Kim was on a yacht with the fam celebrating Kylie Jenner's 25th, and what better way than with a round of shots.

Problem is ... the mom of 4 can't throw it back the way she used to, and she choked like Bill Buckner.

KK laughs it off ... at least it appeared so through the hacking fit. The woman clearly loved it. For the record, none of the others had any problem downing the spirits.

As for anyone watching this video who wants to drag Kim because she can't down a drink ... well, she's on a yacht, and you're not!!!

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are calling it quits on their relationship after 9 months together ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources close to the couple say the pair decided to end things, and according to E!, who first reported the split, the pair's constantly busy schedules and distance apart made it really hard to keep up their romance.

As we reported, Pete had recently been spending lots of time down in Australia, where he's filming a movie, and Kim's balancing traveling and working around the World all while raising her 4 kids in Los Angeles.

Kim recently flew Down Under to see Pete after some time apart, but it's not clear if that's when the two decided to pull the plug on their relationship or if it was more recent.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Pete were first spotted together back in October when they hit Knotts Berry Farm in L.A. with some pals. From there, Kim visited Pete in his hometown of Staten Island, where the two dined on pizza and pasta at one of Pete's local spots.

After that, the relationship seemed to take off ... the two took vacations together, and were constantly jetting coast to coast to spend weekends in NYC and in L.A.

It was in April when Kim and Pete made their red carpet debut together at The White House Correspondent's dinner.

While we hadn't seen them together as of late, Kim recently posted a set of flirty pics of her and Pete -- seemingly reminding the world they were still a thing.

Kylie Jenner isn't about to let some Internet trolls rain on her cosmetics photo shoot ... calling out one poster in particular who bashed the beauty mogul for what he felt were some unsafe practices.

ICYMI, cosmetic developer Kevin James Bennett went after Kylie for posting a photo of herself in a lab coat while working with products from her beauty line. Bennett said Kylie was not only wrong, but posed a potential risk to her customers because she wasn't wearing gloves, a disposable mask or a hairnet.

Kylie clearly saw Kevin's post, and put him in check, commenting, " ... this picture is not taken in a manufacturing facility. i would never bypass sanitary protocols and neither would any other celeb or beauty brand owner ... that's completely unacceptable i agree."

Kylie captioned her original post, "in the lab creating new magic for you guys" ... so it's possible that's why Kevin believed she was in a manufacturing facility. However, in her latest comment, she clarified she'd been, "... creating my own fun samples and taking pictures for content ..."

American actress, adult film star and model Bree Olson was just 20 years old when she was hired as the nanny for youngsters Kendall and Kylie Jenner on Season 1 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" back in 2007.

During the first season of KUWTK, Bree was accompanied by Kim Kardashian who was just getting her toes wet, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian who ran the family's clothing stores "DASH" and "Smooch," Rob Kardashian who was finishing up college, Caitlyn Jenner was on carpool duty and Kris Jenner who was playing 'Momager' for her daughters.

Kylie Jenner might've hinted at a 3rd baby on the way, which could be here a lot sooner than we think ... after leaving a string of pregnant-themed emojis on Travis Scott's latest post.

Travis put up a pic of himself on Instagram Sunday, with the caption "Got there in a New York minute" ... while fans flocked to the comments, begging the rapper to drop his new album, Kylie had something else on her mind.

She replied with a tongue-out emoji, followed by 4 pregnant women emojis ... and speculators were at the ready.

Some folks think this means she's pregnant again, while others see it as a push for TS to give her another bambino -- one person noted, "Kylie baby girl you haven’t even introduced your second baby."

There were even some who thought the whole thing was fake ... "She's all about playing that game."

As you know, the baby formally known as Wolf was born in February ... but the name didn't stick and 6 months in they still haven't revealed the new moniker.

Kylie and Travis have been fueling the rumor mill lately ... she caught people's eyes last week when she flashed her hand toward the camera, with a big rock on her ring finger.

Kim Kardashian is taking interest in a new legal case ... she wants to see Gunna released from his jail cell while he awaits trial.

Kim, who has helped a ton of folks get out from behind bars over the years, tweeted out her support for the rapper Wednesday, with a hashtag and a nod to one of Gunna's popular songs.

KK tweeted to her 73.1 million followers ... "#FreeGunna" and emojis saying "Free P" ... a reference to his song "Pushin P."

As we reported ... Gunna was recently denied bond a second time in his Young Stoner Life RICO case and will be held in a Georgia jail until at least January, when his case is scheduled to go to trial.

Gunna's accused of possession of drugs with intent to distribute and receiving stolen property, pleading not guilty to the allegations, and he's been going hard for his freedom ... penning an open letter about the U.S. Constitution on his birthday, which he spent behind bars.

Now Kim appears to be in Gunna's corner ... and it will be interesting to see if her celebrity can help his cause.

