Young Thug's prison Wi-Fi seems to be up and running without issue, and the incarcerated rap star is going outta his way to help Kanye West's dream of launching worldwide Yeezy stores.

Ye has been livid on Instagram all week ... waging war with GAP and adidas for swiping his Yeezy designs.

The frustration led Ye to begin plotting to launch a Yeezy brick-and-mortar shop in every state -- starting in Atlanta -- and he furiously began sending sketch ideas to architects Claudio Silvestrin and John Pawson.

Thugger hopped on Instagram on Thursday, from prison, to offer Ye 100 acres Georgia land to use ... free of charge!!!

Clearly excited, Ye began to revel in the news with good friend A$AP Bari ... before hitting up ex-wife Kim Kardashian, in hopes she could work her clemency magic to free the YSL Records leader.

Hopefully Kim can operate at Houdini levels ... Thugga's already been denied bond three times after being named the head of his ongoing Georgia RICO case.

Kim Kardashian is living proof a charity event doesn't have to be downer ... at least when it comes to fashion, charity can be lit!

KK hit up the 4th annual fundraiser for the charity, This is About Humanity -- TIAH. It's an org that raises awareness about parents and children separated at the U.S./Mexican border.

Kim showed up in style, and gotta say ... Kanye may be long gone in terms of a relationship with her, but his fashion influence still lingers from her head to her toes.

Tickets for the event -- held in Brentwood, CA -- were certainly within her reach -- $1k a pop. The money goes toward legal representation for immigrant families.

Hailey Davidson -- the transgender golfer aiming to make the LPGA Tour -- tells TMZ Sports she's very grateful for Caitlyn Jenner's support this week ... but she's striving to have a further chat with the former Olympian with the hopes that it will help "clear up some assumptions" going forward.

Jenner threw her support behind Davidson on Fox News on Wednesday, saying she believed Davidson -- unlike transgender swimmer Lia Thomas -- had no unfair advantage over her female opponents because "golf is a totally different game."

Davidson called Jenner's backing "awesome" ... but tells us she did find at least part of the conversation as a whole "a bit vague."

Specifically, the 29-year-old, who underwent gender reassignment surgery last year, says she wished Jenner had left out the sweeping assumption that she can still crush a golf ball.

"My big thing is just, I appreciate the love and support, but definitely to clear up some assumptions would be awesome," she said.

"Because I definitely don't hit it as far as people say. Like, nowhere close."

Davidson said she's reached out to Jenner in an attempt to have a conversation with her about it all. She's yet, though, to hear back.

But if the conversation does take place, Davidson tells us she's hopeful Jenner would hear her out about her golf game ... and more.

"I would love to talk to her in regards to more about how we are athletes and her experience may not be everyone's experience," she said.

"Everyone's experiences are different and everyone's built different. With what she was training to do, yeah, I'm pretty sure she's pretty big and strong."

Davidson said she, however, is not necessarily like that. In fact, she tells us after undergoing hormone treatment, she's lost a ton of power and clubhead speed.

Ultimately, Davidson said she's just hoping everyone can one day be treated equally.

"I understand [Caitlyn's] point that golf is a little different," she said. "But again, all sports are really the same in the end when it comes to the athlete."

Scott Disick was involved in a car accident this weekend -- but it sounds like he's going to be okay ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the reality star had his car dinged up Sunday while driving near Calabasas. Unclear where exactly this might've occurred out there, but we're told Scott's Lamborghini SUV rolled over in the wreck ... one that only involved his vehicle, and luckily not any others. We're told he was alone in the car, and didn't appear impaired.

Our sources say SD sustained a minor cut to his head, and that when paramedics arrived ... he refused medical attention. So it seems he wasn't seriously injured.

Again ... we're not entirely sure on what possibly made Scott's car to flip like this, but we are told that speed appears to have been a factor, based on a preliminary investigation by cops. Scott's Lambo was towed from the scene ... he was not cited in the end.

Scott has been out and about all over L.A. these past few days -- including an outing at Nobu with a mystery woman earlier in the week ... as well as another dinner at Giorgio Baldi on Saturday night, alongside none other than Rod Stewart's daughter, Kimberly.

Him hitting the town seems to jibe with what Kourtney was up to on Sunday -- she posted a photo of her and their son, Reign, hanging out in a pool. So it seems she's got the kids this weekend.

Scott and Kourtney continue to co-parent their three little ones -- this as KK has gone on to marry Travis Barker this year ... a relationship that SD, at times, has apparently bristled over.

We've reached out to his reps for further comment ... so far, no word back.

One of the men accused of robbing Kim Kardashian in Paris -- who seems to have fessed up to it, at least partially -- says he doesn't feel bad about what happened.

Yunis Abbas is one of several men who has been charged in connection to the 2016 heist -- and he did an interview with Vice News ... dishing on what he says went into the planning and execution of the stick-up job where they walked away with millions in stolen jewelry.

