Ellie Goulding ran into her ex bf during his gig in "Magic Mike Live," and decided to take him for a ride ... suspended above the stage.

Ellie was sitting front row Saturday at the new Las Vegas revue when her ex, Jackson Williams, pulled her onstage for one of his airborne stunts. You can probably figure it out from the video, but the stunt is called the "air f***."

Sources at the show tell us a bachelorette is supposed to be called up for the segment, but Jackson called an audible and chose Ellie instead. She didn't seem to mind catching up with her former backup dancer turned bf.

We're guessing Ellie felt safe with a guy who's been trained by Channing Tatum himself.

V Live Memphis knows the best things come in pairs -- like 2 girls twerking in unison, or one guy getting danced on by 2 chicks at the same time.

The new strip joint had 200 girls audition in hopes of joining the V Live team in Memphis ... at a new $10 million state of the art facility. We're told 125 dancers were chosen and 100 more from other V Live clubs joined them for the grand opening on Friday night.

The best part of the casting process was saved for the guys in attendance who got plucked out of the crowd to play a part in the live clinics the dancers put on.

Carmelo Anthony was messing around with a woman who now claims she's pregnant with his baby -- and as you can imagine, his wife, La La, is pissed ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Multiple sources tell us ... the other woman often works at a gentlemen's club in NYC, and we're told she's claiming to be 6 and a half months pregnant with Melo's child.

We're also told she has made it clear to Melo she expects him to kick in for medical expenses and other baby related costs.

Sources close to both Melo and La La are telling us the marriage has been rocky for a while -- and while the pregnancy wasn't the tipping point, it certainly didn't help.

So far, neither side has filed divorce papers but we're told there's virtually zero chance of a reconciliation.

Amber Rose is in danger of losing her bid to own the rights of the Ace of Diamonds name, because her request has been shot down ... for now.

Amber's applied to use the name Ace of Diamonds for "entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances" and "gentlemen's clubs featuring exotic dancing." The application just got rejected because it would cause confusion in the marketplace, since an AOD and Ace of Emeralds already exists.

Kinda funny ... the docs cite past trademark rejections as precedent -- Mister Stain is likely to be confused with Mr. Clean in the cleaning products biz, and Tuna O' the Farm is likely to be confused with Chicken of the Sea in canned foods.

Amber has 6 months to reapply with a more compelling argument. Feels like an uphill climb.

The "Magic Mike Live" cast doesn't need more meat on their bones, but got some anyway ... courtesy of Channing Tatum, who grilled for the guys on their day off.

The live stage version of the movie is in previews in Sin City, and the guys have been rehearsing nonstop. Channing's not in it, but has been there consulting, and decided to reward the cast with a family-style BBQ.

We're told the party was thrown at the $5 million Airbnb crib that Channing's been staying outside of Vegas for free. It's in the same ritzy hood as Wayne Newton’s famous estate.

Looks like the guys kept their shirts on for most of the party. Savin' it for the stage, we guess.

Jon Gosselin got more dressed up than down for his big debut as a male stripper, and about the only skin he showed was his legs ... in a grass skirt.

The former reality star took the stage Saturday night in Atlantic City, and slipped into all kinds of outfits -- Secret Service agent, firefighter and even a hula dancer -- but never once took off his shirt or pants.

The night before his big court hearing for allegedly kidnapping his groundskeeper, Rick Ross was being held hostage by a lot of shaking ass at a strip club.

Ross was at Club Platinum in Atlanta Thursday with Gucci Mane shooting the video for "She On My Dick." While Gucci is featured on the track, DJ Khaled, Young Dolph and Gucci's protege, Ralo, were there too and make cameos.

An ex-stripper from Atlanta's famous Cheetah gentlemen's club claims it's a center for organized crime where dancers are drugged so high-end patrons can rape them ... according to a lawsuit.

Alison Valente says she witnessed nonstop illegal activity at the strip joint starting in 2010. In docs, she says there's a secret "menu" for ordering illicit drugs and sex acts from the entertainers -- which includes something called the "Bill Cosby Special" ... where girls unwilling to perform sex acts are unknowingly given a date rape drug.

She says in docs, at least 7 women were sexually assaulted -- one by the club's owner and one by an assistant to a city official. Valente says she was drugged at least twice. She has little memory of what happened, but claims managers tried to convince her she willingly engaged in lewd acts.

Valente claims she was fired in 2015 after blowing the whistle on illegal activity -- including prostitution and drug trafficking. She doesn't just want money, she wants the club shut down.

Attorneys Steve Sadow and Kevin Ward for The Cheetah tell us ... Valente is a disgruntled, fired ex-stripper seeking personal revenge and financial gain, claiming she's privately demanded at least $5 million.

According to docs, Amber formed a corporation called Ace of Diamonds, Inc. and back in December filed for a trademark on the name, as well as the abbreviation "AoD." The docs say the trademark will be for "entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances" and "gentlemen's clubs featuring exotic dancing."

It hasn't been stamped and approved just yet, but she's clearly confident she's going to get it. It also explains why she blurted it out at the All Def Movie Awards.

As we first reported, the current owners of the club say Amber doesn't own a damn thing, and they've filed a $1 million slander suit against her.

Amber Rose and her mouth went too far when it comes to one of L.A.'s most famous strip clubs ... according to a lawsuit filed by the owners of Ace of Diamonds.

Amber bragged to the audience at the All Def Movie Awards Wednesday night that she'd bought AoD. The crowd -- clearly fans of the club's fine product -- cheered wildly, and Amber's purchase was reported by multiple media outlets.

But the owners of AoD -- SKWS Enterprises -- say Amber hasn't put a dime into ownership of the club. They say her comment is "unequivocally false" and they haven't sold to anyone.

Joanna Krupa's legal attack on a Florida strip club is ridiculous, because no reasonable person would expect to see her working the pole ... according to the club itself.

Pink Pony Tampa says, in docs obtained by TMZ, its use of her image to promote special events is NOT false advertising ... as she claims in her lawsuit. Say what you want about strip club patrons, but Pink Pony says they're not stupid enough to think the "pretty faces" in advertisements would be at the club.

As the Pony puts it ... no one expects Colonel Sanders to serve the chicken at KFC.

We broke the story ... Krupa's suing the club for slapping her image on "dance and shower" show ads without consent, and without paying her.

Pink Pony wants the case dismissed because it says Joanna hasn't proved she owns the photos it's using. Plus, as they see it, she's just too damn hot for their stage.

Congrats, Joanna. You're real pretty.

Drake and Jas Prince held auditions for their new Super Bowl week pop-up "club" -- The Ballet -- and while Drake's insisted it's "not about no strip club s***" ... it sure as hell looks like it is.

We got a bunch of girls who flocked to Houston Tuesday night for a round of auditions, and just at first glance, we have a feeling about what kind of chicks Drizzy's in the market for.
