Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ain't much for wasting time -- they're already expecting their first royal baby.

Kensington Palace announced Monday morning Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, is pregnant and said she's due sometime next spring ... which would be right around Mom and Dad's one-year anniversary.

As for baby names, according to Ladbrokes, the favorites are as follows ...

-Victoria 8/1

-Albert/Arthur/Philip 10/1

-Alice 12/1

Chances of the baby getting Meghan's mom's name, Doria, are 50/1 and Samantha (Meghan's sister) are 100/1.

Meghan and Harry tied the knot in May of this year. We know, everyone's doing some quick math (don't forget to carry the one) ... and, no ... it was NOT a shotgun wedding.

They just had a very busy first couple of months of marriage ... in bed.

For what it's worth, when their child arrives, he or she could be a future king or queen -- although it's really unlikely. Meghan and Harry's kid will be 7th in line to the U.K. throne.

Princess Eugenie tied the royal knot Friday and, while her wedding might not have all the shine of her cousins, Harry and William ... it's got as many celebs and better booze!

Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's walk down the aisle was naturally attended by the Princes and their brides, Kate and Meghan, her parents Fergie and Prince Andrew ... as well as Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip -- but Eugenie's Hollywood pals also came out in force.

Demi Moore, Naomi Campbell and Robbie Williams put on their finest gowns, fascinators and suits. The most talked-about outfit though was Cara Delevingne's ... since she said screw tradition and went top hat and tails.

Brooksbank and Eugenie's celeb game is strong for good reason -- not only is she a big-time socialite, but he's the European brand ambassador for Casamigos!

No, George Clooney and Rande Gerber weren't there ... but they were well represented. We're told Casamigos is flowing freely at the reception and several other events surrounding the royal wedding.

It's clear to see Justin Bieber's romance with Hailey Baldwin has the singer punch drunk with love ... so much so the Biebs could barely contain himself while shadow boxing during the lovers' trip to London.

Just look at how energetic Justin is in this vid ... bobbing, weaving and grinning as he playfully boxes his driver. Nothing lifts your spirits quite like love.

It all went down during Justin's trip to London with bride-to-be Hailey ... ya know, the one where they sucked face above the city before he serenaded her with an impromptu concert outside Buckingham Palace.

We're told Justin and Hailey didn't meet with any members of the Royal family ... but judging from his boxing sesh, nothing could bring Bieber down from cloud 9 -- not with Hailey by his side.

Meghan Markle's mom came flying to her daughter's side for the Duchess of Sussex's first solo project this week, and the timing of her visit couldn't be more perfect.

Doria Ragland joined Meghan and Prince Harry Thursday at a London event to launch a new cookbook for a communal kitchen Meghan is supporting. She wrote the foreword for the book.

Recent reports say Meghan is feeling kinda lonely as a new member of the Royal Family -- so, a visit from Mom would probably help cure the blues. That's also why some outlets are speculating Doria might eventually move to London.

Based on the way Meghan was looking at Doria before and during the event ... we're guessing she'd love to have mama bear close.

Interestingly, Princess Diana famously struggled with loneliness after marrying Prince Charles.

Meghan Markle made secret visits to cook with victims of a horrifying fire as part of her first solo project as a member of the Royal Family, and she's helping release a charity cookbook with the women's recipes.

The Duchess of Sussex was hands-on in a community kitchen in West London, located near the Grenfell Tower fire that killed 72 people -- Britain's deadliest fire since World War II.

Meghan says she felt an immediate connection to the women at the Hubb Community Kitchen at the Al Manaar Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre, and newly released images make it clear her presence lifted everyone's spirits in the wake of tragedy.

Meghan wrote the foreword to the charity book, "Together: Our Community Cookbook." It features family recipes, with roots stretching across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean.

Meghan helped spearhead the cookbook project as a way to raise money for the kitchen, which initially provided a place for fire victims to make fresh meals. It's since evolved into a support network, and profits from the book will help cover operation costs.

Meghan Markle is a royal, so you could forgive her for being high maintenance when it comes to picking an ensemble, but designer Jason Wu says she's easy like Sunday morning when it comes to fashion.

We got Jason Wednesday at LAX ... and he tells us Meghan simply picked out a dress from his upcoming spring collection to wear to a charity concert in London.

There's been speculation Meghan might be pregnant based on the fit of that dress, but Jason says he isn't privy to that royal secret ... IF it's true.

The royal clothing budget for Meghan, Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton has reportedly increased by $2 million to a whopping $6.5 mil -- which certainly doesn't sound low maintenance, but Jason says that ain't on Meghan.

Meghan is a fashion icon now and has been compared to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

Di famously poured over fabrics and designs in Kensington Palace -- but Jason says Meghan's just not that picky. Everyone's different.

12:50 PM PT -- A source at the Palace tells us the photo posted by the reporter is not Meghan and it's not her dog either. The mess is someone else's s**t.

Meghan Markle might be a royal now, but her pup ain't nothin' but a hound dog who's still gotta handle his business ... even if it's on Kensington Palace grounds.

Entertainment reporter Lisa Petrillo tweeted a photo of Meghan Wednesday in what she describes as "outside the entrance to (her and Harry's) private residence" within Kensington Palace. You can see Meghan letting her dog poop right there out in the open.

It sounds like Petrillo approached Meghan and engaged her, 'cause she notes in her tweet that she "couldn't have been sweeter." Meghan also apparently picked up her dog's mess, with Petrillo using the hashtag #princessespickuppooptoo.

As funny as the pic is, there are two questions at play -- first, was Meghan's dog actually s****ing on the Palace grounds? The short answer is yes. We know there are public and private parts of Kensington Palace, and if Meghan was just outside her private entrance, it would appear she was on the public end of it. Still counts as royal territory.