He explains that they were tracking Kim on social media and through her show, and kept tabs on her when she came to Paris that year ... detailing her movements, much of which were being covered by the press and by social media -- her own and others.

Abbas explains they noticed Kim was showing off a lot of jewelry online and in person -- and they figured she had a lot of money ... especially from what they could see on 'KUWTK.'

It sounds like Abbas and co. were doing weeks of planning, and when the day came ... he says they hatched their plan to a T -- although he says he stayed downstairs while his associates went up and did the deed. He makes it seem like it was relatively easy to pull off.

Abbas goes on to say that he wasn't really aware of Kim at first -- more so Kanye -- and when asked if he regrets his part in the crime ... the dude says, absolutely not.

His rationale boils down to this ... he saw Kim "throwing money away," and justifies his actions by saying he was simply picking up what he thought she clearly didn't care about. So, no real remorse -- although he acknowledges she must've been traumatized from it all.

Kim herself has spoken on the aftermath at length ... saying she was scared for her life, and that she'd be harmed well beyond what actually happened. It also fundamentally changed her behavior going forward, especially when it came to security and flaunting jewelry.

It's pretty fascinating to hear the tale from one of the suspects themselves. Abbas hasn't been shy about speaking on his involvement -- he's written a tell-all book about it since then, but at the same time ... has also reportedly pled not guilty to the charges against him.

It's no surprise Kendall Jenner's 818 Tequila has some big-name support ... and many of those names all gathered under one roof to talk biz.

The meeting went down in Beverly Hills Wednesday, which was the eve of 8/18. While many of those in attendance included Kendall's relatives -- Kim, Kylie, Khloe, Kris, and Corey Gamble -- some celebs outside the Kardashian family showed up too.

James Corden, Orlando Bloom, and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer were all there to talk tequila -- you can see OB getting chatty with Kim.

Interestingly enough, Orlando was recently shooting a movie with Kim's ex, Pete Davidson, in Australia.

Kim Kardashian is a billionaire, in case you didn't know, and she's opened up her massive SKKN headquarters to remove any doubt.

Kim is showcasing her massive, 40,000-square-foot office space ... and gotta say ... it's pretty damn awesome.

The bells and whistles are impressive ... a massive kitchen, amphitheater, model glam room and private glam room, and on and on.

Kim didn't cheap out with decorators and designers ... Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez did the decor while Michele Lamy and Rick Owens designed the furniture.

Check out the glam room filled with robes, chairs for models and other stuff used for tailoring clothes.

Kim also gave a peek into her photo studio ... pretty cool. As for why she has a "private" glam room, she says it's where she kicks back and watches TV ... not a cord-cutter we guess.

Then there's the luxury shower with a chair inside so Kim's publicist Tracy Romulus can talk business with her while she washes down.

Kanye West has a lot of construction going on at his Malibu home, and it's possible he's now working on a new relationship too ... after being spotted with a mystery woman.

Kanye and the brunette -- who did her best to keep her face hidden from cameras -- hit up Ye's nearly $60 million Malibu beachfront home. Unclear if the woman is just a friend, or something more, but she was decked out in tights, an oversized hoodie and possibly Balenciaga sunglasses.

Of course, if you know anything about Kanye and his recent girlfriends -- like Julia Fox and Chaney Jones -- they're almost always exclusively dressed in Balenciaga.

No word on how far along house construction is, Ye's completely gutted it ... but you gotta imagine it'll be quite the spectacle once finished.

As we've reported, Kim and Kanye have been on friendly terms as of late -- following her split with Pete Davidson -- but the home Ye bought next to Kim's remains unchanged ... so it doesn't look like he has any plans to actually move in.

Kim was on a yacht with the fam celebrating Kylie Jenner's 25th, and what better way than with a round of shots.

Problem is ... the mom of 4 can't throw it back the way she used to, and she choked like Bill Buckner.

KK laughs it off ... at least it appeared so through the hacking fit. The woman clearly loved it. For the record, none of the others had any problem downing the spirits.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are calling it quits on their relationship after 9 months together ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources close to the couple say the pair decided to end things, and according to E!, who first reported the split, the pair's constantly busy schedules and distance apart made it really hard to keep up their romance.

As we reported, Pete had recently been spending lots of time down in Australia, where he's filming a movie, and Kim's balancing traveling and working around the World all while raising her 4 kids in Los Angeles.

Kim recently flew Down Under to see Pete after some time apart, but it's not clear if that's when the two decided to pull the plug on their relationship or if it was more recent.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Pete were first spotted together back in October when they hit Knotts Berry Farm in L.A. with some pals. From there, Kim visited Pete in his hometown of Staten Island, where the two dined on pizza and pasta at one of Pete's local spots.

After that, the relationship seemed to take off ... the two took vacations together, and were constantly jetting coast to coast to spend weekends in NYC and in L.A.

