Dream Kardashian clearly doesn't buy into the terrible twos theory ... not after having a magical birthday to celebrate.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and the rest of the brood threw an impressive birthday party for Rob and Blac Chyna's kid ... though we're guessing BC was nowhere in sight (more on that in a sec).

There was also a LOT to snack on. Seriously ... check out the spread. The fairy-themed party had it all -- 2 fairies, a teepee, tons of balloons ... and even a shiny Bentley.

As for Chyna ... she wasn't there, and that's not surprising. She and Rob do NOT get along, even though they've managed to co-parent. A year ago, they threw dueling birthday parties for Dream. They're also locked in a bitter fight over child support. For now, the judge has suspended Rob's obligation to pay Chyna $20k a month.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are NOT broken up or on the rocks, contrary to reports -- but they could very well be breaking up a turkey wishbone very soon ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... rumors that Khloe and TT have split or are no longer talking in the wake of his cheating scandal are simply false -- they're still together and going strong.

We're told the reason Khloe hasn't been in Cleveland lately is that she's filming a new season of 'KUWTK.' Meanwhile, he's in the middle of his NBA season with the Cavs. Our sources say Khloe was supposed to fly out to Cleveland last week, but stayed in L.A. on account of the fires that were ravaging hers and surrounding communities.

And besides, would a couple on the verge of a split be spending time together on Thanksgiving? Probably not ... which is exactly what we're told Khloe's doing for the holiday. Sources say Khloe's going to Cleveland next week to be with Tristan and baby True as a family.

As we reported ... Khloe was at Tristan's game in Cleveland a couple weeks ago cheering him on. Her visit must've left some magic behind, 'cause Tristan's been on a tear lately. He racked up 21 rebounds in the Cavs' win over Charlotte Tuesday night.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna might be duking it out in court over money to care for their daughter -- but turns out there's a measure of peace behind the scenes.

Sources connected to both parents tell us Rob and BC are a well-oiled co-parenting machine when it comes to baby Dream ... they've both been cooperative in creating and abiding by a fair schedule ... with zero hiccups so far.

We're told the former couple manages their 50/50 split like this -- 4 days with one parent and 3 days with the other ... and they switch that up week-to-week. Sometimes there's scheduling conflict with either Chyna or Rob, but they've learned to pivot without any real drama.

A big reason for their success ... nannies!!! We're told both Rob and Chyna have their own who handle all the baby hand-offs.

Here's the thing ... Rob and Chyna intensely dislike each other, but they have figured out a way to wall off their feelings when it comes to their daughter.

As we reported ... Rob's gone back to court asking a judge to lower his child support payments, which had been set at $20k/month. We're told Rob had planned to request the payments be chopped down from the get-go, and only agreed to the hefty child support to get Chyna to back off her domestic violence claims ... which could've hurt him.

Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, tells us Rob didn't pull a fast one on anybody -- saying they fully expected him to go back to go court to lower his payments.

For now, Chyna's not getting a penny from Rob. The judge put all payments on hold a few months ago until he decides what, if anything, Rob should pay her.

Kanye West's stepping out for the first time since the music video shooting scare ... with red hair.

Ye was out in L.A. Saturday afternoon with a new hairdo that was presumably for his music video shoot with Tekashi69. As we've reported ... Kanye and Tekashi were in the Beverly Hills mansion getting ready to film when gunfire erupted, prompting Ye to immediately bounce.

Cops are on the hunt for the shooters who were caught on video spraying the mansion with bullets. As if that wasn't scary enough ... Kanye's also had to deal with the California wildfire that's torched nearly a million acres.

Caitlyn Jenner is lucky -- like Powerball lucky -- because her multi-million dollar Malibu home appears to have narrowly dodged any structural damage in SoCal's raging wildfire.

This aerial pic, shot Saturday morning, shows hot spots still smoldering just outside the fencing of Caitlyn's 3,500 square foot house -- which is perched in the hills above Malibu. On Friday a source connected to the Jenner-Kardashians told us the mansion had been torched -- they clearly spoke too soon.

