Opening statements for the Blac Chyna-Kardashian civil case have officially begun, and BC's lawyer laid out some shocking claims right out the gate ... including Kris Jenner once allegedly saying "Take her off the show."

Chyna's lead attorney, Lynne Cianni, told the jury Tuesday that they would be presented with evidence showing the Kardashian women -- Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kylie, specifically -- worked to tank her and Rob's reality show ... which she says will include text messages.

Cianni said one of those messages was sent from Kris to the showrunner for 'Rob & Chyna' ... which she claims read, "Take her off the show." BC's lawyer says the text came after Kris complained to the showrunner that Chyna had allegedly "beat the s*** out of Rob's face."

However, Cianni says they have video evidence to prove that Kris was making that up -- unaired footage from around the same time which she says will show Rob without a scratch on him. The attorney insists ... no attack happened.

Not just that, but Cianni also says they have evidence that'll prove Kim herself helped get their show canceled. The attorney says there was a "kill fee" of $100k ... but Chyna never accepted it, because she was already making around $90k an episode.

Cianni says there were other lies uttered about her client ... including the idea Chyna and Rob were not together during the filming of their show, the notion Rob and Chyna couldn't be in the same room together, the claim that Season 2 was never greenlit and that footage for Season 2 was never shot, and the contention there was no creative plan long-term.

As a result of this alleged coordinated campaign to sink their series, Cianni says Chyna lost out on other reality show appearances, club appearances and money for social media posts -- which hurt her financially and beyond.

Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, is not a fan of the Kardashian family and she wants everyone to know it ... unloading on the entire family in a rant, following their appearance in court.

Tokyo fired shots at the Kardashian/Jenner clan Monday night on Instagram live ... just hours after they all stood together in the same courtroom.

Ya gotta see the video ... Tokyo calls out the entire family, throwing out profanities at times and laughing hysterically at other moments.

At one point, she says the family 'looked dead' and compared Kris Jenner to a character from the movie 'Saw' ... another time she raps about the family and says, "They got no fatty. They need a daddy."

This live video came after Blac Chyna and her mom appeared in court for the first day of jury selection, for the $300 million fight with the Kardashians/Jenners ... it seems that Tokyo was getting a full kick out of it, as she was rolling a J and talking for minutes in a full-blown rant.

During the court appearance, lots of members of the Kardashian clan showed up ... including Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kylie.

As we've told you, Blac Chyna sued her ex, Rob Kardashian and the entire fam back in 2017 ... accusing them of getting her and Rob's series, "Rob & Chyna," canceled for what she claims was a personal vendetta against and now its finally getting a day in court.

So, it's obvious Tokyo's beef comes on her daughter's behalf ... and she surely didn't hold back how she felt.

So far, there has been no response from anyone in the Kardashian/Jenner family ... we'll see how everything plays out in court.

Blac Chyna's civil case against the Kardashians is officially underway, and it seems the family at the center of it are quite invested right out the gate ... even for jury selection.

Indeed ... several of the Kardashian women are in court Monday as Chyna's lawyers and theirs pick men and women to weigh in once and for all. That includes Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kylie ... all of whom were present as the selection process got started.

Chyna's there too, obviously -- but one person who decided to skip today's proceedings ... her ex, Rob Kardashian, who was directly tied to BC during the initial run of their show.

We got eyes in the courtroom where they're ticking through potential jurors -- around 40 or so people have been brought in as prospects -- and besides the Kardashian presence ... it sounds like it's a pretty standard day as lawyers go through the motions with questions.

Fashion-wise, Kris is in a white pant suit ... the other ladies are in black pant suits.

As you know ... this case stems from Chyna's 2017 lawsuit, where she alleged the family torpedoed her and Rob's series, "Rob & Chyna," for what she claims was a personal vendetta against her. The suit's been stalled for years, but it's finally getting its day in court.

The Kardashians have denied her claims -- suggesting there were lots of reasons the show got nixed -- including the not-so-great ratings. They also insist they had nothing to do with that decision.

Despite all the back-and-forth mudslinging between both parties, we do know Chyna has been looking forward to her opportunity to make her case in front of a jury of her peers.

Kim Kardashian seemed to have a nagging suspicion, if there were another sex tape out there with her and Ray J ... it could only have been if he stuck a foreign object up her butt, but sources close to Kim tell TMZ, she was not serious ... it was a joke.