Khloe Kardashian is having another baby with the same man with whom she broke up, Tristan Thompson ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, the baby will be born via surrogate. We're told the birth is imminent, within days. Another source says the baby may already have been born in the last day or so.

The timeline of the surrogate's pregnancy seemingly indicates Khloe and Tristan made the decision to have the baby before their most recent split.

As you know, Khloe and Tristan have been together, broke up, got back together and broke up again over allegations of cheating.

The two already share a child -- 4-year-old daughter True -- and have successfully co-parented her even navigating their own personal hurdles. In discussions on this season of "The Kardashians" ... the two talked about further expanding their family, however, those plans hit a wall when Tristan got another woman pregnant late last year.

Maralee Nichols gave birth to Tristan's son last December, and he later confirmed the paternity results along with a public apology to Khloe. The couple had split in the summer.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are still very much a thing -- despite the fact we haven't seen them together in a little while -- and Kim just made that clear in a set of newly released pics of the pair.

Kim fired up her Instagram account Monday, posting a gallery devoted to photos of her and her beau and captioned the series with a simple "😜." The photos include a shot of the two poolside, hanging out at home and even chilling on the couch ... it appears the snaps were taken in Palm Springs, where several of Kim's family members all have homes.

Pete's shirtless in just about every image ... and as he's discussed before, he's got some ink solely dedicated to Kim, so you gotta imagine he likes to show it off.

It's been a few weeks since we've seen Kim and Pete together in the same city. He's been working in Australia and she was just in Paris for Fashion Week with North and Kris Jenner ... as we reported, the group got a private tour of The Louvre and some serious facetime with the Mona Lisa.

Kim and North, joined by Kris Jenner apparently got a sneak peek inside one of the world's most famous museums before it opened up to the public.

Of course, the trio made a point to get some serious facetime with the Mona Lisa ... and marvel at the museum's other famous pieces. Kris posted an almost eerie pic showing the usually bustling halls of The Louvre totally empty for their private tour.

The sightseeing comes on the heels of the duo's busy trip for Paris Fashion Week. Kim and North have been spotted out on several occasions, including the Balenciaga show.

Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are addressing the health scare that landed the former in a hospital -- and their message is one of gratitude and relief.

The Blink-182 drummer took to IG Saturday to explain what exactly had happened earlier this past week, writing ... "I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great. But After dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since."

He continues, "During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life threatening pancreatitis."

TB goes on to explain that he's incredibly grateful he's doing much better after intensive treatment. His wife echoed that with her own description, which backed his account.

Kourtney writes, "Oh what a scary and emotional week it has been. Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change."

She adds, "I am so grateful to God for healing my husband, for all of your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and appreciative." KK also gave thanks to the doctors and staff at Cedars Sinai for their care too.

Kourtney finishes her thoughts with this ... "It's crazy how sometimes words could never truly express the gratitude or feelings I have inside me."

Kim Kardashian pulled an all-nighter Friday -- or maybe just a partial-nighter -- shooting what appears to be a commercial for her family's Hulu reality show.

Kim slipped into a long, tight black dress during the shoot in the darkness of Los Angeles. The shoot was at a studio somewhere in the City of Angels.

Kim seemed focused but at times, multi-tasking with the help of her rusty, trusty iPhone.

Pete Davidson was MIA from the shoot ... he's doing some shooting himself -- a movie down in Australia.

Kourtney Kardashian clearly has a lot on her mind while husband Travis Barker battles pancreatitis in an L.A. hospital ... spotted out running errands in L.A.

Kourtney's solemn expression says it all, as she hit a store in Encino Wednesday dressed head to toe in Travis' DTA Records merch -- which appears to be the same outfit she was wearing when she took Travis to the hospital Tuesday.

TMZ broke the story ... doctors believe a recent colonoscopy is to blame for the drummer's pancreatitis. The condition's symptoms usually include everything from severe stomach pain to nausea and vomiting.

It's currently unclear what Travis' condition is, but as we reported, his daughter posted asking fans for prayers just hours after Travis was admitted.

We know Kourtney was the one who first drove Travis to West Hills hospital Tuesday morning, and was by his side while he was transported by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center later that day.

Kim Kardashian is using her celebrity to bully a small business for the rights to a skincare line, according to a new lawsuit ... but Kim's legal team says it's nothing more than a "shakedown effort."

Kim is being sued for trademark infringement over her new brands, SKKN and SKKN BY Kim, by a company out of Brooklyn called Beauty Concepts, which claims it owns the rights to "SKKN+" and says Kim's use of the moniker on her beauty products is confusing customers.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Beauty Concepts says it's a Black and woman-owned business that survived the pandemic, and moved up to a brick-and-mortar store only to learn Kim K was launching her new brand with a strikingly similar name.

In the docs, Beauty Concepts says it reached out to Kim's team after she filed papers trying to lock up rights to "SKKN" ... informing her it already held the trademark for "SKKN+" and asking Kim not to use similar branding. The company claims Kim's team ignored the request and pushed forward, releasing her line anyway.