It was in April when Kim and Pete made their red carpet debut together at The White House Correspondent's dinner.

While we hadn't seen them together as of late, Kim recently posted a set of flirty pics of her and Pete -- seemingly reminding the world they were still a thing.

Kylie Jenner isn't about to let some Internet trolls rain on her cosmetics photo shoot ... calling out one poster in particular who bashed the beauty mogul for what he felt were some unsafe practices.

ICYMI, cosmetic developer Kevin James Bennett went after Kylie for posting a photo of herself in a lab coat while working with products from her beauty line. Bennett said Kylie was not only wrong, but posed a potential risk to her customers because she wasn't wearing gloves, a disposable mask or a hairnet.

Kylie clearly saw Kevin's post, and put him in check, commenting, " ... this picture is not taken in a manufacturing facility. i would never bypass sanitary protocols and neither would any other celeb or beauty brand owner ... that's completely unacceptable i agree."

Kylie captioned her original post, "in the lab creating new magic for you guys" ... so it's possible that's why Kevin believed she was in a manufacturing facility. However, in her latest comment, she clarified she'd been, "... creating my own fun samples and taking pictures for content ..."

American actress, adult film star and model Bree Olson was just 20 years old when she was hired as the nanny for youngsters Kendall and Kylie Jenner on Season 1 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" back in 2007.

Kylie Jenner might've hinted at a 3rd baby on the way, which could be here a lot sooner than we think ... after leaving a string of pregnant-themed emojis on Travis Scott's latest post.

Travis put up a pic of himself on Instagram Sunday, with the caption "Got there in a New York minute" ... while fans flocked to the comments, begging the rapper to drop his new album, Kylie had something else on her mind.

She replied with a tongue-out emoji, followed by 4 pregnant women emojis ... and speculators were at the ready.

Some folks think this means she's pregnant again, while others see it as a push for TS to give her another bambino -- one person noted, "Kylie baby girl you haven’t even introduced your second baby."

There were even some who thought the whole thing was fake ... "She's all about playing that game."

As you know, the baby formally known as Wolf was born in February ... but the name didn't stick and 6 months in they still haven't revealed the new moniker.

Kylie and Travis have been fueling the rumor mill lately ... she caught people's eyes last week when she flashed her hand toward the camera, with a big rock on her ring finger.

Kim Kardashian is taking interest in a new legal case ... she wants to see Gunna released from his jail cell while he awaits trial.

Kim, who has helped a ton of folks get out from behind bars over the years, tweeted out her support for the rapper Wednesday, with a hashtag and a nod to one of Gunna's popular songs.

KK tweeted to her 73.1 million followers ... "#FreeGunna" and emojis saying "Free P" ... a reference to his song "Pushin P."

As we reported ... Gunna was recently denied bond a second time in his Young Stoner Life RICO case and will be held in a Georgia jail until at least January, when his case is scheduled to go to trial.

Gunna's accused of possession of drugs with intent to distribute and receiving stolen property, pleading not guilty to the allegations, and he's been going hard for his freedom ... penning an open letter about the U.S. Constitution on his birthday, which he spent behind bars.

Now Kim appears to be in Gunna's corner ... and it will be interesting to see if her celebrity can help his cause.

Khloe Kardashian is having another baby with the same man with whom she broke up, Tristan Thompson ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, the baby will be born via surrogate. We're told the birth is imminent, within days. Another source says the baby may already have been born in the last day or so.

The timeline of the surrogate's pregnancy seemingly indicates Khloe and Tristan made the decision to have the baby before their most recent split.

As you know, Khloe and Tristan have been together, broke up, got back together and broke up again over allegations of cheating.

The two already share a child -- 4-year-old daughter True -- and have successfully co-parented her even navigating their own personal hurdles. In discussions on this season of "The Kardashians" ... the two talked about further expanding their family, however, those plans hit a wall when Tristan got another woman pregnant late last year.

Maralee Nichols gave birth to Tristan's son last December, and he later confirmed the paternity results along with a public apology to Khloe. The couple had split in the summer.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are still very much a thing -- despite the fact we haven't seen them together in a little while -- and Kim just made that clear in a set of newly released pics of the pair.

Kim fired up her Instagram account Monday, posting a gallery devoted to photos of her and her beau and captioned the series with a simple "😜." The photos include a shot of the two poolside, hanging out at home and even chilling on the couch ... it appears the snaps were taken in Palm Springs, where several of Kim's family members all have homes.

Pete's shirtless in just about every image ... and as he's discussed before, he's got some ink solely dedicated to Kim, so you gotta imagine he likes to show it off.

It's been a few weeks since we've seen Kim and Pete together in the same city. He's been working in Australia and she was just in Paris for Fashion Week with North and Kris Jenner ... as we reported, the group got a private tour of The Louvre and some serious facetime with the Mona Lisa.
