Here's Kim Kardashian West keeping it super modest and low-key down in Mexico and ... JUST KIDDING, SHE'S FLAUNTING HER SEX APPEAL all over a Cabo beach.

It was sun's out, cheeks out for Kim in a barely-there 2-piece. El playa looked more like a fashion show runway, the way she was working it for cameras during a brief weekend vacay.

The getaway with some girlfriends doubled as a business trip, thanks to her pal, Chelsea Handler ... who opted to hit the beach rocking nothing but KKW's line of solutionwear.

Kim's reaction, we're guessing -- keep the scantily clad promos coming, por favor!!!

Blac Chyna's a very good mother who would never put her child in harm's way, contrary to what Rob Kardashian wants people to think ... so say sources close to her.

We broke the story ... Rob wants joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream, taken away from Chyna because he claims she's living wild and dangerously, even when Dream is under her supervision.

The allegations against Chyna include being drunk all day, abusing drugs, chasing people with knives and making violent threats, dropping Dream off with Rob in a dirty and disheveled state and teaching her sexual positions.

Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ ... she denies all of these nasty accusations and says Rob is a bald-faced liar -- specifically about the sex stuff.

Kim Kardashian West got roped into an online food fight ... and responded by laying a plant-based smackdown on everybody.

Kim clapped back at all the internet trolls who mocked her for having an "empty" refrigerator and questioning how she could feed her 4 kids ... with a full tour of her MULTIPLE fridges and pantries in her home.

In the video, Kim starts by showing off a gigantic pantry loaded with jars of food, including a separate section for sprinkles for her frozen yogurt ... which goes well with the frozen yogurt machine she has tucked away.

Then Kim shows off the refrigerator that started all the commotion with fans (and haters), which contains various waters and milks ... but not any food. Turns out, it's because it's just her beverage fridge.

Kim's tour moves to her kitchen, where she reveals she does, in fact, have a lot of food for the family ... in a giant WALK-IN refrigerator. That one is loaded with fresh organic produce, more drinks, condiments and already-prepped meals for her and the kids.

So yeah ... nobody's going hungry in the Kardashian West household.

Blac Chyna's living wild and dangerously -- even in front of her kids -- according to Rob Kardashian ... who wants her parenting time reduced to just weekend days with a nanny present ... and some of the allegations include chasing people with knives.

Rob just filed new legal docs seeking primary custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream. He claims his baby mama is out of control, and people close to the situation can back it up ... including his sister, Khloe.

According to the docs ... Chyna regularly parties hard in her house with Dream present and invites strangers over to join her. Rob says she's drunk all the time, and a former employee of Chyna's alleges she spends $600 on alcohol almost daily and can down an entire bottle of Hennessy.

Chyna's accused of snorting cocaine and making violent threats to people in her home ... and getting physical by throwing objects, including knives and lit candles. One alleged incident involved Chyna hurling sharp objects at her hairdresser.

Rob claims Dream's behavior has changed for the worse -- along with her personal hygiene -- due to Chyna's parenting. He says Dream's started "naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her." He says his daughter arrives to him with messy hair, dirty teeth and dirty nails.

Rob also claims Chyna's influence has resulted in Dream developing a potty mouth ... including saying "bitch" and "What the f**k?" Rob says these are not terms she hears at his home.

As for Khloe ... she claims in the docs that she's noticed a behavioral change in Dream at her play dates with her cousins. Khloe says when Dream first gets back from being with Chyna, she's "more in defense mode" and is "decidedly more aggressive."

Kylie Jenner started 2020 with a new love interest -- or that's at least what the internet thought -- after the billionaire posted several flirty pics with a new dude.

Kylie brought in the new year by partying it up in WeHo with friends ... but fans were quick to notice one guy made several appearances on her Instagram page and story.

The mystery dude is Zack Bia, a 23-year-old exec and DJ from L.A. who rubs elbows with everyone from Drake to The Weeknd. Bia also dated singer Madison Beer on and off over the years.

Sources connected to the two tell us Zack and Kylie are just friends and have known each other for years. Bia has deep connections at Delilah -- the backdrop for Kylie's 21st -- and other L.A. clubs, so the two have become well acquainted.

As for Travis and Kylie ... things appeared to get a little nasty at the end of 2019. Kylie posted a final "thirst trap" photo for the year, to which Travis seemingly replied "LOL."

