Chris Brown got himself a fresh new haircut ... to clear a path for what looks like a Greek goddess. Some people in the office think it's Venus de Milo. Others are wondering who Venus de Milo is.

Chris clowned with his pals and worked on a song while the artist, King Rico, inked him up.

"Don't" is the name of one of Ed Sheeran's most popular songs ... which is what his friends should have told him when he said he was getting a giant lion tattoo on his chest.

Sheeran posted a photo of the new ink and captioned it, "Halfway and ouch."

The other half can't possibly be any worse ... right?

Tara Reid met a guy on her plane ride from Miami and they really hit it off! They also hit the bottle be pretty hard ... and then headed straight to a tattoo parlor!

What happened next ... was a very slurry situation.

Reconciliation is probably off the table for Slash ... 'cause less than one month after calling off his marriage, the rocker got matching tats with his new GF ... and then MOVED IN with her.

TMZ has learned ... the 49-year-old decided to prove his commitment to Meegan Hodges by permanently marking their bodies with a matching set of GPS coordinates.

And if the tats weren't proof enough of a serious relationship -- we've also learned they've moved into a house together in the deep part of the San Fernando Valley ... with Meegan's two teenage daughters.

As for the home, it's nice ... 3,120 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a pool and a rooftop deck -- and we're told Slash is leasing it.

As we previously reported, Slash filed for divorce from Perla Ferrar on December 30th after 13 years of marriage. They have two kids of their own.

So far, no comment from Perla ... but we're guessing she probably won't be sending a housewarming gift.

More than half his body's covered in tats ... which can cost a FORTUNE ... but NBA stud Chris Andersen tells TMZ Sports he hasn't paid a single cent for any of his artwork.

So, how did Birdman get the low, low price of "on the house" when it comes to his ink?

"I'm a walking billboard," Andersen says.

We're guess what he means is ... tattoo artists LOVE having their work displayed on a 6'10", 245-pound canvas that gets seen by millions and millions of people every week.

Mickey Rourke will never forget his deceased dog, even if he wants to ... because its nickname is now emblazoned on his arm.

Rourke paid homage to his four-legged buddy Jaws at a New York tattoo parlor Sunday night ... where the actor sat for 2 hours as the artist inscribed the dog's nickname, "Guapo Siempre" -- handsome forever -- on Mickey's arm.

It appears the Chihuahua went to dog heaven in the last few months. Mickey was emotional during the session, showing the tattoo artist pics of Jaws and telling stories about the tiny pooch.

The ink set Mickey back around $400, plus a big tip.

You may recall ... Mickey lost Loki, another chihuahua, a few years back, and it really broke him up.

Ciara is finally so done with her on/off BF and baby daddy Future ... she's removing all signs of his existence ... including the tattoo on her hand.

Recent photos show Ciara's having the letter N (his first name is Nayvadius) lasered away. According to our sources ... Future isn't upset about it, and understands it's part of moving on.

Besides, we're told Future's already bolted out of Ciara's home in L.A. ... and has himself a huge new pad in Atlanta, with a new Bentley to go with it.

Worth noting -- Future has a similar 'C' tattoo, and so far anyway ... he's keeping it.

Legendary graffiti artist Alec Monopoly is used to displaying his work on large objects, but now he has downsized ... to Miley Cyrus.

The two were hanging out this weekend in Miami during Art Basel when he decided to draw on Miley's right leg. Nothing crazy ... just his name.

The "Fancy" singer went to the Beverly Hills office of tattoo removal king, Dr. Tattoff on Tuesday -- and walked out with a bandage on her left pinky ... where A$AP's name once lived.

Iggy got the tatt years ago when they were dating. When they split, she just had his name crossed out ... but now she's making a permanent change.

Finally ... room for some fresh Nick Young ink.

"Ink Master" contestant Madison "Maddie la Belle" Loftis tattooed her boyfriend, but not with ink ... with her fists, and she ended up in the slammer.

Maddie -- who appeared on Season 3 -- tells TMZ she got into a fight that started with words and ended with fists. She says it was mutual combat, but she's the one who called the cops.

Greensboro cops tell us when they arrived Maddie was fine, but her boyfriend had a swollen eye.

Maddie's man didn't want to press charges, but North Carolina requires cops to arrest someone who inflicts injury during a domestic fight ... so she got busted for misdemeanor assault and battery.

Maddie says all is forgiven and they're back together.

As for whether she would punch him again, Maddie told us, "Every day, all day."

Amanda Bynes dodged a bullet Tuesday night ... when the quest to get a neck tattoo came up short ... because she couldn't prove her identity.

We're told Bynes showed up at The Honorable Society, a West Hollywood tattoo parlor, looking for a neck tattoo showcasing her phantom fiance Caleb.

Amanda's plan got derailed when the tattoo artist asked for ID -- she had none.

What's weird ... the tattoo artist knew it was Amanda, so it's unclear why they even got as far as the ID question.

An employee at the parlor says even if Amanda produced ID they would have made her fill out a medical form, which asks for known illnesses. Of course, that assumes Amanda would have told them she was bipolar and schizophrenic.

Amanda left without incident.

Police finally busted a man for allegedly gunning down Chris Brown's tattoo artist, Trigz ... TMZ has learned.

LAPD arrested Robert Falcon on Tuesday for the murder of Trigz earlier this month. The tattoo artist -- who worked with tons of music celebs -- was shot outside the Black Derby Smoke Shop in North Hollywood.

As we reported ... police say Trigz and Falcon had gotten into an argument, which eventually ended in gunfire. Falcon was booked for 1 count of murder and his bail was set at $2 million. He's still in custody.

Kat Von D went off on local news reporters outside her burned out tattoo shop -- making it clear she doesn't want ANYONE covering the story.

As we previously reported ... Kat's famous High Voltage tattoo parlor caught fire early this morning. It took firefighters several hours to knock down the blaze completely -- and local news has been outside the whole time.

But Kat showed up within the last hour, and went off on the media ... knocking the hat off a female photographer's head, and telling everyone -- including us -- to "have some respect."

Kat was asked if she knew what started the fire. Watch ... her only response is anger.

Kat Von D's famous tattoo shop is on fire ... and firefighters have been trying to put it out for several hours.

LAFD got the call around 4 AM about the blaze at her High Voltage Tattoo shop in West Hollywood. It's unknown at this point if anyone was inside the shop when the fire started. As of 6:30 AM ... there are no flames, but crews are still on scene.

Kat's tat palace became extremely popular from her now cancelled reality TV show, "LA Ink."

We've reached out to Kat ... but so far no word back.

Nicki Minaj has a message for her ex ... if you didn't wanna be a superstar so damn bad, you'd still be sleeping in my bed.

Sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ ... Nicki cut the relationship off -- after 14 years -- because he became uncontrollably jealous of her success ... success he wanted for himself.

We're told Nicki and Safaree had an arrangement -- she's the breadwinner and he's the backup singer/hype man/personal assistant. But we're told Safaree was getting sick of being in the background and had become increasingly hostile ... an emotion she reciprocated.

We hear the final straw was when Safaree didn't show up recently to one of Nicki's shows, leaving her scrambling for a hype man. She confronted him and he went crazy.

Breakup rumors spread this week when Safaree showed up in public with several of his Nicki tats covered up.

Looks like he's got a lot more work to do now.

L.A. Clippers star Matt Barnes admits ... he's not proud of all of his tattoos -- in fact, Barnes says there's one piece of ink he hated so much, he HAD to go out and cover it up.