The first episode of "The Kardashians" on Hulu showed Kim fretting about the rumors of a second sex tape. She said she was 99% sure one didn't exist, but if it did she mused, "What if I was f***ing sleeping and he stuck a dildo up my ass? I don't know."

As one source put it, "The comment was funny and dramatic in the moment with Kris and Khloe to drive home the point that she really did not remember there being another tape."

Our sources say the next episode shows the lengths to which Kim went to ensure no tape existed, and if on the off chance it did it would never see the light of day. We're told you see Kanye handing Ray J's hard drive over to Kim to prove there's no additional footage.

As we reported, Ray J willingly gave Ye the hard drive. Our Ray J sources tell us he handed the hard drive over because he felt bad for Kim and wanted both of them to close the book on the 20-year-old sex tape saga. Ray's focusing on his fam and business and wants nothing to do with the tape. What's more, our Kardashian sources say Kim never really believed Ray would try to peddle another tape.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian took their kids to Disneyland this week, and it highlighted the difficulty of being one of the most famous families on earth.

The Kardashians plunked down at least $3K for VIP access ... something that's available to everyone. For them, it's kinda a necessity, since they would be overwhelmed by fans if they stood in line and the trip would be a disaster for the kids.

Some fans were pissed when Disneyland staff shut down the teacup ride ... you see the brood in 3 of the teacups while the others remain empty, and that didn't sit well with some folks waiting in line. We're told the Kardashians didn't request that the ride be shut down to other guests ... Disneyland staff just did it. They did not shut down other rides for the fam.

This was True's first trip to the happiest place on earth, and we know that because Khloe apologized for photoshopping a prior pic -- taken last October -- to cover Stormi's face. Khloe confessed, and all is good.

Kim Kardashian is using the full force of her celebrity to ensure another sex tape isn't released -- we knew that -- but now we hear her on the phone with her lawyer, and, well, she's pretty graphic about foreign objects and whatnot.

The convo between Kim and legal pit bull Marty Singer is there for all to hear on the debut of "The Kardashians" on Hulu, and Kim clearly means business.

The trigger for the emotional conversations is Saint seeing a meme on a videogame touting a new KK sex tape. As we've already reported, she says she's 99% sure there's no new footage from her encounter with Ray J, but there's a level of uncertainty. She says, "What if I was f***ing sleeping and he stuck a d***o up my ass? I don't know."

Kim asks Marty to "scare the s**t out of Ray J's manager ... mostly to protect her kids.

What's especially interesting ... Kim is on the phone with Kanye as she bemoans the situation, and it seems he provides her a measure of comfort.

Khloe Kardashian knows she told on herself when she mistakenly revealed she's guilty of photoshopping her daughter into Disneyland photos -- something the Internet dragged her for months ago.

That's right. Khloe had to cop to deceiving folks about True being at Disneyland with her cousin Chicago back in January. She wrote, "Welllppp I f**ked this one up. Anyways….. let’s focus on something else 😂 ".

Of course, she had no choice but to come clean after posting a video Tuesday, saying True was at Disneyland for the first time to celebrate her 4th birthday.

Fans quickly recalled Kim Kardashian posting a pic of her daughter, Chi and True at Disneyland back in December 2021. So, it wouldn't have been True's first time if that December shot was real.

The pic looked fishy from the jump ... fans called out the pretty obvious photoshopping.

Turns out, the photo was taken in December, but it was actually Kylie's daughter, Stormi with Chi.

In case you didn't understand or comprehend the full scope of Kanye West's infatuation with Kim Kardashian, look no further than his offer to give up his career to become her full-time stylist ... according to Kim herself.

The whole thing plays out in the upcoming premiere episode of "The Kardashians" on Hulu -- set to release this week. Kim's in her closet, trying out looks for her upcoming 'SNL' gig and talking to her friend about some other outfits Kanye's recently selected for her to wear.

She then drops an extremely telling line, saying, "Kanye wants to quit everything and dedicate his life to being my stylist."

Both Kim and her friend laugh it off -- but you can tell it's 100% legit -- because Kanye undeniably loved dressing Kim.

