Meghan Markle Live Like British Royalty in L.A. ... Old Crib Hits the Market

Before the palace, Meghan Markle was shacking up in a chic Los Angles pad smack-dab in the middle of Tinseltown -- a home you can now call your own ... if you've got the cash.

The Duchess of Sussex's former L.A. house -- where she lived when she worked as an actress, before Prince Harry -- is currently for sale at a cool $1.8 million. It's in the mid-Wishire/Miracle Mile area near Hancock Park ... so close to just about everything Hollywood.

Meghan's old crib is a 4-bed, 3-bath colonial style house with over 2,000 sq. feet of space and an open floor plan. It's got a fireplace in the living room and a huge kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area. The interior of the home is super modern, with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. It's got a pretty sweet backyard too, with a built-in awning.

A property fit for a West Coast king, really ... or a duchess, we should say.

Meghan owned the house while she was married to producer Trevor Engelson between 2011 and 2013. Eventually, they split and she moved to Toronto to film "Suits." It's unclear if Meghan was in possession of the home this whole time -- we doubt it -- but it just hit the market this month.

Of course, she's living at Windsor Palace now across the pond. Marrying a prince will do that.

Beyonce Hugs it Out with Meghan Markle ... At UK 'Lion King' Premiere

If Beyonce wasn't royalty before, she certainly is now -- she embraced Meghan Markle when, technically, commoners aren't supposed to touch ... unless a Royal does it first.

Bey and Jay-Z were in London Sunday for the UK premiere of the live-action 'Lion King,' and as they posed for pics on the red carpet ... none other than the Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived hand-in hand, and then pulled up for a stop and chat with Bey and Jay.

Someone filmed Meg and Queen Bey going in for a hug -- which was polite and brief -- and talking it up afterward. Meghan also went in to hug Jay, who was standing by.

No sign of Prince Harry in the video here, but we know he was there. Unclear if either of the power couples' kids were in attendance ... Archie gets a pass, but it'd be a tragedy if Blue Ivy wasn't in attendance. She kinda steals the spotlight anytime she's with her folks.

Anyway, the reason why the hug between Meg and the Carters is such a big deal is because -- per high society, unspoken nobility rules -- anyone who isn't an official Royal (sorry, Beyhive) is NOT supposed to make contact with a Royal without being engaged first.

LeBron James got taken to task for doing exactly that back in 2014, when he innocently put his arm around Kate Middleton in a photo-op ... a major faux pas.

Doesn't seem like Bey and Jay broke protocol though ... Meg is clearly the initiator here. Hell, they might even be closer than we think based on how comfy everyone looks.

Meghan Markle & Kate Middleton Let's Get the Kiddos Together ... Watch the Princes Play Polo

Meghan Markle and Baby Archie joined forces with Auntie Kate Middleton and her brood for a play date of sorts -- with both the kids and their daddies horsin' around in a field.

The Duchesses linked up Wednesday at Billingbear Park in Wokingham, England, where Prince Harry and Prince William were playing a charity polo match -- opposite teams, naturally. They had the support of their entire fam as they galloped after the ball, mallets in hand and helmets intact.

As the Royal papas squared off, their wives and children looked on from the crowd ... and, let's be honest, probably stole the spotlight.

Meg showed up cradling her newborn, who was sporting a comfy-looking white outfit, with his chubby legs sticking out. Kate, meanwhile, had her hands full with at least two of her boys -- Prince George and Prince Louis, the latter in full walking mode.

It's one of the first times we've seen Archie hang out with his cousins -- although something tells us it's just a haze to him at this point. He is just two months old, after all.

He'll appreciate these get-togethers soon enough though -- time flies with these Royal kids ... seems just like yesterday that roaming Louis looked exactly like Archie boy here.

Meghan Markle No Photos at Wimbledon, Chaps!!! Her Security Bans Fan Pics

Meghan Markle has no time for commoners snapping pics of her at Wimbledon -- her security demanded people to turn their lenses away while she watched Serena Williams.

British media consultant and former BBC reporter Sally Jones tell TMZ ... she was sitting in the members box, taking pics of Serena Williams when one of Meghan's bodyguards came up and said, "Would you not take photographs of the Duchess? She's here in a private capacity."

Shocked at the request, Jones says she told the security guard she had no intention of photographing Meghan ... and wasn't even aware she was there before that moment. She says she was simply trying to take a shot of Serena. Jones tells us, she didn't take a single pic of Meghan, before or after she was approached by security.

Jones says it's apparent to her some people at the palace suffer from a feeling of "entitlement." She says the whole thing was ridiculous.

BTW, Jones wasn't the only one shooed away. Several other spectators with phones out were told to beat it. Although, it's certainly worth noting ... her security seemed fine with fans taking photos when Megan was signing an autograph for a little boy. Guess a photo op's still a photo op.

