Feast your eyes on what's floating Kylie Jenner's boat for her 22nd birthday -- a $250 million dollar luxury yacht that will be home to the next over-the-top Kardashian-Jenner celebration.

This 300 foot long (that's a football field, folks) gem of a super-yacht is called the Tranquility, and sources familiar with the deal tell us Kylie's rented it out to celebrate her bday later this month. Kylie & co. will be partying, sunbathing, and just generally luxuriating on a floating venue that don't come cheap.

We're told Tranquility -- which used to be named Equanimity -- will set the average Joe back around $1.2 million ... PER WEEK!!! Luckily, the birthday girl's worth a billion.

No word on who will be setting sail with KJ, but the ship accommodates 22 guests. Here's what they'll be enjoying -- 10 cabins, a sauna, helipad, beauty salon, theater, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with underwater lights for anyone who wants to do some night swimming.

Oh yeah, and they'll have a 29-person crew waiting on them hand and foot.

We're told the party will hit ports somewhere in the Mediterranean, and we know big sisters Kendall and Kourtney are already over there -- so, it's a good bet they'll make the guest list.

Tristan Thompson is finally clearing the air about the circumstances under which he met Khloe Kardashian ... and he's also defending his other baby mama.

Tristan on Wednesday debunked a report he had reunited with his first baby mama, Jordan Craig. There were reports Tristan, Jordan and their 2-year-old son, Prince, recently went on family vacay in Jamaica ... making it seem as if they were rekindling an old flame.

Tristan says there's ZERO truth to that ... and adds he's spent the last few months preparing for the NBA season, and that's it -- zero summer vacations. As for how the story took off ... seems Tristan posting a picture of Prince on a yacht in Jamaica made some people think he was there, but he's adamant he was not.

Then there's this ... in a second tweet, Tristan played a little belated defense, adamantly saying he met Khloe when he was single. As we reported ... there have been longtime allegations she cheated with Tristan at the expense of Jordan.

At the time, Khloe's story was Tristan pleading with her that his relationship with Jordan was over long before they met. He's backing that up now, insisting he was absolutely a free agent.

Kim Kardashian is putting a microscope on the criminal justice system with something she's very familiar with ... a camera lens made for TV -- and she's doing it right now.

Mrs. Kardashian-West posted a series of photos Saturday of her posing for selfies with prison inmates from a facility in Washington D.C., where she says these folks are part of a program in which they can take courses and get credit from Georgetown University.

In her caption, Kim wrote ... "Last week I was so moved by Dr. Mark Howard, a Georgetown professor who teaches a course inside of a Washington DC prison where these men and women can get Georgetown credit."

She added, "I met so many amazing people that can’t wait to share their stories with you. We filmed a documentary I am working on that will be out on @oxygen and I hope you will learn about the justice system the way I have."

It appears these photos were taken late last week, when Kim made a trip to D.C. for a tour of the White House. BTW, the only prison in the area that has this type of partnership with Georgetown is the D.C. Central Detention Facility, which Professor Marc Howard helped spearhead.

It'll be interesting to see what Kim's got in the works here. As you know, she's been knee-deep in helping reshape the criminal justice system ever since she helped free Alice Marie Johnson back in 2018 -- and has been on a roll doing the same for others (and then some) in the following months.

Kylie Jenner has unfollowed Jordyn Woods on Instagram just one day after a video surfaced of Woods dancing with Khloe Kardashian's ex, James Harden.

Jenner, who has 141 million followers of her own, yet only follows 125 people pulled the plug on her Insta-relationship with Woods Friday. Woods has 10.3 million followers ... she still follows Kylie and the Kylie Cosmetics account.

TMZ broke the story ... Woods was seen inside a Houston bar smoking hookah and dancing with James Harden Wednesday night. Sources close to Woods told us it was a friendly encounter ... and the two just ran into each other by chance through mutual friends.

However, sources on the other side tell us Jordyn and James have been hanging out regularly for months.

