Graceland TN Atty. General on Foreclosure Case

Tennessee's top cop is stepping up for the King ... officially checking out misconduct allegations against the lending company that attempted to foreclose on Elvis Presley's estate.

TN Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti announced Thursday his office is investigating Naussany Investments and Private Lending, LLC -- the company that set the wheels in motion for Graceland to be auctioned off ... that is, until Elvis' granddaughter Riley Keough accused the company of fraud.

Skrmetti said, “I have asked my lawyers to look into this matter, determine the full extent of any misconduct that may have occurred, and identify what we can do to protect both Elvis Presley’s heirs and anyone else who may be similarly threatened.”

Tragedy struck in Mexico Wednesday when high winds ripped through a presidential campaign rally, collapsing the stage and taking the lives of 9 people.

The terrifying moment happened on camera as candidate Jorge Álvarez Máynez campaigned in a city outside Monterrey -- and as he and several supporters got the crowd chanting, a sudden gust of wind tore down a large video screen at the back of the stage.

Álvarez Máynez and his team were seen scrambling in different directions to take cover as the scaffolding and screen came crashing down onto the stage.

12:35 PM PT -- Now it's a total victory for Riley Keough ... as Naussany Investments and Private Lending has withdrawn all claims on Graceland, with prejudice -- meaning it can't be refiled.

In a statement, the company said it meant no harm to Riley ... who's insisted all along that the alleged loan to her mother was a total fraud.

Elvis Presley's Memphis home is staying in the family ... a judge just blocked the scheduled auction of Graceland by approving the restraining order Elvis' granddaughter, Riley Keough, requested.

10:45 AM PT -- Boeing just released a statement saying, "We are in contact with Singapore Airlines regarding flight SQ321 and stand ready to support them. We extend our deepest condolences to the family who lost a loved one, and our thoughts are with the passengers and crew."

A Singapore Airlines plane took a 6,000-foot drop after running into some nasty turbulence ... leaving 1 person dead and over 30 hurt.

Pro wrestler John 'Bad Bones' Klinger -- who competed in Westside Xtreme Wrestling and TNA, among other promotions -- passed away just days after his latest match in the ring. He was only 40.

wXw made the tragic announcement on Monday. Klinger's cause of death hasn't been disclosed.

"We wish his family and friends strength during this difficult time," the wrestling promotion said.

Ex-UFC Fighter Geane Herrera Dead At 33 ... After Motorcycle Crash

Former UFC fighter Geane Herrera -- who also competed in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) -- tragically passed away following a fatal motorcycle crash in Florida on Saturday.

He was only 33 and a few days shy of his 34th birthday.

The Florida Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles told us the incident happened around 10:45 PM at Gandy Bridge in Tampa, FL ... when Herrera crashed into the back of another vehicle at a "very high rate of speed."

Jon Wysocki, best known as a founding member and drummer of Staind, has reportedly died.

The news of his passing was shared on social media by Jon's bandmates -- from his other rock group Lydia's Castle -- who confirmed the drummer died Saturday evening while surrounded by his family and friends.
