There's an old saying ... Who ya gonna believe? Me or your lyin' eyes? Well, in Kourtney Kardashian's case ... what you see in the photo taken this weekend of her and Younes Bendjima, just isn't what it seems.

We got the pic of Kourtney and her ex on the down-low in Malibu over the weekend -- in the parking lot of a sushi joint -- and by all outward appearances it seemed they got back together.

Not so. Sources close to the former couple say Kourtney is happily single and is not back with her 25-year-old ex.

We're told YB's been in L.A. for weeks now wanting to meet up with his ex for closure, and Monday's rendezvous was just Kourtney giving him that chance to wrap it in a bow. It's the first time they've met face-to-face since she dumped him earlier this year.

The good news for everyone else ... both of these hotties are still very much on the market.

Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima's split is not a done, DONE deal just yet ... based on the fact they're getting closer again in public.

Kourt chopped it up with Younes Monday night outside a Malibu sushi joint. Unclear if they actually dined together, or just hooked up post-meal, but they were sitting in her Range Rover while they chatted.

They had plenty of time to talk reunion, especially because Younes was behind the wheel of Kourt's whip when they drove off together.

As we reported, there were rumors Younes was caught cheating after pics surfaced of him last month in Mexico with Jordan Ozuna.

Our sources connected to Kourt said the breakup was more about distance between them, since they'd always had a long-distance relationship.

When the dots get connected ... it seems like Ben Simmons is in Kendall Jenner's rear view and she's fully hooked up with Anwar Hadid.

Kendall and Anwar showed up in Malibu. There are no shots of them together, but they were both at the Malibu Chili Cook-Off on Friday and at Nobu Sunday night, where the pics were taken.

We haven't seen Kendall and Ben together in several weeks.

You'll recall back in June Kendall and Anwar were seen making out at the CFDA Awards after-party at Socialista nightclub in New York City. The pic is especially interesting because Kendall almost never shows PDA. She later said they were just friends ... but the image tells a different story.

9:25 AM PT -- Drake just followed Kim on Instagram.

8:06 AM PT -- Kim just put the rumor to rest herself, commenting, "Never happened. End of story." on a social media post about the theory with Drake.

Kim Kardashian never hooked up with Drake, despite what Drizzy seems to be insinuating in his new song ... sources very close to Kim tell TMZ.

Drake definitely started the rumor with his song, "In My Feelings" where he refers to Kiki. That's her family nickname, and also the color of one of her KKW Beauty lipsticks.

The other clue people on social media are using to connect the dots is from Drake's collab with Kylie's baby daddy Travis Scott -- "Sicko Mode." Drake's home is pretty close to Kim's and the lyric goes ... "I crept down the block, made a right, cut the lights, paid the price."

We're told the two do have some mutual friends and are cordial when they have run into each other at events in the past, but they've never had a personal friendship or relationship.

As for the hooking up thing, our Kim sources say it's all BS ... that she's never slept with Drake. Didn't happen while she was married and didn't happen before.

Kim Kardashian took a stroll on the beaches of Malibu Sunday, played some football and got in some kid time too.

Kim and North walked the sand in the Bu as Kim draped herself in a towel from the waist down. She wasn't just there alone though, Larsa Pippen, Kendall, and Kourtney also tagged along for the ride.

Kim played with a neon green football along the way, throwing some passes herself and playing some catch with Saint too ... check out how the ball matches her bikini.

Kylie Jenner wants to turn a big pile of dirt she bought into more cash -- 'cause she's listing her $5 million lot for a bit more than she purchased it for ... just 10 months later.

Kylie recently put her nearly 1.5-acre plot of land that she swooped up last October on the market for $5.55 million. It's being marketed as an empty space in Hidden Hills ... perfect for developers.

We broke the story ... Kylie dropped a cool $5 mil for the corner lot -- which is adjacent to her Hidden Hills home -- with a plan to build a garden and possible barn with horses. She had 3 acres to play with at the time -- now she's back to just about an acre and change.

Kylie clearly had a change of heart on the farm thing. A lot has changed for Kylie since last Fall -- she's had her kid, and she also made Forbes' list for youngest self-made billionaire. Some thing's gotta give in business.

Kylie's go-to realtor, Tomer Fridman of Compass, along with Marc Shevin, have the listing.

Kim Kardashian West had some pretty dramatic implants installed under her skin ... and these make her look like she just arrived from another planet.

Kim posted a couple vids Monday showing a growth in her neck that lights up to the rhythm of her heartbeat. The temporary piece -- that looks like an alien necklace -- is part of a larger art experience called A. Human ... founded by Simon Huck.

Chrissy Teigen wore feathers sprouting from her chest.

"Queer Eye" star Tan France got in on the action too -- with a piece called The Tudor -- a living piece of jewelry made to look like ruffled skin with bioreactive crystals.

Transgender supermodel Andreja Pejic wore skin-sculpted shoulders, a design called The Pinnacle, that was part of a collab with designer and former Lady Gaga creative director Nicola Formichetti.

