Sydney Sweeney broke an agreement with a swimwear brand to promote their products, then turned around and wore the suits on "Euphoria" ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The HBO star is being sued by the swim and lifestyle brand LA Collective for allegedly breaking her contract to model and promote the company's swimsuits.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, the fashion brand claims it reached an agreement with Sydney last year, where she would be the influencer for the launch of their new line, "Somewhere Swimwear."

The brand says Sydney initially appeared to be on board and approved all their designs and production prototypes ... but they claim her camp suddenly canceled the agreement without any explanation or cause, refusing to proceed.

And, get this ... the brand claims Sydney then appropriated the designs for her own use, wearing the swimsuits on at least 5 episodes of "Euphoria."

The swimwear company says they expected to sell more than $3 million worth of suits under the deal and want the actress to cough up big damages for backing out.

The couple posed for a pic with his parents before riding off with a "Just Married" sign strapped to the back of the Caddy ... along with a bunch of empty cans trailing behind on strings. Super traditional.

As we reported, Sunday's ceremony in Santa Barbara saw Kourtney and Travis legally get hitched. This time, they had their legal paperwork in order, so they are in fact married.

Kourtney and Travis previously had a dry run in Las Vegas last month, when they exchanged vows in front of an Elvis impersonator at a Sin City wedding chapel, but they didn't have a wedding license.

Britney Spears isn't letting pregnancy stop her from having fun ... hitting the water in Cancun on a jet ski with her fiance.

The two were spotted joyriding down south Monday, crashing through the waves and then taking a walk on the sand. Britney covered up under her lifejacket with a white t-shirt ... so no chance of seeing a possible baby bump. She also kept her mask on, even on the water.

The Cancun trip comes a few weeks after Britney announced she was pregnant in a bizarre post on Instagram. First saying she thought she had a food baby, but then revealing she took a positive pregnancy test.

She wrote, "I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … I thought “Geez … what happened to my stomach ???” My husband said “No you’re food pregnant silly 🤪 !!!” So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby..."

Kylie Jenner has snapped back 3 months after giving birth to the little boy whose name still remains a mystery ... and she looks pretty spectacular.

Kylie, who's on vacay in Turks and Caicos with Travis Scott and their 2 kids, was out in a bikini, catching rays in the beautiful blue sea.

She recently said she dropped 40 lbs after putting on 60 during her second pregnancy ... crediting Pilates cardio workouts.

She and Travis had their second kid on February 2. They named him Wolf at birth, but decided the name didn't fit and 86'd it. They haven't said what name they've chosen in its place.

Travis is set to perform Saturday night in Miami at a Formula 1 Grand Prix event, easing back into taking the stage since the Astroworld tragedy last November.

Turns out people ain't the only thing hanging out on the shores of the beach in South Africa ... as evidenced by a giant squid that was discovered, measuring 7 feet!

A beachcomber, who goes by Ali Paulus on Instagram, posted about her finding of the extremely rare squid last week at Long Beach on the shore of South Africa.

Check it out for yourself ... the life-sized calamari reportedly measured over 7 ft long from head to tentacle tips!

Kourtney and Travis are on yet another romantic Italian getaway, where she slipped into a black bikini and climbed on top of her man on the shores of the country's most famous lake.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed didn't let his domestic violence arrest get in the way of a Mexican vacation with his fiancée.

Mike and Paulina Ben-Cohen were spotted together at a resort in Los Cabos Monday, only a couple weeks after his arrest in Los Angeles.

The couple stayed at the Garza Blanca Resort & Spa ... they spent a few hours on the beach with Paulina's kids, hanging with another family.

It's interesting ... folks at the resort say Mike and Paulina seemed to keep some space between them at the beach and didn't show any PDA, or even talk much to each other.

We're told it felt, at least from the outside, like the couple planned the trip before Mike's arrest, with all the makings of a family vacation for spring break.

Mike was showing lots of love to Paulina's kids at the beach, we're told, carrying around her daughter and kissing the children.

As for Mike's recent arrest ... law enforcement sources tell us police got a call around 10 PM March 27 about a fight, and when cops arrived they say the woman involved had visible marks on her body. Mike was arrested for felony domestic violence.

We're told police continue to investigate and will submit the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney for possible criminal charges. Our sources say the alleged victim was not identified so it's unclear if it was Paulina.

Jessica Simpson is lovin' the way she looks ... posting another bikini picture from her vacation in Cabo after she dropped 100 pounds for the 3rd time!

The "Open Book" author posted a mirror pic from what seems to be her hotel room in Cabo San Lucas Monday ... rocking a cheetah print 2-piece for the camera.

She's been living it up with her family in Mexico for spring break, posting photos with her husband Eric Johnson, and their children -- 9-year-old Maxwell, 8-year-old Ace, and 3-year-old Birdie Mae.

Australia has seen its share of weird creatures on its beaches recently, and this close encounter is making locals scratch their heads.

This alien-like creature washed up on the shores of Bondi Beach Tuesday ...discovered by local Drew Lambert. It was lying in a pile of seaweed, with lips resembling a human's.

Drew says he assumed it was some odd form of a shark, but now he isn't so sure ... people online have speculated what it could be, with several speculating it might be a type of ray, but as one person commented, "it's missing like, everything."

A supervisor at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium dismissed the alien theories, saying it's gotta be a coffin ray, which is missing fins and a tail.

Of course, this isn't the first Aussie beach with mystery mammals or whatever ... as we reported, another creature was found over the weekend at Maroochydore Beach.

Camila Cabello is letting her vulnerability show as it relates to her body and the pressure she feels to put on a good show for paps ... who constantly hound her at the beach.

The pop star opened up Saturday about a set of photographs that pap agencies were snapping and shopping -- standard operating procedure for A-listers, and something they've regularly done for years and years now.

The difference here ... Camila clearly has an issue with it ... not just with the photographers themselves -- whom she says go to incredible lengths to capture her in public -- but with the way society then interprets those photos, and the effects it has on her confidence.

She writes, in part ... "I've worn bikinis that were (too) small and paid no mind to how I looked, then saw pictures online and comments and been so upset."

Camila adds, "I reminded myself when it impacted myself esteem that I was thinking the culture's thoughts and not my own. A culture who has gotten so used to an image of what a "healthy" woman's body looks like that is completely not real for a lot of women."

CC goes on to describe the photos you see above -- explaining that she made sure not to eat anything too heavy today, while also sucking in her core nonstop ... knowing it was essentially going to turn into a full-blown photoshoot thanks to the paps on hand.

To Camila, that's a miserable way to live -- and she says she struggles with feeling like she has to portray herself in an image that she thinks is BS ... via beauty standards projected on to her by society.

A guy named Alex Tan was strolling on an Australian beach when he came upon something weird ... something "you see when people claim that they found aliens."

Whatever it is ... it's dead.

Tan thought it might be a possum ... or an extraterrestrial. So far no one has stepped forward to crack the mystery. It really doesn't look like anything we've seen before, so who knows?

He posted his find, and people were quick to respond. Maybe the best comment, "Experts say it tastes like chicken."
