The new documentary about Ashley Madison's infamous cyberattack isn't warning people away from the service ... according to one exec, it's actually boosting membership, including famous folks!

We talked with Paul Keable -- the Chief Strategy Officer for Ashley Madison -- and he tells us memberships are up in recent days thanks to "Ashley Madison: Sex, Lies, and Scandal" going #1 on Netflix. Paul figures it's partly 'cause people forgot the site exists until they saw the doc.

Paul says celebs do still use the site despite the 2015 hack that leaked many prominent people's names as allegedly having accounts. He thinks this is because they're dealing with the same issues as normies, feeling trapped in monogamy and it gives them a chance to explore in a safe space.

If ya don't know, Ashley Madison launched as a dating site for married people, and still promotes itself with the tagline ... "Life is Short. Have an affair."

Dean McDermott's firing off at trolls shocked at Tori Spelling's acceptance of his new girlfriend ... this despite seemingly obvious tension between the exes.

The actor jumped into the replies of a post featuring his new girlfriend, Lily Calo, to defend himself and his estranged wife after several fans said they couldn't believe Tori liked the post ... essentially showing her support.

In response to one comment which seemed to really upset him, Dean wrote, "It’s because she is a highly evolved and compassionate loving person, which is a lot more [than] I can say for the trolls commenting on this post."

Britney Spears says she's healing all on her own after a trip to Mexico -- which she says included cursing out strangers -- but visuals of her battered foot seem to tell a drastically different story.

Late Friday, the pop star posted a disturbing video of her horribly swollen right foot ... there's no way to tell how current the clip is, but in her caption, she claims she fixed it all on her own. As Brit says, "I was stubborn and did it my way !!! I didn't listen to a motherf***ing soul !!"

That doesn't seem like the wisest plan, based on the dark bruising around her heel, on top of the swelling. Remember, this is the injury she sustained during her notorious meltdown at the Chateau Marmont earlier this month.

Public distancing from Diddy is in full swing in the hip hop community as artists watch the brutal footage of him assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura ... and some are calling for his head.

50 Cent didn't react with his usual jokes this time around, but tossed a sarcastic jab at Diddy's legal counsel for their inevitable defense of their client ... quipping the entire saga gave him "Maury vibes."

Harrison Butker got disowned by Kansas City following his controversial commencement speech -- at least briefly on social media -- with the city's official X account dissing the Chiefs kicker amid the backlash ... before later issuing an apology.

The @KansasCity page -- which dons the gray badge for government-verified handles -- shaded the hell outta the three-time Super Bowl champion on Wednesday ... saying, "Just a reminder that Harrison Butker lives in the City of Lee's Summit."

FYI -- Lee's Summit is about half an hour outside of Kansas City, and a solid 20 from Arrowhead Stadium. Essentially, the account was saying "dude's not one of us!!!"

Noah Cyrus is continuing to shout out her mom, Tish ... and it seems any inkling of love triangle drama is almost all but faded, and the newfound love is going both ways.

Noah hit up her IG Stories Monday to wish her mom a happy birthday by sharing a throwback pic of her with Tish on a past birthday -- this coming hot on the heels of another throwback pic the day earlier ... where she was honoring Tish for Mother's Day.

Comedian James Gregory -- known for dubbing himself "The Funniest Man in America" -- has died ... according to a post from his family.

The post -- made on Gregory's official Facebook -- says James passed away Thursday from cardiac complications.

James took up comedy in the early '80s when he was 36 after years of working as a salesman ... and, he became the first comedian to take the stage at the legendary Punchline club in Atlanta.
