ... Kim Kardashian's pockets are actually much deeper than Forbes estimated, she says her SKIMS line is worth more than a billion dollars ... making her the richest of the Kardashian-Jenners.

In an interview with the New York Times, Kim revealed her successful shapewear line, SKIMS, has a valuation of $1.6 BILLION!!! That's a huge number in and of itself, but what's truly significant about it is that Forbes estimated its value at a mere $500 million. Now ya get it, right?

The SKIMS value -- which Kim credits to an influx of $154 million in funding -- more than triples the value of the company, and she's still its biggest shareholder. So, although Forbes put Kim's net worth at a nice, neat $1 bil, it's actually much higher than that ... according to NYT.

Meanwhile, Kim's little sis, Kylie, is no longer even in the billionaire club. Don't get us wrong, there's NO reason to cry for Kylie -- Forbes has her new net worth at $700 million -- but the new numbers do reset the family rankings.

As we reported, Kim told us this week ... she fully expects ALL of her siblings, and probably some of their kids too, to eventually achieve billionaire status.

Things are getting back to normal -- look no further than celeb hotspot The Nice Guy as Kendall, Kylie, Drake, Justin Bieber and more were all together under the same roof again.

It looked like a scene straight out of 2019, with expensive cars on the curb, flashing camera bulbs and some of the most famous celebs on the planet gathering Thursday in West Hollywood.

Inside, Kendall -- who was joined by her NBA superstar bf Devin Booker -- poured shots of her new 818 tequila from behind the bar ... it appears the A-listers had the whole place rented out for themselves.

Chris Brown, Tyga, MGK, Megan Fox and Drake were there too, in fact, Drake had such a good time, he wanted to take it with him, leaving Nice Guy with a drink in hand.

Travis Barker went ahead and did it -- he got the name of his current squeeze tattooed on his body ... close to his heart, too.

The Blink-182 drummer's been seeing Kourtney Kardashian for a few months now, but he just took things to another level with some permanent ink ... right above his left nipple.

Barker's new "Kourtney" tat was visible on his chest Thursday in Hollywood, as he was getting off a Starline Tours bus where he was shooting a music video with KennyHoopla. The firstborn Kardashian sister's name appears to be etched over one of his previous tattoos.

Though this seems to be Travis' first official tat dedicated to his GF, some fans believe a tattoo he gave himself last month might have been meant for her as well.

He inked himself up with the words, "You're So Cool," an apparent reference to the film "True Romance" ... and not only that, but folks think the font he used was Kourtney's handwriting.

Khloe Kardashian is speaking out after an unauthorized photo of her surfaced over the weekend, causing many on social media to comment, critique and bully her appearance.

Khloe looked great in an untouched, unedited video from her bathroom Wednesday, showing fans her unfiltered appearance ... she also included a lengthy statement.

Khloe says, "When someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering in bad lighting or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point ... you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared - regardless of who you are."

The photo -- showing Khloe poolside in a bikini without any substantial photo edits or airbrushing -- was quickly pulled by Khloe's team, and publications were asked to take it down.

Khloe says the criticism she's faced her whole life, being called "the ugly sister," questions as to whether Robert was her real dad and accusations of weight loss surgery have taken their toll on her mentally.

She continues, "It’s almost unbearable trying to live up to the impossible standards that the public have all set for me. For over a decade now in photos, every single flaw and imperfection has been micro-analyzed and made fun of to the smallest detail and I am reminded of them everyday by the world."

In closing, Khloe says that while her family has been a tremendous foundation of support and positivity, "You never quite get used to being judged and pulled apart and told how unattractive one is, but I will say, if you hear anything enough then you start believe it."

Kris Jenner is gonna love this ... Kim Kardashian says her family will have even more members joining the triple comma club in the future!!!

We got Kim at The Grove in Los Angeles Wednesday and our photog asked about her latest accomplishment, making it onto Forbes' official list of billionaires.

