2:38 PM PT -- Kim just posted an update about the situation, saying, "I heard the flames have hit our property at our home in Hidden Hills but now are more contained and have stopped at the moment. It doesn't seem like it is getting worse right now. I just pray the winds are in our favor. God is good. I'm just praying everyone is safe."

She continues, "Fire Fighters, I love you and thank you for doing all that you can to keep us safe!"

The California wildfire that is burning out of control has reached the estate of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and the flames are now on their property.

The mansion Kim and Kanye completed this year is in grave danger of being consumed by flames.

We're told Kim and Kanye have just evacuated their entire security team and flames are slowly creeping up their yard and closer to the home.

You'll recall ... Kim was flying in Thursday night, Instagramming video of the fire as she was landing and saying her family was about to evacuate the area. She had visited San Quentin Prison earlier in the day to learn about the facility's programs for prisoners.

Kim's ex-stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner, just lost her Malibu home ... consumed by the out-of-control fire.

As of this post, the flames are on Kim and Kanye's property but have not yet reached the main house.

Kim Kardashian West and her family are fleeing California's latest devastating wildfires -- but she got an overhead view of the massive inferno before she left.

Kim's flight back to L.A. Thursday night went right over the Woolsey fire which is raging out of control in Ventura and L.A. Counties -- it's already scorched 8,000 acres. She posted some incredible video of the blaze as she was landing, and said she had to get out of harm's way almost immediately after getting home.

The fire's forced the evacuation of more than 75,000 homes.

With the flames already taking out at least 30 houses ... residents, including the Kardashians, are fleeing Calabasas and surrounding towns. Khloe, Kourtney and their little ones have also bolted.

Kim Kardashian paid a visit to one of the nation's most notorious prisons Thursday, and the timing and location is super interesting.

Sources familiar with the visit tell TMZ ... Kim dropped in on San Quentin State Prison in Northern California, and was on the grounds for several hours, meeting with prison staff and inmates. We're told Kim was at the famous institution to check out programs the prison offers for prisoners.

It's interesting ... death row inmate Kevin Cooper is at San Quentin -- he's the man whose case Kim has been asking the Governor of California to look into -- but it's unclear if Kim and Kevin came face-to-face during her latest visit.

As for the timing of the visit, two death row inmates reportedly killed themselves over the weekend ... but it's unclear how long Kim had this visit planned.

Kendall Jenner's taking a stand in NYC ... no taxis, Ubers or subways on her 23rd birthday, at least while the sun's out, anyways.

Kendall was all smiles riding a Citi Bike while sporting a green coat in Manhattan's Soho neighborhood. She turned 23 Saturday ... so you can expect supermodel to have quite the party in store.

She kinda got things started early Friday ... with a trip to Philly and hitting up Ben Simmons for some round 2 action. No word if Ben's coming along for the birthday weekend ride. The 76ers are in town right now ... they play in Brooklyn Sunday so ya never know.

Sure seems like it, because the two got together for some private 1-on-1 time after the 76ers played the Clippers in Philadelphia this week ... and we've got the video.

Remember, Kendall and Ben broke things off in September after she was spotted kissing Anwar Hadid in a nightclub ... despite being in a relationship with Simmons for months.

It appeared the two had moved on -- until Thursday night, when Kendall showed up at Ben's game at Wells Fargo Center. Witnesses say Kendall had a private suite and tons of security.

After the game, security cleared an exit route for her, so she could slyly meet up with Simmons in the player parking lot after the game without anyone seeing.

But, there were fans who could catch the action from up above in the arena -- and you can see in the video Ben was waiting for Kendall with a super clean sprinter van -- and only he and Kendall get inside.

So, the question ... reconciling? Thinking about reconciling? Or, just one fun night in Philly?

Kim Kardashian West is no queen of the jungle ... but certainly looks the part riding a giant elephant during her family trip to Bali.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Scott and their kids all made the trip last week. The group was flown to an elephant sanctuary on a private helicopter where they spent several hours and got up close and personal with the gentle giants.

