Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima is being sued after he allegedly attacked a security guard at Coachella who refused to let him enter the restroom with Kourtney.

Mario Herrera says he was working the music festival back in April and stationed at the single-gender male restrooms. According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Herrera says Kourtney attempted to enter the restroom and Herrera told her that was not permitted.

Herrera claims that sent Younes into a rage, causing him to pick Herrera up, slam him against a wall and shout expletives.

The lawsuit claims Herrera's injuries were so bad, he had to be treated at a hospital. He's suing for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. Herrera's lawyer, Jack K. Kechichian, tells TMZ ... "Being a celebrity does not excuse bad conduct. You can't go around hurting people who are just doing their job and that’s all Mr. Herrera was doing, his job."

You'll remember back in March, Younes was caught on surveillance video outside Delilah in West Hollywood attacking a staff member as Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. looked on. A lawsuit has not yet been filed in that case.

Kanye West is moving to Chicago ... but that doesn't mean he's abandoning L.A.

Kanye made the announcement Monday at a Windy City event with Chance the Rapper, saying, "I gotta let y'all know that I'm moving back to Chicago and I'm never leaving again."

We know a thing or two about the latest development, and it has nothing to do with Kanye fleeing Los Angeles, where he lives with Kim Kardashian West and their 3 kids.

Sources close to Kanye say he and Kim have already found a home in Chi-Town and that's where we know he wants to establish his permanent residence, but they are keeping all of their properties in L.A.

In addition to the house they just built, they have multiple properties in L.A., including 300 acres that Kanye is developing, and that project is still a go.

We're told Kanye will move his Yeezy offices from Calabasas to Chicago.

It's a little confusing, but we're told Kanye views it this way ... that he will have a home base in Chicago, but apparently he believes he can have more than one home base.

Get ready for your "awwwwww" jaw to drop ... because Kim Kardashian West's latest Instagram pic is pretty dang cute.

Kim shared a photo of all 3 of the Kardashian family baby girls -- her daughter Chi on the left, Khloe's daughter True in the middle, and Kylie's daughter Stormi on the right -- sitting on a soft, fuzzy carpet together looking up at ... something that caught all their attention.

Kim captioned it "The Triplets" with heart emojis ... and also tagged her sisters in the pic.

If you're keeping track, Chicago is 8 months old ... True is 5 months ... and Stormi is 7 and a half. No word why Stormi's the only one wearing shoes.

Ted Lieu thinks Kim Kardashian is doing stand-up work with clemency and prison reform, but the congressman says Donald Trump should be swayed by more than just beautiful celebs.

We got Ted outside the U.S. Capitol Wednesday, and he called on the President to become more active in pardoning prisoners who are getting a raw deal from draconian drug sentences.

It's great Kim appears to have DT's ear when it comes to freeing prisoners, Ted says, but Trump needs to be more willing to listen to voices outside the celebrity realm.

Ted says he's called for a full review of Trump's pardon authority, and explains why the President should be more balanced in the clemency process.

Cardi B wants to join forces with Kim Kardashian West ... as her vice president!!!

We got Cardi outside The London NYC on Thursday and asked about Offset's hope for a potential Kim K presidential run ... and Cardi reveals Kim's been thinking about politics for some time.

She strongly insinuates she and Kim talked about the presidency, and tells us that's the real reason why Offset says he'd vote for KKW.

Cardi and Kim kicked it back in early August, so we're thinking that's when they chopped it up about politics. Kris Jenner was there too, and you know she's always got something in the works.

We got Offset Thursday in the Big Apple ... and the rapper tells us Kim would get his vote based purely on her impassioned work on prison reform -- something he takes very personally.

Offset's been in jail in Georgia multiple times for weapons charges and weed possession -- so, he's 100 percent behind Kim's fight to free prisoners, especially because she's helping black people.

We also asked Offset about baby Kulture and his wife, Cardi B, and he dropped some hints about when we'll get to see them both in public.

Kim Kardashian West seems to have a powerful pull over President Trump's administration, and she's using it for good ... according to an ex-judge very connected to her cause.

We spoke to former Tennessee judge Kevin Sharp Wednesday in D.C. after his White House meeting with Kim, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump and, eventually, the President -- and he says the haters are way off base if they think Kim's only there as window dressing.

Sharp says they had further discussions about criminal justice reform, and not only was Kim was smart and very involved ... she's the right person to seal the deal.

Judge Sharp says Kim's success with Alice Johnson proves she's incredibly effective in a process that would normally take months, because of the public attention she can bring.

By the way, Kim's latest mission -- to get clemency for Chris Young -- is a special one for Sharp. He's the judge who resigned after Tennessee laws forced him to give Young a life sentence for drug possession.

Kim Kardashian's star power isn't just window dressing, it's exactly what the prison reform movement needs ... according to activist Jason Flom, who's been doing the work for decades.

Jason praised Kim for her Wednesday meeting with President Trump, saying her push to free prisoners serving draconian sentences has been "transformative."

Jason, a successful recording exec, has put in 25 years working on prison reform, and believes the movement is nearing a tipping point ... thanks, largely, to Kim and other celebs drawing so much more attention to it.

Kim is turning her focus to the case of 30-year-old Chris Young, who is serving a life sentence in Tennessee for cocaine and weed possession.

Kim Kardashian West was serious when she said she was going to make prison reform her thing, because she's trying to free another inmate who is serving a life sentence for drug possession.

