Kanye West is in Dayton, Ohio ... and all signs are pointing to him hosting his Sunday Service in the same city where 9 people were killed in a recent mass shooting.

Kanye and his family were spotted Friday afternoon in Dayton ... which is pretty interesting, considering that's where his longtime friend Dave Chappelle is hosting a free show Sunday to honor the lives that were lost in this month's tragedy.

Our sources tell us Kanye appeared to be scouting a location for a Special Sunday Service ... and there are rumblings he will be bringing in his choir as well.

We reached out to Kanye's camp for confirmation ... but we haven't heard back.

As you know ... Kanye's Sunday Service has become super popular this year, with tons of celebs attending. He had a huge service at Coachella and has held the rest mostly around Los Angeles.

Kylie Jenner is getting into full party mode during her endless birthday getaway ... dancing and grinding with Travis Scott as they TURN UP in Cannes!!!

Kylie's entering the dance party phase of her bday celebrations, grabbing her man's hand and shaking her booty Thursday afternoon smack in the middle of a beachfront restaurant!!!

Travis gets the party started, sliding behind the DJ booth and hopping on the 1s and 2s to spin some tunes that put Kylie and her friends in the mood to groove. Seriously, Sofia Richie and the girls are dancing on top of tables!!!

The impromptu daytime dance party is a different scene from what we've seen from Kylie and Travis during her 22nd bday trip ... which kicked off with a shopping spree with Stormi in Positano, followed by the couple's romantic dinner in Capri.

No sign of Stormi and Kris Jenner at the lunch spot Kylie and co. turned into a dayclub ... guess that means it's time to RAGE!!!

Kylie Jenner ruffled some feathers making people think she was getting married on her birthday trip -- but now, the cat dress is out of the bag ... and it's clear there's no wedding.

The mystery "wedding dress" that was seen being loaded onto Kylie's jet last week made its full debut Saturday on Kylie's Instagram story, where she revealed it was merely a birthday outfit (her 10th so far, apparently). It's a flowing, feathery white gown, nothing more.

Kylie filmed herself getting done up in the dress, and then posted another clip of her running down a hallway in it -- seems like she can move that thing!!!

On the way up to the upper deck of her multi-million dollar yacht, she showed off the garment in all its glory. It's easy to see why some folks thought it actually was a wedding dress -- it's got a train, and looks a lot like something a bride might wear.

As we first told you ... Kylie ain't getting hitched on this trip -- despite the possibly well-planted red herring. Two of her older sisters -- Kim and Khloe -- aren't expected to attend ... and it was suggested to us they wouldn't miss Kylie and Travis' nuptials.

Kris Jenner is there though, as are a bunch of Kylie's closest pals ... plus Travis Scott and baby Stormi too, of course. They're all partying and making the most of Kylie's $250 million rental.

Kylie Jenner is riding into 22 with a firm grip on her man -- she and Travis Scott did some tandem jet skiing as part of her outrageous birthday celebration at sea.

Kylie's moved the party into the Mediterranean Saturday -- her actual birthday -- off the coast of Italy. She and her baby daddy are cruising around with her closest GFs on their personal watercraft, as opposed to their OTHER "watercraft" ... the $250 million megayacht, "Tranquility."

And, check out the the birthday girl's sea-faring fashion sense -- an amazing technicolor swimsuit that definitely stands out ... as she always does.

The celebration's been going since the early hours of Saturday aboard their ship. KJ showed off one of her fabulous gifts from Trav ... a diamond chain with a massive pendant fashioned after her Kylie Lip Kit logo -- y'know that thing that made her so stinkin' rich.

It's a pretty sick piece, complete with liquid dripping off the lips ... all made of diamonds, of course.

Hey, we can't all be billionaires at 22, floating off the coast of Italy on a megayacht that costs $1.2 million per week to charter -- but at least we can all share in Kylie's fun.

A colorfully dressed Kylie and her baby daddy hit up the Ristorante da Paolino in Capri Thursday night as she approaches the ripe old age of 22. The couple held hands as they walked in, and they were smooching on the way out. A little limoncello makes everybody feel romantic.

As we reported, Kylie and Trav took Stormi out shopping Wednesday after arriving in Positano. They're rolling deep too ... with Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie and a few girlfriends.

It could have been fully covered up, but we're guessing it may have been a gag ... which Kylie often pulls. We're told they're not getting hitched on the trip.

Kylie Jenner just boarded a private plane to her birthday yacht party with a very interesting piece of luggage ... a garment that certainly looks like a WEDDING DRESS ... but TMZ knows otherwise.

Check out this pic from the tarmac Tuesday afternoon at the Van Nuys Airport ... there's a flowing, feathery, white dress protruding out the bottom of a garment bag as it's loaded into the plane. In the worker's other hand -- what appears to be a suit ... possibly a tux.

Don't cue the wedding bells just yet though ... several of our Kardashian-Jenner sources tell us Kylie's NOT walking down the aisle with Travis Scott.

