Iggy Azalea is one big-ass contradiction ... she's running from a sex tape her former BF made, but she just dropped one of the hottest, most sexual videos EVER with Jennifer Lopez.

Iggy Azalea was totally taken advantage of by the ex-boyfriend/producer who says he shot a sex tape with her -- because she says the creep also illegally copied data from her laptop.

Iggy filed a federal lawsuit against Hefe Wine ... accusing him of downloading the entire contents of her personal computer back in 2009 while they were living together in Atlanta. She says the data included unreleased master recordings.

In July, Hefe announced he was putting out a new EP from Iggy that will "shock the world." Iggy's lawsuit accuses him of directly using, or at the very least, converting the stolen data to create this new release.

Iggy also accuses her ex of forgery. TMZ broke the story ... Hefe claims he has a document signed by Iggy giving him exclusive rights to her music and music videos. In the suit, she says that doc is a fake -- pasted together from a legit contract she once signed.

Iggy Azalea tried her best to hide from paparazzi -- and any talk about her sex tape scandal -- by going full ginger ... as in wearing a terrible red wig to walk through LAX Tuesday.

Iggy Azalea's former boyfriend/manager now claims Iggy signed her rights away to him, giving him legal authority to market their sex tape ... TMZ has learned.

Hefe Wine says Iggy signed a lengthy agreement with him in 2009 -- obtained by TMZ -- which gives him exclusive rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

Iggy signed the contract to cut records and music videos, but Wine believes all he has to do is put a music bed under the sex tape which he claims would then give him exclusive rights to sell it.

In other words, he believes Iggy has no legal ability to block a sex tape if he wants to sell it ... with Vivid Entertainment boss Steven Hirsch waiting in the wings with a seven-figure offer.

Iggy Azalea's lawyers are throwing the kitchen sink at a major porn company ... now claiming Vivid will get its dirty corporate ass sued if it dares to market her alleged sex tape ... because the name "Iggy" can only be used by Iggy.

It seems a sex tape exists, even though her lawyers deny it. Initially they said it was a fabrication ... then said if it does exist she may have been a minor. The "sex partner" -- rapper Hefe Wine -- told TMZ Live Friday there is indeed a tape and she knew about it and consented. And he says she was NOT a minor ... he says he met her when she was 18.

Now Iggy's lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid -- obtained By TMZ -- in which they say the name "Iggy" is gold ... protected by U.S. Trademark.

So maybe Vivid could market the tape this way -- STEAMY SEX TAPE, FEATURING SHMIGGY SHMEZELIA AND HEFE WINE!

Vivid is unimpressed, restating it's desire to market the tape.

Iggy Azalea's alleged partner in a sex tape says the video is absolutely real, and Iggy was absolutely NOT underage when it went down.

Houston rapper Hefe Wine is confirming he's the one in the video being shopped to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch. TMZ broke the story ... Iggy's camp says she never consented to the video being shot and she might have been under 18 at the time.

But Hefe says he didn't even meet Iggy until her 18th birthday. He adds, Iggy is "100% fully aware" of the fact they shot the sex tape.

He denies sending the sex clip to Vivid, saying his computer was stolen a couple months ago -- but also makes it clear he's interested in cutting a deal for the video to be released. He shouldn't hold his breath -- Iggy would have to sign off too, and that seems very unlikely right now.

The rapper claims he's still tight with Iggy -- and to prove it ... he says he's about to put out a new single featuring her.

Hefe called into TMZ Live to talk about how much cash it would take for him to sign off on the tape.

Iggy Azalea's legal team now says it may indeed be her in that sex tape ... but there's also a chance she was under 18 when it was shot.

It's a big change from what her people told TMZ just 2 days ago ... that NO Iggy sex tape exists. Now it sounds like it does ... but with legal peril.

We broke the story ... a video purportedly showing Azalea and an ex-boyfriend is being shopped to porn giant, Vivid Entertainment.

But then Iggy's lawyers now tell us ... any sex video would be the work of a "spurned business suitor" -- aka the ex-BF -- who's just trying to damage her image and career out of revenge. They also told us any footage was possibly shot "without her knowledge or consent" ... kind of a weird statement -- either it was or it wasn't. The lawyers also say it's possible it was shot when she was a minor.

So, let's review Iggy's sex tape position: It's NOT me ... it MIGHT be me ... IF it's me, an evil ex-business partner is out to get me ... and I might be jail bait ... so, I dare you to release it.

Ray J says his sex tape days are long past him, but you gotta see his face when we told him there might be an Iggy Azalea sex tape on the market.

Ray J and his manager, David Weintraub, were out in Bev Hills Thursday when we talked to them about the possibility/likelihood of an Iggy sex tape  ... which could eclipse his tape with Kim Kardashian in sales.

His answers are pretty funny.

Hirsch says he's already reached out to the 24-year-old "Booty" rapper to open negotiations on what could be a multi-million dollar deal -- but the problem is Iggy's camp says Hirsch's eyes are playing tricks on him. They tell us the I-G-G-Y is not the chick on vid doing the dirty ... and they're ready to sue over the alleged footage.

Of course, without Iggy signing off on it ... the vid can't be legally released. It also means she won't collect years and years of mailbox money ... like Ray J still does.

The FBI descended on the Four Seasons Hotel in Bev Hills ... on the hunt for a woman they believed was making death threats and harassing phone calls to Kris Jenner and her family.

FBI sources confirm ... agents obtained a search warrant targeting a suspect -- a black female who drives a 2004 silver Toyota Corolla -- the woman they believe is behind the threats.

The agents seized a cell phone, laptop, iPad and iPod Touch when they rooted through the woman's hotel room Friday ... but she was not arrested.

TMZ broke several stories in the past ... about a woman who was incessantly calling Kris Jenner and making various threats. She sometimes called as many as 300 times a day, threatening to release a sex tape starring Kris and Bruce Jenner. She wanted money in exchange for the phantom tape.

Don't get your hopes up -- a new Kim Kardashian sex tape featuring Kanye West will never see the light of day because ... it just doesn't exist.

Sources close to the couple say Kim was purposely being coy during her recent British GQ interview ... where she hinted about doing a sex tape sequel -- this time with Yeezus.

Kim told the mag, "My husband Kanye and I have an amazing sex life. So far as the sex tape is concerned, whether or not we've made another ... If we have, it's never something I want to go public."

We're told what really happened is that Kim didn't wanna talk about her sex life because she's super private about that -- and instead of just shutting down the interviewer ... she decided to playfully tease.

Ray J tempted one of the girls in the new reality show "Famous in 12" with the prospect of shooting to stardom Kim Kardashian style ... just days before getting arrested for allegedly spitting on a cop.

Ray J is featured in the first episode of "Famous in 12" ... which debuts on the CW Tuesday at 8 PM.

The "Love & Hip Hop" sex tape has overtaken the Kim Kardashian skin flick in popularity -- in fact it's already the most pirated sex tape of all time .... according to the porn company behind its release.

The full length L&HH sex tape was officially released at midnight -- and a rep for Vivid tells TMZ ... in just 9 hours, the company sent out more than 1,200 cease-and-desist letters to websites that were illegally hosting it.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch isn't messing around either -- telling us, "If you even try to illegally download this tape we will come after you full force. We have three full-time attorneys prepared and ready to go."

As we reported, the anticipation leading to the tape's release has been insane -- pre-sale numbers were through the roof ... totaling roughly $400,000.

Since the release at midnight, we're told Vivid's website has been raking in new memberships -- averaging 15 new joins every MINUTE.
