James Franco Accuser 'I Still Have Love for Him' But He Must Apologize!!!
One of James Franco's accusers is willing to forgive him if he publicly owns up to the sexual misconduct she says she experienced on a movie set.
Sarah Tither-Kaplan tells TMZ, "I don't hate James. I still have love for him." She's reacting to Franco's Critics' Choice Awards victory Thursday night ... a ceremony he skipped because, as we first reported ... he's despondent over multiple allegations against him.
Sarah says she doesn't begrudge Franco's success, and, in fact, says she would've been shocked if he didn't win -- but adds he still needs to accept responsibility and apologize. In fact, she believes he'll be totally forgiven if he does.
Hey James Franco, nice #timesup pin at the #GoldenGlobes , remember a few weeks ago when you told me the full nudity you had me do in two of your movies for $100/day wasn't exploitative because I signed a contract to do it? Times up on that!
@sarahtk
You'll recall, she accused Franco of exploiting her for nude scenes in a movie, and also of removing genital guards off other actresses -- not her -- during an orgy scene in the film.
Sarah does think Franco's benefiting from "the privilege of being young, white and pretty" -- meaning the public believes him more than say, Harvey Weinstein, because James is good looking.

Paley, an aspiring filmmaker, says, "The power dynamic was really off."
Franco has said the allegation is not true, but would not elaborate.
Paley has some questioning her veracity based on this tweet:
I like planning ways to ruin someone's life the moment I meet them
@VioletPaley
Paley tells TMZ, "I use twitter to make jokes most of the time. It was clearly a joke." She went on, "I'm sorry if I offended anyone and I think most people know it was a joke and the people milking it are Trump-like bot trolls so I'm not deleting it and letting their psychotic twist on a dumb joke win."

Patty told us she especially took issue with Toobin allegedly referring to his book as "the last word on the subject." She says, "It was offensive to me that a man would have the audacity to tell a woman that he would have the last word on her trauma."
Hearst also took issue with Toobin's book citing one of its main sources as one of Patty's captors, and calling her abduction a "rollicking adventure."
While Fox has cancelled the movie project, an upcoming docuseries on CNN is still set to air in February. As we reported ... Patty and her family are outraged by the network's plan.

Lakers Pull Offer to Jamil Wilson ... After STD Lawsuit
The L.A. Lakers have backed out of plans to ink a 10-day contract with Jamil Wilson in the wake of a sexual battery lawsuit in which the player is accused of giving a woman herpes.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... the woman claims she's been diagnosed with herpes simplex 2 and believes Wilson gave it to her during unprotected sexual encounters. She believes he knew he was a carrier but concealed it from her in order to gain consent.
The Lakers had reportedly planned on signing Wilson on Wednesday ... but according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the team is hitting the brakes. Woj says the team isn't ruling out signing Wilson somewhere down the line.
Wilson's agent, Steve McCaskill, told ESPN the player plans on taking legal action of his own.
"Jamil has been irreparably harmed by the recent accusation which has now resulted in damage to his NBA career. We will not tolerate these false accusations, but will pursue all legal remedies with the full force of the law."

Chuck Zito Sick of H'wood Witch Hunt And Just Try Me, Trump Haters!!!
Chuck Zito's letting his shirt do the talking when it comes to pledging allegiance to President Trump ... but he's also got a mouth on him and probably a fist, too.
The former "Oz" star, and real life badass, was in Bev Hills Thursday when we asked about Trump's sexual misconduct accusers -- his shirt led us down the path -- and Chuck went off.
First, he called the wave of allegations in Hollywood a "witch hunt" that was hurting his close friends. When he addressed Trump's accusers, his response was pretty much ... see my shirt.
But a bit more menacing. Basically, Chuck's begging haters to make a move.
BTW, his shirt's missing an apostrophe, but we're not about to tell him.

EXCLUSIVE

"Little Women: LA" star Briana Renee is divorcing her husband and dropping some heinous accusations against him, including abuse, death threats and bestiality ... TMZ has learned.
Briana filed to divorce Matt Grundhoffer, her husband of more than 2 1/2 years, citing irreconcilable differences. As we first reported, Briana and Matt separated in November. She wants child and spousal support, according to the docs.
She also filed for a restraining order last month and in the docs, obtained by TMZ, Briana says Grundhoffer verbally abused her at least twice in November -- calling her a "c**t" and a "worthless bitch" ... and threatened to take their 1-year-old son, Maverick.
Briana claims Matt is frequently drunk, and threatens violence when he is. For instance, in April 2017 he threatened to "kill everyone in the house" and in June, he implied he was going to kill himself ... according to docs.
Most disturbing are the messages between Grundhoffer and another woman, which Briana claims she found. In the docs, she says they were "sexually explicit and disturbing" ... and allegedly "involved bestiality and proposals of sex acts with minor children, including the proposal of sex acts with Matthew's minor child, age 12, from a previous relationship."
The judge granted the restraining order -- Matt has to stay 100 yards away from Briana and their son. Briana's also been awarded full custody for now. We reached out to Matt ... so far, no word back.

