Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian just scored a legal victory against the beauty company that was plastering their mugs all over the Internet to hawk a cosmetic line.

TMZ broke the story ... the girls sued Haven Beauty -- which bought a failing cosmetics line called Boldface -- claiming the company had no right to use their images to sell its products.

The company fired back -- the prior owner made a deal with the Kardashian sisters in which they obligated themselves to promote the cosmetic line, which included using their images on the company's website.

The girls fired back again, saying yes, they made a deal, but Haven and the prior owner screwed them out of royalties so the deal was over.

A judge just agreed with K, K and K, and issued an injunction prohibiting Haven from using a trace of the famed trio.

There are still legal issues to settle, but the ruling is a big victory for the women.

Blac Chyna sent a woman to the hospital ... at least according to a woman who has now filed suit against the the future Mrs. Kardashian.

TMZ broke the story ... Chyna's friend, Paige Addison, was tooling around in Chyna's BMW back in November when she blew a stop sign and slammed into an SUV and injured 2 people inside. The lawsuit claims Chyna should've known Paige was a bad driver and should never have let her take the wheel.

Paige was charged with felony hit-and-run.

The people in the SUV want medical expenses, lost wages and other damages.

We've reached out to Chyna ... so far, no word back.

Kendall Jenner isn't taking any chances after a guy made it inside the gates of her new Hollywood Hills home ... she's hired round-the-clock guards.

We're told security will patrol her yard and sit outside the home so the uninvited hold their distance. BTW, she already had a security system and bodyguards, but apparently she needs extra muscle.

As we previously reported, Shavaughn McKenzie was arrested and charged with stalking and trespassing after he followed Kendall up her driveway. Kendall got a restraining order against him.

We're told she was so shaken up she doesn't feel safe at her pad any more, which she purchased in June. The plan is to have guards for the foreseeable future.

Kris Jenner was terrorized by a woman who hacked her iCloud and social media accounts, impersonated her and flooded her with explicit messages ... according to the feds.

Prosecutors slapped the woman with a 15-count indictment for harassing Kris, several of her family members and 2 assistants in 2014. According to docs, the suspect sent hundreds of emails and texts, many of which were sexual and disturbing. They include:

- "Can I eat you out. Oh you can't block me forever love."
- "I'm gonna duck you right in the p**** hole you are mine and u am in love"
- "Instagram me. Make me famous."

According to docs, she claimed to have a sex tape of Kris and even impersonated the Kardashian matriarch during a phone call to cops ... saying one of her family members was committing suicide.

The woman also sent Caitlyn Jenner texts like, "Kris hates blacks and we made it to TMZ bye Bruce."

Kim Kardashian slipped into a tiny bikini and hit the beach in Mexico ready to roll around in the sand ... with her kids.

Yeah, North and Saint are on vacay with mom. The whole fam went out Thursday for some fun in the sun -- and the kids are so freakin' adorable they almost upstaged Kim's famed assets.

A guy who has been tailing Kendall Jenner, chasing her, banging on her windows and scaring the hell out of her has just been ordered to stay far far away.

Shavaughn McKenzie has been shadowing Kendall for a long time, and it all came to a head Sunday night at her Hollywood Hills home. We now know details about the encounter that resulted in an arrest and stalking charges.

McKenzie was lying in wait for Kendall to arrive, and when she drove in her gate he followed and then banged on her car window and screamed, "Can I talk to you?" ... this according to the police report.

Kendall started screaming, and cops say McKenzie tried reassuring her, saying, "Hey look, I don't have a gun" as he held his hands in the air to accentuate the point.

According to the report, McKenzie also camped out at her West L.A. condo, once chasing her car as she left and actually running into traffic.

Blac Chyna's old beef with Kardashian-Jenner sisters might get reheated -- depending on how Kylie Jenner receives a comment BC made about babysitting duties in the fam.

Chyna and Rob Kardashian did a Facebook Live Q & A on Wednesday afternoon to promote their upcoming reality show, and naturally someone asked which sister they'd trust to watch their newborn.

Kylie got the nod, but not only for the infant. Check out how Chyna slipped 3-year-old King in as a babysitting package deal. Watch, it kinda sounds like she's telling KJ ... if you wanna keep messing with Tyga then you're gonna have to watch his kid too.

The guy who was busted for following Kendall Jenner up her driveway just got slapped with a couple of charges -- just the latest on his rap sheet of similar incidents ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney is charging the suspect, Shavaughn McKenzie, with one count of misdemeanor stalking and one count of misdemeanor trespassing.

We broke the story ... Kendall came home Sunday night to find Shavaughn waiting outside her front gate. As she drove in, he followed and Kendall called cops in a panic.

Turns out, Shavaughn's been arrested for trespassing multiple times at UCLA and surrounding campus buildings. Law enforcement sources also tell us ... Kendall says she's seen him around her crib before, but never reported it.

He could be looking at serious jail time for this arrest, due to 2 probation violations hanging over his head.

The Kardashians say The Game's lying when he boasted he slept with 3 of them on his track, "Sauce" ... he's wrong about at least 2.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell us you can count out Kylie, Kendall, Khloe, Kourtney and Kris ... none of them had sex with Game.

The sources acknowledge Kim dated Game back in the day ... so that one's on the table for discussion, but that's it.

Khloe and Game have been pals for years, but the Kardashian sources are adamant ... strictly platonic.

That said, there's an interesting nugget. Game reached out to Kanye to get his blessing for the song, and Kanye said he didn't have a dog in the fight. Interesting ... Game didn't call Kim.

But ... we know Game sticks by his story. He nailed 3 of them.

The Game went raw over the weekend.

The rapper dropped a new track, "Sauce," Saturday on SoundCloud and straight up raps he banged 3 Kardashians.

Game doesn't say which ... but we're guessing the 3 oldest.

Bad news for Tyga ... Kimbo Slice's son wants to nail his girlfriend -- and there ain't a damn thing he can do about it.

Tyga is about to get an unwelcome homecoming when he returns to the U.S. from Turks and Caicos ... he's probably gonna get arrested.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... LAPD, L.A. County Sheriffs Dept. and U.S. Customs have been notified ... there's an arrest warrant out for Kylie Jenner's boyfriend. TMZ broke the story ... Tyga was a no-show in court earlier this week in connection with a $480k judgment his former landlord is trying to enforce.

The judge issued the warrant and it's now in both the federal and L.A. systems.

We're told when Tyga returns home, U.S. Customs will detain him and notify L.A. authorities, who can then come and hook him up.

If Tyga decides not to fly directly to L.A., it won't solve his problem. If, for example, he lands in Miami, Customs will detain him and call L.A. authorities, who have the right to come and get him.

We're told L.A. law enforcement was specifically notified because Tyga is considered "high profile," especially because of his connection to the Kardashian clan.

Tyga can try to get the warrant recalled, with the help of his lawyer ... if the judge goes along.

Members of the Kardashian family were blowing up Tyga's phone Tuesday after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, several family members got Tyga on the horn and railed on him for being super irresponsible and missing a court hearing. They told him it would be a disaster if he was driving with Kylie and got pulled over by cops and then arrested.

The Kardashians don't want this kind of street cred because they think it messes with the heart of their brand.

As for why Tyga was a no-show, we're told he's in Turks and Caicos, celebrating Kylie's 19th birthday ... which is Wednesday. We're told he's already hired a lawyer to clean up the mess.

As we reported, Tyga is on the hook for $480k after his Malibu landlord got a judgment for back rent and damage. The court hearing Tuesday was so the landlord's lawyer could grill Tyga to find out where he was keeping his money.