Kim says she's feeling blessed to have finally reached the milestone, thanks in large part to her KKW Beauty and SKIMS brands, and she sounds pretty confident she and Kylie Jenner won't be the only billionaires in the fam when the dust settles.

Kim was at the outdoor mall, btw, promoting SKIMS ... so, she's not taking her foot off the gas just because she's got a billie in the bank.

We asked who she thinks will be next up in the club for the Kardashian-Jenners, and she gave it some good hard thought. We suggested her mom, Kris, or maybe Kendall Jenner -- but Kim's thinking bigger, and says the bucks won't stop with those two!!!

No pressure or anything for Khloe, Kourtney and Rob. Not to mention North, Saint, Chicago, Psalm and -- well, we're not gonna run down ALL her nieces and nephews too. You get the point.

Kendall Jenner's taking no chances when it comes to her security ... just take a look at the hired muscle she's got following her around town now.

Kendall was seen out Wednesday in L.A. with a massive bodyguard ... and understandably so after some very scary incidents at her crib. It's clear she's taking no chances away from home either -- we're told the bodyguard scoped out the area before Kendall even exited her car.

This shot should give you some perspective on Kendall's incredible hulk. This guy could probably tow her Porsche with a rope.

As we first reported, the LAPD arrested 27-year-old Shaquan King after he recently made it onto her property, banged on her windows and took off his clothes before trying to go for a naked swim in her pool. Her security detained him until cops arrested him for trespassing.

And, then there's the guy who threatened to kill her right around the same time. Both incidents drove Kendall to leave her house ... she's now staying in an undisclosed location.

Kim Kardashian has joined the 10-figure club for the first time -- she's officially a billionaire ... this according to Forbes, and she can thank her massively successful makeup and shapewear lines for most of it.

The magazine estimates KK's net worth has ballooned to a cool billion bucks -- up from around $780 million last they checked in October. The Forbes team says Kim's cosmetics line, KKW Beauty and her SKIMS brand are a huge portion of the increased wealth.

By their account, KKW Beauty was bringing in about $100 mil annually since its launch in 2017 -- and when Kim sold 20% of her ownership stake in the company to beauty conglomerate Coty, that put a tidy sum of $200 mil in her back pocket. Forbes says the remaining 72% stake she still has in the company is worth around $500 million on its own.

Then there's SKIMS -- which hasn't disclosed its financials, per Forbes, but the mag still pegs her ownership stake at around $225 million.

The rest of her cash sits in cash and other investments -- including real estate. Since 2012, Forbes says Kim's been collecting at least $10 mil a year (pre-tax) from 'KUWTK,' endorsement deals and other biz ventures she waded into over time.

Kim now joins her own sister, Kylie, who became a billionaire with her own makeup empire ... plus a slew of other celebs that have gotten into the billionaires club in recent years, including her estranged husband, Kanye.

Kim Kardashian seems to be taking a page from little sister Kylie Jenner's playbook ... 'cause she's tapping into the skincare business.

Kim filed trademark docs to lock up the rights to a skincare line she presumably plans to launch ... and it looks like she's calling it "SKKN BY KIM."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, KK is looking to slap the name on a wide range of products for skin, hair and nails, plus fragrances and cosmetics ... pretty much anything people buy to make their skin and bodies look and feel good.

It's kinda hard to believe, but Kylie is the only sister with her own dedicated skincare line, Kylie Skin ... at least now.

Lil Wayne's in luck if he ever needs to borrow a cup of sugar from his neighbor, because he just dropped a fortune on a mansion right by Kylie Jenner's crib.

The rapper dropped $15.4 mil for the home in Hidden Hills -- the high-profile gated community that's home to much of the Kardashian crew -- according to sources familiar with the deal.

The 12,135 sq. ft. home looks awesome -- it's a brand new custom estate with 7 beds, 7.5 baths, and a bright, open floor plan with panoramic views.

The interior comes with all the luxurious bells and whistles you can imagine -- chef's kitchen, breakfast room, refrigerated wine display, piano area, entertainer's lounge and a home theater.

