A woman Kevin Hart was photographed with earlier this summer has now been accused of being at the center of his extortion video ... but she's calling BS, and our information is also that she's not the woman in the video.

Monique "Momo" Gonzalez, a Miami based singer, has been raked over the coals online ever since Kevin's apology video and extortion case came to light over the weekend ... with lots of folks saying she's the lady with whom Kevin allegedly cheated.

Monique's saying its absolutely untrue, and sources close to Kevin back that up. She says she never hooked up with Hart.

A rep for the singer tells TMZ ... despite photos that surfaced in July showing them in a car together, their interaction that night was strictly a friendly convo ... nothing more.

As we reported ... the woman who's pictured with Kevin in the video has demanded lots of cash to take a lie detector test.

The L.A. County D.A. is on the case and honing in on at least one suspect.

Eniko Parrish isn't shying away from cameras in the wake of Kevin Hart apologizing to her for getting into a bad "situation" -- but she's also not throwing him under the bus.

Eniko, who's in her third trimester, was out running errands Monday in Beverly Hills ... just as we imagine she would on any other day. Photogs fired off a series of questions about Kevin getting extorted -- as TMZ first reported someone demanded 8 figures to keep a sexually explicit video under wraps.

Eniko was also asked if she's even spoken to Kevin yet.

No reply from Mrs. Hart, but for what it's worth ... she was still wearing her ring.

Kevin Hart isn't missing a beat when it comes to making money ... extortion plot, be damned.

In fact, Kevin was all smiles Monday morning on the set of "Night School," which is currently shooting in Clayton, Georgia. His face didn't show any tension about the fact someone tried to get up to 8 figures from him to keep a video of him allegedly cheating under wraps.

As TMZ first reported, authorities are on the case and closing in on a suspect.

The woman photographed with Kevin Hart in the extortion video is the one who agreed to sit for a lie detector test ... for a price.

TMZ broke the story ... someone involved in the case agreed to sit for a lie detector test, but only if Kevin anted up in the mid-6 figures.

We now know the woman pictured in the video hired a lawyer who contacted Kevin's people and made the lie detector money request.

We're told authorities have been honing in on at least one suspect, but it's unclear if the woman in the video is in the crosshairs of authorities. It's possible -- emphasis on possible -- she was a victim and someone planted the iPhone in the bedroom.

Kevin Hart was keeping a secret Friday in Atlanta when he told our photog he has no desire to hit up the city's world-famous strip clubs, 'cause he's a happily married man.

Kevin spoke to our photog hours before he issued an apology to his pregnant wife and kids for getting in a sticky situation. TMZ broke the story on Sunday, the "situation" was an extortion plot in which someone was demanding as much as 8 figures to keep a sexually explicit video under wraps.

As we reported, the video starts with a pic of Kevin snuggling with a woman, and then it cuts to a bedroom where you see a bed and hear what appears to be people having sex, although you don't see the people. The video then cuts again to a naked man walking in the bedroom who definitely looks like Kevin. The FBI is on the case.

So Kevin knew everything when he spoke with our photog, which makes his response all the more interesting.

Kevin Hart's wife, Eniko, took her Dobie to the animal hospital Sunday night in L.A., in the wake of the sexually explicit video showing her husband in a provocative situation.

Eniko hasn't been seen since Kevin posted a video apologizing to his pregnant wife and kids for getting himself in such a "situation."

She's wearing her wedding ring ... in fact, in the photo she may be making a point of it.

TMZ broke the story, Kevin says someone has tried extorting him for 7 figures over the video, which shows Kevin cozying up to a woman. The tape also shows a naked man in a bedroom who definitely looks like him.

As we first reported, the extortion demand actually reached 8 figures at one point but the extortionist lowered it back down to 7.

The woman publicly accusing Usher of exposing her to herpes claims she got the whole shebang on tape, and there's footage placing him at her hotel, too.

Quantasia Sharpton told YouTube vlogger Miss Jacob Kohinoor ... she filmed the alleged sex act with Usher, and the real shocker -- she claims the singer knew he was being recorded.

Quantasia also said her rep, celeb attorney Lisa Bloom, is attempting to subpoena hotel surveillance video which she claims shows Usher going to her hotel room in 2014.

Mischa Barton says she found proof one of her exes has copies of what she calls "doctored" sex tapes.

She was supposed to have a courtroom showdown Friday with Adam Spaw, but he was absent due to a family illness. Instead, his attorney appeared and heard Mischa plead her case to a judge for a permanent restraining order.

She claimed Spaw left behind multiple flash drives -- containing the "doctored" tapes -- when he moved out of their home. The judge pressed Mischa to explain what was doctored ... and she would only say they weren't originals.

Mischa Barton won't have to worry about a sex tape being leaked by at least one of her exes -- she struck a deal with him, and the judge just signed off on it.

Mischa and her ex-BF, Jon Zacharias, agreed he would NOT release any explicit videos and photos of the 'O.C.' star he obtained during their relationship. Jon must now hand over any material to Mischa's lawyer, Lisa Bloom.

As we reported ... Mischa got 2 temporary restraining orders against Jon and another ex, Adam Spaw. Mischa believed Jon originally captured her in intimate moments without consent, and thinks either Adam or Jon were peddling the material.

Shaw's still barred from releasing material -- under the temporary restraining order. There's a hearing set for Wednesday where Mischa will try to make that one permanent too.

