Kanye West is saying sayonara to Yeezy's longtime Chief of Staff in what appears to be a mass exodus at the company ... and in this case, it's all about porn tainting the spirit.

Milo Yiannopoulos -- who's been the point man on all things Yeezy for nearly two years now --  confirms his split from Ye's enterprise to TMZ ... telling us, "I wish Ye every success in the future. I have some concerns about his new team, and hope he proceeds with caution."

It's unclear who exactly might be a part of Kanye's new team -- things are always kinda in flux there -- but clearly, they're not sitting well with Milo, and BTW ... that's not the only thing troubling him.

DJ Akademiks may want to put that legal money he's always bragging about to good use ... a woman he publicly clashed with last year has now sued him for sexual assault.

"All That" alum Lori Beth Denberg claims Dan Schneider acted inappropriately when she was a young adult ... allegations that he says are blown out of proportion, or outright untrue.

In a new interview with Business Insider, Denberg details multiple accusations against Schneider -- including the claim he showed her porn and initiated phone sex when he was the head writer of "All That" -- where she was a cast member between 1994 and 1998.

Denberg says this all started around her 19th birthday ... when she says Dan invited her to a meeting and showed her porn clips -- including one scene where a woman performed oral sex on a donkey. FWIW, similar claims over the porn were also made on 'Quiet on Set.'

Julia Fox is staying away from sex it seems ... revealing she's two and a half years celibate at this point -- and, she's loving the choice.

The actress revealed she's stopped sleeping with people in the comments of a TikTok post about a new Bumble ad claiming celibacy's not the answer -- which many women say they find offensive.

Diddy is asking a judge to toss a Jane Doe's lawsuit which alleges sexual misconduct against him ... and he lays out a few different reasons.

According to the filing, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's attorneys want Jane Doe's suit -- in which she alleges she was violated by Diddy and others at the age of 17 back in 2003 -- dismissed with prejudice ... and they say the statute of limitations on the statute she’s suing under has lapsed.

In other words, Diddy's attorneys say this woman missed her window to sue -- but more importantly, they point out ... she didn’t include many pertinent details -- outside of her alleged assault -- which they feel makes her claims paper thin and not worthy of being heard. They also insist … her allegations simply never happened, period.

Take a look ... Zeldin says prosecutors for this case want the jury to believe Stormy is credible -- and the only way to do that is to lay bare everything she says she knows. In other words, it's all about believability ... and her spilling the alleged tea will help in doing that.

Diddy wants to dismiss some of the claims in one of his sexual assault cases ... claiming he can't be sued under laws that didn’t even exist at the time of the alleged incident.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ ... Diddy's lawyers are firing back at claims made by Joi Dickerson-Neal -- a woman who filed a suit against him in November claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her back in 1991.

Joi filed six causes of action against Diddy ... and, now his team's claiming she can't sue him for several of those claims because the laws didn't exist when she says he assaulted her.

8:47 AM PT -- R. Kelly's lawyer Jennifer Bonjean tells TMZ ... "Our fight is not over. We will see review from the USSC (SCOTUS) on the statute of limitations questions at a minimum. And he has habeas remedies at his disposal. And if we win in NY. He will be entitled to resentencing in Illinois. So this story is far from over."

R. Kelly's crusade to make a dent in his lengthy lockup in prison has crashed and burned ... a federal appellate court just upheld his conviction and sentence to cap off the week.

The "Ignition" singer was sentenced to 20 years in prison in his child porn case out of Chicago, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just affirmed that sentence -- this after Kelly tried having it tossed, citing the statute of limitations had passed as his defense.