Outside there's a pool, a basketball court, multiple patios with seating and a 1-bed guest house ... and it all sits on 3.26 acres.

The man who cops say went swimming naked in Kendall Jenner's pool and then showed up at Kylie's house is back in jail ... he's been busted on more charges related to his alleged skinny dip.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD arrested 27-year-old Shaquan King Friday on a warrant related to the Kendall incident, just as he was being released from jail following his felony stalking arrest for the Kylie incident.

We're told the District Attorney sent the Kylie case back for more investigation, paving the way for King's release, but LAPD was waiting for him and arrested him again.

This time, our sources say King was arrested on 2 trespassing charges, plus a count of disorderly conduct.

TMZ broke the story ... Kendall got a temporary restraining order Thursday against King, claiming he made it onto her Beverly Hills property Sunday morning, banged on her windows, took off his clothes and tried to get into her pool before her security detained him. Police eventually showed up and arrested him for trespassing -- which turned out to be the first of what is now THREE arrests this week.

The old adage is true -- no good deed goes unpunished ... and Kylie Jenner is learning that first-hand this week after trying to do something nice for somebody she cares about.

Get a load of this ... Kylie promoted a GoFundMe a few days ago for a celeb makeup artist named Samuel Rauda, who's worked with tons of famous people like Bella Thorne, Bebe Rexha, Olivia Culpo, Doja Cat and many more. Kylie knows him too, apparently.

Sam was recently in a bad car accident that left him with major brain injuries and in need of surgeries. He's in the hospital now -- and, of course, his medical bills are certain to be immense ... so his family started a fundraiser, and his celeb clients have been plugging it.

Kylie wanted to get the word out as well, so she posted something on her IG story that led folks to the GFM, asking anyone who wanted or could to donate ... while also sending kind words to Sam and his loved ones. She also donated herself -- $5,000.

The OG target amount was supposedly around $60k -- but it has since been bumped because of the flood of donations that have poured in. The fund has raised north of $97k as of now.

Innocent enough, right? WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least that's what Twitter justice warriors are saying a whole three to four days later ... giving her s*** for having the audacity to ask her followers to chip in, even though she's incredibly wealthy and could technically cover his fees on her own. That's the outrage -- with the main criticism being ... "she's out of touch."

For starters, anyone who follows Kylie and saw this wasn't forced/obligated to do anything. Second ... the logic that rich people/celebs are heartless heathens for trying to raise money when they could just as easily fund the whole damn thing is absurd. Hardly any celeb does that -- even the richest among them -- and it's unreasonable to expect them to anyway.

By that rationale ... every issue in the world should be remedied with celebrities' bank accounts, which is silly. Point is, Kylie donated ... and so did a bunch of others. It's possible she also kicked in even more anonymously or offered help elsewhere -- WE DON'T KNOW.

Kylie, specifically, is dealing with this horse crap is because she's pegged a billionaire. So with that in mind -- she should probably consider keeping these sorts of things on the DL ...  because people are downright ridiculous. And if she DGAF, even better. Do you, boo boo.

Kendall Jenner's got a wild side when she gets drunk ... and tequila will make her destroy everything in sight!!!

Kendall and Kylie got wasted together on KJ's new tequila line and tried to do each other's makeup ... and Kendall's destructive side came out to play when she was several shots deep.

Ya gotta see the video ... Kylie foreshadows what's about to happen, then Kendall almost breaks their shot glasses before smashing through the video backdrop with her fists of fury.

It's pretty funny seeing the sisters get drunk together on-camera ... it's kinda Kylie's thing. She did a similar drunken makeup video with Khloe Kardashian, but Kendall takes it to a whole new level.

Drunken antics aside, it's pretty impressive to see Kendall and Kylie going shot for shot ... the final tally sees Kendall and Kylie tied up with 8 shots each. It ain't Irish whiskey, but no one's complaining.
