'Teen Mom' Pusher Arrested 2nd Time in a Week

Brittany Maggard -- the girl who triggered the now-infamous "Teen Mom" brawl with a push -- was arrested yesterday afternoon for violating her probation.

Brittany -- who is on probation for a separate assault case -- got on the wrong side of her probation officer, who found out about the "Teen Mom" fight first posted on TMZ. After Brittany's arrest this week, the Department of Corrections of North Carolina set the wheels in motion to have her popped for violating probation -- which requires her to obey all laws.

Brittany is bitter, telling TMZ it's not fair she's in more trouble than the other girls in the fight and all she did was push Jenelle. She says she's "terrified."

Brittany got out of jail this AM by posting $5,000 bond.

'Teen Mom 2' Pusher -- The Confession!

The girl who pushed Jenelle Evans during the "Teen Mom 2" brawl clearly missed the class on Miranda rights, because she's now confessed on camera to instigating the melee.

Teen Mom Lawyer on Charges: It's a Set Up!

The lawyer for "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans tells TMZ ... his client is the victim of a set up, and money is at the bottom of it all.

Dustin Sullivan, Jenelle's lawyer, tells us he has a "serious problem" with the fact that Brittany Maggard -- the woman who pushed Jenelle before the brawl -- and other parties involved were "paid substantially" for pictures and videos related to the incident.

Sullivan says it's suspicious that cameras were present when Jenelle arrived -- indeed, Sullivan says, multiple cameras were present capturing different angles of the impending brawl.

Sullivan is in the process of interviewing witnesses to determine if Britany Truett -- the woman who caught the beatdown -- pre-programmed the melee.

And, Sullivan says, it's "highly suspicious" Britany waited five days before calling the cops.

Sullivan says if there's proof of a set up, he will make that a centerpiece of the case when it goes before a jury.

All 3 Girls in 'Teen Mom' Brawl Charged

All three girls involved in the crazy "Teen Mom" fight TMZ first posted last week have been officially charged with crimes ... TMZ has learned.

Jenelle Evans, Britany Truett and Brittany Maggard have been charged with misdemeanor affray -- disorderly conduct by fighting in a public place.

TMZ posted the story earlier that the girls were arrested, but now the Brunswick County D.A.'s Office has officially charged all 3.

If convicted, all 3 face a maximum of 60 days in jail.

'Teen Mom' Pusher -- 'I Wanted to See Them Fight!'

Refreshing but troublesome honesty from the girl who pushed Jenelle Evans into her nemesis last week -- a push which triggered an insane fight that landed all 3 girls in the slammer.

Brittany Maggard, the pusher, tells TMZ ... "Jenelle wanted to go and fight Britany because of something with her man. She was scared and wouldn't go fight by herself so I went to help her out."

Maggard continues, "Ya I instigated it, but what the hell are we supposed to do? I wanted to see them fight!"

And get this! Maggard says, "I'm pissed though because I went down to help her out, we both ended up in jail, she got bailed out before me and when I called her to get me out, she didn't come." No loyalty.

And of course, the mugshot: "I'm just glad my mug didn't show my socks. My socks weren't matching. I had one Spider-Man sock and one green sock on."

And, clearly, Brittany is an expert in socks.

'Teen Mom 2' Victim Brutal Post-Fight PHOTOS

This is what it looks like to get your ass kicked by "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans.

One day after the rumble-on-tape, Britany Truett took photos of the damage to her eyes, neck and chin ... photos that could be evidence now that both women have been arrested over the fight.

As TMZ previously reported, Jenelle showed up to Truett's home earlier this month and socked Britany in the face ... and then proceeded to beat her mercilessly even after she could no longer fight back.

More Arrests in 'Teen Mom' Brawl

Looks like cops are going after everyone involved in the "Teen Mom" mega-fight first shown on TMZ ... because the woman who Jenelle Evans punched -- and the woman who pushed Jenelle into her -- have been busted.

Britany Truett (left) -- the woman who got beaten -- as well as Brittany Maggard (right), the pusher, were both arrested. They were released on $500 bond.

TMZ broke the story ... Jenelle was also arrested for assault.

'Teen Mom 2' Star Arrested Over Fight Video

Jenelle Evans, star of MTV's "Teen Mom 2," was arrested late last night for assault ... after TMZ posted her rabid attack on another girl last week.

Oak Island Police tell TMZ Evans was booked into Brunswick County Jail and was released shortly thereafter on bond.

According to Jenelle's attorney, a warrant was issued for Jenelle's arrest after police saw the video of Evans fighting with another girl. The other girl in the video, Britany Truett, initially said she wasn't going to press charges, but changed her mind over the weekend.