Jones feels Meghan's move was "childish" and says Prince Harry and his wife see themselves "more as A-list celebrities rather than royals carrying out their duties." She added there were tons of professional photogs there anyway getting pics of Meghan, so it wasn't like she was there undercover.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Baby Archie Becomes a Christian ... Welcome to the Club!!!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son just hit a new milestone in Royal life ... becoming a Christian under the Church of England ... even though nobody really got to see it happen.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex held a closed-door christening Saturday morning for baby Archie in the Private Chapel at Windsor Castle, where only about 25 people were reportedly in attendance for the intimate ceremony. They snapped this pic afterward.

It's the whole family here pretty much -- sans Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip -- with Meghan and Harry front and center, and Archie on mommy's lap.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Check out the mug on the baby BTW -- it's the first time we're seeing the kid's face in full view since he was born, and lo and behold ... the 2-month-old is absolutely adorable.

As for other details, the Royals have been pretty tight-lipped -- only saying in their announcement, "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are so happy to share the joy of this day with members of the public who have been incredibly supportive since the birth of their son. They thank you for your kindness in welcoming their first born and celebrating this special moment."

A rep added, "Their Royal Highnesses feel fortunate to have enjoyed this day with family and the godparents of Archie." No word on ID of godfather -- keepin' it in the family, it seems.

And, if you were wondering about the christening wear of the child, the Royals explained that too, saying it's actually a replica of a traditional gown that's been worn by royal infants for 11 years. Of course, the Royals are all about tradition ... in religion and otherwise.

One last fun fact -- the guy who handled Archie's christening -- Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby -- is the same dude who baptized Meg before she got hitched with Harry. She was already raised Christian, but it never hurts to make things official.

Ditto for Archie ... congrats!!!

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry At the MLB Game in London Baby Archie's an Honorary Yank!!!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son is a newly-minted New York Yankees fan -- all because the team took the time to make him a jersey while playing across the pond.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex crashed the Yankees-Red Sox game Saturday in London, where the two rivals are facing off this weekend for an historic two-game series ... the first to ever be played in Europe. Who better to invite than the Royal couple, right???

The Red Sox gave MM and PH a team onesie, which was cute ... but it didn't really hold a candle to the Yankees' gift -- a custom baby jersey, with Archie's name on the back.

If you watch Meghan's reaction here, there's no comparison ... Yankees took the cake with that thoughtful gesture. The onesie's cool and all, but c'mon ... make a jersey, fellas.

Anyway, Archie wasn't with his mom and dad at the game -- at nearly two months old, the newborn's probably at home soaking up some ZZZs. Not to worry though -- his parents made sure he was well-represented at the MLB event.

Regarding the game ... go Yanks!!! That's what Archie would say after today, probably.

Prince William I'd Be Fine with My Kids Being Gay ... But I'd Be Nervous Too

Prince William says he would be totally okay if any of his children are gay -- but at the same time ... he says he'd be somewhat concerned as well.

The Duke of Cambridge addressed the topic Wednesday while visiting the Albert Kennedy Trust in London -- where he was discussing a range of issues that affect LGBTQ youth. During the convo, someone asked Will how he would feel if any of his 3 kids ever came out?

Check out his answer ... it's interesting.

Wills makes it clear he'd fully support Charlotte, George or Louis if they came out publicly, saying, it's "absolutely fine by me." However, he adds that he'd also be "nervous" for them and what they'd have to potentially deal with as a Royal -- barriers, discrimination, persecution, hate, etc.

Still, all in all ... he'd have their backs.

The root of his concerns, however -- the fact his family, steeped in tradition and custom, is in a different position than most of their countrymen. While others coming out might be widely embraced when they come out ... the spotlight's much bigger for Royal family members.

The upside is Wills' comments could do a lot to push the needle forward for LGBTQ youth in the United Kingdom.

Baby Archie Unveiled for Prince Harry's First Father's Day

Get a load of baby Archie, everyone, the freshly-minted son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The kid's a month-and-a-half old and finally, we're able to see his face in all its glory.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The pic was posted on the Royals' Instagram page for Harry's very first Father's Day.

Still not crystal clear how Meghan and Harry came up with the name Archie ... to be precise, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

Archie is kinda like the United State's Attorney General ... he's 7th in line for the top spot. Archie wasn't in public view during the Queen's birthday celebration earlier this month, so this is really the first time we've seen his full face.

Nevertheless, he's a big deal in the UK. BTW, the first official interracial baby in the Royal Fam.

Happy Father's Day Harry ... your kid is super cute.

