Keith Richards Rich Maniac Allegedly Made Bomb for Stones Guitarist

Well this is nuts ... a wealthy Connecticut man (who allegedly stocked hundreds of guns in his million-dollar mansion) was arrested after telling police he was building a bomb ... for Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards.

It's actually hilarious ... law enforcement sources tell us, 69-year-old Joseph Callahan called police last week, claiming someone had broken into his home.

When police searched the place, we're told they found a terrifying arsenal of guns and explosives, including roughly 100 pounds of ammonium nitrate (the same chemical used in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing). Short story: Callahan called the cops on himself.

Callahan told police he planned to give the bomb to Keith Richards, but had no intention of harming him.

Callahan was taken into custody and placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold. He has been charged with 112 counts of illegal possession of explosives, reckless endangerment, and manufacture of bombs (which Callahan called a hobby).

But here's the scary part ... his lawyer tells us, Callahan was mentally unstable at the time of his arrest, but has since stabilized and been released from custody on his own recognizance.

It's a miracle! Callahan admitted to police he'd been taking meds, so we can't say if the meds played a role in stabilizing him ... but we do know he's in therapy. How safe do you feel tonight?

Mary J. Blige Sued Over Canceled Show ... Mick Jagger Stole Her!!!

Mary J. Blige is being sued for allegedly bailing on a concert in Dallas last December -- and according to the lawsuit, it's kinda Mick Jagger's fault.

A promotional company called Vision Entertainment Worldwide has sued Mary J. and her production company, claiming the singer agreed to perform in Dallas on December 9th, 2012 ... but canceled just a few days beforehand.

VEW claims it paid Mary a $145,000 deposit to appear ... and she never paid back the money, despite pulling the plug on the show.

VEW claims Blige blew them off because she got a better opportunity to perform at the Barclays Center with Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones on December 8th ... and she took it.

VEW is now suing for breach of contract and more -- demanding at least $145,000 in damages.

Blige's publicist Karynne Tencer tells TMZ, "Mary J did not breach any contract for a Dallas concert last December. Any claim to the contrary is false."

Ronnie Wood We Didn't HAVE to Slash Ticket Prices ...

0-z3fum5ok

The Rolling Stones weren't FORCED to drastically lower ticket prices for their current concert tour due to slow sales, they CHOSE to bring the cost down ... this according to guitarist Ronnie Wood.

The story has been everywhere -- more than 1,000 seats for a recent Stones show were slashed to $85 at the last minute ... and according to reports, it was all because the concert was drastically undersold.

But on the way out of Fred Segal in L.A. yesterday, Wood insisted the move wasn't motivated by $$$ -- instead, Wood says, the band just simply "wanted" to do it ... for the fans.

You buyin' that?

Rolling Stones Urinals Pissing Off German Women

The famous mouth-shaped urinals in a Rolling Stones memorabilia museum in Germany are in hot water … after several women complained the pee receptacles are demeaning to females.

According to German reports, roughly 12 women have complained about the urinals … calling for their removal.

One angry lady claims her beef stems from the tongue … or lack thereof … saying, “If it had been based on the emblem of the Stones with the tongue, it would have been OK. But the tongue's been left out and they really look like women's mouths."

For the record, the urinals have been stirring up controversy for years – Virgin Airlines scrapped plans to install a pair at JFK airport in 2004. It’s unclear if they were modeled directly after the famous Stones logo.

Despite the pushback, the owner of the museum says he won’t budge … saying, “They were damned expensive and they're staying where they are … That's final."