You can see from the pics, Kim didn't hesitate to get on for a quick ride around the park ... and Kourtney joined in too.

Kanye wasn't on the trip -- we're told he stayed back because of work commitments.

Khloe Kardashian might just be the good luck charm The Cleveland Cavaliers need ... she was in the crowd to cheer on baby daddy Tristan Thompson as his team got it's first W of the year.

Khloe was spotted at Quicken Loans Arena Tuesday in the same section we saw her seated in so many times last year. It's been a rough season for Tristan and the LeBron-less squad ... they came into the game winless (0-6), and fired their head coach Tyronn Lue just a couple days ago.

The team's luck changed with Kardashian in the crowd ... locking down a 136-114 victory over The Atlanta Hawks. Tristan had a good game too, with 11 points and 13 rebounds.

Sofia Richie's looking purrrrrty Down Under ... so good, in fact, Scott Disick even snapped ... snapped a ton of pics.

Sofia showed off her hard bod Monday while rocking this leopard print bikini aboard a yacht in Australia. No question about it ... the show belonged to Sofia, and Lord Disick agreed -- he practically bowed down to her grace.

A photographer who travels the world with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West was seriously injured in a car accident ... TMZ has learned.

According to eyewitnesses ... Marcus Hyde was out driving in Malibu early Monday morning, cruising on the PCH, when he lost control and went over an embankment. We're told he was having seizures from the crash and was airlifted to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

One witness says Marcus went down 200 feet from the main road. As you can see from photos of the scene, obtained by TMZ, the car was completely destroyed in the wreck.

Marcus -- who regularly shoots for Kim, Kanye and other Kardashians -- is a big gearhead and has scheduled night drives with high-end exotic cars on Sunday nights. This time he was driving a Mercedes AMG CLS ... which he's shown off on social media.

We're told Marcus had a female passenger, who was hospitalized.

His condition is unknown at this time, but a law enforcement source tells us he suffered a critical head injury.

Scott Disick joined Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, his daughter Penelope, and North on a family trip to Bali.

Scott's chillin' on the yacht ... with no Kardashian in sight, but he don't care.

Kourtney was hanging with Penelope a lot ... but no Scott in sight.

Scott going on vacay with the Klan is a clear sign of peace ... despite the fact there is little interaction, at least in the photos.

North West was also on board ... who had lots of playtime with Penelope. Kim, Khloe, and True are also on the yacht ... and although we don't see it, we're going to bet the farm that cameras are recording the trip for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are ready to live in the Hills -- Beverly Hills, that is ... where they just dropped a fortune on a new home.

TMZ has confirmed that the new parents recently purchased a mansion together in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood of L.A. for a whopping $13.45 million. They own the home as joint tenants, so they're co-owners. Presumably, that means they went halfsies on the crib.

This is the first property Kylie and Travis own together and it's a beaut, with a 2,300 square foot master bedroom alone and every other luxury you could imagine, including a multi-car garage, a gym, a massage room and more -- it's right up the Kardashians' alley.

Like we've told you ... Kylie already owns a home by herself in Hidden Hills, for which she dropped $12 million. That was her fourth property, and this would be her fifth. She also just recently listed a pricey pile of dirt for $5.55 mil.

Kylie and Travis were repped by Tomer Fridman and Carl Gambino.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott couldn't resist what every new mama and papa like to do this time of year ... take their kiddo to a pumpkin patch and start snapping away!!

Kylie, her boo beau and their daughter, Stormi, hit up the Underwood Family Farms Wednesday in the San Fernando Valley for a little fam bam action. We're told they made their way around the corn maze, picked out pumpkins and scoped out some of the animals there too.

Travis is just a few weeks away from kicking off his Astroworld Tour ... so a little family time is much needed.

Kendall Jenner is once again in the crosshairs of controversy after Vogue featured her in a new photo shoot where she's rockin' an afro ... and the fashion mag blinked.

