Travis Scott gave what might be the first public update on his and Kylie Jenner's new baby girl -- and, believe it or not, she's a good looking kid ... so says dad.

Paps got Travis Saturday night leaving Poppy, where he actually responded to a camera guy's question about how newborn Stormi Webster is holding up. It's short, but descriptive.

As we reported ... Travis is proving to be a changed man in light of his first child coming into the world, and this video is just more evidence of that. The Houston rapper usually clams up around the paparazzi ... now he's opening up, as slow as it might be.

If you can't tell ... this is one proud papa.

Khloe Kardashian sent her fiancé Tristan Thompson into a deli for a sandwich run Saturday afternoon while she sat tight in her Range Rover.

Khloe, who's about 7 months pregnant, was behind the wheel as Tristan made the trek into Lovi's deli in Calabasas.

Tristan is strictly a spectator for NBA All-Star Weekend this year. He's not playing at any events. He was wearing a pair of throwback 1996 All-Star shorts.

As for Khloe, she's due sometime in late March or early April.

As far as we know, the couple didn't hit up any of the festivities over the weekend, although Tristan did hit up a Rémy Martin MVP Weekend Party Friday night at The Avenue nightclub to watch Travis Scott perform.

A bunch of Kim K's old wardrobe and accessories are being auctioned off on eBay right now through marketing agency Auction Cause -- with more than 200 items up for grabs.

Here's the cool part ... a lot of this stuff is "Pre-owned," meaning they were worn or used by Kim herself at some point. There's also a handful of new items she owned but never wore -- such as bikini bottoms. Nothing used in that department. Sorry, creeps.

Kris Jenner skipped the chocolates and went straight to the champagne, and lots of it, based on video of her Valentine's night party with Khloe Kardashian, Tristan Thompson and, of course, Corey Gamble.

Kris and her kin celebrated at her house Wednesday night with a karaoke party that got funnier by the moment, or the glass. She tried her best to bust out Britney Spears and Sir Mix-a-Lot hits, but the booze was too much.

Mama Jenner was still plenty entertaining though -- Tristan laughed his ass off and Khloe recorded every moment.

Blac Chyna doesn't need any Valentine's Day gifts ... she's got plenty, and she put them ALL on display at the beach.

BC hit the sand for a photo shoot in Malibu this week, and it was V-Day themed ... packed with balloons and a very revealing thong bikini. It's close, but we think there's more booty than balloons here.

Chyna might not be on the best of terms with the Kardashians, but she's definitely on their level in the cakes department.

Kylie Jenner resurfaced into the world Saturday ... and it's hard to believe she gave birth 10 days ago.

It looks like she has a flat stomach. True ... she's wearing black and has a fanny pack around her waist, but still ... bouncing back this way after less than 2 weeks seems almost superhuman.

Little Stormi was nowhere to be seen in the pics.

TMZ broke the story of Kylie's pregnancy back in September, and she all but disappeared from sight during her pregnancy ... a pregnancy she didn't publicly acknowledge until after the baby was born.

Kendall Jenner fed BFF Hailey Baldwin cookies during a grocery store outing Friday in Brooklyn, New York.

The women took a break from New York Fashion Week and hit up City Acres Market, which sells high end, super expensive stuff. It's kind of like a Whole Foods for supermodels.

Kendall and Hailey headlined Adidas's Original Fall/Winter Collection on Thursday. Both women are ambassadors for the brand.

As for what's in the shopping cart, we see flour, Essentia Alkaline Water, organic milk, cream cheese, chips and blueberries.

Kendall is now the last one standing after a baby rush in the Kardashian fam. Khloe's 29 weeks and counting.

We're guessing they paid for the cookies. Be real ... they probably just split one.

Kylie Jenner's not much for public appearances these days, which is why it's so shocking she's already out for a stroll with Stormi ... or at least a few tourists thought she was.

Kylie's spot-on wax figure was placed out in front of the children's boutique, Eggy, in WeHo ... and it's definitely worthy of a double-take. The $350k wax statue, courtesy of Madame Tussauds, was unveiled in Hollywood last year, but due to a rather significant event last week ... they rolled it out for some giggles.

Adding the stroller was a nice touch, for sure.

Brody Jenner might not get a "World's Best Uncle" mug anytime soon -- he hasn't given his sister, Kylie, a baby gift yet, but it's hardly his fault ... she never let him know she was pregnant.

We got Brody at LAX Thursday and he told us he's yet to meet Stormi Webster. Doesn't sound like he has plans to, either. As for why -- Brody says the family's got a lot going on, so it's just a matter of busy schedules.

The doc -- obtained by TMZ -- confirms the baby was born at Cedars-Sinai in L.A. Thursday, February 1 at 4:43 PM and weighed in at 8 lbs. 9 oz. For once, the Jenner-Kardashian's go-to doc, Dr. Paul Crane, did NOT do the honors. Stormi was brought into this world by Dr. Thais Aliabadi.

As we reported ... Kylie announced Stormi's birth Sunday a couple hours before the Super Bowl, and released a vid about the pregnancy she managed to keep on the DL for 9 months.

Our sources say Kylie and Travis Scott also bought a slew of handmade, wooden teether bears -- from the forests of South Chile -- coated in a non-toxic bee's wax and cold-pressed flaxseed oil.

We're told any item Stormi comes into contact with is going to be safe and good for the baby ... and good for the environment, too.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were not stumped when it came to choosing their baby's name, and we know that because of the blanket purchased for them in late January.

Sources tell us ... Kylie was showered with lavish gifts from Petit Tresor in Beverly Hills, and one item was a light grey baby alpaca blanket from a Kardashian sister.

We're told the blanket was customized to be XL-sized with "Stormi" embroidered on it in black, block lettering. As we reported ... Kylie's kiddo was born February 1.

Our sources say the blanket's just one of the high-end gifts the family bought for Kylie/Stormi at the store. Caitlyn Jenner apparently dropped around $3,000 on baby stuff.

The items range from diaper bags at $250 a pop -- one for both Kylie and Travis -- to a $1,500 black and white stroller and a $1,000 white rocking sheep ... made from real sheepskin.

7:00 PM PT -- Kylie's edited her baby name announcement ... it now says "stormi webster." As we said earlier, Travis Scott's real last name is Webster.

Kylie announced Stormi's birth on Sunday, a couple hours before the Super Bowl. She also posted a video recapping the pregnancy she'd kept under wraps for 9 months.

Stormi arrived at Cedars-Sinai in L.A., the same hospital where sisters Kim and Kourtney delivered their kiddos. Rob's daughter, Dream, was also born there.

Kourtney Kardashian doesn't have a new baby like most of her sisters, but she's still rocking an ear-to-ear grin, courtesy of BF Younes Bendjima.

They were giggling like a couple of school kids while juicing up Monday in West Hollywood. The mom of 3 and her 24-year-old dude kept it chill ... hanging outside for a few minutes and chatting ... before leaving in separate cars.

Younes seems to leave chicks smiling at juice stops on the reg.
