Sorry you creepy weirdos ... Joe Jonas did NOT record a raunchy sex tape with his Swiss model GF ... despite reports to the contrary ... Joe's rep tells TMZ.

Reports have been circulating that Joe -- who once wore a purity ring espousing his virginity -- filmed himself doing the nasty with gf Blanda Eggenschwiler while under the influence of pot and alcohol. The reports claim the sex footage features some crazy BDSM stuff, including paddles and ball gags.

But Joe's rep tells TMZ, it's total BS ... no such tape exists.

Ex-Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King compromised her crown for a grand total of $1,500 ... cash she earned to star in her now-famous porn video ... TMZ has learned.

Melissa denied she's the one in the XXX video. The guys behind GirlsDoPorn.com torpedoed her denial by posting a video of the 18-year-old beauty queen, reading a release form on their website ... in the clip, Melissa identifies herself by name.

What's more ... one of the guys behind GDP tells TMZ, Melissa was the one who reached out to the website to do the scene.

The GDP rep says Melissa was totally down to shoot additional scenes ... but they say her first try was frigid at best, so GDP passed.

The GDP rep says traffic was so insane the day news broke about Melissa's porno, they had to boost their server power.

She might have lost her crown ... but former Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King has just been offered a pretty sweet back-up plan ... $250,000 to promote a hardcore porn site.

As we reported, 18-year-old King resigned yesterday after a porno surfaced that allegedly featured King doing the dirty ... just months before she won the title last November.

Now, porn giant YouPorn.com wants to compensate her for the unfortunate situation -- offering to crown King the first ever "Miss YouPorn" and pay her $250,000 to tour the world promoting the website.

Funny enough, YouPorn's offer -- which was submitted to King yesterday -- doesn't mention having sex on camera in exchange for the fee. Not a bad deal.

Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King has officially given up her crown today ... after a porn surfaced on the Internet that allegedly features the 18-year-old beauty queen.

A rep for the Miss Teen USA pageant just released a statement, claiming, "I would like to confirm the Miss Delaware Teen USA pageant has received a resignation letter from Miss King’s attorney."

King reportedly denies it's her in the hardcore sex footage -- but the girl in the video looks and sounds EXACTLY like King.

In the vid -- shot some time in June 2012 -- the girl addresses the camera, claiming she turned 18 a couple months beforehand in March, which is King's birth month. The girl also describes her favorite sex position ... before the actual sex begins.

King was crowned Miss Delaware Teen USA in November ... four months after the sex footage was shot.

A rep for the pageant tells us, they have already reached out to the first runner-up Hailey Lawler in order to replace King.

Oh the humanity! The unedited master of Kim Kardashian's sex tape -- Kim K Superstar -- almost burned up over the weekend in a raging fire at Vivid Entertainment ... TMZ has learned.

The master -- think of it as the Mona Lisa of sex tapes -- was secured in a safe inside Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch's office. When the blaze erupted Saturday night ... Hirsch was miles away at an L.A. Clippers game.

Hirsch got the 911 call and bailed immediately, because the safe not only contains Kim's tape but every unedited master of every celebrity sex tape in Vivid's stable, including the ones starring Kendra Wilkinson, Pam and Tommy Lee, Jimi Hendrix, Vince Neil, Tom Sizemore, and Chyna.

Also in the vault -- several celebrity sex tapes that have never seen the light of day.

Fear not ... because Hirsch made it just in the nick of time. The safe was singed but the contents were intact.

A major porn studio has pulled the plug on Mindy McCready's sex tape -- immediately ceasing all DVD distribution of the footage in the wake of the singer's suicide ... TMZ has learned.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, the DVD distribution freeze is effective at once and will continue indefinitely. The porn company currently has no plans to resume distribution.

The tape "Baseball Mistress" -- which features McCready and her boyfriend at the time -- was originally released by Vivid in 2010, following the singer's stint on "Celebrity Rehab." It's unclear when the actual footage was shot.

In the tape, McCready discusses her alleged affair with married MLB legend Roger Clemens ... hence the title. McCready said she never authorized the tape's release.

As for digital distribution -- Hirsch said that's harder to regulate ... but he plans to pull all digital copies of the video from the Vivid website asap.

As we reported, McCready was found dead at her home in Arkansas Sunday after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was 37.

A photo of Arnold Schwarzenegger caught stark naked in the throes of passion is worth roughly $150,000 -- AT LEAST -- so says a really popular porn site ... and it wants to buy the pic RIGHT NOW sight unseen.

TMZ broke the story ... a financial entrepreneur named Jeremy Frommer purchased storage lockers once owned by deceased Penthouse founder Bob Guccione -- and found a treasure trove of historic erotica, including unpublished nude photos of Madonna, Lauren Hutton, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Now, YouPorn.com wants to acquire the pics -- in order to publish them online -- and has already sent Frommer a letter, offering $150,000 for the whole lot.

YouPorn is specifically interested in the Schwarzenegger pic, which reportedly shows the former Mr. Universe nude in the act. YouPorn writes, "Let's face it. The real value here is in Schwarzenegger's 'Schwanz.'" And you don't need a translation to know what that means.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been thrust into a very belated sex scandal ... because there are reports that an old photo of a "young Arnold" performing a sex act has come to light.

The photo is reportedly part of a treasure trove of artifacts that have been discovered in a storage space owned by late Penthouse founder Bob Guccione.

According to the New York Post, the Arnold pic -- along with a bunch of other VEERRRY interesting items -- were discovered by a guy who went all "Storage Wars" and bought up a bunch of the lockers after Guccione went bankrupt.

Among the treasures ... unpublished nude pics of Madonna and Lauren Hutton ... and Bob's personal files detailing the situation surrounding his decision to publish pics of then-Miss America Vanessa Williams.

