Stormy Daniels lied about a Florida strip club owner using a homophobic slur ... according to the club owner who not only denies using the word, but says he's done plenty of biz with gay people.

Leonard Del Percio -- the owner of Goldfinger, where Stormy was supposed to perform last weekend -- tells TMZ he used to own gay bars, so Stormy's claim he called her right-hand man a "f**king f****t" is a bunch of BS.

Del Percio's fuming over Stormy's allegation, and tells us his attorneys are considering filing a slander lawsuit against her.

As we reported ... Stormy also claimed the owner told her to "do something not in my contract," so she bounced. Del Percio denies doing any such thing, and says Stormy's the only one who broke the contract ... because she never got onstage.

Stormy Daniels almost walked away from her secret hush money deal with Donald Trump, but Michael Cohen assured her the deal was solid and all he needed was Trump's approval ... this according to sources connected to the transaction.

The Manhattan U.S. Attorney has concluded Donald Trump ordered Cohen to pay Daniels $130,000 in return for her silence over their alleged sexual liaison. The U.S. Attorney says the payment was a felonious violation of campaign finance laws.

Our sources say, after Daniels' lawyer and Cohen negotiated the deal she signed in October 2016, days passed and Cohen had not put his pen to paper. We're told Daniels was frustrated and felt she was being double-crossed, and wanted to sell the story.

We're told Cohen assured Daniels' rep that his signature was forthcoming. We're told Cohen said the hangup was that his client was traveling, he was unable to get in touch with him and he needed final approval which he assured would happen when his client returned to New York.

There's no question ... Cohen's client was Donald Trump.

We're told at least one of Daniels' reps recounted the story to the FBI over the summer.

Stormy Daniels went back to her home state to protest a law setting minimum age requirements on strippers, which she calls an illegal attack on women and a bad precedent.

The former porn star was in Baton Rouge, Louisiana Sunday, standing in front of the steps to a courthouse, where she and a bunch of other protesters decried an appeals court's recent decision to uphold the controversial L.A. law after it was challenged by 3 women.

The bill was originally called SB 468, and it stated that strip clubs couldn't employ dancers under the age of 21 (aka no 18, 19 or 20-year-old strippers allowed). It got signed into law in 2016, but will be reinforced again this month ... which is why Stormy is pissed.

She definitely didn't miss the opportunity to bash the legislation, calling it "f***ing sexist" ... and claiming it targets female dancers and not males. We checked the language of the law, and while it doesn't flat out say it's aimed just at women, many have interpreted that way.

Stormy Daniels is taking a stand -- which could lead to another lawsuit -- against a strip club owner who she claims hurled a homophobic slur at her assistant.

President Trump's nemesis (one of his many), was supposed to perform at a Sunrise, FL club called Goldfinger ... but instead, she just gave 'em the finger in this photo -- and ripped the owner for allegedly calling her right-hand man a "f**king f****t."

She also claims the owner asked her to "do something not in my contract." She announced on social media she wouldn't perform ... and set off a war with the club. The owner fired back on IG, denying the incident and claiming she had broken her contract.

In her closing shot at the club owner, Stormy made a not-so-subtle reference to her Trump war, saying ... "When are dips**ts gonna learn that I do not respond well to bullies?"

Cardi B was just issued a stern warning from the judge in her strip club beatdown case ... show up to court or face getting arrested.

Cardi's legal team was in court Monday -- without the rapper -- for a hearing about the August incident. We're told prosecutors expressed their frustration that Cardi herself was a no-show considering they've already given her a 6-week extension on the case ... so they asked the judge to issue a bench warrant.

The judge denied the immediate request, but did issue a serious warning -- Cardi must appear in court Friday morning -- or there will most likely be a warrant issued.

Cardi's defense team also revealed in court they've been having a tough time getting in touch with her directly -- instead only communicating through Cardi's management team -- and only found out Thursday Cardi had a prior commitment that would prevent her from attending Monday's hearing.

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi is accused of unleashing her posse on 2 strip club bartenders -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- and badly injuring both. Jade told us ... prior to the attack, Cardi had threatened her for months, accusing the two of sleeping with her husband, Offset.

Tyga made sure everyone at his 29th birthday bash got involved in the festivities, and that required some hands-on therapy with booty-shaking dancers in g-strings!

The rapper celebrated Monday night at Delilah in WeHo with some of his besties ... including several limber dancers with pole skills. We got video of Tyga enjoying himself, but from the looks of things ... no one had a better time than model Josie Canseco.

She was hanging all over her BF, rapper Mike Stud, while contributing to the dancers' college funds.

