Lindsay? Lindsay who?! The eternal party boy Brody Jenner and his right-hand man Frankie Delgado joked around with TMZ about mustaches, the weather and Lindsay Lohan last night. The two dined at Katsuya, and afterwards they couldn't help but laugh when the subject of Lindsay came up.
Brody and Lindz were spotted "hanging out" in NYC a few weeks ago. Bros before Lo's!

L.C. Has No Idea Where She Is
Lauren Conrad found herself in a strange and wondrous land last night, and she wasn't dressed for it. In all her prudence, she went out on the coldest day so far this winter in NYC -- wearing a short dress sans stockings, half-sleeves ... and no coat, hat, or scarf. Dodo, you're not in Orange County anymore!
Good thing our reporter was there to offer a coat, though it was L.C. who was ultimately more charitable.

TMZ's Live Stream crew was outside the Beverly Hills Hotel waiting for Britney Spears when someone had the audacity to yell out, "Hey, you're gonna miss Britney!"
Heidi Montag's "Video"
It's everything you'd expect -- and less. Heidi's video for her single "Higher" was shot by her reality television supervillain boyfriend, Spencer Pratt.
They should both stick to whatever it is they do best, even if they don't know what that is, but it's not music videos.

Lauren Conrad -- and her dress -- needed a little help staying up after a night of partying for her 22nd birthday.
Cameras snapped her spilling out of her car and her dress as she arrived home from S Bar last night. It was a regular "Hills"-apalooza earlier at Katsuya where TMZ also caught L.C. and Whitney, Audrina and Lo, and ... you know, whoever else.

Heidi Gets Judge All Hot and Really Bothered
Heidi Montag is getting one guy in deep doo-doo, and it's not Spencer.
During court proceedings in Rowan County, N.C., Judge Kevin Eddinger caught lawyer Todd Paris checking out a Maxim magazine with the topless Heidi on its cover. The judge was so steamed about it, he threw the book (not the mag) at the attorney. According to the Salisbury Post, the judge fined Todd $300, gave him a 15-day suspended jail sentence and put him on unsupervised probation. Who knew Heidi could cause such a stir?
The judge showed the cover to the courtroom, and no surprise -- the crowd erupted in laughter.
Drunk Girls Invade LC's Space
A group of bubbly drunk chicks made things slightly uncomfortable for Lauren Conrad last night -- swarming around her in a parking garage while she waited for her ride.
Though the girls were screaming "We're naked" and called LC's male sidekick their "dad," Conrad was obliging, talking to them and giving hugs before driving off.

Don't say we didn't warn you.
TMZ has learned that Heidi Montag's attempted aural assault first single, called "Higher," is on its way in just a few short weeks, with a digital-only release on February 5 -- the same time that the video, produced by the Spencer Pratt, comes out. If you thought you'd heard quite enough on Ryan Seacrest's show ('memba that?), that wasn't really the single. Yes, that means there's more.
If anything, the single should be a fascinating tableaux of musical styles, as Heidi, in a release, cites such musical influences as Jesus, Theron Feemster (no, we didn't, either) and Britney Spears.
There's some joke to be made here about "The Hills" being alive with the sound of Heidi's music, but we're not going to make it.
LC Swarmed, Team Heidi Strikes!
Lauren Conrad's famous last slice at Heidi Montag was, "I want to forget you" -- easier said than done when everyone else in L.A. wants to keep the feud going! Forget about it!
LC and buddy Audrina were completely engulfed by paps in a crowd of rowdy Goa wannagos last night, and while the walk to the bar was manic, the worst part was one girl who shouted, "I love Heidi!" as Lauren walked by. Awkward!

She didn't get fully Reid-ed (or was that Chyna-ed). A frustrated Patridge called the manager on her cellphone and the path was cleared.

The reality hottie fessed up to having an ultimate goal of acting -- and admitted she wasn't sure if she wanted to do the small or large screen. All that practice on "The Hills" will surely pay off.