It's unclear if the new owner plans to release the Arnold pic.

We reached out to Arnold's rep -- but we haven't heard back.

Chad Johnson's sex tape woes keep getting worse ... the former NFL star is suing two sites for illegally posting the video online -- and now one of 'em wants Chad to know they're not gonna bend over and take it.

TMZ broke the story ... a XXX video recently popped up starring Chad. He fired off a cease and desist letter to the sites that posted it -- including WorldstarHipHop. The sites took the skin flick down, Chad -- who wanted a pound of flesh -- filed a lawsuit.

A source close to Worldstar tells us ... when it came to acquiring the video, it did everything by the book after being assured it was being sold by the legal owner. Therefore, Worldstar contends Chad's lawsuit is baseless.

Hulk Hogan is moving forward with his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker for posting his sex tape online ... TMZ has learned, the wrestling legend has refiled the case.

Hulk dismissed the lawsuit in federal court without prejudice last month, and refiled it in Florida state court -- where he's also currently suing his sex tape partner Heather Clem ... the ex-wife of radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge. Hulk claims Clem played a role in leaking the footage to the media.

Hulk's lawyer tells TMZ, Hulk dismissed the federal case in order to consolidate his claims against both Clem and Gawker ... i.e. to bring both cases under the same roof ... which ultimately means less paperwork and attorney's fees.

As we reported, Hulk sued Gawker last October for posting a minute-long clip of him doing the dirty with Clem ... a tape that was recorded more than 6 years ago.

Hulk also sued Bubba the Love Sponge for unspecified damages -- accusing him of leaking the footage to the media -- but that lawsuit was settled, and Bubba apologized on the air.

Chad Johnson's legal war over his sex tape isn't over -- the former NFL star is now suing two websites that posted footage of him having sex with a tattooed woman ... TMZ has learned.

Chad's lawsuit names WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout, claiming the two websites posted the sex footage without his consent ... footage that was allegedly stolen from him in the first place.

Chad wants unspecified damages ... plus a court order blocking the websites from posting the footage ever again.

As we reported, both websites removed the tape last Thursday following Chad's cease-and-desist letters ... but Chad insists the damage was already done.

Kim Kardashian's sex tape sales have exploded since Kanye West told the world they're expecting ... TMZ has learned.

We spoke to the folks at Vivid Entertaintment -- which owns 'Kim K. Superstar' -- and discovered lots of Kim's fans are celebrating the baby with umm ... visual aids.

Vivid says video-on-demand purchases of the sex tape have spiked 80% since Sunday night ... the fattest increase they've seen since Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries.

Further, Kanye's been boosting biz for months now. We're told overall sales of Kim's sex tape -- be it VOD, online, or DVD -- have steadily increased every month since he and Kim hooked up last Spring.

So, the real winner in the whole Kimye baby hysteria -- Ray J!

Chad Johnson is turning to the FBI for help ... after a sex tape featuring the former NFL star leaked onto the Internet, TMZ has learned.

The footage shows Chad in a Florida hotel room ... doing the dirty with a tatted-up female.

Sources close to Chad tell TMZ, he's furious ... and believes the video was hacked from his phone -- much like Scarlett Johansson's nude photos. So, like Scarlett, he's contacted the FBI to help hunt down the culprit.

TMZ broke the story ... Chad admits the tape is real but insists he's not the one who leaked it. He says it was shot more than 3 years ago.

Chad Johnson acknowledges ... a sex tape which appears to feature the former NFL star -- along with TWO female friends -- is REAL ... but Chad insists he never wanted the footage to go public.

Sources close to Johnson ... ha, Johnson ... tell TMZ the tape was shot roughly 3 years ago in a hotel room in Florida.

We're told Chad has no idea how the tape leaked to the Internet ... but insists he wasn't behind it ... and now he's exploring his legal options in hopes of having the tape removed from the web ASAP.

So far, it doesn't appear the entire video has made it's way into cyberspace -- only bits and pieces -- but we're told the entire tape is "substantial in length" ... ha, substantial in length.

Hulk Hogan's sex tape will STAY ON THE INTERNET ... at least for the foreseeable future -- because a judge has just denied the wrestler's bid to yank it from the web ASAP.

You'll recall, Hulk sued Gawker for $100 million for publishing his sex tape -- and filed a preliminary motion demanding Gawker take the tape down immediately, while the case makes its way through the court system.

But today, a judge refused to order Gawker to do squat -- ruling Hulk failed to prove the website wasn't within its First Amendment rights to post the video in the first place.

Moreover, the judge wrote, "This is an example of where the proverbial 'cat is out of the bag'" ... i.e. everyone on the planet's already seen the tape, so it's too late to protect Hulk's privacy.

That said, the judge could still decide to order Gawker to remove the tape if Hulk were to win the case at the end of the day.

Hulk Hogan has no right to sue Gawker for ruining his reputation by publishing parts of his sex tape ... because he had already admitted that he's a lying, cheating bastard ... this according to Gawker.

Gawker has filed a response to Hulk's $100,000,000 lawsuit against the website ... begging the judge to throw out the case because they had a journalistic right to publish the 1 minute 41 second clip.

In the docs, Gawker claims Hulk had already admitted he was an adulterer in a book he released in 2009 ... so the video couldn't have caused any more harm to his already sullied reputation.

Gawker also claims the website shouldn't be on the hook for invading Hulk's privacy because it didn't record the tape ... it just distributed a small amount of the footage, which it believed to be newsworthy because Hulk is a world famous celebrity.

Gawker also says it shouldn't have to reveal the identity of the person who leaked the footage to the website -- despite Hulk's demands -- citing laws that protect the news sources.
