Mischa Barton got not just one but 2 restraining orders against 2 former boyfriends ... one or both of whom she believes is peddling a sex tape.

As we reported, Mischa has filed a police report after stories surfaced someone is trying to sell a sex tape featuring the actress for $500k. She said in a news conference the culprit is a former BF, but she didn't name names.

TMZ has obtained 2 restraining orders Mischa got Tuesday against Jon Zacharias and Adam Spaw. She said in the docs she started dating Jon last October and says he took videos of "us having intimate relations, photos of me naked in the shower, and other videos and photos of me unclothed."

Mischa says all videos and photos were taken without her knowledge or permission.

She goes on to say she broke up with Jon after she learned he was only interested in her because she was a celebrity. She then started dating Adam, a former friend of Jon's. She says Adam told her Jon had bragged to him he had the videos and photos. She goes on to say Adam copied the photos and videos and tried to erase them from Jon's computer.

She says Adam turned out to be a bad guy, forging her signature on checks.

Mischa says both guys are desperate for money, and she believes one or both are the ones who are peddling the sex tape.

A judge ordered both Adam and Jon to stay clear of Mischa and prohibited them from selling, distributing, giving away or showing any of the videos or photos.

Mischa Barton says someone she dated has betrayed her in the most personal of ways ... shopping around what she says is revenge porn.

Mischa and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, just warned the suspect ... the law will come down on him hard.

The star of "The O.C." says the ex used a hidden camera and videotaped her without her consent. Bloom says the guy has been shopping the tape around to porn sites. She says she's obtained a restraining order against the guy, who apparently is looking for a big payday.

Bloom has contacted cops who are investigating.

Lira Galore filed a police report and is lawyering up to take down the perps responsible for spreading an old sex tape of her online ... including the bloggers.

The model tells us she already knows who's responsible for dishing out the sex vid starring herself and an ex-boyfriend -- not Rick Ross -- and her legal team's not wasting any time going after them.

She's also trying to keep the mood light over her situation ... and explains the reasoning behind her tweet that some thought was lewd.

Fair enough.

Either Fetty Wap or his current chick is responsible for leaking his sex tape with ex-gf Alexis Sky, according to Alexis, anyway ... who's now issuing her own legal threats.

TMZ obtained a copy of the cease and desist letter Sky's attorney fired off to Team Fetty -- after he sent one to her -- and it squarely accuses the rapper of putting the video out on the Internet. The way she sees it, it was most likely "released by someone gaining access to the materials through him, with or without his knowledge."

Of course, he's accusing her of the same -- so it's a whole lot of finger pointing right now.

But here's a twist -- Alexis went on the 'Breakfast Club' Wednesday morning and hinted Fetty has a bunch of sex tapes ... with other chicks.

TMZ has obtained the cease and desist letters Fetty's legal hounds fired off to Alexis and a bunch of media outlets allegedly posting the video.

Fetty's lawyers threatened Alexis this way ... "[Y]ou must IMMEDIATELY STOP the distribution and/or attempted distribution of this alleged video to any and all media outlets."

BTW ... he vows to sue her if the video doesn't disappear.

Fetty Wap isn't about to let anyone, especially his ex-gf, make a dime off leaking a sex tape allegedly featuring him and said ex, Alexis Skyy ... TMZ has learned.

Video clips appearing to show Fetty and Alexis doing the deed started floating around the Internet Tuesday morning. Fetty's camp tells us he has NOTHING to do with the leak, and he's already got his legal team on the job.

We're told Fetty's lawyers have drafted cease and desist letters to websites posting the clip -- and also to Alexis. The letter doesn't accuse her of leaking the video, but we're told it does warn her a lawsuit could be coming her way if they find out she did. As for whether it's definitely him on the tape -- Fetty's camp won't confirm.

We're told Fetty believes he and Alexis are the only people in possession of the video. As we've told you over the years of covering celeb sex tapes -- both parties have to sign off on any distribution deal.

For her part, Alexis' attorney, Eric Croone, tells us ... the video was leaked without her permission, and she's considering legal action too.

Sounds like there's no chance the rest of this video sees the light of day. Not at this point, anyway.

Adrien Broner just learned the hard way ... if you're going to record a threesome on your phone -- DON'T LET IT GO PUBLIC!!!

A Nevada court just ordered the boxer to fork over $175,000 (plus other fees) to one of his co-stars from a 2013 romp after the footage mysteriously surfaced on World Star Hip Hop.

