Kanye West might not be able to have Kim Kardashian -- but he's got the next best thing, it seems, in her look-alike ... who's almost like her carbon copy down to a curvaceous T!

As you know ... Ye's been trotting out his new flame, Chaney Jones, more and more lately -- stepping out in public with her in full view, whereas before ... he seemed to be trying to keep their relationship low-key.

The parading continued into the weekend, with Ye and Chaney leaving ZZ's Club in Miami very early Friday morning at around 3:30 AM ET ... coming down an escalator together, staring deeply into each other's eyes and then departing in the same SUV.

Just like she usually does, CJ was looking like a dead ringer for KK -- and Ye seemed to be all about it ... flashing a huge grin as they walked side by side.

As you know ... he still is very much trying to halt his divorce from Kim at the moment -- and seems desperate to get her back any way he can. It would appear that until he can have her to himself again -- which is probably NOT going to happen -- he's willing to settle for Chaney.

She's certainly not the worst consolation prize by any means, though ... evidenced in what she put on display Saturday at the beach -- namely, her rockin' bod, which she showed off from the front and the back.

Indeed, she's got the hourglass figure -- with quite the caboose -- just like Kim does ... so, you can see what Kanye digs about her in the looks department.

A helicopter went down in Miami -- crash landing in the ocean, no less ... and mere feet from swimmers.

The accident happened Saturday afternoon in South Beach, with Miami Beach PD releasing surveillance footage that shows the moment the chopper starts to descend from the sky.

As you can see, it comes into frame out of nowhere ... and then heads straight down into the water incredibly close to the shore. Indeed, it appears there were people out by where the aircraft ended up touching down. Fortunately, it doesn't look like any of them were hit.

People were expectedly shocked from the sight, and it looks like the authorities responded quickly. Jet skis on hand immediately rode out to the site, and eventually ... boats arrived on the scene as well to fish out the passengers and to clear the area.

So far, only two have been hospitalized ... they're said to have actually been in the helicopter, and they were transported in stable condition.

No word on any other injuries so far, or what may have caused this to happen in the first place. It's also unclear what sort of a helicopter this is ... commercial, private or otherwise.

The FAA has been looped in, and an investigation in underway.

Soho's Little Beach House Malibu is quite literally a celebrity hot spot ... because a fire erupted at the swanky oceanside club.

A portion of the restaurant, which sits next door to the famous Nobu Malibu, burst into flames Friday ... but the blaze was eventually extinguished. Videos posted on the Citizen App showed smoke pouring out of the building.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the cause was a grease fire in the establishment's ventilation system. We're told Soho is being shut down until the Health Department is able to come by and check things out.

It's certainly a bummer for members and not the way anyone wanted to start their Super Bowl weekend in Los Angeles. Unclear if any celebs were there to witness the blaze ... but luckily, there were no injuries.

The fire at Soho in Malibu comes just a few weeks after Kanye West was there.

Tom Brady hung up his football cleats and slipped on some sneakers for a romantic walk in the sand with Gisele.

TB12 and Gisele are on their annual beach vacation down in Costa Rica ... and locked hands Friday as they strolled along the sand ... with a cute pup in tow.

Seems retirement is suiting Tom well ... they both look super happy. It's only been a few weeks since he gave up football after 22 years in the NFL, saying he wants to spend more time with the fam.

We're sure McCaffrey and Culpo would prefer to be prepping for a Super Bowl right now (remember, Culpo had told us earlier this season she thought the Panthers could make a run) ... but after getting to see this pic, we're glad they're not.

Christina Haack isn’t married to Joshua Hall just yet ... but they sure look like they’re already in the honeymoon phase.

The HGTV star is down in Cabo with her fiancé, where they hit the beach on Saturday ... and packed on a lot of PDA while facing the waves. Doesn’t look like they ever fully made it into the water either -- as you can see, they were a little preoccupied.

Christina confirmed last year Josh had, indeed, popped the question and that she'd said yes ... which was already suspected after photos of her wearing the engagement ring leaked. They’ve been together for about a year or so now -- the couple reportedly first started dating sometime in 2021, and things obviously moved quickly ... because Christina is ready to be a bride anew.

Braxton Berrios' Mexican vacation just got a whole lot better (yeah, somehow that's possible!) -- the Jets receiver just learned he was named to this year's NFL All-Pro team, and his GF said he was "in shock" over the news.

