Kristin Davis, the Manhattan Madam who went to prison and was connected to former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, is being subpoenaed in the Robert Mueller investigation ... TMZ has learned.

The woman suing Marcell Dareus for allegedly giving her herpes is demanding the NFL star produce a list of ALL of his sexual partners ever ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

The Jacksonville Jags defensive end was hit with a lawsuit by a woman using the alias "Jane Doe" -- who claims he gave her the STD during an April 2018 hookup in Houston.

As part of her case, Doe has filed a "request for production" -- demanding Dareus fork over any info he has connected to the case.

On the list ...

- "The names and contact information of all sexual partners [of Dareus] since [he] became sexually active."

- All receipts for any Rx medications from the last 10 years.

- Receipts for "each and every instance that [Dareus] purchased condoms or other sexual protection in the last 10 years."

3:50 PM PT -- There was a bombshell moment in court when prosecutors added 2 new rape charges stemming from an alleged incident in 2003 where Kellen -- 19 years old at the time -- was accused of forcibly raping a 17 year old unconscious girl.

"When there is a rape that occurs and the victim is under the age of 18 years old, there is no statutory time (limit) to when that can be charged. That's exactly what we have here."

Kellen Winslow's rape case is now set to go to trial -- he faces life in prison -- and today the judge finally set bail at $2 million.

Thursday's hearing was a win of sorts for the former NFL tight end who's been locked up ever since he was arrested on June 14 on suspicion of raping 2 women in the San Diego area.

Now, Winslow can post bail and leave jail. A trial date has not yet been set.

As TMZ Sports previously reported ... Winslow was initially hit with nine criminal charges after prosecutors say he picked up 2 hitchhiking transients, drove them to an isolated location and raped them.

Prosecutors also say Winslow entered a mobile home park on two occasions with the intent of raping elderly women.

He was previously charged with 2 counts of residential burglary -- but those have now been thrown out.

Teairra Mari's revenge porn lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend is going nowhere fast ... according to the ex, who maintains SHE leaked their sex tape, and therefore has NO case.

Akbar Abdul-Ahad tells us, although Teairra's going forward with the lawsuit, she hasn't been shy about trying to cozy up to him for some, uh ... well, you have to see his description. Ex-UCLA basketball star Billy Knight was arrested back in June after officials say he sexually abused a child ... and sources say the victim was only 9 years old.

TMZ Sports has learned ... in the weeks before Knight apparently killed himself, the 39-year-old was arrested and charged with 6 felonies for sexual encounters involving a girl under the age of 15.

Officials tell us ... Knight was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona on June 13.

Prosecutors in Maricopa County charged Knight with multiple counts of sexual conduct with a minor, sexual abuse and molestation of a child.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, prosecutors say some of the abuse took place at the victim's home -- and on her mother's bed.

Arizona is particularly tough when it comes to sex crimes involving minors -- and it appears he was facing more than 50 YEARS in prison if convicted on all charges.

Knight posted his $100,000 bail and was released from custody in June -- but ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device.

However, the victim's mother told cops Knight violated the terms of his release by contacting her several times and even appearing at her home.

He was due back in court in the coming weeks.

Law enforcement officials at BSO tell us the story asserting Dedrick Williams was raped in Broward County Jail is flat-out false.

The story -- citing someone who works in the Dade County Jail system -- claimed Williams had been showering recently and was ambushed "with an attempted rape." The report went on to claim that people affiliated with Kodak Black may have been involved.

The Broward County Sheriff's Office's Public Information Officer, Veda Coleman-Wright, says that story is "unfounded" and that the entire alleged incident did not happen. Period.

What is accurate is that police have ID'd a person of interest in XXX's murder case -- 22-year-old Robert Allen, who was seen at the motorcycle shop where X was gunned down.