It's interesting, since we've seen him in his more recent relationships -- with Chaney Jones and Julia Fox -- he's also played stylist. Dressing both women almost exclusively in Balenciaga. In fact, Jones even wore the same sunglasses Kim wore months before at a 'Donda' listening event.

Kanye's been radio silent since we broke the story of his Instagram ban after attacking Kim, Pete, Trevor Noah and others on the platform. We were also first to report his dropping out of Coachella ... where he was supposed to headline Sunday night.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson got a taste of Kanye West on their dinner date -- something that might sting a bit for Ye -- but on the level of pizza, K&P find her ex irresistible.

Kim, Pete, Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker and a group of friends all descended on Jon & Vinny's on Fairfax Thursday night after "The Kardashians" Hulu premiere party for what Kim called a "late nite snack."

Funny enough, we're told one of the menu items ordered for the table included the restaurant's famous "Ham & Yeezy" pizza ... topped with smoked ham, vodka sauce, red onion, caciocavallo, mozzarella and pickled Fresno chilis.

A source tells us Kim, Pete and company didn't just stop at pizza ... ordering a smorgasbord of goodies -- salad, two pastas, meatballs, chicken parm and topping it all off with funfetti cookies and soft serve ice cream.

As we reported, Kim and Pete were very lovey-dovey at the show premiere last week -- arriving and leaving together -- and Hulu cams were rolling throughout the whole party.

Khloe Kardashian pulled out all the stops for her daughter's 4th birthday -- and the theme this year is quite clear ... it would appear the kid likes kitty cats, so the party's purrrfect.

Mama Bear has been documenting the festivities all day ... and just like any other Kardashian shindig for their children, this one's no different in how above and beyond Khloe went to make True's day special. Seriously ... their pad's totally decked out with decorations.

Indeed ... it would appear Khloe and co. went with a feline feeling to ring in the big day -- and True's loving it. Some of these vids of her soaking it all in are pretty heart-warming.

Not only are there a ton of cat party favors all over the place, but some actual kittens have been brought in as well ... so True and all of her cousins/friends have more than enough to keep themselves occupied, on top of all the other activities around.

There's a trampoline, a face painter, a ball pit with stuffed animals and prizes, a jump house/slide -- and there's even some kind of anime cat animal character in costume who's all set to boogie ... and which True is willing to help with as well. The girl gets down!

Oh, and her actual birthday cake was something behold too -- multi-layered, and intricately designed. Also, very on theme for what's going on around them.

Like we said ... it's kind of the M.O. for the Kardashian moms -- they go all out for their kids, and Khloe is no exception. These are just a handful of snapshots of the scene, but if you peep her IG Story ... you'll see the full scope. The place is like a kid wonderland out there.

It looks like some of Kim's children are also on hand ... including North -- who gets a little mouthy with her aunt about her thoughts on age 4 -- plus Dream and other little ones who are all running around and having a blast.

There's toys, there's games, there's attractions, there's music ... what else could a 4-year-old want in this day and age???

Pete Davidson has a lot in the works these days, but his future is set to include reality show appearances as well ... including his GF's brand-spankin' new show.

Cameras were rolling for "The Kardashians" Hulu show Thursday night in Hollywood when Kim, Pete, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie, Kris and more hit Goya Studios for the season 1 premiere. Kim and Pete arrived together ... and their entrance was captured by the show's cams.

What's more, cameras were rolling when Kim and Pete interacted through the night -- including when they got in the car together and left for dinner at Jon & Vinny's.

A Hulu source tells us season 1 has already wrapped and it's in the hands of the streaming giant ... so fans hoping to get a glimpse of Pete on the show will have to wait for season 2.

We do know one thing ... Kim will discuss her relationship with Pete in season 1 -- but he won't get any face time.

Khloe Kardashian is in no mood for criticism on how she cares for her daughter, and she's now telling critics to worry about their own kids ... not hers.

Khloe was front and center at the premiere of the Kardashian's Hulu series Thursday, and she brought 3-year-old True along for the ride. Khloe was holding her kid for a time, and, of course, the Twitter mob dragged her because they felt the kid was too old to be held.

Khloe just responded ... "For the people who comment that I hold True too much… number 1 I'm gonna hold my baby until I can't hold her anymore."

She went on to say she had good reason to hold her daughter ... there was a flood of flashbulbs, lots of screaming and a crush of people all around her.