Future and Drake turned ATL's famed Magic City strip club into "Future City" for the rapper's birthday, but the party was cut short when a report of gunfire brought cops to the scene ... TMZ has learned.

Sources say Future and Drake's invite-only party brought in rappers Lil Yachty, Jacquees, Pastor Troy, Casino, MJAE The Great & 550 and Atlanta Falcons stud Julio Jones. Solid guest list and they pulled out all the stops with the 3 Bs -- tons of booze, booty-shaking and bands of cash.

We're told Drake literally backed up an armored truck to deliver six figures ... to make it rain on the strippers. Throw in 30 bottles of Hennessey, 30 bottles of Don Julio and another few thousand for Indaglow Productions to rebrand the club, "Future City" -- and ya got all ya need for the party of the year.

One problem though ... Atlanta PD responded at 3 AM to reports of fighting and gunfire. We're told officers found no evidence to support the gunshot claim, but the vibe was definitely killed and people started clearing out.

Blac Chyna is dropping the single that proves her goal to become a rapper wasn't just a hip-hop pipe dream -- as some people thought.

BC dropped her debut single Monday ... it's called "Deserve" and features Yo Gotti and Jeremih ... but make no mistake, Chyna really raps on the track. She's not Nicki Minaj or Cardi B yet, but she definitely spits some bars.

The theme of the song is clearly money over men ... and some of her lyrics include, "These broke n***** don't deserve pussy."

Chyna's new track was a long time coming. We broke the story ... Chyna's been working on her album over the past year with Tyga's producer, Mally Mall. She was hellbent on recruiting big stars like Gotti, Jeremih, Tory Lanez, Swae Lee and others, and it looks like at least a couple of 'em delivered.

Cesar A. Sayoc, the suspected bomber in a domestic terrorism plot targeting high-level politicians, worked as an exotic dancer for years and even threatened to kill and infect other dancers with HIV ... TMZ has learned.

As you can see from the photos ... Cesar worked as an exotic dancer from 1996-2000.

We're told Cesar's time as a stripper was tumultuous ... on several occasions, he threatened other dancers and was constantly jealous of colleagues who were making more money than him or diminishing his presence on stage.

According to dancers who worked with him ... Cesar once threatened to stab another dancer with a syringe loaded with HIV-infected blood.

We're told Cesar once got so jealous of a rival dancer, he taped tuna can lids to the bottom of his boots and threatened to stomp the dancer's face and cut him up. When people laughed at him, he became enraged and said, "Just wait. I'm going to take this guy out."

It's interesting ... Cesar traveled the country in a van during his stripping days, and Friday he was busted in a van covered with stickers threatening Hillary Clinton and CNN personalities. He also made multiple violent threats against TMZ on social media.

Even more disturbing ... we've obtained video of Cesar wiring accessories he used to light up stripper's costumes during his time with Gold Productions.

Grab your popcorn -- President Trump and Stormy Daniels are trading biting insults, directly at each other, and as you'd probably expect he started it, she finished with ... a d**k joke.

First, POTUS did what he does Tuesday morning ... brag about his victory over Stormy in her defamation lawsuit. As we reported, it was dismissed Monday -- and he celebrated by tweeting "Now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas."

Ouch, right?

Not to worry, Stormy fired back, "In addition to his ...umm...shortcomings, he demonstrated his incompetence, hatred of women and lack of self control on Twitter AGAIN! And perhaps a penchant for bestiality."

Gotta give her 2 bonus points for the self-effacing humor. Her final low blow? "Game on, Tiny."

Slow clap for Cardi B and Offset -- they're back making it rain on strippers, and this time no drinks or fists were thrown.

The couple headed back to a strip club, Crazy Girls, Sunday night in L.A. ... smacking butts instead of bartenders. It was their first time in a gentlemen's establishment, that we've seen anyway, since Cardi's last visit. Ya know, the one that got her arrested and charged with assault for allegedly ordering a beatdown on strip club bartenders.

Offset was armed with a seemingly endless stack of Washingtons in their VIP section ... and Cardi even got on a pole and started twerking for her man. What's that thing about old habits?

Smart move on Offset's part -- everyone knows the dancers give you way more attention when you have a female companion. Just take a note from Offset, and get ya girl some roses while you're at it.

Stormy Daniels is living in fear of Donald Trump supporters ... so much so, the ex-porn star is banning everyone from taking selfies with her at her book signing.

Stormy is signing copies of her book, "Full Disclosure," Thursday night at the Barnes & Noble at The Grove, and a selfie ban is in full effect.

Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tells TMZ ... she will have her normal security detail, and the selfie ban was put in place because of safety concerns.

