The woman claims Enzo then restrained her and, "it happened."

The Phoenix PD says officers responded to a local hospital on Oct. 23 for a call about a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted. Investigators were assigned to the case. The investigation is still open.

As for the WWE, the organization has suspended Enzo ... saying, "WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault."

Stormy Daniels made good on her promise to make America horny again ... at least she made some dudes in a South Carolina strip club pretty horny.

Stormy, who said she hooked up with Donald Trump back in 2006 and later denied it, played to a standing room only crowd at the Trophy Club in Greenville.

Stormy, who not coincidentally performed on Trump's 1-year anniversary as President, reportedly got $130k to stay mum on her alleged tryst with Trump, during which she said he told her she reminded him of Ivanka.

Harvey Weinstein Too Low to Spoof Even For Porn Execs

Harvey Weinstein won't be parodied by the porn industry because the allegations made against him are just too nasty.

We talked to a bunch of porn execs who tell us straight-up ... they feel Harvey's alleged conduct was disgusting ... so he won't get the Tiger Woods' spoof treatment .

WoodRocket is the premiere porn spoof company. They've done a ton, including "Ten Inch Mutant Ninja Turtles." WoodRocket producer Lee Roy Myers tells us, "WoodRocket.com" would never do a parody of somebody or something that hurt people."

As we've reported ... scores of women have accused Harvey of sexual misconduct, harassment or rape. That's all the reason porn execs needed to nix a Weinstein parody.

Joanna Angel -- founder of BurningAngel.com -- tells TMZ, "There are certain aesthetic standards for today's male performers, and there is no one who remotely comes close to looking like Harvey Weinstein, nor should there be."

Voting members for award shows should factor in sexual harassment accusations in determining whether an actor wins an Oscar, SAG Award, Golden Globe, etc. ... according to attorney Gloria Allred.

There's a fierce argument about bestowing actors accused of sexual misdeeds with an award, even if they're the best in their category. Allred thinks it's not just about acting.

James Franco is up for a SAG this weekend for his role in "The Disaster Artist" after several women came forward and accused him of sexual misconduct. He skipped out on the Critics' Choice Awards after winning a Golden Globe, but he's planning on being at Sunday's SAGs.

Allred doesn't name names, but it's not hard to guess the elephants in the room.

Women's March 2018 Back At It ... With Even More Vigor

Women’s March demonstrations are taking place all across America this weekend, and the second annual event is packed with more passion and power ... as the movement has only grown and evolved over the past year.

Marches are being held in New York, D.C., Chicago, L.A., Atlanta, Philly and even in Rome Saturday on the anniversary of Donald Trump's inauguration. Much like 2017, women are speaking out against the Prez, but are also advocating for fair treatment, equal pay, and to end sexual misconduct and harassment amid the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements.

In L.A., several leading ladies delivered emotional speeches to the crowd ... like Viola Davis, Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson.

Other celebs marching Saturday include Alyssa Milano, Asia Argento, Eva Longoria, Whoopi Goldberg, Halsey, Yoko Ono, and many others.

Despite being one of its main focuses of criticism, Trump called attention to the Women's March ... saying it's a perfect day to "celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation" of his presidency.

Pretty sure he missed the point.

Too Short Sued for Multiple Sexual Batteries

Too Short is being accused of sexual battery ... TMZ has learned.

The rap legend is facing a lawsuit ... filed Friday in Los Angeles by a woman named Teana Louis. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Teana says Too Short sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions ... between June and October of 2016.

In the suit, she says the attacks included forced oral sex, vaginal sex and sodomy.

Teana says she and Short met in December 2015, and eventually produced a song together in April 2016. She claims that's when he made the first unwanted advances. She claims the first assault went down in June when they went to a hotel room in Downtown L.A.

According to the docs, Too Short threw her onto the bed, held her down, undressed her and began performing oral sex on her. She claims subsequent incidents happened in hotel rooms or the studio. She claims on one occasion he told her, "I'm just going to put the tip in" ... and, although she said, "No, please no" ... he continued. In the suit, she says he held her down during vaginal sex -- she was left bleeding -- and then "brutally sodomized" her.

She's suing for sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, gender discrimination and false imprisonment.

8:45 AM PT -- Raisman just addressed the court with her impact statement ... and took Nassar to task for his years of abuse.

"You are so sick, I can't even comprehend how angry I feel," Aly said ... adding that he's "pathetic" for begging the judge to stop his victims' statements.

Raisman also went after Team USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic Committee for their negligence.

"It's clear if change is left up to these organizations, history will repeat itself."

Aly Raisman and her former Team USA teammate, Jordyn Wieber, are facing Larry Nassar on one of the last days of his sentencing ... with Jordyn bravely addressing the disgraced doctor she says abused her "time after time, appointment after appointment."

