Bradley Cooper is making more real estate moves ... now unloading his longtime Venice property, after giving it an interior makeover.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... The actor listed the pad for $2.4M... which, would leave him with a nice chunk of change after snagging it for $1.19M back in 2004.

The price tag seems to be well worth it ... he's completely transformed the inside of the home, working with renowned designer Santillane de Chanaleille.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comes with a natural aesthetic ... featuring high vaulted wood ceilings, concrete floors, and accordion doors that lead out to a fire pit and hot tub. There's also a built-in barbecue when you step outside.

There's also a converted garage, which can be used as a bonus room for an office, home gym, or living space.

Bradley already has another beautiful 3-level townhouse in Venice, a $13M townhouse in NYC and purchased a $4.8M pad in the Pacific Palisades in 2021.

So, what ever happened to professional courtesy?

Carmen Canovas Cervello, yes, a nurse, was snorkeling in the Maldives when a 220-lb, 8-foot-long nurse shark attacked her and left a gnarly, 6-inch wound as a souvenir.

The video is crazy ... you see the shark circle her before it sinks its chompers in the snorkeler, right in her shoulder and upper back.

So that's actually not the craziest part ... Cervello goes to shore, gets the wound cleaned, and jumps back in the ocean for a second swim!!!

Her friend, Ibrahim Shafeeg, an underwater photog, is the one who shot the footage. No excuse to miss a shot!

BTW ... they knew these waters were shark-infested but, hey, you take your chances. Fact is, most nurse sharks don't pose a danger, unless they're provoked.

Anthony Edwards, who famously played Goose in "Top Gun" and Dr. Mark Greene on "ER," is looking to unload his beautiful O.C. beach house ... with an emphasis on "beach" 'cause the new owner will literally be on it.

Maverick's former flyguy (RIP. 😢) has listed his Dana Point, CA vacation home for $6.5 mil, and for that kinda dough ... it comes with some breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

Anthony's place is just a few steps from the sand, and sits on a lot that's more than 10K square feet ... making it one of the sweetest vacation homes in the area. It's well-secured, too, with privacy gates.

The crib was originally home to the family of oil tycoon Edward Doheny, dating back to the 19th century when the development of Dana Point was just taking off.

The Spanish Colonial style is also a great model of what the original homes in that area looked like.

Look, nothing's gonna bring back Goose, but chillin' on his beachfront patio would be the next best thing ... if ya got a few mil to burn!

Kim was on the sands of Malibu for another photo shoot ... it seems it's for SKIMS swim line.

The 42-year-old billionaire mogul is in INSANE shape ... thanks to two-hours of daily training. Her personal trainer, Senada Greca, needs only these pics to fill her client list.

It's a super sexy shoot ... btw, she went back to the scene of the crime, where she posed in the jaw-dropping pink bikini.

Now there are always naysayers ... yeah, she's rich, has the ability to set her own schedule, hire a trainer -- yada yada yada -- but it takes commitment and she's clearly doubled down on that.

Tom Brady had a star-studded reunion with some of his legendary former New England Patriots teammates recently ... and naturally, they ditched their t-shirts and played football!!

The newly-retired quarterback met up with Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola and more for a day of fun in the sun at the beach ... and they bonded over what they did so well for so many years.

There's much to marvel at here ... a spray down in the shower, and then a dip in the ocean. There's even a nice shot of a tattoo she's got inked on her booty, which reads "sa-nə-tē" ... the phonetic pronunciation of "sanity." She's said it keeps her grounded.

Of course, Kylie hasn't really exposed her bod like this in quite a while -- not so out in the open, anyway. It makes one wonder if the split rumors about her and her baby daddy are true.

Multiple first responders rushed to Pensacola Beach earlier this month to tend to Peyton Hillis after the former NFL star nearly drowned while trying to save his children ... new police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows.

In the footage, captured on an Escambia County Sheriff's deputy's body camera, you can see Hillis was in bad shape on the Florida sand after he was pulled from the water on Jan. 4.

The ex-Cleveland Browns running back, who did not have a shirt on, appeared to be breathing heavily ... and seemed to be in a great deal of pain.

But, at least four medics on the scene provided him aid ... administering an IV while checking his vitals.

At one point, they even helped him roll over on his side to make him more comfortable -- while providing a beach towel as a pillow. They also urged him to keep talking in an effort to make sure his condition wasn't worsening.

They eventually got the 36-year-old off the beach and into a helicopter ... which flew him to a nearby medical facility for treatment.

Hillis' initial prognosis wasn't good -- his uncle said in a Facebook post he suffered damage to his lungs and kidneys in the swimming accident -- but, thankfully, his longtime girlfriend said last week he had a breakthrough and was "on the road to recovery."

Hillis now seems to be in far better condition -- he was just seen smiling in his hospital bed on Thursday after Dallas Cowboys legend Emmitt Smith popped by his room for a visit.

It might be cold in Kansas City, but Gracie Hunt is on fire ... 'cause the Chiefs heiress showed support for her beloved team by sporting a bikini in the snow ahead of their big playoff game!!

Gracie -- daughter of K.C. Chiefs chairman and CEO Clark Hunt -- shared the steamy pics on Friday via Instagram ... a day before Kansas City faces the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Divisional Round at Arrowhead Stadium.

The 23-year-old was clearly enjoyin' the snow with her Chiefs-themed bathing suit on ... and considering the temps, she threw on some moon boots and a metallic jacket so she didn't freeze to death.

"Thinking warm thoughts and hoping for a Chiefs WIN!❤️‍🔥," Hunt said. "Who’s ready for game day?!🏈"

Of course, Hunt isn't camera shy -- she's been in several beauty pageants in the past ... and was named Miss Kansas USA in 2021. Gracie also finished in the top 15 in the Miss USA contest that same year.

FYI, it's supposed to rain and snow for the Jaguars-Chiefs playoff game, with temps in the 30s.
