"Teen Mom" Amber Portwood has been thrown back in jail -- this after a judge issued a warrant for her arrest today, TMZ has learned.

It's unclear why the judge issued the warrant -- whether it's related to Amber's most recent alleged probation violations, including a fight Amber got into at a restaurant last month ... or a new one entirely.

Amber is currently being booked at Madison County Jail in Indiana -- where she's now expected to spend the holidays.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood smashed into a Saturn, but the real story ... what she knows about the law you could fit in Uranus.

Here's the Saturn part ... Amber was driving yesterday in Anderson, Indiana, when she smashed into a 2003 Saturn as the other driver was pulling into his driveway -- this, according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

Now the Uranus part ... Amber's defense to cops was that the other driver slammed on his brakes and made a sudden turn. Amber is unaware that a driver must anticipate the driver in front slamming on the brakes -- in other words, stay a safe distance behind.

According to the police report, Amber was at fault for following too closely.

"Teen Mom" Amber Portwood could end up in the slammer for 2 years after allegedly violating virtually ALL of the terms of her probation -- including staying sober in public ... and not beating people up.

According to court docs filed in Indiana, obtained by TMZ, Amber's probation officer claims the 21-year-old former "Teen Mom" committed a laundry list of violations:

-- "Failure to behave well in society" -- namely, drinking too much and hitting a person at a restaurant last month
-- Failure to obtain a GED
-- Failure to complete 6 months of anger control evaluation and classes
-- Failure to pay probation fees
-- Failure to set up a $10,000 college fund for her baby daughter

Amber was sentenced to 2 years in jail after being convicted of beating the crap out of her baby daddy Gary Shirley -- but the sentence was suspended on the condition that she do all of the above.

Amber's due back in court for a hearing in January, when she'll have the opportunity to explain herself. If the judge doesn't buy it, he or she could throw the book at Amber.

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans was rushed to a hospital in North Carolina earlier today ... after the MTV reality star crashed her SUV into a light pole, while her 2-year-old son was in the car.

TMZ spoke with a rep for the Wilmington Police Dept. ... who tells us Evans, her son and a female passenger were all transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries.

We're told Evans was driving the car -- and her son was in a car seat in the back.

Jenelle Evans will not go to jail for beating the crap out of another woman back in March -- unless she messes up again sometime in the next 12 months.

Evans had been charged with simple affray -- and today she was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail time and 12 months probation .... which means she'll stay out of the slammer if she can stay clean.

Evans was also ordered to pay a $100 fine, take anger management courses, perform 24 hours of community service -- and she's not allowed to have any contact with any of the people who were present at the fight (video below).

As for the other woman in the beatdown, Britany Truett -- she received the same sentence.

Jenelle's attorney tells us, "It came out that it wasn’t Janelle being the aggressor and Ms. Truett as the victim. It was presented as a bad decision on everybody’s part and I don’t think there was a single victim in the case.”

Jenelle Evans was recently charged with driving on a suspended license, but it doesn't matter -- because the charge was quickly dismissed ... and we're told, it was all a big misunderstanding.

Jenelle's lawyer Dustin Sullivan tells TMZ, her license was automatically suspended in July for failure to pay a speeding ticket. The "Teen Mom" was pulled over soon after for an unrelated offense -- and cops cited her for driving on a suspended license.

But according to the lawyer, the ticket HAD been paid -- it just wasn't registered in the system for some reason.

"Teen Mom" baby daddy Gary Shirley went on a MARATHON strip club session earlier this summer ... TMZ has learned -- dropping $5,000 on 11 hours of boob-filled butt-flossy awesomeness.

We're told Gary made it rain at a 24-hour gentlemen's club in Miami -- unleashing a constant stream of cash from 1AM to 12PM. Count 'em. ELEVEN HOURS OF STRIPPERS.

According to sources inside the club, Gary kicked off the evening in the VIP area -- and then moved the action somewhere more private ... the champagne room.

"Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans wasn't just arrested for alleged drug use yesterday -- she was also busted for getting too personal with her boyfriend Kieffer Delp ... "a known drug user."

As we previously reported, Jenelle allegedly violated her probation by testing positive for marijuana and opiates -- but the terms of her probation also prohibit her from "knowingly associating with any person or previously convicted users, possessors, or sellers of any illegal drugs."

And according to the North Carolina probation violation report, Jenelle's BF Kieffer Delp -- a "known drug user" -- fits that bill to a T.

It's no secret the two have been hanging out either -- as we previously reported, Kieffer was arrested in June for punching two people in front of a convenience store ... and Jenelle was right beside him.

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is in trouble with the law ... again ... after the 19-year-old was arrested for violating her probation in North Carolina yesterday.

Officials have not released any further details on Evans' arrest.

Evans was sentenced to 12 months probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia back in April.

6:20 AM: Jenelle's lawyer tells TMZ ... Evans had a meeting with her parole officer yesterday and tested positive for marijuana and opiates.

We're told Evans was arrested and placed behind bars on $10,000 bond ... but she was eventually released.

Kieffer Delp -- the boyfriend of "Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans -- was arrested for assault in North Carolina recently ... after allegedly punching a girl and her male friend in front of a convenience store.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, it all went down on June 16 -- for some reason, Kieffer decided to get aggressive with one of Jenelle's former friends ... and things quickly escalated, with Kieffer PUNCHING both her and her male companion.

According to the report, when police arrived ... the male was "bleeding heavily."

We're told Kieffer -- who's NOT Jenelle's baby daddy -- turned himself in a week later and was arrested for simple assault and assault on a female. He's due in court on August 31.

"Teen Mom" star Gary Shirley gave short, concise answers to all our photog's questions when we spotted him in Malibu on Friday ... and he didn't need to say much to communicate a lot.

19-year-olds Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra -- who are best known for giving their daughter Carly up for adoption on the show -- singed a lease on an apartment in Marine City, Michigan, in August, 2010. The big move was featured on the MTV show.

But according to court docs -- the couple stopped paying their rent in December 2010 ... so their landlord gave them an eviction notice -- and took them to court!

It didn't turn out well for the couple -- who agreed to give up their $450.00 security deposit, pay an additional $450 in back rent and move the hell out of the building.

Evans was in court over her infamous girl-on-girl street fight back in March -- when she pummeled one of her neighbors to a bloody pulp ... all over a boy. Evans was charged with a misdemeanor for her role in the brawl.

According to the North Carolina probation report, Jenelle tested positive for THC on July 13 -- the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana -- and even admitted to smoking out [also known as "smoking up" on the East Coast]. She was informed about the test results on July 15.

But on July 17, she posed for these pictures -- in which she appears to be smoking marijuana.

Jenelle originally posted a message on her Facebook page, claiming she thought the pain was from her appendix -- saying, "heading to the hospital, i think my appendix are about to rupture. been up since 2am crying."

But according to her rep, the 19-year-old had a cyst on her ovaries -- which isn't that uncommon for a girl her age.
