The Kardashians have come out victorious in their fierce legal battle with Blac Chyna ... who sued them for defamation, but the jury's riding with the family.

Before the verdict was read, it was apparent the Kardashians were nowhere to be found. The clerk asked their lawyer where they were, and the attorney responded, they were all in NYC, "at some gala." Obviously, they're at the Met.

As you know ... the Kardashians and Chyna have been squaring off in court for the past few weeks over the $100-million lawsuit BC filed back in 2017, accusing the Kardashians of defaming her and conspiring to ruin her career by getting her reality show with Rob canceled.

The trial featured tons of explosive testimony ... with the Kardashians claiming Chyna was violent with Rob, threatening to kill him and Kylie Jenner.

Much of the testimony focused on an incident between Chyna and Rob in December 2016 ... when she was pregnant with their child and their reality show, "Rob & Chyna," was in the midst of being picked up for a second season.

The Kardashians claimed Chyna threatened to kill Rob by putting a gun to his head and wrapping a phone cord around his neck, alleging she also hit him with a metal rod and threw furniture at his car when he tried to leave the heated argument.

Chyna testified she was only joking when she pointed a firearm at his temple and wrapped the cord around him, and she denied throwing anything at his car or hitting him.

There was lots of drama outside the courtroom too ... with Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, appearing to threaten the judge who had tossed her outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids. TT claimed her threat was aimed at Kris, not the judge.

Almost all of the Kardashians took the stand at some point ... including Kris, Khloe, Kim, Kylie and Rob ... plus Kris' BF, Corey Gamble.

Blac Chyna's jury is still deliberating whether the Kardashians are on the hook for tanking her reality show, but Kim Kardashian has already scored a major victory.

The judge just tossed out Chyna's defamation claim against Kim, ruling KK made no defamatory statements against Rob's ex.

Chyna's lawyer argued even if Kim didn't directly make false statements against Chyna, she essentially co-signed slanderous and libelous statements allegedly made by other members of the Kardashian fam.

Well, the judge begged to differ, saying there was ZERO evidence Kim took a "responsible part" in the various statements that have become the centerpiece of Chyna's case.

Translation -- Chyna's lawyer tried to sell a theory that Kim somehow winked or otherwise gave credence to statements made about Chyna's predilection for violence toward Rob. Chyna's lawyers also argued Kim was a co-signer on others who allegedly trash-talked Chyna to E! execs.

That all said, there's plenty for the jury to still consider. There are other defamation claims against various members of the Kardashian klan, as well as a claim they intentionally derailed her reality show.

Chyna was asking for $40 million for that claim.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have a thing for making out near bodies of water ... this time sucking face at Lake Como!!!

Kourtney and Travis are on yet another romantic Italian getaway, where she slipped into a black bikini and climbed on top of her man on the shores of the country's most famous lake.

It's the first time we've seen Kourtney and Travis in lovebird mode since their late-night Las Vegas "pretend" wedding ceremony earlier this month ... and now they're looking like honeymooners.

Travis was shirtless as he sat next to Kourtney on a couple of lounge chairs by the lake ... they talked for a bit, and then she couldn't resist and got all over him!!!

The couple, who are anything but shy, also grabbed a bite to eat ... and took pictures of each other on their balcony.

Kourtney and Travis just hit their Italian trifecta ... we've also seen them attached at the hip in Venice and a small town in Genoa.

Blac Chyna won't get another shot to take the stand in her lawsuit against the Kardashians ... because the judge just denied her bid to take the stand again.

Chyna wanted a redo on her testimony because she claimed she was triggered by the Kardashians' lawyer presenting her old nude photos in court while questioning her about the revenge porn pics Rob posted. She says from that point on, her testimony was derailed.

But, Thursday the judge shot down Chyna's request, and now the trial is wrapping up. Before breaking for lunch, jurors got instructions.

Closing arguments are on tap after the break, and then the jury will begin deliberations.

Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner have been present in court all day, and they were recently joined in the room by Kylie Jenner.

Kanye West appeared for the first time on "The Kardashians" and he came off as the hero, as Kim Kardashian sobbed after he retrieved the hard drive containing her full sex tape video.

It's a fascinating encounter ... Kim and Kanye were going through their divorce at the time, but he seemed like family as he first interacted with a very grateful Kris Jenner before watching Kim unzip the suitcase that contained the hard drive.

Ye flew from New York to L.A. to meet Ray J at the airport, and that's when Ray presented Ye with presumably all the raw video.