Khloe ended with a fair shot ... "Worry about your own children. We good over here".

"The Kardashians" Hulu show has taken over Hollywood -- shutting down several blocks for premiere night -- featuring Kim, Pete, Kourtney, Travis, Kylie, Khloe, Kris and more.

The whole thing went down at Goya Studios Thursday where a select number of guests were invited to hang with the family, watch the first episode from the upcoming series and get eyes on a couple super-loved-up couples.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davison showed up together, though he allowed her to walk the carpet by herself while he waited at the end. In their normal style, Travis and Kourtney couldn't keep their hands off each other.

Kim was dressed in a latex dress exclusively designed by Manfred Thierry Mugler, created jus before his death.

As for the episode -- you can tell Hulu stepped up production -- from the opening drone scene to the cutaway interviews ... it all seems like a step-up from 'KUWTK.'

The premiere's main storyline follows Kim's 'SNL' announcement, along with family reactions and how she planned to do her opening monologue. She talks about Kanye a lot, and it was clearly a time when the two had a solid relationship, as she even ponders bringing him to 'SNL' as her musical guest.

The episode wrapped with thunderous applause from the couple hundred in attendance, and after, guests were treated to drinks -- featuring Kendall's 818 Tequila -- and bites including chicken sandwiches, poke bowls and desserts.

A witness inside tells us Kim and Pete did a ton of socializing, but always seemed to find each other to check in throughout the night.

Kris Jenner has clearly evolved in her feelings toward Caitlyn Jenner ... because she herself is saying she understands Caitlyn's transition in ways that escaped her when they broke up.

Kris and her fam are hyping their upcoming Hulu series on an ABC show that aired Wednesday night. Kris told Robin Roberts she and Caitlyn are in a good place now ... as she puts it things have "settled down a lot"

There was a lot of tension and anger in the wake of their divorce ... as Kris says she was shocked to find out Caitlyn was transitioning.

Kris says she didn't understand Caitlyn's feelings at first, especially following a 22-year marriage where they shared 2 kids -- Kendall and Kylie. The dynamic between her and Caitlyn today is "fine" though, and she considers them to be friends. The two see each other from time to time at family gatherings.

As you know, Caitlyn came out as transgender in April 2015 -- two years after their split ... while Kris claimed she was unaware of Caitlyn's feelings towards her gender, Caitlyn's 2017 book, "The Secrets of My Life," revealed Kris was more aware than she led on.

Kim Kardashian's done playing it cool in public when it comes to Pete Davidson ... instead, she's pouring her heart out about how happy she is, and all that's left is for one of 'em to say the L-word.

The SKIMS founder opened up about her romance with the 'SNL' star Wednesday morning on 'GMA' ... saying, "It's just a good feeling to be at peace".

As far as how serious things are, Kim says, "I mean, I am a relationship kind of girl, for sure".

Kim didn't outright say what the relationship means for the long haul, but she did say, "I wouldn't be with someone if I didn't plan on spending a lot of my time with them".

While Kim skirted spelling out just how serious she and Pete ... there's plenty of visual evidence now.

TMZ broke the story -- Pete's met her kids, or at least one of them. We got this video of PD and North as they tooled around in a golf cart in Scott Disick's gated L.A. community. ... which is not far from Kim's home.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson's relationship continues to grow ... in fact, it's spreading to other parts of Pete's family now too!

Sources connected to Pete tell us Kim recently joined him on a trip to NYC. We're told Pete was there working on a movie -- so Kim came to check things out -- and the production happened to be close to Pete's grandparents' home on Staten Island.

After the shoot wrapped for the day, Kim and Pete dropped in to spend some time with his family ... and Kim got to officially meet his grandparents.

Of course, the meeting shouldn't be all that surprising -- the two have been together for several months now -- but bringing the family into the mix is always a big step.

We also know Pete's become more than familiar with Kim's family -- including her mom and sisters -- one of the first pics we saw of the pair together was snapped at Kris' home in SoCal with the Kardashian family matriarch and Flavor Flav.

Pete's also been openly accepted by Kim's closest circle of friends, who have all told us he's a great guy and a good addition to Kim's life.

Our sources say Pete has still not met Kim's kids, out of respect for Kanye, so it will be interesting to see if that changes down the line.