The supermodel appears in a new Vogue story that's running in November where she's wearing a variety of Brock Collection dresses ... and sporting a 'fro-style 'do. Her hair was frizzy and teased-out (nothing like her usual style) ... and some people got pissed, claiming cultural appropriation and questioning why Vogue didn't use a black model.

People flooded the comment section of Vogue's Instagram post showing off Kendall's puffed-out hairstyle, and openly speculated about the connotations and intentions behind booking a white girl for the gig ... with some calling the move racist and demeaning to black women.

Vogue now says Kendall's hair was simply reflecting the "Edwardian/Gibson Girl" style they were going for with the Brock Collection. FWIW ... a quick google search shows that women of that era did, in fact, have similar hairstyles.

Either way, Vogue eventually apologized, explaining it did not mean to offend anyone.

Kylie Jenner is being sued for straight-up jacking another cosmetic line.

A company named Sheree Cosmetics is suing Kylie and her company, Kylie Cosmetics, for allegedly stealing its "Born to Sparkle" makeup line. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Sheree claims it has its own "Born to Sparkle" collection but Kylie started making her own "Born to Sparkle" eyeshadow with similar colors and packaging.

Kylie's birthday collection features lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner and glitter eyes, and it launched on August 6. The "Born to Sparkle" eyeshadow was part of that line. Sheree Cosmetics says it filed for a trademark on August 30, 2018 ... so this might be a tough one to prove.

Sheree is suing for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Kylie, so far no word back.

11:40 AM PT -- According to Kendall's declaration -- obtained by TMZ -- she was home Tuesday when Ford rang her doorbell at 6:30 AM. Kendall states, "The fact that he has continued to come to my home -- despite all of my efforts to get him to stop -- scares me." Jenner claims Ford has showed up at her home 4 times in the last 3 months.

Kendall says because of Ford's "repeated stalking," she's suffering from emotional distress.

Ford's been ordered by the judge to stay 100 yards away from Kendall and her home.

Kendall Jenner isn't taking any chances on her latest obsessed fan after he made his way onto her property -- 3 times already -- 'cause she just got a restraining order against him.

Kendall filed for and got a temporary restraining order Friday against 37-year-old Canadian citizen John Ford, who was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold earlier this week.

We broke the story ... Ford was arrested Tuesday after Kendall's security team found him sitting on her front porch after he'd apparently scaled the unsecured mountainside leading up to her home. They called the cops and nabbed him before he could escape.

This is Ford's third incident of trespassing at Kendall's place. He was arrested last month for the same thing, and a criminal protective order was put in place to keep him the hell away from Kendall's gated community. He ignored that and came back twice more this month -- once ending up by her pool and another time ending up on her porch.

Now, Kendall's upped the ante by getting a civil restraining order to keep Ford away from Kendall's gated community.

Ford is being held on $56,000 bail.

Kendall Jenner's alleged stalker is making his way through the criminal justice system, but the problem is ... even if he gets the book thrown at him, he could be out within days.

Law enforcement sources tell us, it doesn't really matter 37-year-old John Ford has repeatedly trespassed on Kendall's property in her gated community ... he's only charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and the max he can get is 6 months in jail -- but, because of overcrowding, L.A. County Jail is a revolving door, and he'd almost certainly get out within days.

Ford, a Canadian citizen, would not be deported, because he's not charged with a violent felony.

TMZ broke the story ... Ford has repeatedly scaled the mountainside of Kendall's gated community ... once ended up by her pool and another time on her porch before he was nabbed by cops. He was placed on a psychiatric hold but released in 36 hours, because a psychiatrist found him mentally stable.

Ford was re-arrested Thursday for criminal trespass and held on $30k bail. He'll be arraigned soon, but a judge could release him on his own recognizance pending trial.

The best Kendall can do ... a civil restraining order, which she's getting. If Ford violates that order, he can be arrested. Again, the problem, the justice system becomes a revolving door. Realistically the most effective step she can take is to hire private security.
