Prince Harry flies a helicopter, so it should be no surprise he was behind the wheel driving Meghan Markle to Buckingham Palace, but still ... where's the butler?

Megs rode shotgun Wednesday as they headed off to Queen Elizabeth's pre-Christmas luncheon. Not to be outdone, big bro Prince William -- who also flies a mean bird -- insisted on playing chauffeur for Kate Middleton.

We get it, the Princes are totally down-to-earth kinda guys ... but can't QE2 hook 'em up with an Uber? Especially for what looks like a formal family affair.

Su'a Cravens' race had NOTHING to do with why he was pulled over in Virginia last month -- it all had to do with the speed of his car ... this according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

As we previously reported, the Washington Redskins safety claims he was racially profiled and roughed up by cops during a Nov. 29 incident. He even made a video from the scene and shared it on social media.

But the LCSO tells TMZ Sports straight-up ... "This traffic stop was not a case of racial profiling."

Officials tells us Cravens was pulled over as part of a crackdown on speeders in school zones.

"A deputy’s LIDAR received a reading on a vehicle that was traveling over the posted speed limit of 25 mph in a school zone. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and the driver pulled over into a shopping center."

Cops tell us Cravens was ticketed for speeding and illegal tint and is due back in court next month.

Soccer legend Abby Wambach says she's the victim of a hate crime -- claiming some "idiots" stole her car for a joy ride ... and then returned it with hate speech scribbled all over the inside.

"They stole valuables including a purse and wallet (gift to my wife)," the former Team USA star said in a post on Instagram ... "and wrote hate speech in Sharpie all over the inside of our car."

Wambach says the incident occurred Wednesday morning (between the hours of 1:34 AM and 4:30 AM) at the Florida home where she lives with her wife, Glennon Doyle.

"They were Caucasian (3 of them). One had a hoodie with cargo shorts. The driver had an Ohio State hat on (O on front of hat) of red or black hat. Same guy had grey top, Nike shorts and Nike shoes. Also, they left finger prints on the car door when they left it back with us."

Wambach says surveillance cameras captured the license plate of a car they believe belongs to the scumbags.

"This neighborhood has each other’s backs. Neighbors camera got you, you idiots!! If you turn yourself in now, and return the stolen property, and pay for the car damages we won’t press charges. If you don’t, you are going to go to jail. You have 24 hours. If you have any info get in touch. Thanks everyone."

TMZ Sports spoke with local law enforcement and we're told they are "aware and investigating."

Randy Travis' DWI arrest video has finally been released by Texas officials, and it's apparent the singer is out of it.

The video is 3 hours long ... we've posted a portion where Randy is clearly agitated and praying to God.

The 2012 footage of Randy's arrest was released Monday after a federal judge denied the country singer's request to keep it private.

As we reported ... Travis filed a lawsuit in September to keep his arrest vid under wraps, claiming it would be a violation of his privacy rights because he was exhausted, intoxicated and medicated.

Travis crashed his Trans Am and was found naked at the crash scene after walking to a convenience store ... also in the nude.

Travis' rep tells TMZ, "Randy's behavior was extremely altered the evening of his arrest due to the state of his mental health, and substances in his body, causing him to do and say things that were entirely out of character," adding he suffered a severe concussion as a result of the crash.

The rep goes on ... "Randy is deeply apologetic for his actions that evening. A man of integrity with a good heart, Randy does not and will never condone these type of actions that distort the true beliefs of Randy Travis and his entire family."

12/5/17 -- Travis' lawyer, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ:

"Randy Travis is a legend who will always be known for his influential singing voice and his contribution to country music; not for a single automobile accident and comments he made after he suffered a horrific car accident striking his skull against the windshield of his car and then the pavement. Randy has lived his life as an ambassador of goodwill, tolerance and acceptance. Cultural diversity is evident in his songs and actions. Randy took responsibility and apologized for his statements 5 years ago and his apology was accepted by the troopers. We now pray for Randy's full recovery.

Boosie Badazz just earned himself Father of the Year honors ... from his daughter, anyway.

The rapper gave Ivi a sick Porsche Panamera on Sunday for her 16th birthday. He posted this video the night he surprised her ... and ya can't blame her for losing it. The Panamera's an expensive gift -- around $100k -- especially one that's loaded like Ivi's whip.

Sweet gift for sure, but we think Boosie's gonna regret it. He's got 8 kids ... so, that's a high-priced bar he just set.

Luther "Uncle Luke" Campbell lost his ride to the repo man last week, but apparently forked over the cash to get it back.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the former 2 Live Crew frontman's black Range Rover was repossessed at his home in Miramar, FL on November 22 because he'd missed some payments.

You can see Luke's Rover being loaded onto the tow truck.

It's funny, though ... Uncle Luke's spokesperson sent us a video of him sitting in the Range Rover Thursday -- 8 days after the repo.

So it looks like Luther squared up.

