Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are playing mind games with us now.

Blac released a Snapchat vid Thursday revealing Rob's new neck tattoo. It appears to spell Anjila ... Blac's real name -- Angela -- in Arabic.

It's a guessing game, really ... cause it could also spell Aniyla ... reportedly their unborn baby's name.

We'll keep digging.

Seems RG3 is ALL IN with his new girlfriend ... 'cause he got her name TATTOOED ON HIS ARM!!

We're told the two hit up a tattoo parlor in Cleveland last month -- both got brand new ink on their forearms.

Robert's tat reads ... GRETE SADEIKO.

Boom.

Grete is the 23-year-old Florida State track star who has apparently been dating the Browns QB for at least a month.

By the way, Griffin is STILL MARRIED to his wife, the mother of his child ... though they are recently separated.

As for Grete's tattoo -- hard to see what it says. Wonder if it's his name?

Brendan Dassey's family has a lot to celebrate ... but their timing is off, because his mom got a tattoo decrying his imprisonment 20 minutes before a judge ordered his release.

Brendan's mom, Barb, and a family friend got matching tattoos -- "Justice for Brendan" emblazoned on their thighs, minutes before the appeals court decision.

Funny enough ... Barb thinks the tattoo ended up a good luck charm of sorts and contributed to Brendan's sudden good fortune.

The kicker ... when Brendan gets out he says he'll get a matching tattoo.

UFC star Cody Garbrandt hates EVERYTHING about Dominick Cruz -- especially his tribal tattoo.

Cody "No Love" has been trashing Cruz like crazy lately -- and Monday, he went in on Dom's upper back body art ... saying the champ's ink is corny and outdated.

MTV just turned 35 and to celebrate the special occasion ... they gave out free ink for fans!

Anyone who wanted a free MTV tattoo could go to shops in L.A. and NYC, pick from a few different logos and get it tatted anywhere on their body. Some options included the vintage "Yo! MTV Raps" logo and the classic leopard print "MTV."

Kylie Jenner's new booty ink is insane -- at least if you're taking it literally. Kylie now has the words "before sanity" inked in red across her buttcheek ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Kylie got the urge to add some new meaning to an old tattoo Saturday, so she rang up celebrity tattoo artist Rafael Valdez. He added the word "before" in front of the "sanity" tattoo Kylie got last year.

Valdez gave Ky her first tattoo, a tiny red heart. He's also Tyga's personal tattoo artist and has inked everyone from Iggy Azalea to Johnny Manziel.

The tiny tat didn't come cheap ... Valdez charges $200/hour with a $600 minimum, according to his site.

It's unclear exactly what the meaning behind Kylie's behind tattoo is -- but considering the placement -- maybe it's a metaphor?

Travis Barker ain't backing off the bet he made with a TMZ photog over the big Brock Lesnar vs Mark Hunt fight at UFC 200 ... saying he's even picked out the spot where our poor bastard will have to get his tat.

To jog your memory ... we got Travis out a while ago and asked him who he thought would win the match up ... he said Hunt, our guy said Lesnar ... then the two men bet a new tattoo on it.

We got Barker out in NYC again ... and asked him where our guy would have to permanently mark himself if Hunt wins ... and his answer was pure Rock 'n' Roll.

Depp inked his arm in Amber last year, shortly after they married. He inked the knuckles on his right hand, "SLIM" ... her nickname.

In the last week or so, he changed the L to a C and the I to a U ... and you don't need to watch "Wheel of Fortune" to know it now spells SCUM.

It's not the first time Johnny's tattoos turned ugly. Back in the day, when he was dating Winona Ryder, he had a tat that read, "WinonaForever." When that relationship fizzled, he changed it to "WinoForever."

Tons of people want a body like J.R. Smith -- and now they can have it ... 'cause the NBA star is selling t-shirts of his tatted physique ... and making a TON of cash in the process.

Smith's inked up physique dominated the Internet when he refused to put a shirt on following the NBA Finals -- and a Cleveland-based clothing company saw a huge chance to cash in on the topless attention.

We spoke with Tony Madalone of Fresh Brewed Tees who immediately commissioned replicas of Smith's upper body for shirts ... and he says they've already sold 1,000 units ($35 a pop) in less than 24 hours.

What's interesting ... the company realized some of J.R.'s tats could be problematic because they're based off trademarked images ... such as Michael Jordan's "Jumpman" logo.

So, in an effort to skirt the issue ... FBT altered some of the tats. Some of the changes -- they removed the name "Jordan" from a #23 jersey and modified the "Jumpman" logo.

Suddenly, Travis Barker's got a lot riding on Brock Lesnar vs. Mark Hunt -- if he doesn't pick the winner he's gonna pay off a bet with his body.

We got Travis in NYC and our camera guy offered him a wager on UFC 200's co-main event ... and the Blink 182 drummer simply couldn't refuse.

While RG3 is taking over the reins in Cleveland, ex-Browns QB Johnny Manziel was raging in Vegas this weekend -- looking skinnier and more tatted than ever.

Check out these pics of Manziel at a Wet Republic pool party at the MGM Grand -- where witnesses say he partied and boozed for hours ... but that's not really surprising at this point.

You can see how much Manziel's appearance has changed since he was drafted -- back in 2014, his body was essentially inkless and more jacked.

A world record setting paralympic swimmer has been DISQUALIFIED from a race at the IPC European Championships ... all because he didn't cover up a tattoo of the Olympic rings on his chest.

The swimmer is British legend Josef Craig -- who set the world record for the 400m freestyle at the 2012 Summer Paralympics.

19-year-old Craig -- who has cerebral palsy -- was competing at the 100m freestyle at the IPC race in Portugal on Sunday (and WON his heat) ... but was disqualified immediately following the race.

A spokesman for the event said the Olympic rings tat violated a "body advertising" ban -- "the athlete did not wear a cover and was therefore disqualified."