Evans is charged with assault and "affray for fighting." She is due back in court April 26.

An attorney for Evans tells TMZ, "Based on the information that I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up."

UPDATE: Get this ... cops had a warrant for Kieffer Delp (the guy Jenelle and Britany were fighting over) based on a cocaine charge from last year ... and they found him at Jenelle's house and arrested him too.

"Teen Mom" Victim -- I'm Not Pressing Charges

The girl who got pummeled by "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans tells TMZ she has no plans on pressing charges and just wants the whole thing "to go away."

Britany Truett tells us the gnarly fight was over a boy -- aren't they all? -- who just happens to be Jenelle's ex, Kieffer. She says Kieffer made a pass at her when the three of them were hanging out and Jenelle was not pleased.

Britany says she was shocked that Jenelle got so angry, since they have been friends for seven years and Brit has no interest in Kieffer.

Britany claims she has a bruise on her eye, scratches on her face and a bite mark on her breast. She says she's spoken to Jenelle since the fight went down, but only through Facebook ... in messages she described as Jenelle "smack talking."

Britany tells us she will not be pressing charges -- so it looks like Jenelle dodged a huge bullet.

'Teen Mom' Fight Triggers D.A. Investigation

Officials in North Carolina have launched an investigation into the brutal porch brawl featuring Jenelle Evans from MTV's "Teen Mom 2" ... TMZ has learned.

The Brunswick County District Attorney's Office tells us the matter is "under investigation" ... noting it is "working closely with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Department."

As we previously reported, Jenelle was caught on tape beating the crap out of another woman earlier this week.

UPDATE 12:40 PM PT: Sources tell us the D.A.'s office has contacted both sides, but there is nothing they can do unless Britany comes forward and presses charges.

19-year-old Jenelle is clearly the instigator -- spewing all sorts of nasty insults at a woman named Britany ... before the reality star suddenly socks the other woman in the face with a closed fist.

The two women tussle to the ground ... where Jenelle continues to pummel Britany ... even AFTER it's clear she can no longer defend herself.

With Britany bleeding from her face, one of Jenelle's scumbag friends pulls the reality star off the other woman ... while Janelle continues to drop verbal insults.

It's unclear why Jenelle wanted to fight Britany ... but sources connected to the incident claim it had something to do with Jenelle's boyfriend.

'Teen Mom' in Court Accusers Don't Show

"Teen Mom 2"... Jenelle Evans showed up to court today to face charges for allegedly breaking her baby daddy's phone and trespassing, but dodged the bullet ... temporarily anyway.

Evans is facing charges in North Carolina of injury to personal property -- for allegedly breaking her ex Kieffer Delp's iPhone -- and a charge of misdemeanor breaking and entering into the home of her ex-BFF Jaelanie Salas.

But when neither Delp nor Salas showed up in court ... the prosecution was granted a continuance. All sides are due back in court April 29.

Outside court, Jenelle was asked if she'd let Charlie Sheen babysit for her. At least she didn't say yes.

'Teen Mom' Rethinking Custody after Baby Dad's Arrest

"Teen Mom" star Kailyn Lowry might soon seek sole custody of her kid ... all because of her 19-year-old baby daddy's pot arrest last week in New Jersey -- but we're told, she hasn't made up her mind just yet.

Sources close to Kailyn tell TMZ, she "doesn't know what to believe" anymore -- because her baby dad Jonathan "Jo" Rivera continues to deny that he was ever arrested for "being under the influence of marijuana" ... despite reports to the contrary.

According to sources, Kailyn confronted Jo about the arrest and he insisted it didn't happen ... even though law enforcement sources confirmed to TMZ Jo was booked on the pot charge alongside his older brother Edward.

Kailyn and Jo currently share custody of their baby son Isaac ... but after Jo's arrest, we're told Kailyn is strongly considering a move toward full custody.

Gary has been instructed to adhere to a low-carb diet, stressing a healthy breakfast and eating every 3-4 hours -- or as it's known in the health community, "a diet."

Gary's trainer tells us, "I definitely want to see him lose and I’ll do everything in my power to see that it happens, but it just takes commitment on his part."

Um, not his strong suit.

When not fighting with "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood, her baby daddy Gary Shirley is waging an all out battle of the bulge.

We're told Gary also plans on cutting back on the bad stuff ... greasy fried foods, eating late, etc ... and stocking up on salads, fruits, and veggies.

Gary's sayin' he always wanted to lose weight -- but now that he has a baby and he's back with Amber Portwood -- he's motivated.
