UFC star Israel Adesanya is such a big anime freak, he got an INSANE stomach tattoo inspired by his favorite shows ... and he's giving TMZ Sports the breakdown!!

Adesanya -- whose nickname "The Style Bender" comes from the popular Nickelodeon series "Avatar: The Last Airbender" -- says his motivation comes from the characters in the uber-popular "Naruto" and 'Avatar.'

You can see part of Israel's stomach tat is inspired by Naruto's stomach tat from the show.

Adesanya has a BUNCH of different cartoon tattoos -- he even has Deadpool!! -- and, together, they make up one unique and interesting collection.

Farrah Abraham is making sure she looks her best when she steps into the ring to fight Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander ... we've learned she just got some new ink!

Farrah hit up Faces In The Dark Tattoo parlor in Austin, Texas Friday afternoon to get a microblading procedure ... shop owner Tye Harris tells TMZ, Farrah was in and out in about 30 minutes and the ex-'Teen Mom' star is thrilled with her new look.

Tattoo and makeup artist Hilary Whitworith did the honors and used a special needle to apply ink to the skin between all the hairs on both of Farrah's eyebrows.

The needle is dipped in ink -- which is the same pigment as Farrah's hair -- and then applied. The purpose is to make Farrah's brows appear fuller.

We're told, Farrah will go back to the shop in a few weeks for a routine touch up.

Ariana Grande is making an attempt to cover up any and all signs of Pete Davidson ... even if it means hiding a tattoo dedicated to Pete with a Band-Aid.

Grande performed "The Wizard and I" Tuesday in NYC during a pre-taped segment for the upcoming NBC special dedicated to the Broadway musical, "Wicked." Ariana has a "pete" tattoo on her ring finger, and you can see in this side-by-side, she made sure to cover it up for any close-ups.

The special is set to air October 29, meaning the split will be more than two weeks old ... so hiding the tattoo now does make a lot of sense.

TMZ broke the story, the "Wicked" performance was Grande's first public appearance since the split ... Davidson was set to headline a comedy gig at Temple University Wednesday, but dropped out last minute.

In a post that's apparently since been deleted, Ariana said, "time to say bye bye again to the internew for jus a lil bit. it's hard not to bump news n stuff that i'm not tryna see rn. it's very sad and we're all tryin very hard to keep goin. love u. and thank u for bein here always."

Ariana's also parted with the $100k engagement ring from Davidson, but will keep the couple's teacup pig.

Lonzo Ball's famous Big Baller Brand arm tattoo was covered up during his pre-season debut with the Lakers on Wednesday night ... and it's all because the NBA asked him to keep it under wraps.

Just like J.R. Smith, the NBA reached out to Ball about his tattoo -- and reminded him about a league rule that prohibits players from "displaying any commercial logos or corporate insignia on their body or in their hair."

Smith has the "Supreme" logo on his right leg -- and said the NBA told him he'd be fined for every game it wasn't covered up.

Since the same rules apply to Ball -- with BBB being an apparel brand -- the Lakers tell us he decided to put tape (it could be a bandage) over the logo while the team played the Golden State Warriors at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas.

Ball could probably afford the fine since he's in the middle of a $13 million contract -- but ultimately decided it just wasn't worth it.

Post Malone just got a few more new tats on his mug, but says he isn't responsible for kids following suit and getting ink on their face ... although there is someone at fault.

We got the "Beerbongs & Bentleys" rapper Monday in NYC where he was explaining what goes into the decision to get tatted up on the kisser. Sounds like it's a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing, usually on the heels of a ton of booze. Aren't the best decisions made that way?

We also ask if he thinks he's to blame for a bunch of kids getting face tattoos lately, but he's adamant he's not the one to pin this on. He says the first guy to do it has to take the fall.

Rick Genest -- better known as Zombie Boy due to the corpse tattoos covering his body -- has died from an apparent suicide ... according to reports.

