Travis Barker's using Kourtney Kardashian as his sunblock ... snuggling up with his GF for some serious PDA in the sand.

Kourtney and Travis have been hitting up a beautiful section of Laguna Beach the past 2 days, and they've been all over each other ... literally.

As you can see, Kourtney was rocking a bikini top and shorts as she laid on top of the shirtless Blink-182 drummer. Y'know where that leads ... lots of hugging, holding hands and rubbing noses. He also makes sure to get a handful of booty. It's like UV rays and chill.

The lovebirds first ventured down to the sand of Laguna's famous Treasure Island beach Sunday afternoon, seemingly as part of Kourtney's 42nd birthday celebration.

As we reported ... Travis showed off his romantic side with an intricate piece of hanging art hovering over a huge flower arrangement to start off Kourtney's big day, and it looks like they kept the party going down on the shore.

They're clearly loving the location, they were back on the same beach Monday afternoon and snuggling up for more beach action. Hey, if it ain't broke ...

Imagine a world where the oceans have ZERO fish -- that's pretty much doomsday for the planet, and it could happen by 2048 ... at least based on Kip Andersen's research while making "Seaspiracy."

The producer of the popular Netflix documentary joined TMZ Live and laid out the dangerous impact he says commercial fishing's having on our oceans. He claims it's, in essence, creating a seismic ripple effect on climate change.

Kip makes no bones about it ... the leading cause of the ocean's destruction is the fishing industry, and he says it's a damn shame its impact has been intentionally covered up. But, not anymore.

Kip, who also made 'Cowspiracy,' says his latest doc shines a light on the impact commercial fishing has on our oceans -- but adds the damage goes well beyond environmental. He claims social rights issues also plague the industry -- including allegations of slavery -- and they uncovered it while making "Seaspiracy."

Cardi B and her sister say the people suing them over a MAGA dispute on the beach are just looking for an easy payday ... and they want the lawsuit tossed out of court.

The rapper and her sister, Hennessy Carolina, filed a motion to dismiss the defamation suit Peter Caliendo, Pauline Caliendo and Manuel Alarcon filed against them in New York last summer following a squabble in the Hamptons.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi and Hennessy claim their legal foes are only seeking a windfall from them because they are celebrities ... and they're hoping a judge sees it the same way they do.

As we reported ... CB and her sis were sued after allegedly labeling a group of beachgoers as "racist MAGA supporters" while putting them on blast online. But, Cardi and Hennessy say the heated words were just their opinions ... and that doesn't make them liable for defamation.

No bikini? No deal.

Two world-class beach volleyball pros from Germany say they will boycott an upcoming tournament in Qatar over a policy that prohibits women from wearing skimpy bikinis on the court.

The women behind the boycott are 32-year-old Karla Borger and 33-year-old Julia Sude -- two respected veterans in the sport who compete for the German national team.

The two were set to play in an FIVB World Tour event in Qatar in March -- where the weather is expected to be a searing 85 degrees -- but they're bailing over the uniform policy for women in the Muslim country.

According to reports, female volleyball players have been asked to wear shirts and long pants instead of bikinis out of respect for the host country.

The Qatar Volleyball Association is making it seem like it's more of a request than a rule. It's also issued a statement saying athletes are allowed to compete in their international uniforms ... which are basically less-skimpy bikinis.

Check out the FIVB uniform guide from Oct. 2019 -- which would apply to the tourney in Qatar. It's basically a bikini with a little more coverage.

Still, the Germans aren't happy and don't want to compromise.

"We are there to do our job, but are being prevented from wearing our work clothes,” Borger reportedly told German radio station Deutschlandfunk on Sunday.

"This is really the only country and the only tournament where a government tells us how to do our job -- we are criticizing that."

There seem to be bigger issues bothering the woman than the uniform rules -- including alleged human rights violations in the country.

Ted Cruz is back in the frigid cold, but his family doesn't have a lot of time to fret over the Senator's boneheaded move, because they're clearly enjoying fun in the sun in Cancun.

A bikini-claded Heidi Cruz is soaking up the sun on the beach with their kids ... you know, the ones their dad blamed for the trip.

Cruz's family clearly isn't letting the patriarch's troubles ruin a perfectly good vacay.

As you know, Senator Cruz did a quick turnaround after the s*** hit the fan, although he tried a lame excuse at first, suggesting this was just a quick turnaround to take his daughters south of the border. His suitcase tells the story -- hardly an overnight bag.

As if things couldn't get any worse ... Cruz also left behind Snowflake the family dog in their freezing home. The security guard was taking care of the pooch, but Heidi made it clear to friends in text messages before the family hopped on a plane ... their house was an icebox.