It's clear, though, the Woolsey fire's path came dangerously close as it burned out of control toward the Malibu beach area.

Caitlyn posted a video Friday saying she was safe but did not know the fate of her home. She knows now ... it's safe.

Kylie Jenner may have gotten a field of roses from baby daddy Travis Scott, but we know what she didn't get ... a ring.

Jenner's fans jumped the gun, going crazy after she posted a lengthy vid showing a gaggle of bouquets and rose petals strewn around her mansion. The track for her video is Travis' song, "Hell of a Night" ... her fav.

It was undeniably romantic, but it wasn't a proposal. Sources close to Kylie tell us Travis' gesture was to celebrate the announcement Kylie Cosmetics was partnering with Ulta Beauty stores. It was also an elaborate bon voyage gift to mark the beginning of his tour. She and the baby are going with.

Caitlyn Jenner's home in the Malibu hills is no more -- it was destroyed in Southern California's raging wildfires ... TMZ has learned.

Caitlyn's pad, which was featured on her reality show, sat on top of a ridge overlooking the Malibu beach area -- and, unfortunately, it is the same area where the Woolsey fire is burning out of control. Our sources say the home went up in flames Friday as the fire burned toward Malibu.

She has been in the home since 2015, and she's had to deal with natural disaster issues before. Just last year, winds as high as 60 MPH tore the roof off the 3,500 square foot, 4-bedroom spread.

As we reported, Kim Kardashian West ... as well as Khloe and Kourtney ... evacuated their homes on Thursday night. The fire finally reached Kim and Kanye's Hidden Hills mansion on Friday afternoon.

The fire's burned more than 14,000 acres so far, and forced the evacuation of more than 75,000 homes across Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.

Early Friday, officials issued a mandatory evacuation for all of Malibu as the blaze burned almost completely out of control.

2:38 PM PT -- Kim just posted an update about the situation, saying, "I heard the flames have hit our property at our home in Hidden Hills but now are more contained and have stopped at the moment. It doesn't seem like it is getting worse right now. I just pray the winds are in our favor. God is good. I'm just praying everyone is safe."

She continues, "Fire Fighters, I love you and thank you for doing all that you can to keep us safe!"

The California wildfire that is burning out of control has reached the estate of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and the flames are now on their property.

The mansion Kim and Kanye completed this year is in grave danger of being consumed by flames.

We're told Kim and Kanye have just evacuated their entire security team and flames are slowly creeping up their yard and closer to the home.

You'll recall ... Kim was flying in Thursday night, Instagramming video of the fire as she was landing and saying her family was about to evacuate the area. She had visited San Quentin Prison earlier in the day to learn about the facility's programs for prisoners.

Kim's ex-stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner, just lost her Malibu home ... consumed by the out-of-control fire.

As of this post, the flames are on Kim and Kanye's property but have not yet reached the main house.

Kim Kardashian West and her family are fleeing California's latest devastating wildfires -- but she got an overhead view of the massive inferno before she left.

Kim's flight back to L.A. Thursday night went right over the Woolsey fire which is raging out of control in Ventura and L.A. Counties -- it's already scorched 8,000 acres. She posted some incredible video of the blaze as she was landing, and said she had to get out of harm's way almost immediately after getting home.

The fire's forced the evacuation of more than 75,000 homes.

With the flames already taking out at least 30 houses ... residents, including the Kardashians, are fleeing Calabasas and surrounding towns. Khloe, Kourtney and their little ones have also bolted.

Kim Kardashian paid a visit to one of the nation's most notorious prisons Thursday, and the timing and location is super interesting.

Sources familiar with the visit tell TMZ ... Kim dropped in on San Quentin State Prison in Northern California, and was on the grounds for several hours, meeting with prison staff and inmates. We're told Kim was at the famous institution to check out programs the prison offers for prisoners.