Kim was on the podcast 'Wrongful Conviction' and said her new cause is freeing a guy named Chris Young, a 30-year-old man who is just under 10 years deep into a life sentence for cocaine and weed possession.

Kim says she spoke with Chris on the phone and now seems to be trying to do for him what she did for Alice Marie Johnson, who was freed after Kim lobbied Donald Trump.

She also says she's in regular touch with Jared Kushner, whom she calls "passionate" about prison reform.

There's an old saying ... Who ya gonna believe? Me or your lyin' eyes? Well, in Kourtney Kardashian's case ... what you see in the photo taken this weekend of her and Younes Bendjima, just isn't what it seems.

We got the pic of Kourtney and her ex on the down-low in Malibu over the weekend -- in the parking lot of a sushi joint -- and by all outward appearances it seemed they got back together.

Not so. Sources close to the former couple say Kourtney is happily single and is not back with her 25-year-old ex.

We're told YB's been in L.A. for weeks now wanting to meet up with his ex for closure, and Monday's rendezvous was just Kourtney giving him that chance to wrap it in a bow. It's the first time they've met face-to-face since she dumped him earlier this year.

The good news for everyone else ... both of these hotties are still very much on the market.

Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima's split is not a done, DONE deal just yet ... based on the fact they're getting closer again in public.

Kourt chopped it up with Younes Monday night outside a Malibu sushi joint. Unclear if they actually dined together, or just hooked up post-meal, but they were sitting in her Range Rover while they chatted.

They had plenty of time to talk reunion, especially because Younes was behind the wheel of Kourt's whip when they drove off together.

As we reported, there were rumors Younes was caught cheating after pics surfaced of him last month in Mexico with Jordan Ozuna.

Our sources connected to Kourt said the breakup was more about distance between them, since they'd always had a long-distance relationship.

When the dots get connected ... it seems like Ben Simmons is in Kendall Jenner's rear view and she's fully hooked up with Anwar Hadid.

Kendall and Anwar showed up in Malibu. There are no shots of them together, but they were both at the Malibu Chili Cook-Off on Friday and at Nobu Sunday night, where the pics were taken.

We haven't seen Kendall and Ben together in several weeks.

You'll recall back in June Kendall and Anwar were seen making out at the CFDA Awards after-party at Socialista nightclub in New York City. The pic is especially interesting because Kendall almost never shows PDA. She later said they were just friends ... but the image tells a different story.

9:25 AM PT -- Drake just followed Kim on Instagram.

8:06 AM PT -- Kim just put the rumor to rest herself, commenting, "Never happened. End of story." on a social media post about the theory with Drake.

Kim Kardashian never hooked up with Drake, despite what Drizzy seems to be insinuating in his new song ... sources very close to Kim tell TMZ.

Drake definitely started the rumor with his song, "In My Feelings" where he refers to Kiki. That's her family nickname, and also the color of one of her KKW Beauty lipsticks.

The other clue people on social media are using to connect the dots is from Drake's collab with Kylie's baby daddy Travis Scott -- "Sicko Mode." Drake's home is pretty close to Kim's and the lyric goes ... "I crept down the block, made a right, cut the lights, paid the price."

We're told the two do have some mutual friends and are cordial when they have run into each other at events in the past, but they've never had a personal friendship or relationship.

As for the hooking up thing, our Kim sources say it's all BS ... that she's never slept with Drake. Didn't happen while she was married and didn't happen before.

Kim Kardashian took a stroll on the beaches of Malibu Sunday, played some football and got in some kid time too.

Kim and North walked the sand in the Bu as Kim draped herself in a towel from the waist down. She wasn't just there alone though, Larsa Pippen, Kendall, and Kourtney also tagged along for the ride.

Kim played with a neon green football along the way, throwing some passes herself and playing some catch with Saint too ... check out how the ball matches her bikini.

Kylie Jenner wants to turn a big pile of dirt she bought into more cash -- 'cause she's listing her $5 million lot for a bit more than she purchased it for ... just 10 months later.

Kylie recently put her nearly 1.5-acre plot of land that she swooped up last October on the market for $5.55 million. It's being marketed as an empty space in Hidden Hills ... perfect for developers.

We broke the story ... Kylie dropped a cool $5 mil for the corner lot -- which is adjacent to her Hidden Hills home -- with a plan to build a garden and possible barn with horses. She had 3 acres to play with at the time -- now she's back to just about an acre and change.

Kylie clearly had a change of heart on the farm thing. A lot has changed for Kylie since last Fall -- she's had her kid, and she also made Forbes' list for youngest self-made billionaire. Some thing's gotta give in business.

Kim Kardashian West had some pretty dramatic implants installed under her skin ... and these make her look like she just arrived from another planet.

Kim posted a couple vids Monday showing a growth in her neck that lights up to the rhythm of her heartbeat. The temporary piece -- that looks like an alien necklace -- is part of a larger art experience called A. Human ... founded by Simon Huck.

Chrissy Teigen wore feathers sprouting from her chest.

"Queer Eye" star Tan France got in on the action too -- with a piece called The Tudor -- a living piece of jewelry made to look like ruffled skin with bioreactive crystals.

Transgender supermodel Andreja Pejic wore skin-sculpted shoulders, a design called The Pinnacle, that was part of a collab with designer and former Lady Gaga creative director Nicola Formichetti.
