Breonna's mother, Tamika Palmer, tells TMZ … it's "amazing" Niecy used her big moment to  "acknowledge women, including my daughter, who have tragically fallen victim to police brutality."

Niecy also told the Emmys audience she feels it's her responsibility as an artist to speak truth to power, and she plans to do so until the day she dies.

Breonna's mom adds ... "The lack of accountability for these injustices is undeniable, and it is crucial for us to keep saying their names and reminding people of the profound impact of their loss."

As you know, Breonna was shot and killed by cops in Louisville during a botched raid back in March 2020, and her death sparked demonstrations against racial injustice and policing.

FOX

Matthew Perry was top of mind during the Emmys' in memoriam as they honored fallen stars over the year -- and you could tell by the music they chose to close out the segment.

The late actor was highlighted in Monday night's show, being selected as the last person to appear on-screen during Charlie Puth's stripped-down piano performance ... who started out by singing "See You Again" to pay tribute to several television stars who've recently died.

Eventually, he segued into the "Friends" theme as they started to get to the last group of celebrities they wanted to mention ... including Len Goodman, Barbara Walters, Bob Barker, Paul Reubens, Kirstie Alley, Irene Cara, Andre Braugher and eventually ... Perry himself.

Like we said, he was literally the last celeb to appear -- and it fell right in line with CP singing the closing lines of "'Cause you're there for me too." Yep, it was emotional.

You could hear the crowd cheering here too ... a testament to how big his loss was.

Puth's "Friends" twist was a sweet touch -- something people at home certainly appreciated, considering how big of a fan base MP had ... and the shock factor of his death generally.

Famous reptile enthusiast Brian Barczyk has sadly passed away after spending 10 days in hospice care ... following a brave battle with pancreatic cancer.

The announcement was made Monday ... with the folks at his Reptarium Reptile Zoo paying tribute to their "exceptional" visionary, mentor and friend in an emotional IG statement ... where they praised Brian's ability to touch innumerable hearts and minds globally with his fervent passion for reptiles and wildlife.

They added, "For those of us who had the privilege of working alongside him, Brian's absence leaves an immeasurable void. As we navigate this difficult time, we find comfort in the memories and the lasting light of Brian's work. He will be deeply missed but indeed, never forgotten."

Brian received news of his devastating stage four pancreatic cancer diagnosis almost a year ago ... and it looks like he knew what was coming as just days earlier, he shared an emotional goodbye video.

The reptile influencer once said ... "I'm ready, guys. It was a tough year. It was so painful, the pain was incredible, the sickness was incredible, the treatment was incredible, everything about it was so bad" ... while also thanking his "reptile army" for their support.

Brian made a career out of his love for reptiles ... starring on the Discovery Channel's "Venom Hunters" and kickstarting his successful YouTube career in 2016. He had 5.26 million subscribers and collaborated with the likes of Logan and Jake Paul.

Wack 100 MLK Didn't Die For Us To Kill One Another!!! Mourns Nipsey, Drakeo, Dolph, Big Jook

Blueface's manager Wack 100 is sending an apology to Martin Luther King Jr. for what he sees as him dying in vain -- nearly 56 years after the Civil Rights leader's assassination, Wack is pissed about violence bleeding into the rap game.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Wack, like many fans, grew deeply troubled by the news Yo Gotti's brother Big Jook was shot and killed over the weekend, and declared MLK's vision to be dissolved in 2024 -- while owning up to his own sins as well.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

In his open letter, Wack laments ... "My apologies Dr. King, You fought for desegregation & we turned around and segregated ourselves. Your fight for the people was turned into the fighting of our own people. I myself at one time played a part in this. My apologies on your born day. You died for what we take for granted. #RIP Dolph #RIP Big Jook #RIP King Von #RIP Drakeo #RIP Marlo #RIP NIPSEY HUSSLE"

Dozens of "stop the violence" movements have followed each of the rap artists' deaths ... but to Wack's point, don't appear to be that effective.