The New York star is down in Cabo with his model girlfriend, Sophia Culpo, and on Friday morning, the two got the news that he was selected as this year's All-Pro kick returner.

FYI -- it's a big deal, being an All-Pro means you were the best at your position, regardless of conference.

Culpo captured video of Berrios just minutes after the honors were announced ... and you can see in the short clip, the dude is clearly on Cloud 9.

"I think someone is in shock," Culpo said as Berrios smiled ear-to-ear.

Berrios, who was drafted by the Patriots in 2018, had a breakout season this year -- scoring five total TDs and averaging 30.4 yards per kick return.

Dude couldn't be in a better place to celebrate too ... it's 83 degrees there, and he's clearly got some excellent company to party with.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are all smiles and ready to soak up the sun during their first vacation as a couple ... picking the Bahamas as their maiden destination.

The duo arrived Wednesday with the help of a private jet and a boat ... when they finally hit land, they were clearly not dressed for the beach, but that's about to change.

We've learned they're staying at a private home right on the water with close friends, including Simon Huck.

One thing is for sure ... both Pete and Kim seem stoked to be together, massively grinning as they checked out the scenery. Our sources say Kim finds Pete "extremely charming" ... and her friends have given her their stamp of approval.

As we reported, Ye and Julia had a double date at Carbone in Miami before heading to NYC Tuesday, where they took in Broadway's "Slave Play" before dining again at Carbone in the city.

One thing that's hard to ignore ... Kanye's been dressing Fox in Balenciaga, a brand Kim's almost exclusively worn over the last year. During the NYC date night, Julia first wore a blue coat before getting decked out in a coat, gloves, purse and top from Balenciaga. And, one more interesting thing ... Kim's favorite restaurant in NYC is ... Carbone.

Jimmy Buffett's hotel and restaurant chain Margaritaville is taking to the high seas, literally, turning the whole experience into a cruise ship!!!

Jimmy and team just announced the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise cruise ship is set to sail for the first time in April, taking off from Florida and circling down to the Bahamas.

The cruise ship holds 685 passengers and features a Par-A-Dice Casino, a theater, spa, multiple pools and we imagine a pretty kick a** bar, too. Jimmy also had a hand in the boat's decor.

"To me, the only thing better than being on a beach by the ocean, is to be on the ocean," the singer said.

Britney Spears’ big birthday bash is far from over -- although the pop star turned 40 last week, she and Sam Asghari are keeping the party going.

Brit and her fiance were enjoying a Monday morning by their hot tub at the resort where they're staying in Cabo San Lucas.

The Lions are now 1-10-1 after a 29-27 thriller at home against the Minnesota Vikings ...  finally getting in the win column after several heartbreaking losses throughout the 2021 season.

Harper -- Goff's GF since 2019 -- was in disbelief when she heard the news from a beachy location ... getting emotional as she watched the game-winning touchdown on a phone.

"You guys, this is their first win! You guys, this is crazy," Harper said in the video.

"This is going to make me cry ... That is the best."

As we previously reported, Harper first became an S.I. swimsuit model after entering the outlet's highly competitive "Swim Search" ... where people from all over the world audition to be part of an upcoming issue.

Paris Hilton is finally done getting married -- and now, she's on a tear for the honeymoon ... which seems like it'll be just as long and extravagant, based on what we're seeing so far.

Anyway, it's great to see Paris happily in love and finally hitched -- you'll recall ... her nuptials ended up being a multi-day extravaganza, and it sounds like her honeymoon will follow suit.

Renée Zellweger and boyfriend Ant Anstead are getting closer ... she just moved in across the street from his Laguna Beach home, and they will soon be under one roof.

TMZ has learned the actress recently started renting a 5-bedroom home in Laguna Beach ... and it just so happens the home is across the way from Ant's place.

Our sources say Ant is getting ready to renovate his place and it will be featured on HGTV's "Property Brothers" show. We're told the plan is for Renée and Ant to live in her rental until the renovations are complete.

Renée is already getting settled in her new digs, which she's renting for $30,000 per month ... we're told her personal belongings were recently moved into the house.

The crib is 4,900 square feet and it's decked out with all the bells and whistles, including a beautiful pool and backyard overlooking the Pacific.

Meanwhile, Ant's been on the move too ... he was traveling to New Orleans the past several weekends to see Renée leading up to her move.

Living together is a big step, but it might be a trial run ... it's unclear if Renée will move into his place permanently once the renovations at his home are finished, but it sure looks that way.