As you know, there were stories floating around that another sex tape was in the offing ... something that alarmed Kim enough to sick her lawyer on whoever was about to release it.

Turns out the hard drive was proof positive, no other footage exists ... therefore, no new sex tape.

The interaction between Kanye and Kim is interesting ... they seem to have a real connection ... something that later evaporated as Kanye went in hard on Kim's new BF, Pete Davidson.

Tokyo Toni is putting a hard stop to folks who say Blac Chyna is violent ... insisting she's not and never has been.

We caught up with Tokyo Toni, Wednesday at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and she told us, her daughter isn't a threat to anyone. Toni says Blac Chyna is not that kinda girl. She was quick to add, the Kardashians are the violent ones, saying their show, 'KUWTK,' proves it.

TT tells us ... they're all trying to paint her and her daughter as crazy people, but in reality, they are just standing up for their rights.

Toni might have a hard time convincing some folks because she's had issues of her own.

Remember ... Tokyo was actually banned from the courtroom after firing shots at the Kardashians on Instagram live. She dug herself into a deeper hole after threatening the judge for kicking her out, saying ... "I'm gonna get that judge".

We should note, TT later backtracked and said she was referring to Kris Jenner when she used the word "judge" -- not the actual one in court ... though in context, that makes no sense.

As we reported, Black Chyna is suing the Kardashians for $100 mil ... for allegedly getting her 2017 reality show, with Rob Kardashian, canceled.

Blac Chyna is getting some serious law enforcement protection as she battles the Kardashian family in court ... getting a personal escort from Sheriff's Deputies as she navigates the courthouse.

Check out the video, you see Chyna and her team surrounded by at least 3 deputies during a courtroom break Wednesday. Our law enforcement sources tell us it's standard for all parties involved in high-profile cases to be provided security during their trials.

This means the Kardashians have the same protections as Chyna -- including a private room they are taken to during breaks -- and armed security that stand outside the door. There were reports only the family had protections, which clearly isn't the case.

Wednesday's testimony hasn't been as explosive as other days, Corey Gamble and Chyna's former attorney, Walter Mosley, have taken the stand so far.

Kylie Jenner is making a move to expand her makeup empire ... it looks like she now wants her cosmetics line to cover magic potions for eyes.

Kylie's company filed trademark docs to lock up the rights to a name for her potential new revenue stream ... "KYLASH."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kylie is looking to use "KYLASH" in her growing makeup line to include more products ... including extension fibers, cosmetic preparations, tints and serums for eyelashes.

The docs make it look like Kylie also wants to slap the name on eye makeup remover and mascara. So, she's covering all her bases.

Blac Chyna wants another shot to go under oath in her case against the Kardashians -- claiming the revenge porn pics shown to her during her time on the stand screwed up her testimony.

The model and influencer's legal team just filed court docs asking the judge to grant her another opportunity to take the stand to testify about her damages claim, and they want all the testimony after she was shown the photos to be stricken from the record.

The reason ... her attorneys argue that the Kardashians' lawyer presenting her nudes to her -- while they were questioning her about the TRO she took out against Rob -- was triggering.

They claim it caused BC to panic and cry on the witness stand, completely derailing the rest of her testimony ... with BC apparently not able to answer basic questions that they say she would've otherwise been able to address without issue. The photos, they claim, left her incredibly emotional ... and she was unable to regain her composure even after a break.

Chyna's team also alleges that introducing the photos at all violated a previous order of the court to prevent just this kind of thing from happening during the trial. With all that in mind, her attorneys say her testimony for that part should be stricken, and that she should get a partial redo to testify about damages.

Now, as for what the Kardashians are saying about this ... their team is calling BS.

Attorneys for the family filed a response to Chyna's request, and they say to allow her to get on the stand again is absolutely ridiculous -- and clearly, a desperate ploy to fix what they say was a "disastrous" day for her, as she apparently floundered under pressure during cross-examination.

They say that the 11 hours she spent on the stand is longer than the total amount of time she was on camera for "Rob & Chyna," which the Kardashians find rich ... since that's what she's suing them over.

Kris Jenner says she fully thought Blac Chyna was going to kill Rob Kardashian when she pointed a gun to his head ... and in no way did she think it was a joke.

Kris was back on the stand Friday for a second day of testimony in Chyna's trial, claiming she thought BC tried to murder her son back in December 2016. Rob's mom hurled the allegation almost right out of the gate, with Chyna's lawyer asking her if she believed Chyna attempted murder on her son. Kris responded, "I do."