Anthony Joshua All Smiles With Prince Harry ... After Upset Loss

061219_anthony_joshua_prince_harry_kal
ROYAL BOUNCEBACK

Anthony Joshua didn't look like a guy who just lost all his championship belts on Wednesday ... grinning from ear-to-ear with Prince Harry at a charity event!!

The British boxing superstar was back in the gym to support the launch of the Made By Sport campaign, an organization created to help youth connect with sports in disadvantaged communities.

Joshua had a blast with the kids in attendance ... giving out some boxing tips and chatting it up with his buddy, Prince Harry -- an avid boxing fan himself.

The duo have a history of being bros ... and Joshua even once joked that he'd crash Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding to be his best man.

Of course, AJ just lost his WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles after Andy Ruiz Jr. pulled off one of the most shocking upsets in boxing history on June 1.

As for Ruiz, he hopped on a private jet and visited the Mexican president on Tuesday ... so everyone's hangin' with power people.

Donald Trump No Hard Feelings, Harry??? 'Nasty' Meghan Remark Was Really About ...

060519_donald_trump_kal
NEVER CAME UP
Good Morning Britain

President Trump wants to make it perfectly clear -- he didn't say Meghan Markle IS nasty ... he said she WAS nasty when she spoke negatively about him.

The Prez was interviewed by Piers Morgan on "Good Morning Britain" Wednesday during his 3-day trip to the UK, and Piers pressed him on his thoughts about the Duchess of Sussex and asked whether he thinks she is, in fact, "nasty."

Trump says no, and explains he didn't know Markle had spoken badly about him in the past ... but he's not surprised. He says when he found out he responded, "Wow, I didn't know she was nasty" ... but meant to essentially say, "I didn't know she was nasty about me."

Got that? Watch the clip ... judge for yourself.

Regardless, the Prez says he hopes Meghan enjoys her life and called her "very nice" before pointing out he doesn't actually know her ... and slamming the media for embellishing the "nasty" controversy.

Then, Piers asked the big question -- was it awkward meeting Prince Harry in the midst of the hullabaloo? Not at all, according to Trump ... but he admits he never addressed the topic with Meghan's royal hubby. He says Harry couldn't have been nicer, though ... and he thinks he's great.

Meanwhile, Trump used his time over the pond to insult Hollywood royalty on Twitter -- Bette Midler. Wonder how it would go if Donald ran into her husband?

President Trump Yes, Queen ... We're Here for Our State Visit

Donald Trump and Melania are finally greeting Queen Elizabeth in the UK ... and the pomp and circumstance is quite the show.

The Prez and First Lady arrived at Buckingham Palace Monday for lunch with the Queen and several other royals, including Prince Charles and Camilla. Trump will reportedly also mingle with Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry ... but NOT Meghan Markle, who's on maternity leave taking care of baby Archie.

Of course, it's quite possible Markle is simply avoiding the U.S. president, who she slammed and called "misogynistic" in 2016 when he was a candidate. Trump responded to news of her comments this weekend by saying ... "I didn't know that she was nasty."

POTUS also kicked off his trip to London by insulting the mayor, Sadiq Khan, on Twitter upon landing ... calling him a "stone cold loser" and saying he's "foolishly 'nasty' to the visiting President of the United States."

Remember, Trump was supposed to make this visit in February 2018, but canceled amid widespread protests in the UK.

It's all water under the London Bridge apparently, because QE2 rolled out the red carpet and the usual ceremonies ... including firing off cannons and a performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner."

Her Majesty will host a fancy dinner Monday night for the Trumps, which is expected to be accompanied by mass protests outside. Many protesters have already arrived.

The President's 3-day visit coincides with the 75th anniversary of D-Day, and he's also expected to meet with outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May.

Kate Middleton 'Back to Nature' Garden Becomes Princes' & Princess' Playland

Kate Middleton designed a garden that she hopes will inspire others to get their kids outdoors and playing -- and her kids set a great example by leading the way on that front.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had themselves quite a day exploring Kate's new "Back to Nature" garden that she's officially unveiling to the public in a few days as part of the annual Chelsea Flower Show. The point of all of it ... early childhood development and getting folks (especially kids) reacquainted with the great outdoors. A great cause, really.

Before she opened the doors to everyone else, she had Will bring their own kiddos by to scope the joint out. Prince George, Princess Charlotte and the newest addition, 1-year-old Prince Louis, definitely had their run of the place ... it's practically a kid's playland paradise.

Charlotte and Louis rode the rope swing, which looks super fun ... and Georgie boy dipped his toes in a running stream under a baby bridge. We don't usually say this ... but damn, this is cute.

Seeing how they got a little cousin now who'll be able to play along soon enough -- ya gotta imagine the Royals might be here quite a bit in the near future.

Can't blame 'em ... this thing is quite a sight to behold.