The CEO of a company that begins with "Snap" is a wanted man by residents in a San Fernando Valley neighborhood because he's terrorizing them with his driving ... and they've wrongly targeted poor Evan Spiegel.

The owner of this Lambo is being accused of breaking just about every traffic law known to man ... from speeding to erratic lane changes. Folks in the Chatsworth area have assumed the offender is Evan, because he has the most famous company that begins with "Snap".

The Chatsworth Neighborhood Watch has been skewering Evan on Facebook, saying things like:

"That's Evan Spiegel, Snapchat CEO. The police shouldn't have a hard time finding him"

"This asshole was flying down vanowen 2 days ago."

"I don’t care who this jackass is or how much money he has... Dont drive like an ass...."

"What a jerk! Wondering if you can file an online report?"

"I’ve also seen this jerk once before! He almost hit us when we were pulling out from the shopping plaza at De Soto & Lassen. This was like a month ago but I recognize the f***er instantly!!"

Turns out Evan's getting a bad rap, because we found out the car actually belongs to Snap Liquids CEO Nathan Daneshrad ... whose company sells vape liquid flavors.

We reached out to Nathan ... he had no comment.

As for Evan ... he has an alibi, because he lives in Brentwood and no one in their right mind would hang out miles away from Miranda Kerr.

Nas is living the dream ... exhibit A -- finally landing the car he dreamed about when he was a kid.

The legendary rapper hit up Will Castro of "Unique Rides" in NYC and challenged him to find a 1988 Mercedes-Benz 190E and turn it into a masterpiece.

Will spent under $5k to buy the beater and his team spent another 8 weeks customizing it with, shall we say, Unique touches -- a custom rag-top, leather piped interior seats, custom Nas wheels and a sick sound system. It's unclear what the whip's worth now but it's gotta be a crap load more.

The episode airs Wednesday at 9 PM on Velocity.

So, why does this car mean so much to Nas? We're told, to him, this Benz personified everything it meant to be rich ... in car, culture, style, life and spirit.

John Cena is on Ford's $#&% list for allegedly flipping his new $500k '17 Ford GT -- violating a contract with the company -- and they're takin' him to court.

According to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Michigan, Cena was "selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT."

Ford says Cena signed a deal in which he agreed to hold onto the car for at least 2 years ... prior to unloading it.

However, Ford claims, soon after receiving the car, Cena flipped it for a big profit.

"Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale."

Ford is demanding that Cena hands over all the profit from the sale, as well as other damages.

According to the suit, for his part, Cena told the company he sold the car, along with other property, to pay bills.

FYI -- Cena ain't the only celeb who's had the GT ... Justin Verlander and Joey Logano also own the whip.

Lil Uzi Vert just revved himself into a big legal win -- most of the charges from his dirt bike stunt were dropped, except for one ... which will cost him a lil' volunteer work.

Uzi skated on 12 of the 13 charges against him stemming from his dirt bike joyride last year -- but he did plead guilty to one of 'em ... failure to maintain his lane.

We broke the story ... Uzi was arrested last December for allegedly riding the wrong way on a street in Atlanta with a buddy of his, driving on a sidewalk and crossing 5 lanes of traffic.

He also allegedly tried ditching the bike after losing his balance and attempted to flee on foot. He got caught, though -- and faced a slew of traffic violations.

Lucky for him, the remaining charge only requires community service as punishment. Uzi's gotta do 80 hours, plus pay a $1,000 fine and court costs. Next time, don't push it to the edge.

Conor McGregor knows how to make an entrance, but it's his exit that stole the show at a court appearance for a speeding violation -- by peeling out of the parking lot and relaying this message ...

The UFC superstar was ordered to appear in court on Thursday after reportedly getting busted for driving 158 km per hour (that's 98 mph) in a 100 km zone in Dublin earlier this year. He pled guilty to the offense and was handed a 400 euro fine ($475 U.S. bucks), according to local reports.

But The Notorious didn't seem fazed one bit by the violation ... speeding outta the parking lot in his BMW i8 ... which starts at $150k!!

Daveigh Chase, the creepy little well girl from "The Ring," just got herself in a hole, 'cause she was busted for joyriding in a car that was reported stolen ... TMZ has learned.

Chase was a passenger in a BMW cops pulled over Tuesday around 10 AM in Hollywood. After they quickly ran the plates, the whip popped up as stolen.

Law enforcement sources tell us even though Daveigh wasn't driving she was booked for driving in a car without owner's consent ... which is a felony. The driver was booked for the same thing. We're told it's unclear who stole the car, but cops are investigating.

Daveigh -- who's also the voice of Disney's Lilo from "Lilo & Stitch" -- is currently in jail on $25,000 bail. We've reached out to her reps ... so far no word back.

Shakira and Gerard Piqué are effectively shutting down rumors they've split by taking a very toothy joyride together.

The FC Barcelona fútbol star was behind the wheel with Shakira riding shotgun Tuesday on his home team's turf. The smiles on their faces fly directly in the face of reports that the couple -- who've been together for 6 years -- were on the outs.