Kris says she came to the conclusion after looking at everything going on back then between Rob and Chyna ... claiming Rob had marks on his body from the phone cord Chyna wrapped around his neck, in addition to his torn shirt.

What's more, Kris says she felt Chyna had animosity and hatred towards her family ... saying alcohol was involved when Chyna pointed the gun at Rob's head and wondered what it would be like to be in Rob's situation at that moment.

As we reported ... Chyna claimed she pointed the gun at Rob as a joke, and insisted the phone cord she put around his neck was also done in jest.

Kris was asked why she didn't call the police if she thought Chyna was going to kill her son. She said she thought BC had enough problems with cops and figured her own security, made up of former LAPD officers, could get the situation under control if necessary.

And, get this ... Kris was asked about a text she sent where she wrote, "He (Rob) is devastated, and he needs to ditch the bitch."

Kris told the jury she sent the text in anger when she was very upset, adding ... "I probably could've used a word that was nicer."

Chyna's lawyer asked Kris why she would want to use a nicer word to describe someone she believed tried to murder her son Kris said, "It's just really not the way I like to talk about people."

Kris was then shown another text message she sent to the showrunner behind Rob and Chyna's reality TV show, where Kris wrote, "Let's take her off the show and just make it Rob raising his daughter."

Asked why she sent the text, Kris explained ... "This is my son that has been traumatized and I was just trying to figure out what to do." She started crying on the stand as she compared Rob having a gun pointed to his head to Kim Kardashian being tied up in a bathtub in Paris.

Kris was also asked about another text, where she claimed Chyna beat the crap out of Rob's face, and the meaning behind it.

In her explanation, Kris drew a laugh from the courtroom crowd when she referenced the Will Smith and Chris Rock moment at the Oscars, saying ... "It's like if I was at the Academy Awards and got hit in the face, might say I got the s*** beat out of my face.”

Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, says she wasn't talking about the judge in her daughter's trial when she said, "I'm going to get that judge" ... she says it was all about Kris Jenner.

We got TT in Woodland Hills Thursday and asked her about her alleged threat, which she made Tuesday on Instagram Live.

Tokyo says she wasn't really talking about the judge, it was for Kris ... and when our photog pressed, she explained she views Kris as the judge because she feels Kris rules over all of the Kardashians.

Here's the problem ... before she makes the threat, she references the fact that the judge -- the real one, not Kris -- threw her out of the courtroom. And, then she says "I'm gonna get that judge." So, it's a gigantic stretch to believe she was talking about Kris.

Tokyo tells us her daughter's legal team told her to chill out on social media as the trial continues, and Toni makes it sound like that won't be a problem because she claims she was never talking about the case, and was only taking shots at the Kardashians.

Blac Chyna's long overdue for a good accountant ... after testifying in court that she hasn't paid her taxes in years, and doesn't even have a bank account.

BC was questioned about her finances by the Kardashians' defense lawyer, Michael Rhodes, on Thursday on Day 2 of her testimony in her civil case ... and she admitted she hadn't filed her taxes since 2018 or 2019.

She says the last filing was for her businesses -- Lashed LLC, 88 Fin, and Blac Chyna Inc. ... she tells Rhodes the last time she personally filed was back in 2015. She also said she doesn't have any personal bank accounts.

Chyna also revealed she'd made about $2 million in 2020, 2019 and 2018 ... and makes money through celebrity appearances -- like $25k for an upcoming celebrity boxing match. However, her main moneymaker seems to be OnlyFans, on which she claims she's made $1 million.

She says she posts bikini and feet pics on OnlyFans ... and when asked, admitted to posting some nudity on there as well.

As we reported, Thursday's testimony had BC in tears as she talked about her ex, Rob Kardashian, posting nude pictures of her online. As you'll recall, the pics were removed from IG after going up, but Rob reposted them.

When asked if her filing for a restraining order after the nudes were posted was a publicity stunt, she replied, while crying, "It was the only way I could stop him from posting pictures of me on the Internet."

Blac Chyna shed tears on the witness stand while testifying in court about her ex Rob Kardashian posting nude photos of her on social media.

BC was back Thursday for the second day of testimony in her civil case against the Kardashians, and the Kardashian's defense lawyer, Michael Rhodes, brought up the infamous naked pics.

The Kardashian's lawyer introduced BC's restraining order filing to the jury, which attached the Chyna nudes Rob posted on the web, and asked her if the filing was a publicity stunt.