However, Travis recently said he'd always love Kylie, the mother of his daughter.

The Kardashian and Jenner gals had themselves a hot girl 2019 and there's a huge stack of sexy selfies from social media to show the hot locations ... and sexy curvations ... to prove that this year still belonged to the Calabasas brood.

Kris Jenner may have cleverly blown the lid off the latest version of Yeezys.

KJ was tooling around St. Barts Thursday ... looking super chic in all black. Now, check out the kicks ... sure looks like the latest Yeezy prototype.

Kanye West was seen earlier this year wearing a similar design to Kris' shoes. We're told the newest version will go for around $220 a pop.

It's unclear if the male and female versions will be the same. Kris' shoes seem to be a low-ankle version of what Ye was wearing.

There have been 2 recent Yeezy releases -- 2 versions of Yeezy Boost 350 ... Yeezreel and Yecheil. They go for $200 but they're hot items and are being resold for north of $300.

The Yeezy franchise is expected to rake in $1.5 billion in sales in 2019. It's closing in on the Jordan sneakers, which pull in around $3 bil.

One of Kourtney Kardashian's Christmas presents barked this year ... so get ready for some serious cuteness overload.

Kourtney introduced her new puppy to the world Thursday ... and she's truly a beaut!!! Hard to tell if she's a golden retriever or a lab ... but cute is cute. There's only one problem ... Kourt doesn't know what to name her. Seriously, she captioned her pics of the pup with her kids, "But what should we name her?"

Our sources tell us Kylie threw down a cool $12,000 for a custom Beanie Baby bear covered in crystals ... this after seeing the piece at Justin and Hailey Bieber's Paddle 8 auction.

The super rare Beanie Baby is designed by Los Angeles-based artist Dan Life, and it's 1 of only 5 ever created. Dan's known for his nostalgic works inspired by his 90s childhood -- he makes a lot of flashy Pokemon art as well -- and this bear is his twist on the classic Erin Beanie Baby from back in the day.

We're told Dan already dropped the bear off with Justin, and the Biebs is gonna hand-deliver it to Kylie!

Sure, it's a lot of money to spend on a toy Stormi will never get to play with ... but the money raised from Justin and Hailey's auction benefits needy families in L.A. ... so Kylie's supporting a good cause.

Little Stormi recently got gifted with a major surprise from her grandma, Kris, which was documented on KJ's newest vlog, "My 2019 Christmas Decorations." Check it out ... the kid got a freakin' playhouse, which is just the right size for the almost 2-year-old.

And, by that we mean it's life-size ... and it's got everything inside to make it feel like a real pad, including AC, furniture, a kitchen, a second story and a balcony. A BALCONY!!!

Kris and Kylie give a brief tour of the interior before showing it to Stormi, who seemed pretty excited to go inside. Funny enough, her mom says she used to have something very similar herself when she was Stormi's age, and that memory makes Kris super emotional.

Stormi definitely makes herself at home as she explores the nooks and crannies. And, as Grandma Kris says ... it's her house now -- and you can certainly tell she's claiming it.

Anyway, if you'd be so kind as to leave your Birkin bags and shoes at the door, please. We're sure Stormi would appreciate it.

Kris Jenner seems like a pretty fun and gracious host ... and Chrissy Teigen and John Legend REALLY took advantage of it.

The famous couple accepted a dinner invite from the Kardashian family matriarch Wednesday night, and according to Kris ... she was hoping Chrissy would chip in by showing her how to cook up a nice dish or 2.

Instead, Teigen and Legend lounged around, drank up the house wine, went through Jenner's Christmas stockings ... and ended up in her bed for a makeout session. The night ended with a pantsless John and a passed-out Chrissy in her bathtub ... before they got chased away by security.

As Kris put it ... "worst dinner guests ever."

Justin and Hailey Bieber hosted a really great charity event Friday night, benefiting the arts and underprivileged kids. "The Biebers X LIFT LA X Inner-City Arts"

Justin and Hailey threw the event with Paddle8, LIFT Los Angeles and Inner-City Arts. Proceeds will help fund the 2 orgs, which promote art education in poor communities to underserved kids.

In case you're not an art aficionado ... the works displayed include artists like Fidia Falaschetti, Patch Whisky, Buff Monster, Virgil Abloh, Greg Mike, Dalek, Pablo Dona, Pref, OG Slick, Jason Zante and Miss Zukie.