Mel B's former nanny is filing a lawsuit against the singer, claiming she told lies about her in the divorce case against Stephen Belafonte.

TMZ has learned the lawsuit centers on declarations Mel B filed in which she claims Belafonte and Lorraine Gilles told her they had an affair and that Lorraine was pregnant with his child. Mel B also claimed Gilles had an abortion.

Mel B goes on to accuse Gilles and Belafonte of pilfering money from her.

In another declaration, Mel B claims Lorraine has control over her sex tapes and might disseminate them.

There are numerous exhibits and pictures in the lawsuit which Gilles believe will convince a jury Mel B's allegations are a pack of lies.

Big win for Von Miller ... an L.A. judge has BLOCKED a woman from releasing the sex tape featuring the NFL superstar after months of fighting it out in court.

As we previously reported, Elizabeth Ruiz claims she owns the rights to 50% of the video which was shot during a trip to Mexico in June 2016. She claimed Miller knew he was being recorded and consented.

But Miller claimed Ruiz was trying to shake him down for $2.5 MILLION -- insisting she was only using the tape in a cash grab scheme.

She denied trying to extort Miller -- saying it was HIS legal team that made the first cash offer and she was down to play ball.

But earlier this week, a judge issued a permanent injunction in the case -- forbidding her from not only distributing the tape ... but she's not even allowed to let anyone see it.

The judge also ordered Ruiz to pay Miller $50,000 in attorney's fees.

And get this ... the judge also ordered that a copy of the sex tape that Ruiz had submitted as evidence must be destroyed ASAP.

Mel B has obtained a restraining order against the nanny she says was having sex with her husband, got pregnant by her husband, and is now extorting her with her husband.

We've learned Mel B's lawyers got a court order to gain access to a storage locker rented by Lorraine Gilles, the nanny in question. Mel B claims the locker contains sex tapes and photos Lorraine and Mel B's estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, threatened to make public in an effort to destroy her life.

Mel B also says the locker contains boxes and boxes of Spice Girls memorabilia and photos of her recently deceased father.

Mel B flat-out accuses Lorraine and Stephen of extortion. According to the docs, in January 2015 Mel B worked up the courage to fire Lorraine but Stephen went ballistic, calling Lorraine his "ride or die bitch."

Mel B says Stephen threatened to release the sex videos unless she rehired her with a raise, and Stephen looked at Lorraine and said, "Isn't that right, Lorraine," and Lorraine responded, "Yes." Mel B says Lorraine acknowledged she had the videos and would give them to Stephen.

Mel B's lawyers just got a judge to reinforce a court that Stephen Belafonte is prohibited from distributing sex tapes, photographs or other sexually explicit material of the former Spice Girl.

Lawyers for both sides were in court Friday morning dealing with the sex tapes. Sources connected to Mel B tell TMZ, Belafonte repeatedly threatened multiple times to release sex tapes of her, just before she went to court to get a restraining order against him.

Now this is even crazier. One of the issues raised Friday was that Mel B's lawyers say after Mel B filed for divorce last month and left the family house, Belafonte took 12 to 15 boxes from the garage containing all of the photos of her recently deceased father, along with all of her Spice Girls memorabilia and put it in a storage locker somewhere in L.A.

We're told Mel B and her lawyers Larry Bakman and Susan Wiesner have repeatedly asked him to return the photos but he didn't respond. They also asked him to tell them the location of the locker, but again, no response.

Now get this. Mel B found out Stephen has been paying for the storage locker with her money since 2009. She contacted her accountant and found a recent bill for the facility and it identifies the user name on the locker ... LORRAINE GILLES!!! That's the former nanny whom Mel B alleges had an affair with Belafonte while they were married. She also says he got her pregnant but convinced her to have an abortion.

Mel B's lawyers asked the judge to force Belafonte to give them the address of the Public Storage in question and the required passwords for entry, but the judge has not ruled on the request.

-- There were significant spikes over the last decade for the following events -- Kim's marriage to Kris Humphries, her divorce from Humphries, rumors she started dating Kanye, her Paper Magazine cover and the Paris robbery.

Sources involved in the deals tell us the tape has raked in north of $100 mil since its release.

Paris Hilton engaged in some revisionist history over her relationship with Kim Kardashian and the sex tapes that made them famous.

PARIS TODAY -- We got Paris at LAX and our photog asked about the story that she and Kim were together in Australia back in 2007 when Kim's sex tape hit the market. When our guy dared to say it launched Kim's career, she fired back, "I don't think anybody would want to be launched like that."

BACK IN THE DAY -- Kim's sex tape -- and Paris' too for that matter -- could not have been sold without their consent. On top of that, both made untold millions from their videos, which undeniably put them front and center in the celebrity universe. To be fair, both women became incredibly successful entrepreneurs in a variety of business ventures.

PARIS TODAY -- Paris told our photog she has known Kim all her life and loves her.

BACK IN THE DAY -- During their legendary feud in 2008, vying for top dog spot, Paris called Kim's ass, "cottage cheese stuffed in a trash bag."

Diamond Dallas Page is PISSED at whoever violated WWE superstar Paige by releasing private videos ... and vows to BITCH SLAP whoever's responsible.

Paige was one of the victims in another apparent mass celebrity hacking incident involving several high-profile female stars.