A. Human will open as a month-long interactive art experience, starting September 5 in NYC.

Kourtney Kardashian strutted her stuff in Mexico ... and need we say the obvious ... super hot.

Kourtney was on vacay in Cabo with a butt floss bathing suit that is hanging on for dear life.

As for who she's with ... her trainer, makeup artist Hrush Achemyan, Sarah Howard, and her good friend Stephanie Shepherd -- she's Kim's former assistant.

Jeezy's officially weighed in on the debate over who's the most bangable Kardashian ... and he used it as an opportunity to shoot his shot with her too.

We got the rapper leaving Avra in Beverly Hills Friday, and showed him the recent pics of Kourtney in Cabo ... which only confirmed his top choice. He then tells Kourt to holla' at him.

Jeezy basically says he's single ... and Kourtney's now single ... so it just makes sense. He's not afraid of what her ex -- Scott Disick, not Younes Bendjima -- thinks about it either ... not at all.

We broke the story ... the "Put On" rapper put music on the back burner and moved to L.A. from Atlanta to become an actor, and even signed with major talent agency UTA.

Being in Hollywood definitely gives Jeezy an in with Kourtney, and if she's into luxury whips ... he says he's got plenty of those, too.

Nicki Minaj wants this on the record -- she F****** LOVES Kylie Jenner (but not Travis Scott) ... and will NOT be playing into a catfight narrative!!! GOT IT?! Got it, Nick.

The NY rapper cleared the air Thursday on her 'Queen Radio' show over a vid TMZ posted showing Kylie trying to avoid Nicki on the VMAs red carpet this week, saying Kylie's nothing more than an innocent bystander in this clear beef between Nicki, Travis and the music biz.

Nicki says Kylie is doing what anyone would do -- standing by their man. That's a bit of a flip from what Nicki tweeted over the weekend, blaming Kylie and Stormi for pumping up Travis' album sales. Now ... she insists they're all good.

Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. watched as Kourtney's ex, Younes Bendjima, viciously beat a man outside a West Hollywood restaurant ... and TMZ has the video.

It went down March 24 at Delilah restaurant at 2:15 AM. Drake, Odell and at least a dozen other guys are leaving through the back door of the club when an employee throws open the door leading to the parking lot.

The employee mouths something to the group, which clearly pisses them off, and Younes delivers a flurry of punches to the employee's head. Another member of the crew jumps in and delivers his own series of punches as the victim appears to go down. Younes grabs the guy's hair and continues the assault.

A source who was there tells TMZ the victim "talked smack" as he opened the door for the group.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the employee filed a police report, but changed his mind and decided not to pursue the matter.

Kylie Jenner did NOT want to come face-to-face with Nicki Minaj at the VMAs, 'cause she completely changed course on the red carpet to avoid her.

Nicki was making her entrance at Radio City Music Hall Monday night, and Kylie was walking in her direction from the other end ... when she stopped in her tracks upon seeing Nicki. It's pretty clear she didn't want a confrontation -- 'cause she doubled back fast.

Can't blame her. Nicki put Kylie and her baby, Stormi, on blast this weekend ... blaming them for unscrupulously boosting Travis Scott's album sales by promoting his merch. She later went on to call Travis a "hoe n**** of the week" on her Apple Music radio show.

VMA producers had already accommodated Travis and Kylie by seating them far away from Nicki after placing them right behind her at first in a seating arrangement.

Looks like you can't avoid running into your problems sometimes -- but you can always run away from them. Kylie definitely didn't want that smoke.

Kanye West couldn't give two f***s about his Yeezy slides being two sizes too small -- or that he was even wearing sandals to a wedding over the weekend -- but he's got 2 f***s for you.

Ye was spotted leaving Nobu in Malibu Tuesday night in an appropriate dinner outfit, complete with a pair of shoes ... which actually seemed to fit! He was dining sans Kim ... she was on the other side of town at Madeo in Bev Hills.

Paps peppered Mrs. West with questions about the now-infamous, kid-size slides -- which Kanye wore to 2 Chainz's nuptials last Saturday -- but all she had to say was that they were a dope fashion choice. Much to the photog's dismay ... it doesn't sound like the couple will be repeating with a Yeezy footwear handout like they did a couple years back. Rats!

Interestingly enough, Kanye previewed the latest of his Yeezy shoe collection, the 700 V3 Tuesday ... and it appears he was rocking them when he went out too.

You'd think Kanye West would not get shut down when he ordered a pair of Yeezy slides, but the ones he wore to 2 Chainz' wedding were waaaay 2 small.

The back of Ye's feet were hangin' off the slide. It may have affected his balance because it looks like he had to use Kim's ass to stay upright. Then again ... that's just a theory.

They otherwise had a great time at the nuptials.

Kim Kardashian West made it clear Friday ... driving is a pain in the ass for her, especially when her whip comes to a stop.

Kim was out and about in Miami with pals Larsa Pippen and Jonathan Cheban when she stopped at a red light and crowds started to swarm around her.

She explains how her security has to jump out and hold people at bay, so the vehicle can move when the light turns green.