We're told Kylie has become tired of Jordyn allegedly lying about the Tristan situation and now trying to spin the James situation ... Woods allegedly lied to Kylie when she and James first got together, telling Kylie that Khloe was totally cool with it. Our sources say Khloe had no idea James and Jordyn were hanging out ... but would have been cool with it had she known.

Jordyn was caught kissing Khloe's other ex and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson at a house party in Los Angeles in February. Jordyn later went on Jada Pinkett-Smith's Red Table Talk and told her side of the story -- a side witnesses tell us was totally downplayed -- and that destroyed her relationship with the Kardashians.

It was back in June when Kylie unfollowed Jordyn's mom and sister ... Jordyn's IG account was the last thing linking her to the famous family.

Jordyn Woods and James Harden aren't anything more than 2 people with mutual friends who happened to run into each other at a bar ... at least that's what we're told.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... the 2 didn't make plans to party together in Houston Wednesday night -- it just happened to work out that way. We're told despite video showing her dancing right in front of him ... there's nothing brewing.

Our Jordyn sources say she'd been working on a project in New Orleans and made a quick trip to Texas to go out with some friends. She ended up in a VIP booth at Belle Station, coincidentally next to the NBA star and his crew ... who we're told are friends with some of her gal pals.

Jordyn didn't arrive or leave with Harden, and hardly spent any time with him, according to our sources ... and all the hookah smoking and dancing was just her having a good time.

Other sources, however, have told us Woods has been hanging out with Harden for months ... even before she kissed Tristan Thompson, ruining her friendship with Kylie Jenner. We're told Jordyn told friends Khloe was totally cool with her hanging with Harden, but Khloe had no idea.

Of course, the sight of Woods hanging with another one of Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriends following the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal raised eyebrows.

Jordyn Woods likes what Khloe Kardashian likes ... stars on the hardwood, because she's hangin' with another of Khloe's exes.

Kylie Jenner's former bestie danced and smoked hookah alongside NBA star James Harden in Houston Wednesday night, and, if you're not keeping track ... Harden's another ex-boyfriend of Khloe's.

We're told Jordyn and James were partying together at Belle Station, and were cozying up in the same booth. At one point, Jordyn stood up and danced in front of him while taking a hookah hit.

We're told the 2 have hung out in the past -- pre-Khloe's split with Tristan -- and Jordyn allegedly told friends Khloe was cool with it ... our sources say Khloe never even knew about it. What's unclear is if Jordyn and James have taken it a step further.

Jordyn took Chernobyl-type heat for contributing to the breakup of Khloe's family after allegedly cheating with her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, at a house party.

Woods claimed it was just innocent fun, though, and said he only kissed her once. Khloe first blamed Jordyn for destroying her fam, then took it back.

Things got so bad between Jordyn and Kylie ... Kylie kicked Jordyn out of her guest house.

Kim Kardashian West is back at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. looking like she still very much means business in D.C. ... and she brought a couple sidekicks with her for a very special tour.

Kim arrived at the White House front gates Thursday morning in an all-gold getup ... with a shiny top, shoes and purse to go with the suit.

She wasn't flying solo, though -- her oldest kid, North West, left the Four Seasons hotel with her mom and got to tag along.

Kim's been in the nation's capital the past couple days visiting jails to discuss prison reform -- and possibly shooting an Oxygen Network documentary -- and our sources say she had another meeting with President Trump on the issue.

During her visit, we're told she also surprised her grandmother -- who recently turned 85 -- with a tour of the White House.

As we reported ... she and Kanye lobbied President Trump last week to get involved in the A$AP Rocky case in Sweden, and she thanked him and Jared Kushner for trying to free the rapper.

Lamar Odom has zero regrets about his reality TV past -- in fact, he says the experience was the best part of his adult life and he desperately wants to repair his relationship with the Kardashians.

39-year-old Odom appeared on "TMZ Live" and told us how taking up motivational speaking with a company called MicDrop has become therapeutic for him. He's learning to forgive himself for the mistakes he's made in the past ... from drug use to other bad life decisions.

One of those mistakes ... Odom says he feels he's failed as a father. But, Lamar says he's including his children in his motivational speaking work and it's bringing his family closer together.