Perhaps more importantly, whose dog is this exactly?

Ah, the perks of the Royal family.

First, let's once again congratulate Prince Harry for locking down Meghan Markle. A tuxedo mini dress never looked this good!!!

Second, let's imagine how AMAZING it would be to see "Hamilton" not once, not twice, but 3 times!!!

Oh, and did we mention the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are watching the musical alongside its creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda?!?!

Must be nice.

Wednesday's performance is helping raise funds for one of Harry's charities, Sentebale, which does life-changing work for youth affected by HIV and AIDS in Africa.

Meghan, Harry and Lin-Manuel were guests of honor.

It's the first time Meghan and Harry have seen "Hamilton" as a married couple. They saw it during a date night in February, and Meghan also saw the show in NYC with Priyanka Chopra.

Thomas Markle certainly has his own style, but the idea of him starting his own clothing line is "ridiculous" ... so say sources close to Meghan's dad.

Rumors of Tom M. trying to become the next Tom Ford began Wednesday when the Duchess of Sussex's half-sister, Samantha Markle, tweeted it out ... saying she was excited about her dad's new clothing line for men.

We're told this is absolutely untrue and the only credible part of Samantha's additional claim that Thomas is focusing on a line of hoodies for older dudes ... is that he does indeed like to wear hoodies.

Someone REALLY wanted a piece of Prince Harry memorabilia ... and dropped nearly $100k for one of his cars.

Harry's 2017 Audi RS6 4.0 Avant came off the market as quickly as it went up -- we're told the company in charge of unloading the car sold it in about 4 days. The new owner dropped $92,966.12 to be exact. The sport sedan has only had 1 previous owner ... a royal, at that.

The new owner got a pretty great deal -- that Audi usually retails for around $180k. Prince Harry was seen driving it back in May 2017 as he was leaving Pippa Middleton and James Matthews' wedding early. He was reportedly on his way to pick up then-girlfriend Meghan Markle from Kensington Palace and then whisk her off to the evening reception.

Bishop Michael Curry -- the man who told Prince Harry and Meghan "love is the way" -- is now dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

Bishop Curry says he found out a few months ago, during an annual exam, he has prostate cancer ... and he's now decided on a course of treatment.

He'll undergo surgery next week to remove his prostate gland, and anticipates taking 4-6 weeks to recuperate ... before getting back to work. Curry says, "I am happy to say that the prognosis looks very good and quite positive."

If Meghan Markle continues giving her father the cold shoulder, it might kill him ... or so Meghan's sister seemed to insinuate in an angry tirade.

Samantha Markle went off Tuesday evening, ripping into Meghan for allegedly shutting Thomas Markle out of her life. She said, "If our father dies I'm holding you responsible, Meg!" She also chastised Meghan for "paying tribute" to others while dissing her own blood. Meghan and Prince Harry attended a Nelson Mandela tribute yesterday.

As we reported, Thomas is vowing to continue speaking out to the media, at least until he has contact with Meghan. He told us no one is responding to the phone numbers he was given to reach her.

Samantha defended Thomas, saying ... "My father is not an embarrassment for loving his daughter. The royals are an embarrassment for being so cold."

There's plenty of bad blood between the half-sisters -- this isn't the first time Samantha's lashed out at Meghan.

Meghan Markle's father wants some attention, or at least an acknowledgement, from the Royal Family ... and he's not going to shut up until he gets it.

Thomas Markle tells TMZ ... he's unfazed by news his Duchess daughter and Prince Harry are reportedly frustrated about his recent paid interview with The Sun, because he just wants to be involved in their lives.

He says, "I was silent for a full year and the press beat me up every day saying I was a hermit hiding in Mexico, so I gave my story. Apparently that interview put the Royal Family in their silence mode ... so, I gave another interview to break the silence. All they have to do is speak to me.”

Thomas believes the silent treatment from the Palace is silly, wishful thinking on their part that he'll just go away. He insists that's not happening -- and he just wants to be in contact with Meghan.

9:33 AM PT -- Serena was defeated by Angelique Kerber, 6-3 6-3, who won her first career Wimbledon title and third major. Serena was interviewed after the match, saying she was disappointed she couldn't get the win for all the moms out there ... but thanked everyone for their support and said she was happy to be back.

Meghan Markle has friends in high places, and not just at the Palace ... because she showed up to watch her good friend Serena Williams try to make some history.

Meghan brought sister-in-law Kate Middleton along for the ride to sit in the peanut gallery at Wimbledon, to watch Serena attempt a super-human feat ... bouncing back after a difficult post-pregnancy to tie the record for Grand Slam wins.

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump are getting the royal treatment -- the long-awaited meeting with Queen Elizabeth is going down ... and, so far, so good.

The Prez and Her Majesty finally met Friday at Windsor Castle where a Guard of Honor gave the Trumps a royal salute, which included "The Star-Spangled Banner."

While Trump's known for busting out the alpha male power handshake with foreign dignitaries ... he went easy on QE2. Afterward, they went inside for, what else ... afternoon tea.

Thousands of Brits are protesting Prez Trump's visit in response to his criticisms of Prime Minister Theresa May and London's mayor -- but, everything was pretty chill on the Castle grounds.

Trump's making himself right at home too. Sarah Huckabee Sanders posted a shot of him sitting in Winston Churchill's chair.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are gonna be hands-on parents judging by their trip to Ireland, where a bunch of kids got all up in their royal grills ... in a good way.

The newlyweds are in Dublin, their first official visit since the wedding, where it looks like they were a huge hit with the five-and-under crowd at Croke Park stadium.

The royals got to watch some traditional Gaelic sports, but the real show was the cute kids. Favorite games of the day appeared to include ... "Where's Your Nose?" and "Where's Your Beard?".