It's interesting ... death row inmate Kevin Cooper is at San Quentin -- he's the man whose case Kim has been asking the Governor of California to look into -- but it's unclear if Kim and Kevin came face-to-face during her latest visit.

As for the timing of the visit, two death row inmates reportedly killed themselves over the weekend ... but it's unclear how long Kim had this visit planned.

Kendall Jenner's taking a stand in NYC ... no taxis, Ubers or subways on her 23rd birthday, at least while the sun's out, anyways.

Kendall was all smiles riding a Citi Bike while sporting a green coat in Manhattan's Soho neighborhood. She turned 23 Saturday ... so you can expect supermodel to have quite the party in store.

She kinda got things started early Friday ... with a trip to Philly and hitting up Ben Simmons for some round 2 action. No word if Ben's coming along for the birthday weekend ride. The 76ers are in town right now ... they play in Brooklyn Sunday so ya never know.

Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons -- Round 2?!?!?

Sure seems like it, because the two got together for some private 1-on-1 time after the 76ers played the Clippers in Philadelphia this week ... and we've got the video.

Remember, Kendall and Ben broke things off in September after she was spotted kissing Anwar Hadid in a nightclub ... despite being in a relationship with Simmons for months.

It appeared the two had moved on -- until Thursday night, when Kendall showed up at Ben's game at Wells Fargo Center. Witnesses say Kendall had a private suite and tons of security.

After the game, security cleared an exit route for her, so she could slyly meet up with Simmons in the player parking lot after the game without anyone seeing.

But, there were fans who could catch the action from up above in the arena -- and you can see in the video Ben was waiting for Kendall with a super clean sprinter van -- and only he and Kendall get inside.

So, the question ... reconciling? Thinking about reconciling? Or, just one fun night in Philly?

Kim Kardashian West is no queen of the jungle ... but certainly looks the part riding a giant elephant during her family trip to Bali.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Scott and their kids all made the trip last week. The group was flown to an elephant sanctuary on a private helicopter where they spent several hours and got up close and personal with the gentle giants.

You can see from the pics, Kim didn't hesitate to get on for a quick ride around the park ... and Kourtney joined in too.

Kanye wasn't on the trip -- we're told he stayed back because of work commitments.

Khloe Kardashian might just be the good luck charm The Cleveland Cavaliers need ... she was in the crowd to cheer on baby daddy Tristan Thompson as his team got it's first W of the year.

Khloe was spotted at Quicken Loans Arena Tuesday in the same section we saw her seated in so many times last year. It's been a rough season for Tristan and the LeBron-less squad ... they came into the game winless (0-6), and fired their head coach Tyronn Lue just a couple days ago.

The team's luck changed with Kardashian in the crowd ... locking down a 136-114 victory over The Atlanta Hawks. Tristan had a good game too, with 11 points and 13 rebounds.

Sofia Richie's looking purrrrrty Down Under ... so good, in fact, Scott Disick even snapped ... snapped a ton of pics.

Sofia showed off her hard bod Monday while rocking this leopard print bikini aboard a yacht in Australia. No question about it ... the show belonged to Sofia, and Lord Disick agreed -- he practically bowed down to her grace.

A photographer who travels the world with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West was seriously injured in a car accident ... TMZ has learned.

According to eyewitnesses ... Marcus Hyde was out driving in Malibu early Monday morning, cruising on the PCH, when he lost control and went over an embankment. We're told he was having seizures from the crash and was airlifted to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

One witness says Marcus went down 200 feet from the main road. As you can see from photos of the scene, obtained by TMZ, the car was completely destroyed in the wreck.

Marcus -- who regularly shoots for Kim, Kanye and other Kardashians -- is a big gearhead and has scheduled night drives with high-end exotic cars on Sunday nights. This time he was driving a Mercedes AMG CLS ... which he's shown off on social media.

We're told Marcus had a female passenger, who was hospitalized.

His condition is unknown at this time, but a law enforcement source tells us he suffered a critical head injury.
