Lizzy Musi -- a drag racer who rose to fame on Discovery's "Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings" -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed.

A family member of the television personality tells us ... Lizzy passed away Thursday at her home in North Carolina after struggling with breast cancer for several years.

Her father, Pat, broke the news on Facebook last night, moments after his daughter passed away ... and thanked her fans for supporting her and the family.

Crazy Town's frontman Shifty Shellshock died from an accidental drug overdose after mixing prescription drugs with street-purchased drugs ... his manager has confirmed.

Howie Hubberman explained the singer -- real name was Seth Binzer -- really wanted to turn things around ... but unfortunately, no one had the tools to help him with his addiction battle -- including himself.

Howie added to PEOPLE, "Seth Binzer, after struggling with addiction and Crazy Town's rapid success with 'Butterfly,' never was able to reach out on a more successful level to deal with his addictions. We all tried, but ultimately we all failed, or Shifty would still be here."

Riley Strain Bars Cleared of Wrongdoing ... No Clear Evidence He Was Overserved

Riley Strain's death is not the fault of the bars that served him while he was clearly intoxicated ... so says the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

The TABC released its findings Thursday after a months-long investigation, and it says it found no clear evidence via eyewitnesses, interviews, or camera footage to suggest bartenders served him booze while he was visibly drunk.

Sergei Berezin, who played 7 seasons in the National Hockey League, has died at the age of 52.

Sergei's death was announced Wednesday by the NHL Alumni Association ... though the cause of death is unclear.

The Toronto Maple Leafs drafted Sergie in the 10th round of the 1994 NHL Draft out of Voskresensk, Russia. He went on to play 5 seasons for the franchise, scoring more than 20 goals in four of those campaigns.

USF's Teigan Martin Dead At 20 ... Killed In Car Crash

University of South Florida football player Teigan Martin tragically died this week in a horrific car crash in Minnesota, officials said. He was just 20 years old.

According to the Carver County Sheriff's Office, Martin was involved in a one-vehicle wreck at around 5 AM on Monday on a roadway in Hollywood Township.

Police say when first responders arrived at the crash site ... they found a black 2013 BMW M5 that had skidded into a ditch. They ID'ed Martin as the driver ... and stated he died on the scene.

We caught up with Epic Tuesday in the studio -- and he tells TMZ ... Shifty was actually stoked about making new music when they last spoke over the phone, and there was no indication Shifty was in a bad space, or going through something out of the ordinary.

TMZ broke the story ... cops are looking into Shifty's sudden death Monday as a possible fatal overdose. But based on what his former bandmate's saying here ... Seth was far from that reality.

Crazy Town Frontman Shifty Shellshock Dead at 49

Seth Binzer -- the lead singer and co-founder of the rap rock band Crazy Town -- has died.

Better known by his stage name Shifty Shellshock, Binzer passed away Monday at a residence in L.A., according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.

In 1999, Binzer and fellow vocalist, Bret "Epic" Mazur, formed Crazy Town, hiring Rust Epique, Doug Miller, James Bradley Jr., Antonio Lorenzo Valli and Adam Goldstein.

A James Bond fan looking to pay his respects to Roger Moore is revealing a troubling discovery -- the late 007's resting place has been vandalized ... TMZ has learned.

Roy Jones Jr. Son DeAndre Dies By Suicide

Tragedy struck Roy Jones Jr.'s family over the weekend ... as the boxing legend's son, DeAndre, died by suicide, TMZ Sports has learned.

55-year-old Jones Jr. released a statement on the heartbreaking loss on Monday ... saying, "Unfortunately, my son DeAndre took his life on Saturday."

Jones Jr. went on to say he was with DeAndre the night before his passing.

The late singer's estate filed new court docs, obtained by TMZ, laying out a partial inventory and appraisal that puts a dollar amount on what they say Aaron's estate was worth ... based on what they've been able to appraise thus far.

The estate says Aaron's valuables/assets are worth an estimated $757,400 ... as of April 2023.
