Tragic news for Trent Williams' family -- the San Francisco 49ers star's wife just revealed their son was stillborn last month ... after losing his twin sibling earlier in the pregnancy.

Sondra -- who shares three daughters with Williams -- announced the heartbreaking loss on Instagram with a heartfelt video showing her pregnancy journey leading up to welcoming Trenton O'Brien Williams Jr. on November 24.

"My firstborn and only son, I've always wanted you, but God wanted and needed you more," Sondra said ... adding Trenton -- who weighed 4 pounds, 8 ounces -- was diagnosed with Trisomy 13, also known as Patau Syndrome.

Sad news from the K-Pop world -- BTS member V’s beloved pet dog has died.

V shared the heartbreaking news Monday via an Instagram Story, telling fans in Korean his pet dog Yeontan had "gone on a long journey," posting a compilation of pics and videos of his furry friend on his feed to honor their time together.

Actor Wayne Northrop Dead at 77 ... 'Days of Our Lives,' 'Dynasty' Star

Wayne Northrop -- a longtime television actor who appeared in over 1000 episodes of the soap opera "Days of Our Lives" -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed.

The star's publicist, Cynthia Snyder, tells us ... Northrop passed away at the Motion Picture and Television Woodland Hills Home -- an assisted living facility for those in the film industry.

Northrop was diagnosed with Alzheimer's six years ago ... hence the need for assisted living care.

Bob Bryar Dead at 44 ... Longest My Chemical Romance Drummer

Bob Bryar -- the drummer for My Chemical Romance from 2004 to 2014 -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bryar was found dead in his Tennessee home Tuesday after last being seen alive on November 4.

There is no foul play suspected, we're told, because all of Bryar's weapons and music equipment in the home were left untouched.

Alabama A&M football linebacker Medrick Burnett Jr. has passed away at 20 years old after suffering a severe head injury during a game last month.

According to local officials, he died at 5:43 PM Wednesday evening at UAB Hospital.

Burnett Jr. was involved in the collision during A&M's matchup with Alabama State on Oct. 26 -- one day before his birthday. He received treatment in the ICU ... and according to his sister, had several brain bleeds and swelling.

The ex-NFLer filed the suit in Los Angeles this week ... alleging multiple physicians at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center did not properly care for Julius Poppinga after the family had admitted the 17-year-old into the facility's ICU.

In the suit, Brady and his wife, Brooke, say they brought in their boy on Aug. 27, 2023 with chest pains and breathing issues ... but despite 'round-the-clock attention from docs, he didn't get better.

Jiare Schneider -- a TikTok star who went missing earlier this month -- is dead ... this according to local reports citing police.

The social media star's body was reportedly found earlier this week in Georgia ... about a week and a half after he initially went missing.

Officers say they received a phone call from friends and family of Jiare on Tuesday morning, after which they did a sweep of the area and came across his remains, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.

Birdie was a Golden Retriever owned by Jennifer Garner, who announced the pooch has passed. Jen says, “It is hard to know how to write this— it seems nuts, given the world, to mourn a pet, but since we have shared Birdie with all of you, it only seems fair to let you know of her passing.”

Birdie stopped eating last week -- a clear sign something was wrong because J.G. described the dog as a foodie -- and the fam became alarmed and took her to the vet, who delivered some horrible news -- Birdie was at the end of her life.

Alabama A&M football player Medrick Burnett Jr. is still alive and remains hospitalized with a head injury he sustained in a game last month ... this after the university announced he had passed away at 20 years old.

Alabama A&M tells TMZ Sports ... "We retract the news of the passing of Medrick Burnette Jr, that was originally advised by an immediate family member on Tuesday evening. Our staff acted accordingly to the wishes of the family member to inform the A&M community and beyond of this unfortunate occurrence."

"Upon hearing from a representative from UAB hospital this afternoon, we learned that he remains alive. We express our immediate regret for disseminating false information however, we hold complete joy in knowing that Medrick remains in stable condition."

Mark Longo and Daniela Bittner filed a notice of their intention to make a claim against the government for the death of Peanut and their raccoon, Fred ... alleging unlawful search and seizure, violation of freedom of speech, and other due process violations.

Longo and Bittner say the incident was the result of negligence, carelessness, and recklessness by the state of NY and its agents ... saying they may have violated due process laws by not revealing to a judge their intention to kill the animals after raiding Longo and Bittner's home.

Liam Payne's good friend who Buenos Aires authorities want to prosecute for "abandonment" knew Liam had fallen off the wagon but still left him alone ... so claim prosecutors in an official document obtained by TMZ.

Roger Nores had been extremely close to Liam in the last months of his life. The 2 traveled to Argentina together, but Liam stayed in the CasaSur Hotel alone and Roger stayed elsewhere.

According to the docs, Liam's dad was interviewed by authorities and said in May 2024, Roger volunteered to take over Liam's care and arrange to put him in rehab. The docs say Liam's father said it was critical that Liam always stayed busy and was never alone.

'Airplane!' and 'Naked Gun' Creator Jim Abrahams Dead at 80

Jim Abrahams -- one of the creators behind classic comedies like "Airplane!" and 'The Naked Gun' -- has died.

The writer, producer and director died early Tuesday morning at his home in Santa Monica ... according to his son, Joseph.

We're told Jim had been battling leukemia for 20 years, and the cancer was a contributing factor in his death. His son says Jim was in remission at one point during his cancer battle, but the disease came back and he was always battling the cancer.