Fact is ... Kylie is notorious for messing with people, and it seems odd she would leave the train to her wedding dress exposed, knowing full well there are paparazzi watching.

What's more ... multiple Kardashian-connected sources tell us, she's not getting married on the trip.

You could argue ... Travis set the stage when he gifted Kylie a garden of rose petals Monday, covering the floor of her mansion. Travis wrote, "We're just getting started." She also got a $21,000 custom floral arrangement from La Fleur Bouquets inspired by the Kaws x Dior collab from her best friend Yris Palmer.

FYI ... Kylie and Travis have been together for a little over 2 years. Marriage is certainly in the cards ... just not on this trip, we're told.

Kylie and Travis will be celebrating her 22nd birthday off the coast of Italy, and it's gonna be a full flight over there Tuesday afternoon. Our Kardashian-Jenner sources tell us Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble will be on board along with Kylie's assistant, Victoria, and her pals, Stassi Karanikolaou and Yris Palmer.

Never one to miss a party ... we're told Scott Disick and his GF, Sofia Richie, will also be on the flight. As for where they're all headed -- TMZ broke the story, Kylie will ring in 22 on the $250 million megayacht, "Tranquility."

The ship comes with a staff of 29 and every possible amenity you can imagine: sauna, helipad, theater, swimming pool and even a beauty salon.

The super-dinghy normally rents for $1.2 million per week.

Interestingly, none of Kylie's sisters are on the flight tomorrow -- but remember, Kourtney's been vacationing in Europe since last week. Seems likely she'll join the party. As for the other sisters, they travel at the drop of a dime, so stay tuned.

Kylie Jenner's man, Travis Scott, is a petal pusher!!!

Kylie's turning 22 this weekend, and Travis has figured out what to give a billionaire that's super special ... and we're guessing this will be the first of many presents.

Kylie shared video of her walking through her mansion Monday afternoon, feet crunching on rose petals as Stormi plays with the flowers.

Travis' gift also came with a note to Kylie ... it reads, "Happy Birthday!!!! We're just getting started. Love you!!!!"

It's a tall order for Travis, given what Kylie did for him back in April when he turned 28. She slapped a pic of her and Stormi on a billboard in WeHo ... for the world to see.

We're guessing Travis' gifts will be on display for all to see.

BTW ... Kylie and Travis have been together for a little over 2 years. They hooked up at Coachella and haven't really been apart since.

Feast your eyes on what's floating Kylie Jenner's boat for her 22nd birthday -- a $250 million dollar luxury yacht that will be home to the next over-the-top Kardashian-Jenner celebration.

This 300 foot long (that's a football field, folks) gem of a super-yacht is called the Tranquility, and sources familiar with the deal tell us Kylie's rented it out to celebrate her bday later this month. Kylie & co. will be partying, sunbathing, and just generally luxuriating on a floating venue that don't come cheap.

We're told Tranquility -- which used to be named Equanimity -- will set the average Joe back around $1.2 million ... PER WEEK!!! Luckily, the birthday girl's worth a billion.

No word on who will be setting sail with KJ, but the ship accommodates 22 guests. Here's what they'll be enjoying -- 10 cabins, a sauna, helipad, beauty salon, theater, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with underwater lights for anyone who wants to do some night swimming.

Oh yeah, and they'll have a 29-person crew waiting on them hand and foot.

We're told the party will hit ports somewhere in the Mediterranean, and we know big sisters Kendall and Kourtney are already over there -- so, it's a good bet they'll make the guest list.

Tristan Thompson is finally clearing the air about the circumstances under which he met Khloe Kardashian ... and he's also defending his other baby mama.

Tristan on Wednesday debunked a report he had reunited with his first baby mama, Jordan Craig. There were reports Tristan, Jordan and their 2-year-old son, Prince, recently went on family vacay in Jamaica ... making it seem as if they were rekindling an old flame.

Tristan says there's ZERO truth to that ... and adds he's spent the last few months preparing for the NBA season, and that's it -- zero summer vacations. As for how the story took off ... seems Tristan posting a picture of Prince on a yacht in Jamaica made some people think he was there, but he's adamant he was not.

Then there's this ... in a second tweet, Tristan played a little belated defense, adamantly saying he met Khloe when he was single. As we reported ... there have been longtime allegations she cheated with Tristan at the expense of Jordan.

At the time, Khloe's story was Tristan pleading with her that his relationship with Jordan was over long before they met. He's backing that up now, insisting he was absolutely a free agent.

Kim Kardashian is putting a microscope on the criminal justice system with something she's very familiar with ... a camera lens made for TV -- and she's doing it right now.

Mrs. Kardashian-West posted a series of photos Saturday of her posing for selfies with prison inmates from a facility in Washington D.C., where she says these folks are part of a program in which they can take courses and get credit from Georgetown University.