If you're dying for a pic with President Trump's nemesis, Barnes & Noble staffers will snap a photo with your phone ... but there will be a table between you and Stormy.

We're guessing Stormy was spooked by the FBI probe into possible police corruption in connection with her arrest at an Ohio strip club. We're told some of the officers were pro-Trump and it appeared to be a personal vendetta.

Remember, Stormy's book details her alleged sexual encounter with Trump ... and she also claims Ben Roethlisberger tried to kiss her the day after she banged DT.

8:54 AM PT -- Cardi was just officially arrested and charged with two misdemeanors, assault and reckless endangerment. We're told she had a mug shot taken and was fingerprinted. The rapper is scheduled to be arraigned on October 29.

Joe Tacopina, the attorney for the alleged victims, tells us, "She continues to threaten them and clearly thinks her celebrity status is going to get her out of this. But it doesn't matter if her name is Cardi B or Carl B ... if she commits violent assaults she will be brought to justice."

Cardi B will turn herself in to police Monday ... and she will be ordered to appear in court in connection with a strip club fight.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, Cardi will be charged for allegedly ordering an attack on 2 bartenders at Angels Strip Club in Queens NY. The 2 bartender sisters -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- say Cardi had a long-standing beef with Jade because Cardi believed she had slept with Offset.

Cardi -- who was at the Strip Club because Migos was performing -- came face-to-face with the 2 bartenders and allegedly told her posse to attack them with bottles, chairs and a hookah smoking device. The 2 women were both hurt, but refused medical attention.

We're told Cardi will likely be charged with 2 misdemeanors -- reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. She will not be arrested when she turns herself in ... she will get a summons to appear in court on the charges.

A source close to Cardi tells TMZ the attack was "spontaneous" and was triggered after someone threw a drink. They say nothing was premeditated.

The FBI is now involved in investigating possible police corruption in connection with Stormy Daniel's arrest at a Columbus, Ohio strip club.

As we reported, Stormy was arrested in July while she was performing at Sirens strip club after several patrons made physical contact with her. It appeared the vice cops were lying in wait for Stormy.

Fact is ... there was no basis to arrest Stormy because the law under which she was arrested did NOT apply to her since she was not a regular performer at the club. The police chief apologized and launched an internal affairs investigation.

What we're told ... some of the officers were pro-Trump and it looked like a personal vendetta.

Well, now the FBI's Public Corruption Task Force has been called in at the request of the police chief.

The task force includes the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Zach Smith may have outed Tom Herman as the unnamed Ohio State assistant football coach who accompanied him to a strip club during a 2014 high school recruiting trip ... and it's all on his IG.

The incident was mentioned in the OSU investigation report into Urban Meyer -- which says Smith "ran up a significant bill at a local strip club along with another OSU football coach" in Florida on May 8, 2014.

Because Smith was on an official OSU recruiting trip -- and at least one high school football coach was also at the club -- Meyer reprimanded Smith and threatened to fire him if it happened again.

The report did not identify the other OSU coach -- but Smith's Instagram page may hold the clue. On May 7, 2014 Smith posted about being in Florida with Tom Herman.

Plus, Lettermen Row -- a news website covering Ohio State athletics -- is citing multiple sources confirming Herman was the mystery strip club buddy.

Unclear if Herman was ever punished for the incident.

After leaving Ohio State, Herman went on to take the head coaching job at the University of Houston where he had great success. He has since become the head coach at the University of Texas.

Ex-Ohio State WR coach Zach Smith blew stacks at a strip club with another OSU coach and at least 1 high school coach during a recruiting trip in 2014 ... and afterwards, Urban Meyer threatened his job.

It's all in the Ohio State investigation report detailing Meyer's history with Smith ... who was fired in July after a series of incidents stemming from domestic violence allegations.

In the report, investigators say, "In May 2014, in connection with an out-of-town recruiting trip to Florida, Zach Smith ran up a significant bill at a local strip club along with another OSU football coach and one or more high school coaches."

Smith spent at least $600 in the club -- which investigators say came from "personal funds."

Urban Meyer later learned about the incident and told Smith that, if it happened again, he would be fired.

Meyer also changed up the 2014 coaches manual to include a “morality clause,” telling staff to avoid strip clubs "or venues that would embarrass The Ohio State University."

The revised manual also prohibited coaches from having porn on any university-issued computer, phone, iPad, etc.

Of course, that part is relevant because Smith took penis pics while at the White House on the official Ohio State trip to D.C. to meet President Barack Obama in April 2015.

He also took explicit pics of himself in various OSU football facilities.

Unclear why Smith wasn't punished for violating the terms in the 2014 manual.