Rich Rodriguez Accuser: He Grabbed Penis In Front Of Me Players Sent Me Penis Pics
Rich Rodriguez's ex-assistant claimed the University of Arizona football coach terrorized her for years ... making several passes at her, forcing her to cover up his extramarital affair -- and grabbing his penis in front of her.
It's all laid out in the notice of claim she filed with the AZ Attorney General's Office -- the first step before filing a lawsuit.
In the document, both Melissa Wilhelmsen and her husband, Jason -- "a former Marine and DEA agent" -- describe Rodriguez as a monster who used his power to turn their lives into a living hell.
Among the allegations ...
-- Melissa claims U of A football players sent her screenshots of their genitalia and made illicit overtures via text. When she asked Rodriguez to intervene, he ignored her.
-- Melissa claims Rodriguez asked her to get a sideline pass to a 2015 football game against USC for a "friend" who turned out to be his sidepiece. Rich's wife was also on the sideline that day. Melissa claims she had to stand between the women to prevent a confrontation.
-- Melissa claims Rich's wife grew suspicious about his fidelity and grilled her at a private 3-hour lunch in 2016.
-- Melissa claims over the years, Rodriguez made advances on her despite the fact she was married ... and tried to kiss her at least once.
-- Melissa claims Rodriguez pulled her into a closed door meeting and began "grasping his penis beneath his basketball shorts which were pulled all the way up" in Feb. 2017.
-- Perhaps the most disturbing allegation ... Melissa claims Rodriguez ignored a warning from a team staffer about a player, Zach Hemmila, who seemed unwell and needed help.
Rodriguez allegedly "did nothing" about the warning -- and the next day, Hemmila was found dead from a painkiller overdose.
-- Melissa and her husband claim Rodriguez created a hostile work environment that caused dangerous amounts of stress on their marriage ... that led to her being hospitalized for severe migraine headaches.
They're seeking $7.5 million from Rodriguez.
For his part, Rodriguez has admitted to cheating on his wife -- but denies all other allegations.
Arizona fired Rodriguez this week -- but said an investigation into the "specific harassment allegations could not be substantiated based on the evidence and witnesses available to it."

Sen. Elizabeth Warren to Prez Careful What Ya Take Credit For, Donny!
Sen. Elizabeth Warren has no problem with President Trump gloating about the safest year in commercial aviation happening on his watch, but there's a BIG but attached.
The Senator had just flown into D.C.'s Reagan National Airport Wednesday when we got her take on Trump bragging there were zero aviation deaths last year on commercial flights. Trump's nemesis has never been shy about firing back at him, but this time she played it cool.
But like ... the kinda cool that feels like a setup. What she eventually said plays more like a warning to Trump than praise for him.
Since taking office I have been very strict on Commercial Aviation. Good news - it was just reported that there were Zero deaths in 2017, the best and safest year on record!
@realDonaldTrump
As for Meryl Streep calling out Melania and Ivanka Trump for keeping silent on the President's alleged sexual misconduct -- Warren sounds like she's team Meryl. No shocker.

Meryl Streep Who Cares About My Silence? What About Melania & Ivanka?!
Meryl Streep's taken a lot of heat in Hollywood for allegedly staying silent about Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct, but she thinks the criticism should be aimed elsewhere ... to 2 women related to Donald Trump.
The famed actress tells The New York Times she's sick of being blasted for her silence in wake of the Weinstein scandal and amid the #MeToo movement ... when she believes Melania and Ivanka Trump should be speaking up, too.
She says ... "I don’t want to hear about the silence of me. I want to hear about the silence of Melania Trump. I want to hear from her. She has so much that’s valuable to say. And so does Ivanka. I want her to speak now."
Streep also insists she didn't know what was going on with Weinstein, and called allegations against him a shock.
As we reported, posters of Meryl with Harvey were plastered around Hollywood last month with the caption "She knew" ... but clearly -- Streep denies it.

Beverly Hills PD has sent 2 Harvey Weinstein cases to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office ... TMZ has learned.
The D.A's Office tells us it's currently reviewing the results of 2 BHPD investigations. It's a huge step -- no previous Weinstein criminal investigation has gotten this far. The next step would be for the D.A. to decide if there's enough evidence to charge Weinstein.
Of course, dozens of Weinstein's accusers claim their encounters went down at the Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills. It's unclear which cases the cops sent to the D.A.
Back in October, Bev Hills cops announced they would investigate allegations against Weinstein and director James Toback. We're told police also sent 5 Toback cases to the D.A for review.

Sarah Silverman Torn Up Over Franken ... He's Kissy, But At Least He Admits It
Sarah Silverman is sad Sen. Al Franken was forced to resign, and pissed President Trump hasn't had the decency to do the same.

Sarah insists she's only seen a much different side of Franken ... albeit a kissy one. Still, she gives Franken credit for handling his scandal better than Trump.