BC started crying as she replied ... "It was the only way I could stop him from posting pictures of me on the internet." Chyna also testified she wasn't looking for headlines when she went on "Good Morning America" the day after filing the restraining order.

Chyna continued crying as she told the jury ... "I was already public. I'm supposed to just not say anything and take it? I wanted everyone to hear my side of the story. He posted nudes of my entire body."

Remember ... Rob posted photos of a naked Blac Chyna on his Instagram back in July 2017, even reposting them after they were removed from IG. The saga was during a tumultuous time in their relationship.

Chyna eventually composed herself on the witness stand and answered questions about the dates of their breakup, and a dispute about when the relationship really ended.

The nudes were included in a binder set in front of Chyna and were not shown to the jury, but after looking at the photos BC became upset again and asked for a short break.

Blac Chyna claims she was just joking around when she pointed a gun at Rob Kardashian's head ... and she says wrapping an iPhone cord around his neck was also in jest.

BC just testified in her civil case against the Kardashians ... taking the stand Wednesday and addressing Rob's abuse allegations leading up to their breakup and reality TV show's demise.

Blac Chyna told the jury she and Rob were celebrating their show being picked up for a second season back in December 2016, with the former couple marking the occasion by throwing around money and "being silly."

Chyna's lawyers showed a video clip in court from the night of their alleged fight, with footage showing Rob wearing a torn shirt. Blac Chyna says Rob's clothing was ripped when they were joking around and being silly, and she says she meant no harm and he never asked her to stop or indicated she was hurting him.

BC then testified Rob was playing video games later that night when she jokingly put an iPhone cord around his neck ... which she says was a joke to get him to pay attention to her. Chyna was adamant on the stand she was NOT trying to strangle Rob.

Blac Chyna's testimony then shifted to the gun ... with Chyna saying Rob kept it on the dresser, though it was unloaded and Rob told her there weren't any bullets in the house.

BC says Rob was eating and on FaceTime with his friends when she came up to him and put the gun to his head ... she says she jokingly said he better never leave her and wasn't being serious.

Blac Chyna also testified her Dec. 15, 2016 argument with Rob started when he accused her of cheating on him ... claiming he was very jealous and would often go through her phone. BC says things got to the point where they had a paternity test taken to assure Rob he was the father, and the test showed he was in fact her baby's daddy.

It's interesting ... while Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, has railed against the Kardashians on social media this week and taken shots at Kris Jenner ... BC kept referring to Kris as "Miss Kris" and said she thought of Kris as a second mom.

The trial broke for lunch and will resume later today ... stay tuned.

Scott Disick is keeping his ex's-enemies close -- chatting poolside with Larsa Pippen -- who had a major falling out with the famous family.

We got pics of Kourtney's ex having an animated convo with Pippen at the Setai Hotel in Miami, while Larsa dropped in for David Einhorn's birthday. Not totally surprising, Larsa calls Miami home, and Einhorn owns Papi Steak, so it's possible she and Scott just happened to be same place same time thanks to mutual friends.

One source says the two spent several hours chatting it up.

As you know, Larsa's falling out with Kim created a rift between her and the Kardashian clan ... Larsa's talked about it on "The Real Housewives of Miami," saying she knew a lot about Kim's failing marriage with Kanye West as it was falling apart.

Larsa said she thought she "took a beating" because she saw the relationship crumbling between Kim and Ye, causing them to no longer be friends.

Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, may have taken her displeasure with the judge too far ... because she allegedly threatened him in her daughter's trial against the Kardashians.

Tokyo went off on the judge while live streaming Tuesday on Instagram from just outside the courthouse where the civil case is underway. She says ... "I'm gonna get that judge." She's reacting to the judge booting her from the courtroom earlier in the day.

This could be extremely problematic for Tokyo, because even an oblique threat against a judge is taken seriously by law enforcement ... especially after attacks against judges and their families increased measurably over the last few years.

Tokyo's been active on Instagram this week, going on the social media platform Monday and ripping the Kardashians over their appearance on the first day of jury selection.

In Monday's rant, Tokyo calls out the entire Kardashian/Jenner clan ... hurling profanities, laughing hysterically, claiming the family "looked dead" and comparing Kris Jenner to the bad guy from the movie "Saw."

Tokyo's initial video was addressed in court Tuesday morning, with the judge telling her she's no longer allowed back inside the courtroom for the trial.