Meghan Markle Actress No More ... Officially Just a 'Princess'

Meghan Markle 's dozens of acting credits have gone missing -- at least they have in the UK, where her official J-O-B is now simply ... "Princess," according to her firstborn's birth certificate.

Baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor's birth certificate was published Friday, and revealed he was born May 6 at Portland Hospital in Westminster, London ... most of which we already knew. What really caught our attention was what Meghan listed as her occupation: Princess of the United Kingdom.

That's it. Fits neatly on one line. Big change from her old gig -- y'know, acting -- which required dozens of lines.

You'll recall one of Meghan's very old acting resumes was unearthed last year showing her acting credits. She was a struggling actress, at that point, with her only film work being in Ashton Kutcher's "A Lot Like Love," where she played Natalie the "Hot Chick."

Some of her other credits included several TV roles and tons of theater gigs -- but she went on to have even more success ... including her breakout role as Rachel Zane in "Suits." At last check, she has about 30 credited roles under her belt.

Not that any of that matters now, apparently ... since having baby Archie, 7th in line to the UK throne.

BTW, "Princess" is listed as her occupation -- just as Harry's is "Prince" -- but don't get it twisted. Their royal titles are still Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Andy Murray Knighted At Buckingham Palace ... Sir Andy!!!

Call him Sir Andy Murray now ... 'cause the tennis superstar was at Buckingham Palace on Thursday -- receiving his knighthood from Prince Charles himself!!

The 32-year-old actually learned he'd be receiving the honor back in 2016 ... but he held off on having the ceremony until this week because of his tennis schedule.

What exactly does knighthood entail for Murray? Nothin' crazy ... the award is just a way for the Royal Fam to recognize the 3-time Grand Slam champion's achievements on and off the court.

It's kind of like when Donald Trump gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Tiger Woods.

But, Murray was still stoked about the honor afterward, saying, "I'm very proud to receive it. It's a nice day to spend with my family."

It's also a good moment for Murray given what he's been through this past year. Remember, he underwent hip surgery just a few months ago to try to save his tennis career.

Murray seems to be recovering well, but unclear if he'll be ready for Wimbledon this summer.

By the way, Murray is reportedly the first tennis player EVER to be knighted ... Pretty cool, right???

Meghan Markle Nephew Tyler Dooley Nearly Snaps Ankle Off in Drunken Brawl

SNAP, CRACKLE & POP!
TMZ.com

The gruesome injury Meghan Markle's nephew suffered is definitely NOT for the squeamish ... and TMZ's got video of it in the aftermath of a massive drunken brawl.

It all went down a week ago at around 11 PM outside the Wonder Bur Lounge in Grants Pass, Oregon, where Meghan's nephew, Tyler Dooley, somehow got dragged into a street fight that ballooned 20 people strong ... this according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

It's unclear what triggered the fight, but cops say Dooley was shoved to the ground and somehow broke his left ankle in spectacular form. If ya got the stomach for it ... check out the vid.

You can see Dooley tried walking it off ... but he can't stand on his own two feet cause his ankle's mangled. Cops say he was so drunk he didn't feel the pain from his ankle practically snapping off. Dooley was taken to a hospital and nobody was arrested.

Witnesses tell us as he was being wheeled inside the ambulance he said, "I have a Rolex. I can pay for this." Again, he was drunk.

Dooley, of course, is part of Meghan's extended family. You'll recall he and his brood traveled to London last year ... even though they weren't invited to Meghan's Royal wedding.

We've reached out to Dooley to get his side of the story, so far, no word back.

Harry, Meghan, William, Kate No Royal Family Feud Here ... Coming Together To Help People In Crisis

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are joining forces with Prince William and Kate Middleton to cast their rumored differences aside in the name of helping others ... namely, people dealing with mental health issues.

The British Royals just launched a mental health crisis hotline, dubbed Shout ... a free text messaging service aiming to provide 24/7 support for people in the UK who are going through a rough patch.

The fact Harry and Meghan are working alongside William and Kate is huge news ... because it comes in the face of swirling rumors about possible feuds and rifts within the Royal family.

As for the new text messaging helpline ... it's powered by a team of volunteers trained to create a safe space for people burdened by mental health issues. The conversations can be difficult, as volunteers must listen without judgment on a range of issues, including suicidal thoughts, bullying, self-harm, abuse, relationships and sexuality.

That last topic is super interesting as it relates to the Royals ... they don't usually talk about issues with sexuality.

Shout launching in the United Kingdom comes on the heels of Harry, Meghan, William and Kate making a commitment to their Heads Together campaign, which supports conversations on mental health.

There's no rest for the weary ... Harry and Meghan are jumping right into a new project only days after she gave birth to the couple's first child, baby Archie.