The longtime music mogul has since taken to podcasting and has been vocal about his past gang ties and the bad decisions that played out afterward.

Meanwhile, Memphis police are currently asking the public for leads in Jook's shooting ... a Ford Explorer they believe may be the getaway vehicle is on high alert in the city.

Video showing Big Jook at a funeral in Tennessee has emerged ... capturing some of the star’s final moments.

In the clip -- which is circulating online -- you can see Jook, born Anthony Mims, towers above other attendees in a black suit and appears to get emotional as he walks up to the open casket of his uncle, Eric Bovan.

It looks like BJ, who was Yo Gotti's older brother, was providing comfort to friends and family at the somber affair ... embracing fellow grievers hours before his untimely death.

As we reported, Jook was shot and killed in Memphis on Saturday afternoon outside Perignons Restaurant & Event Centre. Another man was also reportedly shot and rushed to the hospital.

The details surrounding the shooting are still unclear -- though some are speculating it's connected to the 2021 murder of Young Dolph. Pictures and videos of Jook bleeding out have gone viral on social media.

BJ was affiliated with Gotti's label Collective Music Group though he worked mainly on building the business rather than performing himself.

Big Jook was 47.

'Honeymooners' Star Joyce Randolph Dead at 99 Played Ed Norton's Wife, Trixie

Joyce Randolph, who played Trixie Norton on "The Honeymooners," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Her son tells TMZ ... Joyce passed Saturday at her home in New York City. We're told she died in her sleep. She had been suffering from the effects of old age ... unable to walk. She was in hospice care at the time of her death.

Joyce played the wife of Ed Norton, played by Art Carney. They were the best friends and neighbors of Ralph Kramden, who was played by Jackie Gleason, and Audrey Meadows, who played the long-suffering Alice. Ralph, a bus driver, would often get angry at his wife and say, "To the moon, Alice," with fists clenched. That would obviously never be on TV today.

"The Honeymooners" is considered one of the great comedies of all time. The crazy thing ... they only shot 39 episodes, but it endures to this very day.

The show debuted on CBS in 1955. It was on only one season. It was a big hit ... it was the number 2 show, but dropped to 19 and was cancelled.

Joyce snagged the role after Jackie saw her on a chewing gum commercial.

There was a reboot and other projects bringing characters from the show back, but the OG is what everyone remembers.

Joyce was the last surviving member of the main cast.

She leaves behind her son, Randy. He says his mother will be cremated. He asks in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the Entertainment Community Fund.

Joyce was 99. RIP

'Days Of Our Lives' Bill Hayes Iconic Soap Star Dead At 98

Soap star Bill Hayes – best known for his role opposite his real-life wife, Susan, on "Days of Our Lives" – has died.

Hayes passed away Friday in Los Angeles, his rep confirmed to TMZ, although his cause of death was not disclosed.

In 1970, Hayes landed the part of lounge singing scam artist Doug Williams on NBC's "Days of Our Lives." Actress Susan Seaforth had already been hired for the soap opera, playing the pampered heiress Julie Olsen Banning Anderson Williams.

Hayes and Seaforth hit it off, getting married four years later on October 12, 1974. The actors also tied the knot on the show – three separate times in fact! -- beginning in October 1976.

During their first nuptials on set, the couple read their vows from their real wedding.

In 1976, they became the only daytime drama stars to be featured on the cover of Time magazine for an article titled, “Soap Operas: Sex and Suffering in the Afternoon.”

But, in 1984, the two clashed with producers over storylines, resulting in the pairing down of their popular roles.

Yet, Hayes and Seaforth still appeared on "Days Of Our Lives" even after the show crossed over to the Peacock network in 2022.

Before his legendary soap gig, Hayes was a singer who wrote the 1955 song, "The Ballad of Davy Crocket," which rocketed to Number 1 on the U.S. charts.

He was also a regular personality on Sid Caesar's iconic TV variety series, "Your Show of Shows."

Bill was 98.
