Lamar Odom has completed a 35 day stint in rehab and will be heading back to his home in L.A. today ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Lamar initially checked into the San Diego treatment facility last month as a preventative measure fearing the anniversary of his son's death in 2006 would drive him back to drugs.

He was also struggling with the recent finalization of his divorce from Khloe Kardashian.

Sources close to Lamar tell us he's doing much better now after "successfully completing the program" and looks forward to getting on with his life back in Los Angeles.

Kylie Jenner is in the running for Mexico's top MILF this winter ... well, step-MILF.

Turns out Tyga's son, King, is on vacay with his dad and KJ too. He was splashing around in the pool Wednesday down in Punta Mita. Kid looks like he's having fun.

The misprint isn't just a one-off fluke either. We're told it has appeared on multiple calendars since its release a couple weeks ago ... possibly all of them.

As we've reported ... Kylie, inc. was flooded with quality complaints last year, and this ain't a great start for 2017. At least the calendar got her dog's bday right.

Seems like a head or 2 might roll for this -- but Kylie's camp had no comment.

10:32 AM PT -- Now this is interesting ... Kim just restored "Kardashian West" to her Twitter name, around an hour after she began going just as "Kim." Unclear why she did and then undid it.

Kim just made her first real move on Twitter since her robbery back in early October, and she's lost 2 famous monikers ... Kardashian and West. She changed her twitter name to just plain "Kim."

It seems ominous on the surface, but when you look a little deeper it doesn't seem to have anything to do with her fam. She just a posted candid video of her, Kanye and the kids.

The word is ... she's trying to rebrand herself as a one-named celeb, like Oprah and Cher.

Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and their kids all touched down in L.A. Monday night after a very timely New Year's trip to visit the grave site of Kanye's mother.

The Wests stepped off their private jet -- with Saint and North in tow -- after traveling to Oklahoma City. We're told it was the first time Kanye had taken the whole family to see where Donda West is buried.

They hooked up with other members of the West fam as well during the trip.

Rob Kardashian's hospital visit had a flash of Lamar Odom's near-death ER trip ... based on a revealing pattern.

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble showed up at the West Hills Medical Center Wednesday night with a leopard print blanket in tow ... and it looked familiar.

You'll recall in October 2015, Lamar was wheeled in a gurney wrapped in the same patterned blanket ... which Khloe called a good luck charm that she believes helped save her ex-hubby's life.

We're told the blanket Kris brought to the ER wasn't Lamar's, but it was identical. Almost everyone in the family has one.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob checked himself into the ER after his rocky relationship with Chyna led to some pronounced weight gains and serious diabetes flare-ups.

10:55 AM PST -- Almost simultaneously to leaving the hospital Rob posted an advertisement on Instagram about a weight loss program ... a seemingly huge bonus for the company, especially if potential customers think Rob's about to jump on board.

Zach Galifianakis' newest baby boy will be forever tied at the belly button to the Kardashians ... since his pops used Kim, Kourtney and Kris' same OB/GYN.

Zach's son, Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg, was delivered by none other than Dr. Paul Crane, who also delivered all the Kardashian babies as of late ... including Dream.

According to the birth certificate -- obtained by TMZ -- Rufus was born on Nov. 7 this year at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to his parents Zach and Quinn Lundberg.

It's strange ... Zach and Quinn have been married since 2012, but Rufus bears his mother's surname for some reason. Maybe Galifianakis was too much of a mouthful -- heck, maybe Kardashian would be more appropriate.

7:47 AM PT -- Family sources tell TMZ Rob checked himself into the hospital because his diabetes flared up. We're told he had been doing ok lately but the stress from his turbulent relationship with Blac Chyna drove him to eat excessively and he gained an alarming amount of weight recently ... causing him to lose control over his diabetes.

He's still in the hospital as doctors try to stabilize him.

Blac Chyna and Kris Jenner rushed to an emergency room Wednesday night after Rob Kardashian went into "medical distress.' ... TMZ has learned.

Chyna and Kris arrived separately -- Kris was with Corey Gamble -- and rushed into the ER at 9:45 PM near Hidden Hills, where the family lives.

Sources connected with the family confirm Rob had checked himself in earlier in the evening.

Rob and Chyna have been living separately, which explains why she showed up later.

As TMZ has reported, he's suffered from diabetes. So far we don't know what triggered the ER visit. There is a report out he suffered a mental breakdown but we're told that is not true. Our sources would only characterize it as a "health problem."

Kris Jenner brought a little Calabasas flavor to Skid Row with her own kind of meals-on-wheels.

Kris surprised the good folks at Red Eye -- a community outreach program that benefits the inner-city youth -- by calling the organization's director, Justin Mayo, to tell him she wanted to donate 100 gourmet chef-prepped meals for the homeless on Christmas day.

We're told the menu had it all -- white truffle mac and cheese, sweet potato soufflé, turkey, ham, braised short ribs, and mashed potatoes. For dessert -- pies and cookies.