Jordyn gave her impact statement before taking a seat next to Raisman in the front row of the Michigan courtroom ... revealing she too was abused by Nassar, just like the other Olympic champions -- Raisman, McKayla Maroney, Gabby Douglas and Simone Biles.

"I thought that training for the Olympics would be the hardest thing I would ever had to do," Wieber said, while fighting back tears.

"But in fact, the hardest thing I ever had to do was process that I was a victim of Larry Nassar."

Over 100 women in total are expected to give statements ... before the judge decides Nassar's fate.

Hard Candy Pulls #MeToo Trademark After Backlash

That was quick ... Hard Candy is dropping its push to trademark #MeToo for cosmetics after getting some serious backlash over the move.

TMZ broke the story Wednesday ... if the application was approved, Hard Candy would put the #MeToo on some of its products, but also intended to donate revenue to the movement. But CEO Jerome Falic now tells us ... the project didn't go over well with some customers.

Angry reactions on social media included claims the company was trying to glamorize, commercialize and capitalize on rape culture.

Falic says they abandoned the application based on the response from the public. Still, he says they were going to donate 100% of profits from the #MeToo sales, and "our objective was to bring greater awareness to this important and long overdue movement."

He adds, Hard Candy will continue to support "the work of this watershed movement and other causes that respect the dignity of women and all people."

Emmanuel Sanders Off the Hook In Felony Sexual Assault Case

11:33 AM PT-- More info from the Harris County Sheriff's Office ... which says the incident in question took place on June 15, 2017.

"The complaint was thoroughly investigated and all involved parties, including Mr. Sanders, were interviewed by investigators."

"Upon completion of the investigation, evidence and witness statements were presented to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to determine whether a criminal charge should be filed."

"The Harris County District Attorney’s Office presented the case to a grand jury, which determined on January 9, 2018 that there was insufficient evidence to support a criminal charge."

Denver Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders will NOT be prosecuted for felony sexual assault after a grand jury in Texas decided there was not enough evidence to move forward with the case.

Officials in Texas are being very tight-lipped about the case ... but here's what we know so far.

Sanders was accused of sexual assault in Harris County, Texas -- where he still owns a home. He went to high school nearby.

Unclear when the alleged sexual assault took place -- but we know the case was classified as a felony 2 ... which means the allegations were very serious.

The case was kicked over to a grand jury and on January 9, the jury "failed to find a bill of indictment" ... meaning they felt there was not enough evidence to prove his guilt.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Sanders is off the hook.

We reached out to Sanders for comment -- so far, no word back.

Natasha Leggero Accuses Toback of Sexual Harassment ... And Humping a Tree

Comedian Natasha Leggero says she is among the nearly 400 women director James Toback sexually harassed ... and her alleged incident might be the most bizarre and creepy yet.

Natasha was on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Wednesday when she said Toback told her 20 years ago he was going to put her in the movie "Two Girls and a Guy" -- but she would need to grow out her armpit hair.

Leggero says she did it -- 4 inches strong, mind you -- and then met Toback in Central Park to discuss the role. She claims he asked to see her armpit hair and upon seeing it, told her ... "Now I'm gonna have to pleasure myself." She claims he humped a tree. No joke. Allegedly.

More than 30 women initially accused Toback of sexual harassment, but hundreds more have come forward. He's previously denied the allegations.

Larry Nassar Begs Judge to Stop Witness Statements ... 'Mental Health' Concerns

Scumbag convicted sexual predator Larry Nassar wrote a letter to the court begging to end the witness statements ... saying the terrible stories of sexual assault are damaging his mental health.

Don't worry ... the judge shot his pathetic ass down.

The former Team USA gymnastics doctor was convicted on 7 felony sexual assault charges -- and his victims were invited to share impact stories to the court before the sentencing phase.

So far, 50 women shared their stories about how Nassar molested them while telling the women he was performing routine medical exams.

Some women have told Nassar he broke them emotionally. Some women shared how they considered killing themselves. There are still 51 more women scheduled to speak.

But Nassar wants out ... and wrote a letter to the court begging officials to make it stop -- calling the whole thing a "media circus" that was "detrimental to his mental health."

Judge Rosemarie Aquilina fired back in open court -- telling Nassar, "This isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, there’s no truth in there, it’s delusional" -- noting he agreed to hear the witness statements as part of his plea deal.

"I didn't orchestrate this, you did," she told Nassar.

"Spending four or five days listening to them is significantly minor considering the hours of pleasure you’ve had at their expense and ruining their lives."

The 51 women will proceed with their statements as planned.

Kevin Spacey Cops Investigate 3rd London Sexual Assault

Kevin Spacey's under a new Scotland Yard investigation -- a third man filed a complaint alleging the actor sexually assaulted him.