The Canadian artist and fashion model was well known in the body art world for obvious reasons, but gained mainstream fame in 2011 when he appeared in Lady Gaga's music vid for "Born This Way."

This led to more high-profile fashion work on the runway, including helping relaunch Jay-Z's label Rocawear in Europe in 2012. He also modeled for magazines like GQ and Vanity Fair.

Zombie Boy held the Guinness World Record for most insect tattoos with 176, and another for most bone tattoos with 139. He had also reportedly been working on an album of original songs with ex-Rob Zombie guitarist Mike Riggs before he died.

According to Canada's iHeartRadio ... Montreal cops say Genest was found dead in his apartment from an apparent suicide.

Pete Davidson appears to have wiped a symbol of his fiancee, Ariana Grande, off his body ... and now the question is ... why?

The 'SNL' star was spotted Sunday in L.A. without Ariana by his side -- but, more importantly, WITHOUT his jet-black neck tattoo of her trademark black bunny mask.

Pete got the Ariana-inspired ink behind his ear early last month by tattoo artist London Reese, who posted a shot of his work on social media at the time. Now, you can still see traces of the tattoo ... but it definitely looks more faded than what it once was.

He also got a thumb tat with Ariana's initials, but you can't tell here if he's still rockin' that.

Here's the thing ... Pete's in the middle of shooting a movie with Machine Gun Kelly right now, and it's quite possible that he simply had the tat covered with makeup for the job.

Pete and Ariana just recently got engaged, and he already reportedly covered up another forearm tat that was dedicated to his ex.

The "Crying Jordan" meme will never die ... at least it won't for this dedicated Michael Jordan fan, who got an insanely realistic thigh tattoo of the viral pic!!

TMZ Sports spoke with the artist behind the work, Steve Butcher -- who's known for his unreal sports-themed tattoos --- who says the whole thing took about 10 hours to complete.

Butcher says the person is a MASSIVE Chicago Bulls fan ... and the dude is planning on getting the whole leg inked with Bulls tats.

You've probably seen Butcher's work before ... he worked on a dope Tupac piece for Matt Barnes back in June.

We're told the fan was totally thrilled with the finished product ... and we're assuming it had him crying tears of joy.

Paris Jackson didn't quite look like herself as she took a smoke break Tuesday -- turns out ... it's because she's hiding something.

Michael Jackson's daughter was spotted Tuesday stepping out of her hair and makeup trailer for a photo shoot in L.A., and it looks like she got a lot of extra makeup ... on her arms to cover up her tattoos.

As you can see, Paris usually flaunts her ink with pride, but for whatever reason ... tats were a no-go for this shoot. Looks like her chest art got the cover-up treatment, as well.

Johnny Depp is throwing out all the rules on exes and tattoos, 'cause he's changed his Amber Heard-inspired knuckle ink yet again ... and added a dash of chaos.

The former Laker -- who's tatted all over -- was lookin' for a 'Pac piece ... and after seeing a Kobe Bryant tattoo that artist Steve Butcher did ... he hit him up on social media and locked down an appointment.

The dopest realistic tattoo artist we've ever seen flew all the way to L.A. (he's from New Zealand) to ink Matt's hand ... and he says the ex-hooper couldn't have been cooler!

The tat took about five hours to complete -- and we're saying, job well done.

BTW ... Butcher says Matt was the first NBA player he's tatted ... but he probably won't be the last. DeAndre Jordan's already told him he's interested in getting a piece done as well!!

Corey Clement is #30 on the field, but his new body art is all about #23 ... 'cause the Eagles star got a freakishly realistic tat of Michael Jordan on his leg!!

Clement clearly ain't afraid of the needle ... he got tats honoring his Super Bowl win just days after the game -- with an eagle on his forearm and 'SBLII' letters on his neck.

Czar says Corey wants to cover his leg with all his inspirations ... and reveals Jimi Hendrix will be the next addition to the sleeve.