"This is a great way for me to make up the time I lost with them and help them get better as well," Odom said.

As for reality TV, there are a lot of people who feel doing a reality show is a recipe for disaster -- but Lamar says he wouldn't go back and change a thing.

"Doing reality TV and being married to Khloe, besides having children and besides me doing this motivational speaking that I'm going to start doing, that was the most memorable part and the best part of my adulthood. So, there's nothing I regret about that."

"And, hopefully, me going to public speaking can even bring me closer to the Kardashians and help me rebuild that bridge."

Lamar has previously talked about how he will always love Khloe -- despite the fact the she's moved on -- but it seems now he'll settle for a non-romantic friendship.

Odom also tells us why he feels surviving that infamous 2015 overdose in Nevada was God's plan ... and how he hopes others will learn from his mistakes.

Kim Kardashian West says she is shocked and saddened by recent allegations against Marcus Hyde by models claiming the photographer tried to bribe them for nude photos.

Hyde -- who was a longtime photographer for Kim and Kanye -- has come under fire by numerous women this week. In one alleged DM conversation between Hyde and a model, he asked her for nude photos, saying he'd do a shoot with her for free if she sent. When the model refused, Hyde allegedly said the charge would be $2,000 for the shoot.

Kim said of the situation, "My own experiences have always been professional, and I am deeply shocked, saddened and disappointed to learn that other women have had very different experiences. I stand in full support of every woman's right to not be harassed, asked or pressured to do anything they are not comfortable with."

Kim ends her statement with, "We cannot allow this type of behavior to go unnoticed and I applaud those who speak out."

Hyde almost lost his life in a car accident in October of last year when his Mercedes went 200 feet off an embankment. The accident left him in a coma for weeks ... and he was seen at Kanye's Sunday Service performance at Coachella for the first time since the accident.

Jordyn Woods is making some boss moves after being kicked to the curb by the Kardashians ... linking up with Rick Ross and becoming a music video vixen!!!

Kylie Jenner's former BFF was on the set of the rapper's new music vid Wednesday in Miami, showing off her endless curves in some sexy lingerie and a super revealing dress. No wonder Rick recruited her.

RR is looking pretty fly himself ... throwing on a black and white animal print button down and dripping hard with some gold chains. Rozay is peak South Beach.

But, this is all about Jordyn and how well she's doing for herself without the Kardashians.

President Trump is very much aware of A$AP Rocky's legal sitch in Sweden -- and he's got his team working to get him freed ... thanks in part to Kim K and Kanye West.

That's right ... we've learned Kim and Kanye lobbied The White House to jump in and get involved in the drama across the pond -- where A$AP's been behind bars for more than two weeks now as prosecutors determine if the rapper should be charged with aggravated assault.

Here's how it went down. We're told as soon as Kim and Kanye heard about A$AP's predicament earlier this month ... Kanye urged Kim to get on the horn and talk to Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner -- with whom Kim is very familiar from her previous White House work.

Our sources say Kim filled Jared in on what was happening, and Jared then took the info to Trump himself ... whom, we're told, acknowledged something seemed amiss.

In addition to Kim and Kanye, Kareem Lanier and Pastor Darrell Scott of the White House’s Urban Revitalization Coalition, also played a big role … helping to connect ASAP’s management directly with Kushner through a phone call.

We're told Trump told Kushner he believed A$AP was being held unfairly, and wanted to help. As we reported, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo got involved and unleashed a few deputies in an attempt to get some action. A State Dept. member was supposed to arrive in Sweden Thursday.  We're told the State Dept. is now actively working to get A$AP out of jail, thanks in large part to Kim's efforts.

However, some feel the State Dept. isn't moving fast enough. Members of the Congressional Black Caucus called Pompeo out for not doing more, though our sources say he's been working tirelessly. Fact is ... Swedish authorities have been unmoved so far ... and our sources say there's now real fear prosecutors might delay their decision beyond the 3 week mark and keep A$AP in custody.