Broner had argued that he didn't intentionally leak the video (which was shot with the consent of his 2 partners) ... but he had lost the phone he shot it on and someone else posted it.

So, why didn't Broner have a password on his phone?

The boxer testified that he has 3 phones on him at all times -- a business phone, a family phone and a "ho phone" (his actual words).

Broner says he simply never bothered to password protect the ho phone -- so anyone could've had access to his x-rated library.

The jury bought Broner's story and found that he did not act intentionally ... just negligently ... and ordered him to fork over the $40k in lost wages and $135k for pain and suffering.

He's usually a chatty guy ... but John Elway shut down when asked about the Von Miller sex tape case Wednesday night.

The Broncos GM was leaving Madeo with his smokin' hot wife when we asked how he felt about his biggest star being involved in a crazy sex tape war. It's clear it's a touchy subject.

The woman who co-starred in the Von Miller sex tape says the judge gave her 3 DAYS to hand over her copy ... or else.

We spoke with Elizabeth Ruiz on her way out of the L.A. courthouse where she was ordered to appear in her sex tape war with the NFL superstar.

As we previously reported, Miller is trying to block her from releasing the footage -- which they both shot on their cell phones during a trip to Mexico earlier this year. Miller claims Ruiz tried to extort him for $2.5 million. Ruiz says the allegations are 100% false.

Ruiz says she's frustrated over Tuesday's court order to fork over her copy -- insisting she's done NOTHING wrong.

"It was consensual. I own 50% of the rights of it and it's just not fair."

"I already complied to not releasing it, duplicating or showing it to anybody, but I want to keep my copy."

Ruiz says she likes to watch it privately -- and should be able to enjoy it by herself.

Ruiz was representing herself in court -- but says she plans to get a lawyer before the next hearing.

Von Miller's sex tape partner says the NFL star is full of crap -- claiming she NEVER set him up or shook him down ... and says she only kept the X-rated footage as a self-pleasuring aid.

Von Miller got deep on social media today -- talking about karma and "curve balls" in life -- and it seems like a thinly veiled reference to his sex tape legal battle.

As we previously reported, Von has declared legal war on a woman he had sex with in Mexico -- a woman who recorded the session and allegedly tried to sell it back to the NFL star for $2.5 million.

Von got a temporary injunction in court which blocks her from releasing the tape ... at least for now.

The Denver Broncos star never mentioned the sex tape in an Instagram post on Thursday -- but the message seems clear ... karma will bite this woman in the ass.

2:15 PM PT -- It looks like the judge agreed with Von ... according to docs, a temporary restraining order was issued.

Von Miller is going on the offensive -- trying to block a woman from releasing a sex tape shot in Cancun ... and claiming she's demanding $2.5 MILLION or else.

The Denver Broncos superstar filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court under the pseudonym "Doe" -- but multiple sources confirm "Doe" is Miller.

In fact, he's described in the legal docs as "one of the most talented people at his craft in the U.S. and the world."

In the docs, Miller says he met a woman named Elizabeth Ruiz during a trip to Mexico in June 2016 -- and the two had sex while they were alone indoors.

Miller says the woman recorded the sex on her cell phone -- but he insisted at all times she keep it private. He claims he reached out to her after the trip and asked her to destroy the recording to which she replied, "Gotcha."

Miller claims the woman tried to sell the video to TMZ -- but TMZ shot her down.

That's when the woman gathered a team and tried to sell the video back to Von for $2.5 mil ... Miller claims in the docs. Miller's people also shot down the request and claimed the woman was trying to extort him.

Miller is now asking a judge to block the woman -- who lives in L.A. -- from going public with the tape.

We reached out to Miller's rep multiple times. So far, no word back.

Kanye West is a hypocrite for embracing his wife's sex tape now that it suits his purposes, after blasting Ray J for daring to write a song about the famous video ... at least that's what Ray has been telling his crew.

We're told Ray is livid that Kanye rhapsodized about the sex tape during the VMAs ... even giving him a shout-out. You'll recall after Ray J dropped "I Hit it First," Kanye called him "Brandy's little sister" and threw in "lame" for bad measure.

Ray J can't do anything about his cameo in the "Famous" video, but he's not happy about it ... and it has nothing to do with shame over the sex tape. He just feels Kanye is two-faced for turning his nose up at the tape but then embracing it to make a buck.

We're told Ray is also pissed that Kim trashed him after he released "I Hit it First," but then grinned ear to ear at the VMAs when Kanye referred to the sexual tryst that made her untold millions of bucks.
