Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are planning a family vacation with one goal in mind ... healing their damaged relationship.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the fam's first order of business when Travis gets a break from his Astroworld tour next week is a family trip with no distractions -- so they can focus on spending time together with baby Stormi.

As we reported ... Kylie, Travis and Stormi went to dinner as a family Thursday night, the first time we've seen them all together since the billionaire accused the rapper of cheating. We're told the parents' relationship is getting back on track after an epic blowup, but a family vacay will go a long ways towards mending their wounds.

What's interesting ... they chose to chow down at Sweet Chick, a restaurant which is co-owned by Nas. It's super popular, and it's a scene. Paparazzi are almost guaranteed, so it's clear they wanted to be seen.

Kylie and Travis are serious about the "no distractions" part of the trip ... we're told they're clearing their schedules and asking a travel agent to find a beach in another country, where they can relax in peace.

Looks like Kylie's already looking forward to enjoying some family fun in the sun.

The 45-year-old Hall of Fame receiver hit up the beach in Miami on Thursday ... lounging around with the mystery woman and catching some rays, laughing and taking pics on his phone.

We haven't been able to ID the beach babe yet ... but we're working on it.

While TO doesn't budge from his spot (why would he??) ... the mystery lady doesn't hesitate takin' a dip in the water to cool off. We take it he was snappin' pics for her the whole time.

"Jersey Shore" stars Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino just got some serious G & T in on the beach ... soaking up the sun and looking ripped in the process.

The two reality star BFFs are in Cancun, Mexico working on their tans for their upcoming dating show. Pauly and Vinny first took a stroll through the sand before tearing up some serious waves on a jet ski ... all while showing off their tatted torsos.

As for their new show -- it's called "Double Shot at Love with DJ Pauly D & Vinny" -- and it recently got the green light from MTV. The show will feature 20 women looking to find love with the reality show bachelors.

Both men have been super busy lately -- having booked shows around the world -- and Vinny continues to be a major part of the 'Jersey Shore' franchise.

Prince Charles is getting in on the spring break action ... splashing around on a Caribbean beach with his bae.

The Prince and Camilla are busting out their swimwear for some fun on the island of Barbados. Gotta give props to the 70-year-old for rocking some seriously trendy floral trunks. Go ahead ... soak it in. We don't get to see Chuck in board shorts that often.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall are on a 12-day tour of the Caribbean. After getting some Royal business out of the way, Charles and Camilla hit the sand Monday -- armed with a ton of sunscreen, we hope.

Alessandra Ambrosio is serving up a little sex on the beach ... looking stunning as ever during a game of beach volleyball.

We got pics and video of the retired Victoria's Secret supermodel putting her amazing curves to work, having fun in the sun over the weekend at a beach in Los Angeles. Mother nature gets an assist on this one for turning up the heat so Alessandra could turn heads in a skimpy black bikini.

The mom of 2 is about to celebrate her 38th birthday ... and she's looking fine as hell! We're convinced this MILF could still work the runway.

Alessandra isn't afraid to get down and dirty ... diving for balls and laying it all out on the court. Sexy beach vball sessions are kinda her thing.

Justin and Hailey Bieber were pressing their luck Sunday, 'cause they opted not to wear any green to the beach in honor of St. Patrick's Day ... tsk, tsk.

The couple hit Laguna Beach with their pup in tow, where, at first, Hailey was wearing a checkered flannel while JB went bare-chested ... showing off his tats in blue and grey trunks. Hailey eventually lost the shirt and revealed her killer beach bod in a pink bikini.

They got in the water too ... and then got hopped right back out. Chilly much?

Clearly, they look great. But again ... no obvious shades of green that we can see here. They coulda easily gotten nipped by some overzealous kids -- and there was at least one little girl nearby. No sign of a pinch though.

More importantly, it's good to see Justin enjoying himself ... especially since he's reportedly getting treatment for depression. His mom, Pattie Mallette, wouldn't confirm that to us, but says she's proud at how he's handled himself under pressure.

6:35 PM PT -- The Beach Boys' co-founder, Brian Wilson, just sent a message of condolences to Dick's family in light of his passing. He tweeted Sunday, "I’m sorry to hear about Dick Dale passing. Dick’s guitar playing was a big influence on all of us, and we covered “Misirlou” on our Surfin’ USA album in ‘63. Love & Mercy to Dick’s family."

Dick Dale -- one of the most influential guitarists and rock 'n' roll artists of all time -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed.

Dick passed away Saturday, according to Sam Bolle, Dick's former live bassist. Sam tells TMZ, "He was an original, he always did things the way he wanted to do them ... his own way. Long before punk rock, he was doing that."

A pioneer in music -- who was known as the King of Surf Guitar -- Dick spearheaded the surf rock sound that became globally popular through the Beach Boys and other bands in the '60s. He had tons of solo records and also performed with a group called the Del-Tones.

Dick also made multiple TV appearances over the course of his career with performances on "The Ed Sullivan Show," "Hollywood a Go Go," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Late Show with David Letterman," "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and others music-variety/talk shows.

He also acted in quite a few TV shows and movies -- often playing himself -- including on projects like "Beverly Hills, 90210," "An American Vampire Story," "Let's Make Love," "Muscle Beach Party," "Aloha, Scooby-Doo!" and lots more.

He released 11 LPs, 14 compilation and live albums, and had 11 singles over the course of his career. His iconic song, "Misirlou," was also used in the opening credits of Quentin Tarantino's cult classic film, "Pulp Fiction." The Black Eyed Peas sampled that track too for their smash hit, "Pump It."

Dick is credited with inspiring other legendary guitarists, like Jimi Hendrix and Eddie Van Halen. Oh, and every other surf rock band that ever existed -- them too.

