YouTuber Twomad passed away back in February ... and, now TMZ has learned his exact cause of death -- an accidental morphine overdose.

TMZ has obtained the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner's report ... and, they say Twomad -- real name Muudea Sedik -- died from morphine toxicity.

Mitragynine -- another drug commonly used to treat opioid withdrawal -- also contributed to his death, according to the M.E.

Rapper Enchanting, who died suddenly back in June, is yet another victim of the opioid crisis -- an accidental overdose is the official cause of death ... TMZ has learned.

The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office tells us the Texas-born star Enchanting OD'd on oxycodone and benzodiazepines. Oxycodone is the synthetic opioid and benzodiazepines are a class of depressants -- commonly marketed as brands that include Valium, Xanax and Klonopin.

Enchanting, whose real name was Channing Nicole Larry, was set to be the First Lady of Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records before her tragic death.

A federal judge is dismissing felony charges against 2 officers who got the warrant to enter Breonna Taylor's home ... with the judge blaming Breonna's boyfriend, and not the warrant, for causing her death.

Here's the deal ... in 2022, Detective Joshua Jaynes and Sgt. Kyle Meany were charged with submitting a false affidavit to search Taylor's home before the raid, and then creating a fake cover story to avoid responsibility after Taylor was killed during the raid.

They were also charged with felonies for using a dangerous weapon to deprive Breonna of her Fourth Amendment right to defend herself against unreasonable search.

Ozzy Osbourne is mourning the loss of a beloved member of his pack, announcing the death of his longtime pet, Rocky.