Scotland Yard says the alleged victim went to police on December 13 claiming Spacey sexually assaulted him in 2005 in Westminster. We're told Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are now investigating.

Cops in London are already investigating 2 similar complaints lodged against Spacey, who was artistic director at The Old Vic theater from 2004 to 2015. The theatre has received over 20 complaints against Spacey, and strongly urged people who came forward to contact police.

Spacey hasn't been criminally charged in any of the investigations launched since Anthony Rapp claimed Spacey sexually assaulted him.

Hard Candy Makeup Polishing Up for #MeToo Movement

The #MeToo movement is about to be way more in fashion ... if Hard Candy Cosmetics gets its way.

The cosmetics giant has applied to trademark #MeToo for fragrances and makeup ... which we're guessing means you'll see the hashtag on lipsticks, nail polishes, mascaras and whatnot.

We know what you're thinking, but CEO Jerome Falic tells us this isn't a straight cash grab. He says the company's intention is to give back to women worldwide. He wasn't more specific than that -- but an industry source tells us the plan is to donate proceeds to the #MeToo cause.

Falic says they're still in planning stages, so it's unclear which products will get the hashtag treatment if the trademark's approved.

Seal Cops Investigate Sexual Battery Allegedly Groped & Forcefully Kissed Actress

Seal is under criminal investigation for sexual battery, just one week after he publicly encouraged sexual abuse victims to come forward ... but the singer denies any wrongdoing.

Actress Tracey Birdsall tells us she and Seal were neighbors in Los Angeles in the fall of 2016. She says the two developed a close friendship -- and only that -- until an incident at Seal's home. Tracey says she was in Seal's kitchen to retrieve a salad spinner she'd lent him when all of a sudden, he lunged at her.

Tracey tells us Seal forced himself on her, attempting to kiss her. She says she shouted, "What are you doing?!" and the singer replied, "I'm kissing you!"

Birdsall claims Seal then began to belittle her for what she was wearing (a tank top and shorts) -- insinuating she was asking for it -- and he began to grope her breasts. She says she demanded he stop.

Tracey tells us Seal then invited her to sit on the couch next to him ... she says she was in shock and complied. Birdsall claims Seal once again began to make fun of what she was wearing and groped her again. Tracey says she left shortly after that and did not have contact with Seal again.

Birdsall says it wasn't until she saw Seal's comments about Oprah and Harvey Weinstein -- where he encouraged women to share their own stories of sexual misconduct -- that she decided to report it to the cops.

A source with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. confirms a report was taken Saturday for sexual battery ... the incident is under investigation.

A rep for Seal tells us, "Seal vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago. He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations."

Eliza Dushku A Stuntman Molested Me When I Was 12

6:00 PM PT -- James Cameron, the director of "True Lies," says if he had known about Eliza's alleged assault ... "there would have been no mercy." He says he's heartbroken, but also glad Eliza spoke up along with all the other brave women who have done so. He adds that he doesn't think this is just a Hollywood issue -- "This is a reckoning for the human race ... This sh*t has been going on since day one.”

11:45 AM PT -- The stunt coordinator, Joel Kramer, denies sexually assaulting Dushku.

Eliza Dushku just posted a long, emotional account alleging she was molested by a stuntman when she was just 12 years old, and the adults on the set did nothing to protect her.

The actress says she was filming "True Lies" when the 36-year-old stunt coordinator singled her out and lured her to hotel room in Miami ... telling her parents he was taking her to the hotel for a swim.

She says he went into the bathroom and came out with a small hand towel over his genitals and then laid her down on the bed and got on top of her and rubbed against her until he climaxed.

Eliza says afterward he said, "I think we should be careful," meaning she should tell no one.

The actress, who is now 37, asks, "Why didn't an adult on the set find his predatory advances strange -- that over-the-top special attention he gave me."

She goes on, "Hollywood has been very good to me in many ways. Nevertheless, Hollywood also failed to protect me, a child actress."

James Franco Universities Where He Taught ... No Sexual Misconduct Complaints

James Franco is facing 4 sexual misconduct complaints from some of his former acting students at Studio 4 and Playhouse West, so we decided to call around and see if anyone lodged complaints at the various schools where the actor taught, and it turns out there were none.

Franco taught classes at NYU in 2011 and 2012 ... an NYU administration source tells TMZ there were neither formal nor informal complaints against him.

We also checked with USC, where Franco taught various classes from 2013 and 2015 and a rep for the school tells us ... no complaints.

And we contacted UCLA, where Franco taught from 2012 to 2017. No one from the school would give us an official comment, but sources at the school who would have received such complaints tell us none were lodged.

The fact that no complaints were filed does not mean nothing ever happened. As we've reported, Franco has maintained he has done nothing wrong.