Kim's attorney, Michael Rhodes, is pushing back, telling TMZ ... "This lawsuit is not what it seems. SKKN BY KIM is a new brand that follows in the footsteps of Ms. Kardashian's successful KKW line of products. Building on independent research and development, her company filed a trademark application for SKKN BY KIM to protect the new branded products. This prompted the current shakedown effort."

Rhodes says, "We applaud Ms. Lunsford for being a small business owner and following her dreams. But that doesn’t give her the right to wrongfully claim that we’ve done something wrong. In its letter, Beauty Concepts claimed to own rights to a logo made up of SKKN+, and had just filed for trademark protection for that logo. The business was a one-person shop offering facials from a single Brooklyn location. The salon had no signage and was by appointment only. To our knowledge, Beauty Concepts sold no products under the SKKN+ name.

He continues, "Beauty Concepts asked that we drop the SKKN name. Of course, we said no. Beauty Concepts then challenged Ms. Kardashian’s trademark applications at the USPTO. Unsurprisingly, the USPTO rejected Beauty Concepts’ own SKKN+ mark saying that “skkn” just means “skin.” Undaunted, Beauty Concepts then tried to make its business seem more than it was – it leased a new storefront, changed its website, etc."

Rhodes says Kim's team tried to work with Beauty Concepts to figure something out, and says he "pointed out running a small esthetician business in Brooklyn does not give it the right to shut down a global skincare line."

Wendy Williams is already putting television in her rearview, having decided podcasting is a better fit -- but she's already lining up big names to join her ... TMZ has learned.

Even though her daytime show was one of the most popular over its 13-season run, Wendy has no interest in being on TV full time right now ... according to her manager Will Selby.

Will is executive producing Wendy's upcoming podcast, and tells us Wendy recently spoke to Snoop Dogg and Fat Joe about being guests -- as she's planning to focus more on her own personal favorites from the music world.

In addition, we're told Wendy's had convos with the Kardashians, and even a member of the Trump family. Will's not saying which one, but any of them would be a huge get ... considering what's going on in Washington.

We got Wendy in NYC back in May, and she vowed she would be back on TV, but we're told that's no longer her passion. Instead, she's focused on producing a pod that's the full Wendy experience -- all about her favorite artists, fashions, food and celebs.

On the business end of things ... Will says Wendy's trying to decide if she's going to partner with a single platform -- like Spotify or Apple -- or just release it independently.

No timetable yet for the podcast debut. BTW, we're told Wendy's not swearing off TV altogether -- she'd still be open to doing appearances on talk or reality shows like "The View" or the 'Real Housewives' series.

Seems only fitting the star of Khloé Kardashian's 38th birthday party is the woman who brought her into the world -- an event Kris Jenner brought up in a hilarious and boozy fashion.

Khloé popped up Monday in a sexy pink latex dress to celebrate her birthday with a lunch at her mom's $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills, and the drinks were flowing! Well, definitely for Kris who made a half-hearted attempt to reenact Khloé's birth -- something Khlo was NOT down to do.

Thank God Kim Kardashian was recording the whole thing, because, after that scene, Mom admitted during a toast ... "I know I'm a little wasted. But, what I want to say is how much I am so f***ing in love with you, Khloé Kardashian!"

Yeah, it was that kinda speech, but super sweet ... as Kris basically called her third-born the glue that holds the Kardashian-Jenner clan together.

Even with all the drinks, this was a true family affair, and the kiddos got in on the fun too -- Khloé posed with her daughter, True and her 5-year-old niece, Dream ... Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's daughter.

Say what you want, but Blac Chyna can't seem to stop chasing the bag ... cause she'll be in an upcoming movie and her new role is actually hilarious!

We've learned Chyna landed the role in the flick ... "Secret Society 2." She'll be playing a publicist named Vicki, who specializes in crisis management -- something BC knows a thing or 2 about!

In the movie, Chyna's character, Vicki, plays a badass publicist who goes to extreme lengths for her clients ... especially when it comes to Celess and Si Si, two rising stars in young Hollywood with secrets that can ruin their careers. Right when they are on the brink of making it big, things take a deadly turn.

And, she has co-stars -- Reyna Love, Erica Pinkett, Vivica A. Fox, and Jeremy Meeks. BTW ... 3 of Chyna's songs will be featured in the film.

Chyna's performance is already in the can ... it was shot months before her recent trial against the Kardashians ... a trial which she lost.

Miasha Coleman, the executive producer, tells us ... "Blac Chyna is definitely no stranger to headlines and publicity, so naturally she nailed her part as a publicist! We are also excited to showcase her music in 'Secret Society 2.' They fit the vibe of the movie perfectly."

Kudos to the producers -- casting BC as a crisis PR type given the multitude of crises in which she's been embroiled. As they say ... good actors draw upon their own experiences.