Dick has said he's dealt with a number of health issues over the years, including battling back from rectal cancer twice, dealing with diabetes as well as damaged vertebrae. Despite all that, he continued to tour ... and even had shows booked for May and the summer.

He was 81 years old. RIP

Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph returned to sunny SoCal over the weekend to spend time with Cassie's family.

The brood hit the sand in Huntington Beach ... this after Colton and Cassie's New York City press tour hyping "The Bachelor."

Colton and Cassie were joined by her parents and two siblings. During the show, Colton had a chit chat with Cassie's dad and asked if he had permission to marry her, but Papa said no ... because he didn't know Colton well enough. At the time ... Dad didn't exactly have high praise for Colton. He asked Cassie how she could even consider getting engaged to Colton while he was "dating 30 other women." He also thought it was ridiculous they were talking marriage after only 3 dates.

As you know, they ended up NOT getting engaged, but they're clearly still dating ... or as clear as anything in "The Bachelor" can be.

We did, however, get the couple Saturday and they said coyly they were going to Vegas and you never know what might happen there.

Did you know ... Patrick Mahomes' girlfriend is more of a gym rat than he is?!

It's true -- Brittany Matthews is a budding social media fitness star -- and she showed off the fruits of her labor during an awesome girls trip to Hawaii.

Brit -- along with a bunch of her girlfriends -- flew to Hawaii for a tropical bachelorette party (sans the Chiefs QB) ... where they partied and hit the beach in tiny bikinis.

In fact, all of the girls on the trip had custom swimsuits with their nicknames on them -- Brittany's read, "Fit Brit."

Don't worry, besides relaxing in paradise, Brittany found plenty of time to exercise -- hiking and hitting the gym, because NO DAYS OFF!!!

By the way, Mahomes and Brittany have been together for years. They started dating back in high school and continued dating while she was attending the University of Texas at Tyler and Patrick was at Texas Tech.

In fact, the two were just spotted all over L.A. a few weeks ago, hitting Lakers games and all the finest Hollywood hot spots.

It all begs the question ... who gets a ring first -- Pat or Brit?!?!?

Casper Smart doesn't look too busted up about his famous ex-GF's engagement ... he's got his hands full with another smokin' babe!!!

UFC star Paige VanZant says she fell in love with herself all over again ... and it's all 'cause she's a super sexy bikini model now!!!

TMZ Sports spoke with PVZ about what it was like to get picked for this year's S.I. Swimsuit Edition ... and she says it was a major, much-needed confidence boost.

"Even being in the UFC, I've always have had those body insecurities," Paige tells us.

"After the shoot, seeing all the pictures, seeing the way they look and the reaction I'm getting ... I have been like feelin' myself lately!"

Not everyone is happy with the results though ... just ask her husband, Austin Vanderford.

"My husband is getting really sick of it, 'cause I love myself a little bit TOO much right now," Paige joked.

PVZ says the shoot was an incredible experience ... and despite having to make a few adjustments to make it easier on her broken arm, she's thrilled with the results.

Cardi B and Offset are still going strong, even in another country ... because they're doing it big south of the border -- spending quality time on a yacht in Mexico.

Offset is performing with Migos for a bunch of college kids on spring break, and CB took full advantage of her husband's work trip. Smart move, Cardi.

The hip-hop stars are sampling everything Cabo has to offer -- amazing resorts, fresh seafood, perfect boating weather -- and it looks like they're having one helluva time. Gotta love that exchange rate!!!

Seems the sun is taking a lot out of Offset ... but hey, at least he found a great spot for a nap!!!

Even vacation can't stop Russell Wilson from dropping dimes ...

The Seahawks QB has been living it up with wifey Ciara in Brazil this past week ... hittin' parties, shoppin', catching soccer games and beachin' around.

But, Wilson decided to get in on some football action with a Brazilian league team in Rio de Janeiro over the weekend -- and the offseason clearly hasn't affected his arm.

Wilson tossed the pigskin all over the sand ... and even hit some dude for a deep-ball TD on a double-move route!!!

Of course, the action wasn't nearly NFL caliber ... seems RW was with the squad for promotional purposes -- they got new unis!! -- and guys were just joggin' around.

As for the team ... they're known as the Flamengo Emperors and they tout themselves as the first grass football squad in Rio de Janeiro.

In fact, seems they're looking for more talent too ... they posted on their social media about a tryout for the 2019 season.

Gronk and his bikini model girlfriend have taken their hotness to sea ... 'cause the couple put on one hell of a twerk fest on a boat in Mexico ... and it's all on video!!

Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek are hanging out in Cabo with their equally-attractive friends, Eric Decker and Jessie James Decker, this week ... and it's been a great time for everyone (including us).

The Patriots superstar had a front row seat for Camille's private booty shakin' exhibition ... while everyone else on the boat cheered them on.

No word on when they'll head back to the States ... but we're sure the party is just getting started.

Meanwhile, the New England Patriots are still waiting for an official word on Gronk's NFL future. He's reportedly pondering retirement but wants some time to really think things through and reflect before making an official decision.

Teyana Taylor was right when she said you're gonna love her -- 'cause there's not much else you can do when she shows up to the beach wearing this little get-up.

The G.O.O.D. Music singer was out in Miami with her daughter Saturday, where she hit up a beach wearing a sheer leopard print bodysuit without much coverage around back. It's kinda hard to see, but Teyana's got a tattoo of a national flag on her right cheek.

Mexico? Italy? It's not exactly clear ... but we're happy to take our time to figure it out.

BTW ... no sign of her husband, Iman Shumpert, here. The Houston Rockets -- who recently acquired him in a trade -- were in town this past week to play the Heat, but it looks like Teyana was out here by herself with their kid for some quality mother-daughter time.
