The man found guilty of murdering rapper PnB Rock learned his fate in court today ... and it will be a long time before he has any chance of getting out of prison.

Freddie Trone, who was convicted on one count of murder, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, and two counts of second-degree robbery, was in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday where a judge sentenced him to 31 years to life in prison.

Another man, Tremont Jones, was found guilty of two counts of robbery and one count of conspiracy and sentenced to 12 years behind bars. Trone was painted as the murder mastermind by prosecutors ... prosecutors said he sent his teenage son inside the Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles restaurant to rob PnB Rock and drove the getaway car after the deadly burglary.

Four people have been killed and 17 injured after gunfire erupted in an entertainment district in Birmingham, Alabama over the weekend ... local police have confirmed.

Authorities say they are actively working to identify multiple shooters following the chaos in the Five Points South neighborhood Saturday ... which left Anitra Holloman, 21; Tahj Booker, 27; Carlos McCain, 27; and Roderick Lynn Patterson Jr., 26; deceased.

The shooting took place on the sidewalk outside Hush, a popular hookah and cigar lounge ... where authorities say a vehicle pulled up next to the venue, and several shooters got out and unloaded "fully automatic" weapons on the crowd.

Kim Kardashian's meeting with some notorious inmates ... chatting prison reform with Erik and Lyle Menéndez, among others -- right after Erik blasted her colleague Ryan Murphy's show, which is all about their lives.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kim just stopped by Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility near San Diego to speak to a group of around 40 inmates -- including the Menendez brothers.

She was joined by her sister Khloe Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner ... as well as film producer Scott Budnick -- and, shockingly, actor Cooper Koch who plays Erik in the new Netflix biopic series, "Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story."

The mother of the teen accused of opening fire in a Georgia high school -- killing multiple people and injuring several more -- has been arrested ... but it has nothing to do with the early September massacre.

Marcee Gray ... mother of Apalachee High School suspected shooter Colt Grey … is accused of elder abuse after allegedly taping her mother to a chair and leaving her for nearly 24 hours, per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, citing an indictment.

Deborah Polhamus, who is 74, was allegedly trapped until someone found her in her Georgia home last November. The brutal confinement was allegedly punishment for Deborah refusing to go with her daughter to confront her ex-husband, Colin.

Erik Menéndez is outraged over the new Netflix series about how he and his brother Lyle notoriously murdered their parents in 1989 ... and he says Ryan Murphy went out of his way to slander the infamous siblings!

Here's the deal ... "Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menéndez Story" debuted Thursday on Netflix ... dramatically chronicling what happened before, during and after the brothers shot their affluent parents José and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menéndez.

The actual Erik called BS on the series ... and lambasted RM for his “naive and inaccurate” depiction of the brutal home slayings that made international headlines.

Alec Baldwin's asking the court not to reconsider its dismissal of the New Mexico criminal case against him over the fatal 2021 "Rust" shooting ... saying the state's conduct was egregious.

The actor's lawyers -- Alex Spiro and Luke Nikas -- put in the motion asking the court to deny the prosecution's request to reconsider its decision to dismiss the case against Baldwin ... saying prosecutors have presented no new evidence as to why this case should move forward.

Baldwin's lawyers lay out the whole narrative of the trial as they see it ... saying the state's egregious misconduct in concealing certain ammunition evidence merited dismissal of the case -- and they urge the court to stand by that decision.

12:07 PM PT -- The jury has just voted to sentence Carly Gregg to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the first-degree murder and attempted murder convictions and 10 years for evidence tampering. The judge says the sentences will run concurrently.

Carly appeared much more composed during sentencing ... no tears streaming down her face -- remaining calm while the judge explained the appeal process.

A jury has handed down their verdict in the murder trial of Carly Gregg, the 15-year-old charged with fatally gunning down her mother with a .357 Magnum in March.

Renowned voice actor David Graham, who is best known for voicing Grandpa Pig on the beloved children's series "Peppa Pig," has died ... a former colleague confirmed.

The X account for Gerry Anderson, the creator of "Thunderbirds" -- in which Graham voiced various characters for the British science fiction series and its spinoffs -- broke the sad news to fans on Friday.

The message read ... "We're incredibly sad to confirm the passing of the legendary David Graham. The voice [of] Parker, Gordon Tracy, Brains and so many more. Former Clemson football star Diondre Overton was laid to rest at a heartfelt ceremony on Thursday ... less than two weeks after cops say he was shot and killed at a house party.

Arizona Cardinals linebacker Xavier Thomas -- Overton's former Tiger teammate -- shared a video on his Instagram page of the funeral services held at the Westover Church in Greensboro, North Carolina ... and you can see, it was all very emotional.

At the venue, Overton's loved ones paid tribute to the 26-year-old by displaying his Clemson football gear next to LED lights that spelled out his nickname, "Dre." Photos of him during his years with the Tigers were also arranged near a stage.

A tourist walking down a street in Italy was killed when a statue fell from a building and landed on her head ... and it's all on video.

Footage from the freak accident shows 30-year-old Prada manager Chiara Jaconis strolling through Naples with her boyfriend ... when suddenly a statue falls from above and comes crashing down on her head.

The Columbus Blue Jackets will honor Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau this season in wake of their tragic deaths last month ... promising several tributes for the brothers in 2024 -- including jersey patches, helmet stickers and more.

The NHL team announced Wednesday the first salute will happen at CBJ's preseason opener against the Buffalo Sabres on Sept. 23, when players will sport blue and gray decals on their buckets. The stickers will have the "Gaudreau" name on it -- along with their jersey numbers and two doves.

Florida surfer Jorge Alvarado -- who was placed on life support after suffering a serious head injury during a wipeout at Daytona Beach last week -- has died, his friends announced Wednesday. He was only 49 years old.

Justin Gore provided the tragic update on Alvarado's GoFundMe page ... saying the memories they made together will live on forever.