Jake Paul says he moved to Miami to focus on boxing ... but he's already got some distractions.

The 24-year-old hit the beach with his pals this week -- and yeah, turns out he's got some attractive lady friends who rocked some very teeny bikinis.

Despite being surrounded by butt, Paul had bigger things on his mind -- trying to lock down a fight with Conor McGregor.

Check out the banner that just happened to fly over the area where Paul and his pals were hangin' out ... saying, "Conor McGregor is scared of Jake Paul."

In the meantime, Jake is getting himself ready for his return to the ring on April 17 to fight a mystery opponent who's not a UFC star from Ireland.

Despite not having an opponent yet, the Internet star is already putting his pre-fight plans into place -- Paul was hanging out with Tory Lanez Wednesday night, who offered to walk him out to the ring for the big event!!

Paul says he'll reveal his opponent's identity in the coming days.

Zara Holland, a “Love Island” star and Miss Great Britain 2015, could be facing time behind bars in Barbados, after allegedly trying to board a plane bound for England when her boyfriend tested positive for COVID.

The reality star and Elliott Love were reportedly trying to board the plane to avoid being taken to a quarantine facility.

They were tested 6 days ago upon their arrival to the island and ordered to self-quarantine until they got the results. The results came back and Love tested positive, according to The Sun. They were given red wristbands and the plan was for them to quarantine at a military base that is now used to isolate COVID-positive people.

They reportedly tried to jump the gun by cutting off their wristbands, calling a cab and hightailing it to the airport. Someone apparently found the wristbands and figured out what was up and called the cops. The couple was corralled at airport security and taken into custody. They're reportedly being held in the COVID-wing at a local hospital.

They could both face possible criminal charges if true, which includes the crime of endangering the lives of others. The crime carries a maximum sentence of 1 year in jail.

Zara's had her issues before. She lost her beauty crown after video aired on "Love Island" of her performing oral sex on another contestant.

Eddie Van Halen now has a final resting place, TMZ has learned ... the beautiful Pacific Ocean off the coast of Malibu.

The late rock star's body was cremated 22 days after he died ... this according to Eddie's death certificate obtained by TMZ. The ashes went to Eddie's son, Wolfgang Van Halen.

Sources tell us, one of Eddie's final wishes was for the ashes to be strewn off the coast of his beloved town, and Wolfgang will almost certainly honor his dad's wishes.

TMZ broke the story ... Eddie died October 6 at Providence St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica following a long battle with cancer.

The death cert also reveals the immediate cause of death was stroke. He also suffered from other health ailments, including skin cancer on his head and neck.

The doc lists music as his occupation -- having been in the biz for 42 years, he certainly qualifies.

Huge. Scary. Terrifying. Take your pick ... they all apply for the wave you're about to see -- and yet, surfer Peter Mel totally owned this insane wall of water!!!

Surfers flocked this week to Mavericks -- the big wave mecca in Northern California -- for what many of them called the best conditions in years, and this footage backs that up.

No jet ski tow-in for Peter, who fearlessly (we think) paddled in and bombed down a wave witnesses estimated to be at around 50 feet high. You gotta watch how it unfolded -- to an amateur's eye it didn't look good for him halfway through, and "not good" at Mavericks can mean broken bones or worse.

Dude's got a brass pair though, because he positioned himself perfectly for the "ride of the day" ... according to other surfers who watched in amazement.

Peter, an OG at Mavericks, tells TMZ Sports it was the "best feeling" wave he's ever caught in his 29 years surfing there. He says he knew it was something special when he heard cheers from family, friends and fellow surfers.

Let's be honest ... just surviving a wave like that makes it plenty special.

Tom Brady dominates on land, air ... and now by sea -- 'cause the QB just bought a multi-million dollar boat and we've got the pics!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Tampa Bay Bucs star ordered up a custom 40-plus-foot, state-of-the-art watercraft to enjoy during his time in Florida.

The boat was delivered on Thursday at his local marina in St. Petersburg -- and Tom was as excited as a kid on Christmas!

You can see how happy he looks in the photo -- smiling from ear to ear as the ship was handed over.

It's a beautiful blue boat named "Viva a Vida" -- which happens to be the name of Gisele's environmental conservation initiative.

The Brazilian supermodel recently announced a program to help plant over 200,000 trees in the Amazon rainforest -- something she's been very passionate about for a while.

As for the price of Tom's boat, we're told it usually costs around a couple million dollars -- but no word on exactly how much Tom paid.