In her caption, Kim wrote ... "Last week I was so moved by Dr. Mark Howard, a Georgetown professor who teaches a course inside of a Washington DC prison where these men and women can get Georgetown credit."

She added, "I met so many amazing people that can’t wait to share their stories with you. We filmed a documentary I am working on that will be out on @oxygen and I hope you will learn about the justice system the way I have."

It appears these photos were taken late last week, when Kim made a trip to D.C. for a tour of the White House. BTW, the only prison in the area that has this type of partnership with Georgetown is the D.C. Central Detention Facility, which Professor Marc Howard helped spearhead.

It'll be interesting to see what Kim's got in the works here. As you know, she's been knee-deep in helping reshape the criminal justice system ever since she helped free Alice Marie Johnson back in 2018 -- and has been on a roll doing the same for others (and then some) in the following months.

Kylie Jenner has unfollowed Jordyn Woods on Instagram just one day after a video surfaced of Woods dancing with Khloe Kardashian's ex, James Harden.

Jenner, who has 141 million followers of her own, yet only follows 125 people pulled the plug on her Insta-relationship with Woods Friday. Woods has 10.3 million followers ... she still follows Kylie and the Kylie Cosmetics account.

TMZ broke the story ... Woods was seen inside a Houston bar smoking hookah and dancing with James Harden Wednesday night. Sources close to Woods told us it was a friendly encounter ... and the two just ran into each other by chance through mutual friends.

However, sources on the other side tell us Jordyn and James have been hanging out regularly for months.

We're told Kylie has become tired of Jordyn allegedly lying about the Tristan situation and now trying to spin the James situation ... Woods allegedly lied to Kylie when she and James first got together, telling Kylie that Khloe was totally cool with it. Our sources say Khloe had no idea James and Jordyn were hanging out ... but would have been cool with it had she known.

Jordyn was caught kissing Khloe's other ex and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson at a house party in Los Angeles in February. Jordyn later went on Jada Pinkett-Smith's Red Table Talk and told her side of the story -- a side witnesses tell us was totally downplayed -- and that destroyed her relationship with the Kardashians.

It was back in June when Kylie unfollowed Jordyn's mom and sister ... Jordyn's IG account was the last thing linking her to the famous family.

Jordyn Woods and James Harden aren't anything more than 2 people with mutual friends who happened to run into each other at a bar ... at least that's what we're told.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... the 2 didn't make plans to party together in Houston Wednesday night -- it just happened to work out that way. We're told despite video showing her dancing right in front of him ... there's nothing brewing.

Our Jordyn sources say she'd been working on a project in New Orleans and made a quick trip to Texas to go out with some friends. She ended up in a VIP booth at Belle Station, coincidentally next to the NBA star and his crew ... who we're told are friends with some of her gal pals.

Jordyn didn't arrive or leave with Harden, and hardly spent any time with him, according to our sources ... and all the hookah smoking and dancing was just her having a good time.

Other sources, however, have told us Woods has been hanging out with Harden for months ... even before she kissed Tristan Thompson, ruining her friendship with Kylie Jenner. We're told Jordyn told friends Khloe was totally cool with her hanging with Harden, but Khloe had no idea.

Of course, the sight of Woods hanging with another one of Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriends following the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal raised eyebrows.

Kylie Jenner's former bestie danced and smoked hookah alongside NBA star James Harden in Houston Wednesday night, and, if you're not keeping track ... Harden's another ex-boyfriend of Khloe's.

We're told Jordyn and James were partying together at Belle Station, and were cozying up in the same booth. At one point, Jordyn stood up and danced in front of him while taking a hookah hit.

We're told the 2 have hung out in the past -- pre-Khloe's split with Tristan -- and Jordyn allegedly told friends Khloe was cool with it ... our sources say Khloe never even knew about it. What's unclear is if Jordyn and James have taken it a step further.

Jordyn took Chernobyl-type heat for contributing to the breakup of Khloe's family after allegedly cheating with her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, at a house party.

Woods claimed it was just innocent fun, though, and said he only kissed her once. Khloe first blamed Jordyn for destroying her fam, then took it back.

Things got so bad between Jordyn and Kylie ... Kylie kicked Jordyn out of her guest house.

Kim Kardashian West is back at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. looking like she still very much means business in D.C. ... and she brought a couple sidekicks with her for a very special tour.

Kim arrived at the White House front gates Thursday morning in an all-gold getup ... with a shiny top, shoes and purse to go with the suit.

She wasn't flying solo, though -- her oldest kid, North West, left the Four Seasons hotel with her mom and got to tag along.

Kim's been in the nation's capital the past couple days visiting jails to discuss prison reform -- and possibly shooting an Oxygen Network documentary -- and our sources say she had another meeting with President Trump on the issue.

During her visit, we're told she also surprised her grandmother -- who recently turned 85 -- with a tour of the White House.

As we reported ... she and Kanye lobbied President Trump last week to get involved in the A$AP Rocky case in Sweden, and she thanked him and Jared Kushner for trying to free the rapper.