Kylie Jenner is killing two birds with one hot, steamy stone -- celebrating both the launch of her summer skincare line ... and, apparently, National Nude Day. Yay to multitasking!!!

Ms. Jenner and a bunch of her girlfriends flew out to Turks and Caicos Saturday night in a pimped-out private jet that was decked in white and pink 'Kylie Skin' signage -- with branded pillows, sleeping eye covers and even flight attendants. Oh, and did we mention the matching custom sweat suits? Yeah, everyone got one of those too.

The occasion ... Kylie's dropping few new products for a her skin line later this month -- a coconut body lotion and scrub, as well an SPF 30 body oil. They're available July 22.

She brought along a handful of her BFFs -- including Draya Michele, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Yris Palmer, Sofia Richie and others -- not to mention Travis Scott and baby Stormi.

When the ladies (and Trav) touched down, they got the five-star resort treatment, with hired handlers greeting them with carved-out 'Kylie Skin' coconut drinks, robes and anything else you might need on a luxury vacation. At one point, Kylie got an itch to get nakey.

Unclear if she knew Sunday was THE day to disrobe in America, but she definitely made the most of it by partaking ... snapping this sexy shot, posing in her birthday suit. 

Kim and Kanye West walked in hand in hand to celebrate a friend's birthday but ya gotta hand it to her ... her outfit stole the show.

Kimye had a date night Wednesday night in WeHo at Craig's ... where it was pandemonium when they hopped outta their matte black Lamborghini. The flashing lights might explain Kanye's shades.

But, ya can't blame the paps for wanting the money shot on Kim's skintight leather garb. They also brought some presents -- and by that we mean their muscle carried the gifts inside -- to celebrate Kristen Noel Crawley's 33rd birthday. She's a friend ... and founder of the beauty line KNC Beauty.

Kim Kardashian West's solution for that Kimono PR nightmare is just that ... Solutionwear. That's the new name for her line of slimming undies.

Kim made the announcement Monday morning but the name isn't all that new, legally speaking. According to docs obtained by TMZ, Kim's company -- Kimono Intimates -- had trademarked Solutionwear back in April. The name was approved for publication last week. 

The new branding is for Kim's shapewear line and other products including lingerie, breast shapers, nightgowns and more.

You'll recall Kim was accused of cultural appropriation for trademarking the word associated with traditional Japanese garments. But, Kim never intended to produce the traditional Japanese Kimono garments.

As we reported ... her Kimono name only applied to her business. The shapewear line -- a collection created to include women of all shapes, sizes and skin complexions -- had been super hyped up before this controversy slowed down the roll out.

Kim Kardashian just scored a huge legal victory -- in the millions -- in her war with a company she says uses her face, body and name to sell knockoff dresses.

Kim's been awarded $2.7 million in damages and another $60k in attorneys' fees from Missguided USA. Kim had sued the company back in February.

In the ruling, the judge said, "Missguided has repeatedly used Kardashian's name and likeness without permission on its social media platforms to promote the sale of its clothing."

The court points out Missguided's website has entire pages dedicated to selling and knocking off dresses inspired by Kim. The real offense is they're using photos of Kim to make it seem to consumers she's associated with the brand. 

Kim basically won by forfeit. Missguided USA never responded to her lawsuit, so the court awarded Kim a default judgment. 

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are keeping things balanced in their lives -- hanging with their kids for lunch Sunday, but then partying with Brad Pitt later.

Kimye and half their brood -- North and Saint -- hit up the fancy joint Crustacean Beverly Hills ... rolling up in style with not 1, not 2 but THREE black matte Lamborghinis. The couple actually owns 5 of the whips in total. Check out the vid ... when the late lunch ended, the kiddos jumped into their own Lambo.

After mama buckled 'em up ... Kim and Kanye jumped into the lead Lambo and drove off. They headed to a fancy crib in the Hollywood Hills where they rubbed elbows with Andrew Garfield and, of course, Brad.

It's unclear what the occasion was that brought them all together, but it was just the latest celebration for Kim, who's been partying like a rock star almost nonstop since Thursday's 35th birthday bash for Khloe.