He can definitely afford it though -- Tom is in the middle of a 2-year, $50 million deal with the Bucs and he's made more than $200 million in his NFL contracts alone.

And, that's not even including the Ugg money!

Ty Pennington got down and dirty to restore a 1927 Craftsman to its old glory, but he's now ready to part ways with it ... for the right price.

The former "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" star and carpenter/designer spent the last year or so updating this Venice crib to give it some modern appeal. So, as Ty famously used to put it ... "MOVE THAT BUS!!!" Figuratively, of course.

Gotta hate humans who pollute our oceans and harm animals ... but also gotta love humans who save animals from harm ... like this jet skier who came to this poor dolphin's rescue.

A guy crusin' on his jet ski off Biscayne Bay, FL happened upon a dolphin in serious distress. The video starts with the jet skier, Nick Tuduri, noticing the dolphin flailing in the waters ... before noticing the dolphin's tail is caught in a net.

It doesn't take long for Nick to jump into action ... using a knife to free the dolphin's tail from the thick rope. The rope was so thick ... Nick spent 3 solid minutes trying to cut it. He's eventually successful ... and the dolphin swims away, hopefully pain-free.

As if this feel-good story couldn't get any better ... a pod of dolphins can be seen swimming beside Nick. They say dolphins are extremely smart animals ... so one can only guess the dolphins were saying, "Thanks, brah!!!"

Sofia Richie is doing her best to give Scott Disick second thoughts ... she's looking sexy as hell on an island getaway.

Here's an idea of what Lord Disick is missing out on ... Sofia's slipping into tiny bikinis while on vacay in the Bahamas with her pops, Lionel Richie. UFC superstar Henry Cejudo just can't lose -- he's got a brand new lady friend ... and good lord.

We're told her name is Ana -- she's a model from Brazil, and the two are newly dating.

Check them out on a stroll through Tulum, Mexico recently ... showing off their impressive physiques.

Cejudo definitely has a type -- just last year, he was spotted on the beach with another beautiful Brazilian lady ... a soap opera actress named Sandra.

The UFC star moved on after that and began dating Amanda Dallago Chaves -- and things got pretty serious.

But, the two reportedly broke up back in September after realizing it just wasn't meant to be.

Now, 33-year-old Cejudo is back on the horse ... and by the looks of things, he's pretty happy to be dating again!

Cejudo announced his retirement from MMA after his May 9 victory over Dominick Cruz at UFC 249 ... though he's suggested he would come back and fight again for the right price.

In the meantime, it looks like Henry is staying in shape ... and staying busy.

Need another reason to be envious of World Series MVP Corey Seager?? Well, here ya go ...

The L.A. Dodgers superstar's fiancee, Madisyn Van Ham, loves him SO MUCH ... she got a tiny swimsuit with pics of his face all over it!!!

And, to make sure everyone knows what a lucky guy Seager is ... she shared a photo of it for all to enjoy!!!

"All the 😍 for my soon to be hubby 💍," Van Ham wrote of the suit.

The two have been dating for about 5 years now ... and just got engaged back in December 2019.

They post about each other often ... and Van Ham was even with the shortstop while he was dominating for the Dodgers in the postseason down in Texas last month.

In fact, she got a pic with L.A.'s NLCS trophy right after Seager and the Dodgers moved on to the World Series ... and she hilariously captioned it, "What’s yours is mine, right babe?!"

And, as if the two weren't adorable enough ... they also own the cutest dog ever -- a Toy Australian Shepherd named Hazel Grey!!!

A couple of kayakers are lucky to be alive after a humpback whale damn near swallowed them whole ... and it was all caught on video.

Julie McSorley and Liz Cottriel were kayaking and whale watching Monday off California's Avila Beach in San Luis Obispo when, out of nowhere, the massive mammal came up to the surface to gobble up a big pool of fish.

Check out the video ... you can see other kayakers and paddle boarders near the whale ... with another kayaker filming the incident from a distance. At first, it appeared like the whale swallowed the women, but their kayak only capsized and they were thrown underwater.

Cottriel told FOX26 News, "I'm thinking to myself, 'I'm gonna push.' Like, I'm gonna push a whale out of the way! It was the weirdest thought. I'm thinking, 'I'm dead. I'm dead.' I thought it was gonna land on me. Next thing I know, I'm underwater."

Several paddle boarders reportedly came to their rescue before they hopped back on their kayak and rode back to shore. Cottriel said when they got back to the car "I was shaking my shirt and a bunch of fish came out of my shirt." None of the women suffered injuries ... but McSorely reportedly lost her car keys.