Kris and Kylie Jenner showed up for the shindig. One of the highlights was Kylie's rendition of "Rise and Shine."

Justin's clearly getting back into the swing of things. He's got a new album coming out next year, and he's been at various dance studios ... presumably rehearsing for another concert tour. As you know, Justin pulled the plug on the last one before it ended ... and it seemed like he was really struggling. It looks like the ship has now righted itself.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are sending chill vibes with their family card this Christmas ... their first as a 6-pack!

The entire fam posed -- with white stairs as the backdrop -- in super comfy sweats. Kanye's holding Chicago, and sporting his trademark no smile. It's okay though, North and Saint smiled plenty for Mom, Dad and their younger siblings.

Meanwhile, Kim's holding 7-month-old Psalm who's making his debut in the family's traditional greeting card. Interestingly, papa Ye is the only one wearing a white sweatshirt instead of gray ... like everyone else.

The man always stands out in a crowd.

Looks like the Kardashian/Jenner brood's keeping their cards family-focused this year.

You'll recall in the past the entire family's posed for some epic pics. You'll recall last year everyone -- except for Kendall and Rob -- glammed up with an all-white ensemble.

The year before called for denim. No Kylie or Rob in that gathering.

Kendall Jenner's down in Miami Beach, chilling on a yacht, soaking up the sun and hitting up parties, but she's still thinking about being someone else ... or so her reading list would suggest.

Kendall hopped on a yacht Friday -- the SS Groot to be exact -- and slipped into a tiny, burnt orange bikini. She's been in Miami all week for Art Basel, so of course, she still looked uber-fashionable by rocking a slick green jacket too.

As for her choice in literature -- she's reading "Tonight I'm Someone Else" by Chelsea Hodson, a collection of essays described as a thoughtful, passionate account of a woman's life experiences.

Kendall Jenner got another uninvited guest overnight -- an intruder who tried to use President Trump's potential impeachment as a cover story ... right before he got busted.

The man scaled a neighborhood fence near Kendall's Hollywood Hills home just before midnight, and made his way to her property ... according to our law enforcement sources. He didn't get far after that ... we're told Kendall's security hopped on the guy once he got to her driveway, and held him until LAPD arrived to arrest him.

Our sources say the suspect, 27-year-old Richard Eggers, told police he was just going door to door collecting signatures to impeach Trump.

Turns out Kendall's security was on the lookout for this guy, because this wasn't their first rodeo with him. We're told the suspect popped up at Kendall's place back in September ... when her team spotted him on security cameras, but he bolted before they could nab him.

Well, he tried twice, but didn't get away this time. Cops booked him for misdemeanor trespassing.

It's unclear if Kendall was home at the time. If she was, we're told she never came outside during the commotion.

This is becoming a scarily common occurrence at Kendall's pad. She's had multiple intruders at her homes -- most notably, John Ford ... a Canadian citizen who scaled a hill to gain access to her property last year.

ICE eventually tracked him down in New Mexico and deported him.

Caitlyn Jenner saying she hasn't talked to Khloe Kardashian in several years was a claim that completely blindsided Khloe.

Sources connected to the situation tell TMZ ... Khloe is genuinely confused by Caitlyn's recent claim they haven't talked in "five, six years" and their current relationship is sour. We're told Khloe refutes that notion on several fronts -- starting with the numbers.

You'll recall ... she told her castmates on the British reality show "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!" she hadn't "really talked" to Khloe in a long time since coming out.

Caitlyn publicly came out as transgender in 2015 -- and we're told the Kardashian side of her family found out only shortly before then. So, the five or six-year claim just doesn't add up.

What's more ... our sources tell us Khloe was completely supportive of Caitlyn's transition at the time, and things only got bitter between them when Caitlyn took shots at Kris in her memoir -- something we're told none of the Kardashian sisters appreciated.

Khloe was also there for Caitlyn when she accepted her ESPY award and the two have been nothing but pleasant at family holiday parties and birthdays.

However, we're told Khloe feels things have gotten better between them, and she rejects the notion they're still beefing. Take, for example, Caitlyn's recent 70th birthday.

While Khloe wasn't there, she did have a legit excuse -- she was working -- and even sent a bouquet of roses as a gift. We're told she texted Caitlyn as well to wish her a happy bday.

Bottom line ... there's no bad blood from Khloe's side, she loves Caitlyn, and our sources say she's confused by Caitlyn's accusation there's tension.
